Our Honda Jazz car KL 11 BP 6318, kept in service centre of Vison Honda, Kakkavayal, Wayanad, Kerala on 25.01.2021 for replacing engine case (Oil Pan). Now 13 days over. But they were not replaced the spare telling that no stock. They told to wait another 15 days as the spareis not available in India. In this Covid 19 situation, it is very difficult to travel in Public transport. A reputed car company is giving this kind of service is not acceptable. The car is 2019 model and completed only 10348 kms. The warranty period is still in force. Request the company to repair and deliver the car immediately otherwise take back the car and refund the original invoice amount.

    My car, Honda Jazz VX CVT, with regn. No. KL-11-BP-6318 met with an accident on 24.01.2021 near Kutta, Karnataka District, by 10.45 am. Front bottom side of the car hit with a boulder stone when the car jumped into a gutter resulting damage to the engine case. The engine case (PAN, OIL) was found broken and oil was leaking heavily. Then I stopped engine immediately. Then I contacted the RSA in their toll free number. But they told that the RSA period was expired and not renewed and hence the services are chargeable. Then I requested for chargeable services and given the details including live locations. But they could not turned up. Then I was compelled to get the services of local recovery van, and the car was taken by them, to the nearest Honda service centre situated at Kakkavayal, Wayanad District, Kerala state by 7.00 pm on the same day. Next day by 9.15 am, I visited the service centre along with my husband and informed the damaged details. They, after inspection of the vehicle, observed the engine case found broken, and given their estimate for replacing the damaged parts amounting to Rs. 14, 100/-. But they informed that the spares are not available with them and hence we will have to keep the vehicle for minimum 15 days to replace the spares. Also they informed us to contact other dealers for the availability of spares. As per their advise, we contacted APCO honda dealers, but the spare was not available with them also. Hence, they placed order for the same to their NOIDA plant. The service advisor, Mr. Akhil, told me that minimum 15 days will take to get the spare from their Plant. Then I contacted the Company personal HONDA 2 in ONE in the toll free number and informed about the matter. They assured me to supply the spares soon, after contacting with other nearby dealerships. After 20 minutes, I got a call from another dealer, M/s. Johns Honda, Thrissur. They have consoled me and assured their full service to get the spares. They were frequently contacting me over phone and informed updates about the non-availability of the spares. The main unavailable spares to be replaced as in the estimate are as follows:

    1. PAN, OIL (Part No. 211515T0000)
    2. PACKING, OIL PAN (Part No. 218145T0000)

    As the service centre is not having enough space to keep the car, they kept the car in an open space. If the car is keeping in the open space like this for 15 days, the colour of the car (RED) will also fade due to sunlight and dust. I purchased my car in 2019 March from M/s. VISION HONDA, CALICUT, KERALA, and now completing only two years in March, 2021. I am keeping my vehicle always in good condition, which you can observe by seeing the car. When I expressed my concerns about keeping the car in open area/yard, they are not ready to solve the issue. The whole matter was conveyed to their Customer Relation Manager at Calicut, over phone, but the reply was not satisfactory. He also told me that the spares are out of stock and hence placed order with their NOIDA plant, vide order No. 1-[protected] dated 25.01.2021 and have to wait for two weeks. When I conveyed my concerns, they are not even listening to the same. The service given by them is not satisfactory.

    Being a reputed CAR Company, shortage of spares and delay in replacing spare, will affect the customer adversly. Now I have to spent more money for my routine daily journey, especially in the COVID-19 pandemic situation, if the repair work of my car is delayed. Standby car facility also not providing from dealership for the period of delay. We have selected HONDA car, especially for its quality and after sales services. If the spares are unavailable at dealer service point, Customer has to suffer a lot.

    M/s. Johns Honda, Thrissur has given a very good service from their end with frequent contacts and updating the informations regarding availability of spares in other dealership. They also informed that the available stock of the items are especially for the damaged vehicle in their respective garage only and hence cannot be transferred to other dealers.

