Sir,
My name is Nandesh and i am a businessman in Karwar. From your ad and also from my friend's advice I had booked an ACTIVA scooter to one of your authorised dealers SHANTESHA HONDA, HUBLI. On Monday 27th of SEPT 2010, We (my friend & me both) have gone to Hubli from karwar (200km) only to buy activa after a call made by show room to me. We meet Manager and told that we are coming from karwar please make arrangement of quick dispatch of our (2 no. activa ) vehicle. Manager (i think his name is Venkatesh) told - go and talk to our salesman he will deal you - i am busy. Salesman told it will take 6-7 hrs we told that we have purchased 5 vehicles from hubli within 3hrs (Herohonda CBZ and Pleasure and TVS- Apache) we have given references also but he was making stories by saying RTO takes min4 hrs and then our fitting accessories time ...... all these.

To save our time we told that don't fit accessory we will fit in Karwar showroom, he told that accessory fitting is mandatory, when we reached to Manager , he also repeated the same.

In the mean time a customer from Hubli was querying to sales executive that why they have not informed about his booked vehicle Manager interfere and told customer to show the call detail of his mobile number and when the person has shown then he was saying we have many booking, if you want to complain go and complain.

After fitting our accessories to our vehicle (almost after 6hrs), we saw the Temporary Permit receipt it was only of Rs110. When we again queried for this, Manager told that it is RTO's COMMISSION, you are creating problems since morning and it is enough of my passions and you should be thankful to us because we have delivered you within one day..... and all rubbish he was saying to us.When i asked him to provide us customer care number he told that- open vehicle service manual and see the number, he was not talking properly his behavior was to bad like a sadak-chap. He told go and complain......

I really wonder how come these people are siting in hot seats and allowed to take higher level position while they are too low level category people having full of attitude, no manners and don't have respect to the customers. They do neither value their customers not their time, how come such people be the manager.

I believe honda is a brand name but this type of behavior of a Manager results with the bad reputation of the Company

Kindly take an action against Showroom to save ur Business and customer .

Honda — Dealer Unprofessional Behaviour

Pathetic service at pathankot region by Bhalai Motors. We booked one activa on 11th April '08 and till date have not received any confirmation from their side. Multiple follow ups but no replies till date.

I am working in a Malayalam paper concern of repute. From your ad and also from my friend's advice I purchased an ACTIVA scooter from one of your authorised dealers M/S MARIKAR MOTORS, TRIVANDRUM, on 24th of APRIL 2008 under regn no. KL01 AS 8508. ( Eng no.JF08E5302328). There was a leak from the Battery on the week next onwards and as a consequence the front mud gaurd began to look very shabby. I complaint about this to the dealer and nearly 7 times they tried to repair but all there efforts were in vain. I really regret to inform that if such a small defect is not repaired, what happen when some major trouble errupts? Since till date(17/06/08) the defect was not repaired the front mudgaurd began to rust day by day. Now it seems that there is no other way but to replace the battery and the front mudgaurd. Hence I request that the same may be replaced at the earliest.
If no action is taken i may be constrained to reddress my complaint legally. I hope wiser counsels will prevail and the needful will be done from your side without forcing me to take a drastic step.

I had visited your showroom for an grey Activa.

Mr Prasad was the sales consultant Guy.

But I am sorry to say that i am very upset with the whole working system of B U Bhandari auto.

right from the beginig to the end i faced a struggle and plaese dont consider this as a regulat complaint as i am also working with the automobile induistry and in my showrooms consumers are not illtreated like yours



when i entered I ahd to wait for 10 mins for a sales consultant to give me an appointment. It was a week day
Did not have a Activa for test Drive, have not taken a test drive till date.
showed my Kinetic ZX '97 model to your exchange guy sitting there he offered me 4000/- when i was negotiating with him he just walked away as if I am asking him a Lakh of rupee the same Activa was sold at Rs. 6000/- to Kothari Honda in cash after 10 days he is your competutor in wakdewadi and proof can be produced.
when i received my brand new vehicle I had asked for a choice number and your guy pawar spoke rudely to me for which i had to approach a guy outside.
To my surprise I started the vehicle in the morning and it refused to start and now i am really frustrated
After Numerous tries also the vehicle dose not start.
the rubber sticker in the front is also completely removed let me remind you its my 1 day old vehicle.
After visiting the showroom I spoke to Mr. Umesh that gentelman was kind enough to listen to my complaint but he wanted me to leave the bike there but being a working lady its difficukt for me and I have to bear a major frustration every morning to start the vehicle.


I am never going to advise anybody to go to BU Bhandari absolute no service and no customer satisfaction.

Honda — DEALER'S NEGLIGENCE

I Amit Tandon had booked an Activa on 09th July 2008 through PREMIER CAR SALES, Lucknow. I was informed to collect my scooty on 26th July 2008 but as I was making payments through cheque I was said to collect it after two days. I am sorry to say that today 7 days have passed & the dealer is not giving me the delivery. I am making 4-5 calls daily but they are very rude. If this is the position I'll have to lodge my complaint in the CONSUMER FORUM against your dealer. They are harassing the costumer.