    In the above circumstances, I request your goodself to kindly look into the matter and arrange immediate supply of the above spares without further delay. Also kindly do the needful to keep my car in a closed area to avoid colour fade in sunlight and dust. I request M/s. Vision Honda to follow up the matter with their Principal's for early despatch of the spares.

    Again, I request you to kindly arrange early delivery of the car after completing the above works to avoid further

      Honda service is degrading day day day. Very sorry to say that I have lost trust in Honda services. Happened to visit Brigade Honda showroom for new air filter. Was directed to service executive- Manjunath. He to get the car to showroom to change it. I insisted on bung it and replacing air filter by my own as its simple. Manjunath spoke to Asst service Manager who in turn guided to speak with service manager. After waiting nearly 30min they asked me to pay for Air filter and Labour cost. Labour cost applies only when they do some work on the car. Now its was clear that Honda has become not only Lethargic but corrupt as well. Very bad experience with the showroom.

        Dear Honda Team,

        I have been a loyal Honda advocate for a very long time, but my recent experience with a particular Honda service center was very disappointing, to say the least. I met with an accident while driving my Honda City ZX, yesterday morning at 9 AM. There was considerable damage on the front body, but no mechanical parts were affected so I drove to the nearest Honda Service center - Vidhata Honda, Gahaur, Ludhiana. (GM – Abhay Sharma)

        I asked the service advisor to tell me an estimate of the damage. The advisor gave me an estimate of Rs 1, 10, 000 and told me about the 5% charges that would be levied if I sign the claim intimation form. Thereafter, I decided to not sign the claim form and approach an alternative workshop to decide where I wanted my car to be repaired. However, when I was leaving the dealership the below incidents happened:

        • I was told to pay an estimation charges of Rs 5000, later negotiated to Rs 2000 (for no repair, no labor cost, just to make an estimate)
        • The Service Advisor accepted his mistake of not informing me about estimation charges beforehand. Still I had to pay, despite being not intimated of the charges involved. (I had not asked anyone to open a Job Card)
        • I was forcefully detained in the dealership and not allowed to take away my vehicle (citing no gate pass would be given until I paid)
        • My repeated requests to talk to Honda ASM were vehemently denied. Despite there being a dispute between the dealership and myself.
        • To hide their folly, they have mentioned in the invoice

        Highly disappointing experience, such dealerships are bringing down the reputation of Honda OEM. It seems Honda dealerships are finding creative ways of exploiting Honda customers in a bid to extract money for no reason (no repair, no labor). I think these are the reasons why Honda has not been able to grow in recent years. I’ll ensure that none of my friends or family go for a Honda car ever again.

          Since company delivered to mi Honda web smt model, i hav sufferings from Bluetooth problem as phone calls i hear clear sound from front side but my voice not get reached clearly to adjust caller, i hav compliances 3, 4 times but last reply i got from.comoany, is that some wire connection Made by mi during installation of my woofer sound systems, create this Bluetooth problem, but I have suffered this problem since delivery time, plz solve this problem,

              Honda city front tyre (left side) burst suddenly during driving.
              I purchased Honda city registration no. UP80FQ7388 from Heritage Honda Car dealership, Agra, Uttar Pradesh two months back .

              Car has driven near around 1293 km only .

              I have not expected this kind of defective product from Honda Car.

              I also owned Honda WRV car already, I had a trust on Honda Car that's why I bought another car from honda, but this time Honda Car disappointed me .

              Honda City Car has 3 yrs warranty for tyres . So please replace this defective tyre as soon as possible.

              Hoping for a positive response from Honda Cars Ltd.

                I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Honda car sales.i am being fooled and misguided by Honda cars India while purchasing Honda Amaze Registration Number (DL 8C AV 9103).

                I purchased Honda Amaze in December 2018 from Courtesy Honda Delhi ( Lally Automobiles Pvt Ltd, No A3, Wazirpur Industrial Area, Block B).