B.U.Bhandari — Old damaged vehicle received in place of brand new honda activa

I received the delivery of my so called brand new honda activa on 18th August 2008, just to find out that I have received a old damaged vehicle with cracks, scratches and noise. The scratches and cracks were well hid with polish and plastic paper that no one can be aware at the time of delivery. You reach home, take out the plastic paper wrapped around the vehicle and you know how experienced are cheaters like B.U.Bhandari. They mint profits but cheating people who invest their hard earned money to buy a new vehicle. I am not going to take this matter lightly, I will surely fight for my right. Because of people like B.U.Bhandari, our country gets a bad name. Please donot buy your vehicle at B.U.Bhandari. They only cheat and nothing else. I hope people in Honda read this message and take some action against the dealer, unless even a company like Honda is also a cheater.
I purchase Honda city car 2 years agao. Since day 1 problem was of bouncing glass. Every time I took my care to Ring Road Honda servie centre, beeding was cleaned and next day onwards problem persisted again. On 22nd August, again I took my care for service and with same complaint. technicain again sprayed some liquiid on beeding and assured me that it is perfect now.

Next day itself due to bouncing issue, I has to push the glass down and my wife's finger as well got stuck into it.

This is really a hell now. Nobody hears for last two years and no one understands the gravity of the problem...
I purchased an ACTIVA scooter from one of your authorised dealers M/S EVM HONDA MOTORS, KAIMANAM, TRIVANDRUM, on 22th of SEPTEMBER 2007 under regn no. KL01 AR 5910. ( Eng no.JF08E5008992 ). There was a complaint about bad service. engine fault, tyre damaged etc. complaint about this to the dealer and nearly 10 times we complaint to service manager. really regret to inform that if such a small defect is not repaired, what happen when some major trouble errupts?. Now it seems that there is no other way but to replace the tyre and the front mudguard during service. I inform the general manager to solve this problem, but there no respone. Hence I request that the problems may solve immedieately.

Honda — pathetic levels of customer service

This is pramod from kollam. This is to bring to your kind attention the pathetic levels of customer service provided by the service workshop of Vahini Honda at kollam, Kelala

. I have purchased a ball racer kit for unicorn 29-sep-2008 (InvNo M11964). They charged me Rs 276 for it. I checked wrapper of the spare and found the price is only Rs 208.00 inclusive of all taxes. I contacted Vahini Honda the next day. They told they billed ball racer for Honda activa. They requested me to come over there for refunding the excess amount paid. Attaching scanned copies.

My subordinate came there on 3th oct to collect the money. He kept waiting for almost an hour, but they said many excuses; their manager was on lunch break... he is coming in half hr. In a nut shell my person left your showroom without solving the issue.

I wish to remind you that the mistake is exclusively yours' and it is solely your responsibility to ensure availability of your staff in the seats. Usually we customers expect a quality standard from the Services of Honda authorized service centers. It is a demerit on your part that, an authorized dealer is packed with irresponsible staffs. I feel it's a true evidence of mismanagement from Honda. I suggest you to appoint efficient dealers only. More sales does not mean satisfied customers. This not what I expected when I bought a product of HONDA. This kind of step motherly treatment towards your two wheeler segment customers will create a huge dent in the reputation that you have built up over the past several years.

I assume that you are given a fancy designation where you have no power to-do anything, so as to improve the process at Honda. Nor will you have any power to fix loop holes in the system. I request you to take steps to redress my complaint and take appropriate action against these erring personnel at the earliest. I need refund for the trauma I have gone through.
i had buyed 2 vehicles from honda . 1>activa, from lajpat nagar delhi, 2>eterno, from noida sector 10. i just wanna suggest u for 3 small things in eterno which should be there but it does not have.
1.petrol meter- which each and every vehicle has.
2.a tipical good sound horn. by which people should have space to go.or to tell move a side.
3.a battery, which should be there to take load . other than every thing is perfect. please reply me .

I have purchased a honda Activa on 30th April 2007 from GUNNANI HONDA, Bhubaneswar, ORISSA.Its still under warrenty. The Honda Registration number is OR 02 AN 6292.

After 5th Service, all of a sudden the scooter started giving trouble. It stops while running on the road. Its no more a reliable Activa. Every week I take it to the Dealer, they show some kind of excuse, but the original problem remains as it is. Almost every week I go to the Dealer but It never Attended properly.Neither the Service Engineer nor the Service manager could able to find the fault. They are not even writing the Complain properly in the Complain book. Its hopeless Dealer.

I donot know why the Honda Sales/ Dealer Development deptt is not taking any Action for the Dealer. They should be punished for this kind of act.
I would Greately Appreciate If you can take any steps and let me have a defect free honda.
(Note:- This my last step Prior to going for any Legal Action)
i want know on what base u take activa for service because according to the kms i have free service coupon and according to the days i have to pay for the service

and one more thing my activa &my friend's activa we all have average problem all activa average in between 20 to 30 km/litre

I have not received the Activa Please look into the matter as it took 60 days long.

The company who says they are the Desh ki dadkhan but they are very poor in the service of even a new coustomer especialy with the delears they give delearship to Gundas especialy like K.T.C in calicut (kerala) I came to face this problem by boking the honda activa in december I had spoked this mater with the manager Mr.praveen Nair he was saying if you want to cancel the booking we dont care. The bludy company doesnt know that am retaired from defence and served my nation for a long time and the bike company say that they are the Desh ki dhadakan is this is the way how you belongs to.
dont think that you are only the one in market please go and check the suzik 125cc new scoter beter than you they will lead in Desh ki dhadakan.

Honda — Defaulting on delivery and change in product specification

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have booked black activa on 26th Feb 2009 via Honda dealer Pratik Honda, Kopar khairane, Navi Mumbai. There was no communication in last 35 days and as I tried to get delivery details dealer says that the earlier model of activa i.e. of 102 cc is now replaced by new 110 cc activa and there is no delivery schedule or new price list available with dealer for the same. The same will be confirmed to me in a weeks time which means after 45 days of booking I will get the price and delivery schedule where as the commitment was for 30 days delivery.

On detail enquiry I found that the bikes are sold on 2000 to 3000 extra preminum cost if you need delivery on the spot and for such cases bikes are always available.

I seriously like to charge Honda for this delay and careless behaviour towards the customers.

Please advice me how to do the same.

Honda — Poor Quality Gear Oil Pump

We have purchased Honda Activa from RUSHABH MOTORS PVT.LTD Nashik on 25/01/2007.Due to poor
quality of gear for oil pump. Part no 15133-GFC-901. The vehicle was ceased and we have to bear repairing charges of Rs 3463/-

I am businessman in patiala and i would like to draw your kind attention towards the dealers here in patiala M/S LYALLPUR HONDA and M/S SANDEEP AUTO .I have booked activa there for such a long time and i can understand the problem of shortage but it is unethical that they are forcing a consumer to buy accessories of atleast Rs.1500 along which are very costly and are available in the market at half rates. If a consumer shows no interest in buying activa along with accessories they don't entertain them and if you want i can show you the proof for the same. I want you to take some strict action against your dealers and inform whether your company sells activa or accessories .i hope to see stringent action against them .

the after sales service provided by the honda activa showroom situated in raipur is worst...the service man dont deliver the vehicle in time...no time management, no staff management...for a small problem, they took vehicle for 3days to repair, and then also they dont satisfy the customers...i must say one thing that...dear friends, dont watse your time and money in this product...

Honda Activa — Unsatisfactory services

I am a resident of Jagdalpur Bastar Chhattisgarh and own a Honda Activa registration number CG 17 B 8655. I am grossly dissatisfied with the service( mechanical) offered by the authorized agency Wahe guru Motors.Almost every month i have to turn up in the agency with one problem or other in the bike. From 5 months i have spent more than 12000.00 rupees in getting my bike repaired. Last time the agency billed me with the charge of changing engine oil this time i spent more tha 7000.00 on having no engine oil and reaching a condition of seaze for which i had to cahange the whole block head.Form the time of my purchase i had got my bike checkup in the agency but after a run of 2200 i need to go for bore in the engine . This is extremely ridiculous . Either there is major fault on the manufacturer side or the mecahnics trained are not equipped enough. Almost every honda owner in the city seems to be dissatisfied with the services offered. Hope u do something

Sir,

I purchased Activa 110 vide Delivery Challan No. 430 - dated 13.05.2009 - Money Receipt No. 1061 dated 13.05.2009 from you. I have made a complaint to Shri Bhupendra Pal on next day i.e. 14.05.2009 that "during drive, I feel that the Handle is pushing towards right hand side, it seems that the same problem is due to dis-balancing of handle and may be manufacuturing defect. Due to this defect, there is a chance for major accident.". Shri Bhupendra Pal was requested to take back the vehicle on 15.05.2009 morning. As per his diections, I handed over the said vehcile to Shri Bhupendra Pal on 15.05.2009; he told to wait for some time at your show room; he sent the vehicle to workshop for checking. After one and half hour, he returned the vechile and intimated me that the problem has been rectified. During the said process no job card was made.

After that, the vehicle was delivered to me, during driving the vehcile, I felt the problem remained and was not rectified. I again made a complain on phone to Shri Bhupendra Pal on 16.05.2009, he again told me to deliver the vehicle at Agecy on next day. On 17.05.2009, the vehicle Activa 110 was again taken to the work shop, i was asked to come back tommrow, i.e. on 18.05.2009, the vehicle was handed over to the workshop again., i was in touch with Shree Bhupendra Pal, i was called on next day i.e. 20.05.09, at 0930 am, i agin test drive the scooter, i found trhe problem of handle pulling remins there and could not be rectified, and the problem was accepted by the service engineer Mr, Sachin, the vehicle is still with the Agency.Therefore it is requested that the scooter may please be replaced immediatly

Honda — Battery Defective

The Activa Honda was bought from Saphire Honda showroom at 9th Block in Jayanagar Bangalore around two weeks back(4th June 09).It has hardly travelled for 150 kms.The battery has stopped functioning.None of the indicators nor the horn are working.
If this is the product quality it's better that the product be scrapped off.

I would like to complaint against Gugnani honda motors because this showroom provides bad customer service. I booked a honda unicorn date 27/05/09 his selsman told me that they will provide me that bike within 11/06/09. Already that date has gone. when I going to there for purchaseing my bike he is provies me only false statement inn the lieu of my bike.
I have already deposited 5, 000/- for my bike.

Please do it needful.

I had booked Shine black with gray disc bike on 13th of May 2009 in Fortune Motors Pvt. Ltd. G01, Lala1 Landmark, MG Road, Secunderabad-05, Ph no-[protected], while booking I was being told that bike will be delivered within 1 month, but unfortunately they did not deliver me bike within time showing different reasons at different times.

Now after a hard talk on 12th June 2009, they have committed that you pay the full amount and the bike is ready to be delivered within 1 day after full payment. So I did the payment full on 17th June with a condition that I will get the bike on 18th.

Now today is 19th June, till date I have not got the bike and the most ridiculous and unfortunate thing is nobody has contacted me about the delivery. And whenever I contact them either I get all time user busy tone of 3 persons(point of contact) or operators say they are not in office or if I luckily catch them by dialing from different number they use to say they do not have status on it, they will get back to me in 10mins and that 10mins never comes.

So I wanted to know what they will prefer now?

1) Cost reduction as per bank rate, because I have paid almost 57, 000 which if I would have kept in bank for this period I get interest for it.

2)Delivery of bike within today.