                At the time of Purchase an Agent name Vikas Jha working in courtesy honda committed to give me 5 year warranty or 3 free service of Car which was the scheme put up by Honda in December 2018.and I opted for 5 years warranty (Banners were all there in Showroom and same has been advertised by Radio channels).

                After few months I got a call from CRM honda to extend my warranty to 5 years which I told them is of 5 years only but they said System is showing 3 years only.so out of curiosity.I again contacted this person and he assured me that "Sir this is a Honda Scheme and 5 years warranty is by default and I have taken care of it .you don't have to worry."
                Being an established brand I trusted Honda and sales agent words and went home without questioning which was my biggest mistake.

                Again I went for car service and I put up the same question to him and he misguided me everytime with false commitments and told me "I have updated it in backend system and you can call and ask in one month if its updated or not "

                Now recently when I went to ask him again, he completely refused what he said and asked if I have any proofs? as its not written anywhere in your invoice that we have given you 5 year warranty for the same and lied in front of me and GM Mr Amit of Courtsey Honda.
                While having word with Amit, he told me that they have encashed me discount for the same in December 2018 but I was told in 2018 that this is year end discount .

                where is it written in your policy and in my invoice that 5 year warranty has been be encashed?

                because I was portrayed opposite of that and was told to get Special year ending Discounts and Sales Agent Vikas Jha and Mridul chauhan misguided me and my family.
                I never said to encash me discount instead of 5 year Warranty and I am being fooled by Honda car company clearly.

                Also with nearly 2 years of Experience i have faced following issues in my car which are blunders.

                1) The car stopped in middle of road twice(in 2019 and 2021) having Fuel Tank problem and Fuel Guage Adjustments (Please refer to attached invoice).
                ( I am not sure if you understand what it feels like when your new car stops in middle of road and specially having your family with you.)

                2) Jumping rod was lubrication was done after 1 year as I was facing issues with steering sound on edges and bumpy roads.(Please Refer to attached invoice).

                3) Pick Up issues

                With trust to Honda car India i give my car for the service on time and have also availed Honda Car Road side assistance but i think its a matter of just money making for the company.

                I am attaching my car invoice and other necessary Documents for the reference.

                3) Lubrication Issues
                4) Fuel Guage Adjustments .

                With profound dissatisfaction i can say this is the worst car experience that I have faced and I would not recommend any one to go and purchase Honda car.

                Please Escalte my matter to highest Authorities and i think a strict action should be taken against these kind of sales executives and if you are unable to justify this, Unfortunately I will be bound to lodge a complaint to Consumer Court regarding misguided policies and would be putting my experience on social Platforms to make users aware of this misguidance and how badly we are fooled by Honda.

                Hoping to get a reply soon from Honda if you really care for your customers.

                  My self owned a Honda brio car, with Reg no KA32p0052 . Where I have gave for repair service on dec 29 2020 . Where as Honda don’t carry a spare parts in a Indian warehouse . Where dealer have informed me it may take around 10-15days . As I agree to be patience for 10-15 days as of jan 15 after calling to its 121 service . I got a awareness briefing by saying the spare part is not available in India .

                  I request to provide a loaner car (alternative car ) by Honda team and dealer refused by saying they don’t have loaner car . Where they are least constrain about the customer loss faceing with out my car .

                  Due to a pandemic, I can’t take risk in travelling in public transport and even I can’t get a loss towards my ongoing and upcoming projects .

                    We have booked Honda Jazz ZX model with Deccan Honda dealer (Refer attach Sales Contract).
                    Dealer register Honda Jazz VX Model with Road Transport authority (Refer RTO Copy) without taking confirmation from us and also taken Rs 9, 33, 756 from us on the name of price protection (Refer Attach mail).

                    We are not ready to accept this lower variant model as we haven't booked this car model this totally dealer fault. Dealer is not ready to listen us nor he is showing the complete document to us.

                    Please register our complain and kindly do the needful.