3)Cancellation of order and refunding the amount with the above said interest.

If this thing does not happen I will have no other option to go legal.

Honda — Non Availabily/Showroom Attitude

Dear Sir,
I'm Surya Prakash Sharma, booked Honda Activa on 25th June 2009 through Nawab Honda, Gurgaon. I paid booking amount to Mr. Brij Mohan of Honda Activa, he promised me to make Honda Activa available within one week. On 26th June 2009 he called me to pick-up the vehicle, I was out of station that day and requested him to keep the vehicle till 1st July 2009 at 3:30 pm, which he agreed to. Till 1st July 2009 we (me and Brij Mohan) talked to each other several times regarding accessories etc.
On 1st July 2009 at 1:00 PM I called him to convey that I'll be at Nawab Honda to pick-up the vehicle, then he told me that Honda Activa is not available and will be available till 10th or 12th July 2009. By this time I had already arranged the money and other documents.
Can't Honda people make sure comfort level of their customer and inconvenience their customers face due to this type of Honda Dealers.
I'm planning to file an report to Consumer forum as well against this; because of this inconvenience i faced and now either I'll have to return the arranged money and collect the same on 10th or 12th July 2009 as Nawab Honda will inform me or else keep the hard cash with me for next 10 days.
Please suggest me as soon as possible, can Honda company do something regarding this or I can contact consumer forum.

I Shammi Arora had booked an Activa with 1000 Rs. (Booking no : 2673 on 04th July 2009 through PIONEER HONDA, (SHREE DADU AUTOS PVT.LTD), LUDHIANA. I was informed to collect my scooty with in 7 days but as I was making a call then I was said to collect it after two days. whene i go after 2 days they said me if I purchase activa with accessory then we are provided u other wise we are not provided you. I am sorry to say that today 25 days have passed & the dealer is not giving me the delivery. I am making 4-5 calls daily but they are very rude. I am lecturer in Amritsar and i would like to draw your kind attention towards the dealers here in amritsar M/S Guru Nanak Honda HONDA and M/S MRZ autos.I have booked activa there for a long time but they are just giving excuses that shortage is going on and they force the consumer to buy accessories with it. they dont even deal a customer if anyone dont want to get accessories with it. I want you to take some strict action against your dealers in Amritsar. im a user of Activa since september 2001 and after that our other realtives bought 7 activa hondas from M/S GURU NANAK HONDA. now i want another one but they are not dealing well.they are having monoply over here and misusing it. That is why people even moving to other brands of scooters because of their bad dealing. i hope ur company will take strict actions aginst them.

Honda — Huge wating period for delivery

I booked Honda Activa Thru your dealer Sai point Honda situated at Thane, Maharashtra.
The wating period is three months. I can not understand why such long period for a small vehical like scooter.
As on today Honda scooter are well established in India. If there is a huge demad why the company is not increasing production, or any body selling the scooter with on moeny or with unofficial way
I am requesting you to review the situation to decrease wating period.

I am complaining very late as in the 5th service (22/5/08) dealer give it with out filling engine oil, he agreed too & as result engine wear & tear from inside. Dealer is Jugal Kisore Honda, Lucknow Date of Purchase 2/3/06 in the name of Arpita Verma

I am resident of Panchkula, Haryana and avail services of your local dealer having his service centre in Industrial Area, Panchkula.I had lodged a complaint in july 09 in his complaint register which is only a ordinary register maintained by the dealer. No response was to my complaint from the dealer or from your co.On perusal of the complaint register, it was observed there is no periodic checking on the part of the co. either. It should be obligatory on the part of the Dealers to maintain a copmplaint register provided by the co. and a receipt should be provided to the complainant. I hope to receive a response.

I had booked Honda Activa (110 cc) Black colour with authorised dealer M/S Atul Cars, Aurangabad.
Receipt number is 2884 dated 5th August, 2009 wherein delivery promised in fourth week of August.

Now, fourth week is closing today but not getting information about when actual delivery will takesplace.

I used to do servicing and all on Honda dealers only. But last 2-3 experiences were horrible.

My activa was consuming the engine oil little fast. So they advised for engine repair. It cost me around 6+ thousand. They serviced the activa engine on 16/07/2009, after keeping the activa for around 7 days.
After this, bad time of activa started. After 7 or 8 days. The new piston got choked in between the road. They refused to do anything because they don't have any guarantee/warranty of their service. I talked to they incharge also, but of no use.

This is only one experience with DHINGRA HONDA dealer Navada, New delhi. People working there are seriously not capable of doing anything serious on Activa rather than little serviceing and washing.

I was planning to but a Honda stunner also, but I can not think of going to service station which does not have any capable man.

• On 11/2/2009 ,Took the delivery of vehicle but may be because of being overjoyed …did not check the vehicle perfactly ….There was some abnormal noise coming, and took the vehicle back to showroom perhaps after a day or two. Their I was given a token and was told to get vehicle checked at the workshop near shastri bridge ……CHECK YOUR RECORDS PROBABLY OF THE 2-3RD WEEK OF FEB-2009 …U WILL FIND TALHA SHETH – OR -- GJ6-DC-2416 …


• On 20/3/2009, 1st service done at 631 kms. Got the mud-flaps and side light indicator fitted from workshop.


• On 19/6/2009, 2nd service done at 1845 kms. If you have preserved the feedback forms, pl. check my vehicle number and see the remarks …both the mud-flaps had to be refitted and the indicator was found detached from the fittings AFTER I TOOK THE VEHICLE FROM 1ST SERVICE …


• On 27/6/2009 , went for periodical battery checkup and got the report that battery needs replacement …


• On 10/7/2009, got the replacement of battery, but vehicle did not start and had to take the vehicle to workshop. Call on my mobile for the status at approx. 16.50 Hrs. (from [protected] – Mr. Purohit) informing me the estimate of the expense around Rs. 2100/- for the repairs. I flatly refused to pay and told Mr. Purohit to consult his seniors for the same.