                      This is Srikanth M, owner of honda city AP16EH9119.Recently received car from workshop due to floods.They kept vechile 2 months at store and gave me the car with following defects where I feel it very worst cheap level working done and very UNSATISFACTORY.
                      1.Car not handed properly(back seat cover stritches both from left side and right side were gone.
                      2. Car door stoppers gone
                      3.back door mirror slide not operating
                      4.TOOL KIT missing(this I got know just today only while giving car to service, and TOOL KIT never once taken out from purchase of car, recently changes 4 tyres In a showroom where they used their things).
                      5.Found water in Stepney tyre area and they didnot cleaned water properly.
                      6. On the day a huge argument happend between me and manager.He didnot checked wheel balance before handover the car even 2 months you guys kept with you.and he said sorry and asked me comeback tommorow.
                      If you are not a right person to receive this complaint, atleast inform me where should I send.
                      I thought honda city service will be good.And you guys proved it wrong.

                        I purchased a new WRV car in Dec 17 but not its dashboard is cracking automatically near music system without any external diamage. But in service center he is not taking it in Honda company defect ground. My request is plz look this matter on guenue ground and replace it to keeping company defect ground.

                          My infotainment system started giving problem within 2 years. I had gone to the service center for it and they did a factory setting of the system without logging my complaint in December 2019.
                          it worked for a while but started giving problem again.
                          The lockdown ensued and after the lock down, I visited the victory honda service center at Ranchi and they made no effort to register my complaint under the special situation and said it would cost me around twenty thousand rupees for it. the touch screen is not responsive.
                          I wrote a mail but there was no response from there end.
                          Its such a disappointment regarding post sale service of Honda city.
                          This is the last time I will or let anyone in my family to buy a Honda.

                            I booked Honda city zx manual on 29 Dec.2020 at sunshine honda Jaipur, Rajasthan And due to some problem I decided to cancel the booking. I wrote a letter for cancellation and refund and refund on 4 January 2021. The salesman said I will get my refund within 7-10 days and now it's been 15 days neither I got refund nor the salesman ( Mr. Mukesh, sunshine honda Jaipur, Rajasthan) is responding the calls properly. Hoping for and executing quick response.

                              Honda amaze window rattling sound

                              I've honda amaze smt petrol 2019 veriant...
                              And I've issue in window.
                              1.When window is half open or fully open..there is rattling sounds comes from it...and it feels very cheap quality..bt when i close it fully..there is no sound.
                              2. When window is open and i close the door ...same rattling sound comes from it ..its a window glass rattling sound.

                              And i talk about this to dealer and service center..they...

                              I have serious concern about repeated complaints on product quality of material used in Honda city.
                              There is perpetual issues with tail light of water logging right after service at your authorized service center Samara Honda. These tail lights has been replaced 4 time but with no relief. The problem still persists.

                              Touch screen of audio system is also given problems again, same was changed earlier.

                              Lot of rattling issues of noises while driving but no one to address the same.
                              I seriously considering to move to customer care council for reporting the matter.

                                This is serious escalation (2nd mail) mail to Honda India after repeatedly facing issues with my Honda Amaze car.

                                I am Anurag Walse, Owner of Honda Amaze (Model SMT), purchased in October 2018 (then Ethix Honda, Pune, Maharashtra) Vehicle registration No – MH 12 QY 2357.

                                Brief background -
                                My car was submerged in Flood water in month of August 2019, I surrendered by car to Honda Service Center, Pune (Garve Honda, Khadki) on 2nd of August and it took 4 and half months to repair and delivered back to me, because I had escalated this delay to Honda India at that time I could get my car repaired in 4 and half month, I don’t know If I wouldn’t have escalated it would have went for 6 or 7 months.