• On 16/7/2009, Mr. Purohit informed me that vehicle will be ready by the evening. Two parts namely pinion and motor were replaced showing them as under warranty period.

• On 11/9/2009, I had to book for a breakdown ervice to CR SCOOTERS workshop as it was giving a problem.

• On 14/9/2009, call on my mobile from Mr. Purohit saying the vehicle is ready and was told these kind of small ( ! ! ! ) problems do come in every vehicle.

I have paid for the new bike in August and til now not received the bike. The Honda dealer are not even bothered.They are just saying the strike is still on , not even letting us know when will we get the bike. hello sir this is suman kumar mehta from vellore here to inform you that i purchace a honda activa on 09/04/07 from your dealer in vellore tamil nadu., the complant is when ever i go for service there are some problem regarding the service & spare replacement Example: Today (22/10/09) when i was on there to take delevery of the vechicle Detail TN 23 AD 2853 there was done nothing but only just the change of oil which was not told to do and the other thing was not done such as the front upper portion that was sheaking of head light, rear break lever, this was also known at the time of last service (repair) of FORK totaly was bend., and was told to change at that time also there was some problem not satisfied fully and now also change of rear round bumper., all this which was writern on the job card and then also not done anything., Accuttaly why we do come to auothrsied service centre because of to get good servise and good customer care but there is no such response taken towards the normal customer so i am totaly un satisfy with the service done there so please do take some necssary auction for a good vichile & customer service

A vehicle bearing reg. no. OR02AU5557 of Mr. Alok Panigrahi was reported at our workshop (Highway Honda,N.H.- 5,Rudrapur , Bhubaneswar,Orissa)on 08.04.2009,as per Reliance G.I. people they are saying that there is some problem with the documentation of the said vehicle .Though its before they have given us cashless service like wise this case was a cashless case,But till date the Reliance general insurance nither send us the Delivery Order nor payment to the Customer.The most problematic thing is the insurance people did not informed nither the customer nor the repairer and they are missguiding both the parties.As per telephonic discussion with Mr. Amar Kumar Das(In House Surveyor) he told that that was informed to customer,but customer says that no body had infomed me.Mr. Nihar Bhuyan (Branch Head ) told that it is a complicated case it may take time but how much time he did not conformed us.So that Now Highway Honda(Auth Dealer Honda Seal Cars India Ltd) decided that no more case of Reliance G.I. will be entertened .Really Reliance G.I. is a Hope less company.

The dealer just told mi that within 45 days after booking I will recieve my activa, but till date they don't give that.
I am in urgent need, they ask about for full payment but not giving the status when the prodduct will deliver to us.
So, please kindly make notice of tjis, and please take some favourable action.

I would really appreciate if you can sincerely take up my complaint at the earliest; I have booked a Honda Activa Deluxe on 22nd sep 2009. And I was informed that the delivery will surely happen on or before 60 days, by a gentle man call saravanan. I have been going to the showroom to check if the vehicle has come but saravanan tell us there is a still delay in getting the load, but we regularly see the Load with full of bikes. Now it has been 77 days since we booked. When we contact saravanan for the update he asked me to wait for a week and I did now again I went there he shouts at me and tell sms to take back the money advance Rs1000/- I believe and dough that he gives priority to the people who pays him some money. Because I found out from his language, I don’t want to give him bribe to get a vehicle I need to get it legally. Please see that I get a proper reply.

i have the same problem in bangalore honda service sation, and they remove the spare parts like shocks. they did it for my vehicle and i stopped servicing from honda showrooms. they will not give proper response when we enter into the service center.

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (p) Ltd. — Handbook & Wrong name issued in RC receipt

A Honda avaitor was purchased by my wife on[protected] and as per norms Road tax was collected by the dealer M/s Vinayak Honda, Guwahati-7.

The road tax receipt wrongly spelled my wife's name and if the RC is issued in the wrong name the dealer should rectify this at their cost.

The hand book was given in Hindi although some pages are in English. We can read Hindi but not converasnt with Hindi so please send us the Hand book in English only. Either you print all pages in Hindi or English no HINGLISH please so far as educating the customer through your booklet.

I would like to share my experience of last servicing which I took on 12/01/2010 at Sadguru Motors.

Where I give My Activa for servicing,
My activa starts after 3-5 kicks without chokes and after servicing, without choke or with choke it never starts and if start then how long it will go nothing can be said more interesting is that now after giving choke 50 -60 kicks but no condition that it may start ((1) My father is in night duty recently and comes home at 2:30 pm at midnight and activa not started with or without choke forget about self start because battery has been changed, at present winter season at it full he was suffering at midnight, who will take responsibility for such condition. (2)Recent experience at My Birthday party17/01/2010 I went to nearest restaurant 3km. at the time of returning it didn’t start my five to six friend tried at 11pm who will take responsibility for such conditions) .
4. When I checked Activas Battery it has been changed and put it another person activa. what kind of servicing they are providing by changing parts of activa who knows how many parts have been changed from my activa and others activas.

So these are the current experience I faced that they change parts of our vehicles no proper response for customer, poor management very poor service every thing is lacking, no skilled employee what kind of service center is it. How could you provide them Dealer ship to such irresponsible persons I just feel shame on your decision or may be same case with you also so I am disappointed with there service and You take some action about it I will be thankful for it .so I decide to complain to u first place. I waiting for your response regarding it.

Honda Activa — unsatisfactory service and behavior

I have purchased a Honda Activa from M/S Didar Motors No. 340(old No.6540 Anna Salai, Thousand lights Chennai - 600 006. on 23/09/09 with Invoice No. 09IN04497 for the sum of Rs. 47,468/- (rupees fourty six thousand four hundred sixty eight only) and invoice issued for Rs.41,561/- and it has been registered with Tamilnadu RTO with vehicle bearing No. TN 04 AD 8831.

On dated 19/01/10 I have given above vehicle for second service (Total of free 4 services) and delivered on 20/01/10. It has been delivered with out washing and cleaning the said vehicle, I raised the problem with incharge,and the incharge's simple reply was that we are not able to handle so many vehicleswe and had to deliver with the this condition.So kindly my humble request is to treat a customer like atleast as a freind. thank you.

Dear Sir My name is Leena Gomkar I have booked Honda Dio from your one of your authorised dealer M/sTajshree, Deonagar, Nagpur on 5th Nov. 09. They promised me to deliver the Dio in 45 days. I told them to Charge the Battery but they not charged. Than i see my bike in market, they said that battery is not charged.

Honda Activa — vechile not giving in time

The ACTIVA model if purchase from local delear they take on give Activa within a day or weak. But if you book from Authorised Distrubutor they give you your after waiting period from 90 to 120 days, for that they take Rs. 10,0000 to 14,000 less. Means company production of vechile is as per market demand but they don't want to supply to their distrubutior or there distrubutor sell there alloted quota in greay market. And company support the system. This is one type of SCAM.
I have booked my vechile with Pilot Honda,Mulund on 27/10/2009 but till date they unable to give me my vechile. I complaint to company web site there sales manager mr. Ankur Agrwal promise me look into the matter. But unfortuntely from that day he was disapper from company & there is nobody to attend the complaint. Means company cheat customer with money & interest.

Activa — booked but not received & delear asking more amount

I have booked an Honda Activa (Deluxe Combi White) Scooter at the amount of 49,100/- on 1st October, 2009 from Jhaveri Honda Pvt. Ltd., Fort. My Booking No. is 62839. He gave me the period of delivery between 85 to 95 days, I have paid Rs. 49,100/- by cheque.
But i have not received the Activa till now and he is demanding for more money Rs.500/- and not giving me any details of the delivery. No one is picking up my call at the dealers place.And they are not giving me any respone after receiving the full amount of Activa.
My booking is still pending but whoever is paying more amount than that of cost for Activa they are receiving the delivery on the spot at othe places in Mumbai.I have to give Valentines day gift to my wife please help me for the solution.     I had purchased Honda City car MH 01 VA 4699 on 8th. May 2006. Immediately on my First service in 2006 I took up and signed the Extended two year Warranty Service Contract to cover all electrical and electronic parts under extended Replacement Warranty.
    However after my 4th. service at Ichibaan I discovered that my Honda City car wiper blades were not functioning at fast speed. So I complained to Ichibaan Honda for this defect but they reported that they had discontinued their services for Honda Cars and told me to approach some other service centre.
    Arya Honda services contacted me for regular service in place of Ichibaan after a year. But each time I went to Arya Honda for car servicing they would neither record the wiper motor defect complaint nor change the motor saying that they would do so the next time.This happened a few more times until I discovered that my 2 year extended Warranty was about to expire soon.
    The last time I went to Arya Honda in April 2010 for car service I made them note my complaint and requested them to replace the wiper motor which was not functioning at all. They Noted the details for the First time and yet did not replace the wiper motor mentioning that I had not adhered to regular servicing of
    my car in the last year hence I would not be eligible for free Replacement.
    This is ridiculous as my complaint was almost two years old but it was not attended to by them either Physically or Even Recorded in their History Records of my car. That was certainly not my Fault.
    I request you to arrange for Free Replacement of Wiper Blades Motor of my Honda City Car as the defect occured in the very first year of my extented Warranty.
    Your Positive Response to my appeal and Complaint would be appreciated as I have visited Arya Honda Service Centre at least 3 times in the last year or so during the Extended Warranty period.
    I shall be visiting The Arya Honda service centre at Lalbaug again on Tuesday the 28th. of September 2010 for my next service. Kindly inform and direct them of Free replacement of Wiper blades motor.

      i ask for noc letter from bank they told me to give the amt in cash then only they will give me NOC this matter has run for almost 6-8 months

        I bought honda shine bike 10 months before from VINAYAK HONDA ,G.S ROAD,GUWAHATI.The dealer said that it will give mileage for around 60 to 65 km , but for me initially it gave 55kmpl ,but now the condition is very worst it gives only 35 to 40 kmpl , i gave my bike for service at VINAYAK HONDA GUWAHATI .
        during my 4th free service itself i gave the complaint about the mileage problem ,they said that we will check and solve the problem, but yet not solve it ,still my bike gives only 35 to 40 kmpl only.but they are not accepting what i am saying.please suggest me where to give compliant about this.

        Immediately go to consumer forum or sell your bike otherwise you will be in trouble.You have to understand one thing that company will not sort out your problem bcoz it is engine defect & they will just avoid his problem.My friend has faced same kind of problem & finally he sold out his bike at low rate. Best of luck.

            I brought one Stunner SBF 125cc bike, it is very fine but i have one problem with the spare parts in my District, Vizianagaram, DADI HONDA SHOW ROOM, There is noting available in that show room except new model bikes..