                                Even after 4 and half months of repairing I am repeatedly facing lot of issues every 2-3 months –
                                Floor wet issue due to AC leakage – It took 2 weeks to repair (Around month of Dec. Jan[protected]
                                Gear knob wire issue – It took 3-4 weeks to repair (In June-July 2020)
                                Now again in Nov. 2020 – Clutch release bearing issue
                                Gear shifting issue

                                This is repeatedly happening even after so many commitments during flood repair and after that as well and it is seriously affecting my personal as well as financial life. In last 6 months I had to shell out 40, 000 due to this Honda car along with my several personal losses. This is the 3rd time my car broke down when I travelled to other city Latur (surrendered car in Kaizen Honda, Latur, Maharashtra), Here it rook again 3-4 weeks to repair and with no surprise from Honda they could not resolve Gear shifting issue and asked us to collect car from 375km from my town. With this issue I had to drive back to Pune. This I had already conveyed during repair in Latur Honda service centre and warned to Pune Garve Honda Manager & Lature Service manager as well that I don’t want to again keep my car in Garve Service centre for another 1 month for this issue.

                                During this pandemic situation I had to travel back with Local Bus & 2nd time by Local taxi with my family which would have cost me alot and family with sever consequences if something would have went wrong.

                                Now today it is 4th Nov 2021, with no surprise again Honda Service manager told me it will take more 10 days to receive a part (ring tapper) which Rs. 75 worth from Singapore which is simply ridiculous & on top of this - To understand that this part is not available in India, Honda Service center consumed 2 weeks & then ordered part from Singapore last week.

                                This is sheer ignorance, lack of credibility and responsibility towards a customer who is already severely suffering from Honda car which is known and reputed for its quality & manufacturing in the world. & my car is in Service center for 6 and half months in 2 years when I bought in 2018 ​

                                Whenever I get into Honda authorised service centre for repairing it takes minimum 3-4 weeks to get it repaired due to unavailability of parts, even wear-tear parts like clutch bearings etc. (Worth Rs. 700-1000 and now a part of 75 Rupees).

                                I have always received one answer from Honda Service centre that it might be because either flood background or these wear & tear parts. And let me tell you that car has running of total 4000 KM.

                                So where is Honda credibility here when it took 4 and half months to repair and costs Rs. 3, 10, 000 If it is always flood issue or wear-tear even after 1 year of repair ?? And Honda authorised service centre has no answer to this except putting it onto flood background. On contrary Honda service manager clearly told me & confirmed that – Honda has checked all the mechanical parts and there is no damage to any of the mechanical parts of vehicle and no need of change as well ex. Gear box, engine & all other mechanical parts. (During 4 months repair and after 200 Km of vehicle trails)

                                Why always customer has to be at receiving end giving such reasons especially when car has very minimal run???

                                Every 3-4 months my car is at service centre for minimum of 3 weeks then please let me know what benefit I am getting choosing & buying Honda Car over others. I purchased it because of Quality & customer satisfaction that this Japanese company offers. But here I and my family are totally dissatisfied with this Honda & the service provided by Honda authorised service provider.

                                I have also asked to check all Flood related document & repairing done in that 4 months, but its 2 weeks they are not unable to find it giving reasons of – Authorised service Center change from Ethix Honda to Garve Honda.

                                Now I really don’t trust Honda or Honda service centre that it will not happen next time and it will continue hereafter for every 3-4 months.

                                I need written & firm answer from Honda India within next 1 week or else I will have to again escalate this further and take my next step.

                                  It stopped working completely . I checked this with Honda Service center and they told the system needs replacement . Honda vendor has provided faulty system in your car. I asked them what next ? They said, " we will intimate you when new system will arrive " How many times i need to get this check done. Completely pissed off with Honda vehicle.
                                  I requested them in may 2020
                                  From last 8 month I am suffering from this problem
                                  Whenever I called them they told after 1 month
                                  Today they told in March 2021 you got your stereo system display replacement

                                    I brought a new honda civic in 2019 letest diesel model in the date 2/1/2021 this car had a serious accident but the airbeg of this car does not open so the honda company sold us a damage vehical
                                    the other thing is the company climes the maileg of this car is arround 24 but on the highway this car give us a 17 maileg so this are the big reason for complaint agints honda
                                    i request to change this car the honda car company is cheating on public