            If i ask for Air filter, they will say go to Visakhapatnam, nothing spares are available in that show room,

            Sir please kindly arrange spares in that showroom, and the persons who are working in that show room, they are very lazy persons,
            we are really tired about that people..

            Now i need to change chainspoket, I asked them, They said wait for one month we will order, But i need urgent..so what can i do...

              I totally agree. Hero Honda Pleasure was a pleasure to ride during the first year. It's a nightmare now. The self-start does not work, the kick start gives a lot of problems and my vehicle is just 14 months old. Service centre is ignoring the problem even after taking there three times. It's a pity a company like Hero Honda is showing so much apathy. Shame on them

                I have given honda shine for servicing on 20th sept 2010 at 10am to grand honda showroom. today on 22 nd at 5 pm after calling them for 6 times in last 3 days they are telling me that they cannot compelete the servicing becouse they do not have spare parts.

                i have honda shine bike.i met your service center more than six time till the problem front wheel vabling in my bike is not solved.so plz solved the problem
                I agree with Javir.
                This is Stanlee from Mettur-Salem Dt.(Tamil Nadu). I have purchased my bike during the year of 2007 from TRIUMPH-HONDA(salem). For the first 2 years, I was called by the showroom persons regularly for service. After some time I am not finding proper response. And last time (2011), when I went to give my bike for service, I was shocked to hear the feedback. The response is it will take 3 or 4 days to service and get back my bike delivered. I have told him I don't have an alternate vehicle to go to my office and since I am coming from a long mile, please take and service my bike on a priority basis. The answer given by the authorities are "This is not my problem". So I request HONDA head office persons to take severe actions on this and also increase the workers capacity and infrastructure of the service centres based on the product sales.

                    I had booked Honda activa on 17/03/2010 with Silicon Honda, Mysore road branch & they gave waiting period of 90 days. Till today nobody is informed as I got the vehicle like. Now I bought DD on 17/09/2010 the Silicon Honda people saying there is no vehicle we can't accept the payment & You need to wait 75 days like.
                    So, kindly accept my complaint & help me out to get the veh immediately.

                      I received honda unicorn after waiting 75 days and full payment of Rs.68261/- before dilivery. I got delivery on may 24, 2010. After paying full payment, I got new motorcycle with defective speedo meter. At service station company employee said that it will replaced with first service. I visited six times for the same and after four months, I am waiting for meter replacement. Even company employee told me that thousands of people are facing same problem and company do not have new meters. Now the questions is company's service who do not deliver vehicle without full payment, I mailed this matter to [protected]@honda2wheelersindia.com. They even do not reply on the same. now service person detach the cable of speedo meter. And I am running this vehicle without speedo-kilo meter. There are so many people are facing same problem. will you help me please.

                        Both the dealers of Honda Activa namely Sandeep Motors & Layallpur Motors forcing the peoples to put accessories worth Rs. 3600/-, Lamination Rs. 300/-, Extended warranty Rs. 360/-, Registration Charges Rs. 2500/-, Insurance Rs. 956/-, only from the dealer if some want to get the delivery of the new scooter. Without all these things it is not possible to get an Honda Activa. As per them its the policy of the company only not compulsion by them, so they are helpless.

                          i am a customar of hero honda. i parchaged a passion plus bike and joined as a member of hero honda goodlife programme. but still now they have not giving me any gift.my nearest dealer is sai swarna motors eluru-534007.their service was not good.they have not giving any rebate in purchag of spare parts. and also sold very high rates more than double of market rates. it is too bad and worest. reacently i purchaged a TVS tube its real cost is Rs.170/- in market. but they colleted Rs.285/- this is one of the example. they used loose ingen oil.
                          please take action againest the sai swarna motors dealer, other wise i will complaint in consumer form

I own Hero honda CBR 250r on 15th April 2012 from Vihaan Motors of Thane Ghodbunder road. Within 20 days of time I came to know the timeplate got damaged. In just 200kilometers and also within 15days how come the spare part got damaged. this is was a new bike of me which i bought in 170000/- cash. I really have faith on Hero Honda company brand.. please solve this isssue. now from past 3days my CBR250r is there at Vihaan Motors workshop they are not able to repaired my bike because they don't have the parts available with them. even they don't know when the part will get avail and how long it will take.

                              Sir, I have purchased a new Honda twister from AVM honda cochin, Sir I am 60 km away from this shop .I have purchased the bike on[protected]. after two days found tale lamp loos,Handle tight; Head lamp problem ,gearsliping,hanging, etc. Same I have reported immedialty to the dealer. They ask me to come to the shop we will rectify the mistake On .25th I came to the workshop and they rectify the mistake . After few days gear not working properly,same reported to the dealer. They ask me to come to their workshop.I came there and given my bike for repair'. The adivser ask me to put the bike in the service center. I told I am not coming for service.This is a new bike and this is the 2nd time I came here. So yo may given first priority to repair my bike. But he is not ready to take my vehicle.Then I met MD ,He called Workshop manager and given instruction to rectify the same. After 2 hrs they return my vehicle.Then the same gear problem occured after two days.On[protected].I approached the dealer for first service.The adviser take all defect particulers and ask me to come at 1 P.m. At 11 o clock ,they sent a message,your bike ready at 1 p.m. so you come and collect your vehicle. I came at 12.30, the reception lady staff informed me to come at 4p.m. I told her,it is not correct you give me message that is why I came here.Then she informed me to wait there . At 2.P.m she asked me to pay the bill . Your vehicle ready. I paid Rs.176.After few minutes one mechanic came with one black twister and ask me to take.the same.But that is not my bike.same I informed. Then he told me some mistake done so you wate there. At that time I saw one mechanic take my bike and put on table for repair. After 15 mts he came and informed me your bike is ready,but not washed the same.So you come another day', sir,He is not doing any thing not rectify the mistake,Gear problem ,that is tight,some time hanging,and stuck up..Sir so please do action against this matter within a short periode otherwise I will go to consumer court.. with regards rajendran

                              Honda — GEARS STUCK UP

                              I WAS SOLD ONE HONDA SHINE VEH AT HYD JSP HONDA KUKATPALLY. I"M FACING ONE PROBLEM WITH THAT .i:e 2ND GEAR STRUCKUP WHILE GEAR DOW PROCESS.



                              AND THE ADVISOR WAS THAT VEH PARAMESH .HE IS ALSO WASTE FELLOW
                              The truth in Twister is that the bike has a totalliy differrent gear shifter.. in which theres no seperate gear box... this new tech in twister makes its gears sometimes not correctly sitting in the guide..(mostly shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear)none can change it... bcas we r not manufacturers.. but there is a remeddy the new arrivals in twister are better and lacks this problem.. so it can be done only by changing the gears of new twister only yaar... all the best... i facing the same past a year in mine to...

                                Hi,

                                My name is Prashant and I reside at Ghatkopar which is situated in Maharashtra state in Mumbai city.

                                I purchased a new Honda Unicorn Dazzler from Jhaveri Auto Pvt Ltd [Dealer code : MHO20001 on 5-Jun-2010] the day I purchased, its gives out annoying/irritating sound when i seat or put it on side stand or main stand. I was later been told that it will be rectified in my first service.

                                Also along with this I am facing a problem in terms of self start, the battery is really very very weak. Finally after 25 days I got my 1st paid service for my bike at Pilot Honda service centre in Chembur where they had replaced the rubber [it had no cracks let me tell you] and done some greasing and they had rectified the problem. After 2-3 days the bike again started giving the annoying/irritating sound and problem is still persisting.

                                Also the bike has started getting rusted in 2-3 months its very strange, isn't it..

                                Then I didnt started my bike for 2 weeks and 2 weeks later, when I tried to start my bike, it couldnt. When i use to press self start button, the meter lights went off which clearly gave me indication battery is really very poor. On top of that dazzler doesnt have kick so there was no other way to start my bike. When I called showroom people and told them about this problem that I am unable to start the bike, they told "Gaadi gear me daal dakka de and the bike will start". When I told this that I cant do this everytime, Honda people said they dont have any other option as there is no kick start.

                                Let me tell you that i have taken this new bike keeping in mind that there wont be any problems atleast for 4-5 years but with all this problems i have loosed faith in HONDA brand.

                                I have taken this HONDA product because this is a Japanese company, but using this product i am really disappointed. It would have been better if i would have been taken a Indian product that also in less price.

                                Let me know your seniors contact nos and email ids, i want to escalate this till the top most levels located in Japan as i feel they should have insight on this.

                                I want Honda to contact me on my email "[protected]@virtela.net" or at my cell no "+[protected]" and provide me with the solution.

                                Gaadi ko dhaka dhe! Ha ha ha. Sorry, but that missing kicker was surely going to be a problem one day or the other. Old unicorn had kicker and powerful 7-amp battery. In dazzler, honda removed the kicker and put less-powerful 4-amp battery. Thus, they saved kicker cost and saved battery cost also by putting less-powerful battery. But honda forgot the problem customer will face because of this. Honda charge extra for everything; even number place cost is extra. Instead of designing a new engine for dazzler, honda just altered old unicorn engine and put it in dazzler. They dont want to invest money and design a new engine. They only want to make more profit without investing in designing new engine. Honda, a really stingy company

                                    I Booked activa on dec 16th 2010 at Sainikpuri branch Secundrabad and its been almost 5 months there is no response from the show room personnel. Last month i visited the show room to check the status and they said it will take another 15 days. I received calls from the executives..giving me an offer to pay extra 5000 to get the vechile in 1 month. I rejected to pay the amount and it resulte What the dam is this...Directly they are doing black marketing in the showroom.I am thinking to raise a compliant in the consumer court againt this..Worst service...they are not worried about the customers rather worried about money...Now i understand that why a customer has to wait for 4 months its not about the manufacturing its all because of the showroom personnel selling the bikes for extra rate and ppl who booked the vechile has to wait for months...

                                    EveryOne I request you kindly not to pay extra amount for the delivery of the vechile. Its their duty to deliver the vechile...dont not encourage..Let their market me down...better to buy access 125 no compliant vehicle.

                                      I have an Honda activa purchased last year. Recently it has started problem with self start. Every body including the authorised service centre says that it is battery problem. I changes the battery. but the problem persists. Each I go to a mechanic, he asks me to change the battery which is very costly.

                                      Nobody is giving the correct cluewhether there is any problem in the circuit because of whcih the battery is getting discharged.

                                        For last one month, my Honda city has been running without an AC and Honda cant do anything. I had sent the car to Southend Honda, an authorised service centre, with a complaint that the AC was not working. They said that the gas had leaked, charged me Rs 5000 and sent it back. But the gas leaked again in 3 days. I sent the car again to them. This time they kept the car for two days after which they told me that the AC CORE needed to be changed. They also said that AC CORE was not available with them and they will get it in next 2-3 days. Now I have been waiting for the same for last 25 days and they keep telling me that the part is on its way.
                                        I am totally frustrated with Honda product and service. I was about to buy a Honda Accord but now I will never buy a Honda car again and will also advise all my friends accordingly.
