Hello,

Through this forum, I want to convey the problem I am facing in my Hero Honda Passion bike. Below are the details of my vehicle.

Since the day I bought the day bike, bike handle is shaking. Even after complaining repeatedly to the dealer about it, shaking problem remaining as it is.Below are the details of my concerned raised to the dealer :-

1) 18/2/2010 (First Service):- I was told handle is shaking because tyres are new. So they ask me to wait till second service.

2) 31/3/2010 (Second Service):- I was told RIM is bent and they repaired the RIM. but when I went for test ride I again found that handle was shaking so I informed work manager there ( Mr. Prabhakar). He told me that the tyres are having problem and so he issued me a letter to exchange the tyre from different vendor named FALCON TYRES COMPANY.

3) Falcon motor : After doing some inspection on the tyres they told me they are normal. And ask me to bring another letter from MPM motor in order to change tyre. so I went to MPM motor and procure the letter thereby handling the same to FALCON TYRES COMPANY and got the tyres changed. Even afterthat the problem persists.

4) Again, I went to MPM motor and conveyed the problem to the Supervisor of MPM motors. He gave me the same repeative reason Sir tyres are new and it will take some time.

5) 4/5/2010 (Third Service) - Again, I raised the complaint about the it. I was told RIM is bent and they repaired the RIM. And pormised me that the problem is cleared now.

But infact It persists.

6) 13/6/201 ( fourth Service) - Gave my vehicle to Mody Motors, Doveton Bazar for regular service.

7) 30/7/2010 (Fifth Service - MPM Motors) - Agian I raised the same complaint this time they got angry and told me that they can't do anything for it. It is an tyre problem and tyre problem wouldn't comes under warranty.

8) 14/8/2010 (MPM motors) :- This time I went to MPM motor and again raised my concern. They asked me on 18/8/2010.

9) 18/8/2010 :- They changes the old front tyre & RIM with new tyre & RIM . And they took the vechile for test drive. But they found problem was still there so they changed Rear Tyre & RIM with New Tyre & RIM.

Even after this I am facing the same issue. On again contacting MPM motor, they raised their hand and told me they are unable to do anything and this is your problem.

Hero Honda — Bike Problem -- since the day of Purchase

Since, Hero honda is know for it service so please do help me in getting rid of this problem.Since dealer has raised his hand,I don't know where to go to whom to contact otherthan coming to this forum and raised my concern.

I am eagerly waiting for reply from Hero honda side.
yes its true they do so
I also have same issues.. Please let me know this is solved or not? I wasted nearly Rs10, 000.00.

    I purchased a honda activa on 07/09/09 from your dealer CARGO HONDA, Jalandhar. I'm residence of Tarn Taran city and all the serives of my activa were done by DHALIWAL MOTOR'S, near bye pass chowk, jandiala road, Tarn Taran.
    The Activa has some problems like noise from front shockers, noie from piston near kick starter, and the major problem is in stearing.
    Stearing is very much hard and is not in the straight position and I' had mentioned all these complaints in every of the free/warranty services, but they people are not met the problems satisfactory and nw this time on 30/08/2010 so as to claim the works done under warranty. The delivery date was 31/08/2010 but they deliver my Activa on 03/09/2010 and work done is not satisfactory. They ask me to pay the sum of Rs.250/- for the labour charges of the straightning of the part known as CHAMTA inside the stering handle but I'refused to pay any sum then they ask me to handover the INSURANCE POLICY of my Activa and do the same but till nw my is not solved, the problem of noise near kick inside the piston is also not met satisfactory. So, I'want u people to enquire about dis from your dealer DHALIWAL MOTOR'S Tarn Taran.
    Hope you will do as much as u can. Thaking you....

    I my self JRPatel purchased a activa scooter from Navsarjan motors Bharuch .After three years o[censored]sage the scoter started wombling .I approached twice for the problem during sevice but they do not go in dip for the problem identification and instead of idetifying the problem they diverts the problem like tyres problem though the scooters runningkilometers are 17000, and tyres are good enough condition

    Then I approached to private maintainance person and he idetifiied that it has bushing problem of rear wheel connecting assembly and solved the problem .this type of problems demoralise the customer and resist to share the goodness of the scooter,

      Sir I am Subedar Des Raj Singh Sodhi SIKH L I REGT CENTRE Fatehgarh (UP). I serving in the Indian Army Gupta Auto Dealers Farrukhabad attitude toward the costumer very- very poor .Because they can't give me satisfaction during four free service his idea only changing oil & washing the vehicle.this is good to dealers ?. Sir please counslling him and give me info thanks for this great work

      Hero honda is interested in selling only. they are not able to provide quality service to its customers. hero honda service centres in jamshedpur is pathetic.

As i am suffering with electrical problem because of the damage of the battery nipple at First servicing, in the service centre. From last year i have complainted several number of times at the service centre. But there is no result.         I am V.VenuGopal, from Hyderabad i am using Hero Honda Passion Pro for the past 4 Months, I didnt get millage of 60 (its giving millage of 50 per litter avrg.) i gave it for 2 time of service in the authorised service station named Goutham Motors where i bought the vehicle and they guid me to give compliants in the complaint cell. In the second month itself the digital meter display cable failed & replace dby the same dealer afetr one month. In between i followed with them a lot but not got a proper response. I dont know how HERO HONDA approving such a dasty dealers. Service is also pathetic...

        moter cycle selling company has given a dealership/subdealer ship to
        the irresponsible dealers because I have purchased a Pession Pro Cast
        self bike DATED 18.04.2010 bering No. DL9SY 8288 Chassiis No. MBLHA 10EWAGD 31650 ENGINE NO. HA10EDAGD34823 FROM M/s KHANNA AUTOMOBILES, B-6/16, SHOPPING CENTRE, SAFDRJUNG ENCLAVE, NEW DELHI AND DELIVERED BYPOOJA AUTO MOBILES, 581/3, CHIRAG DELHI, MAIN ROAD NEW DELHI.

        SIR, I AM LAST 15 YEARS RIDING ON BICKE EARLER I HAVE SPLENDERBICK AND IT WAS VERY GOOD AND NOT GIVEN ME ANY TROUBLE WHEN I PURCHASENEW BIKE (PESSION PRO) IT WILL GIVE MANY PROBLEMS FROM VERY BEGGINGTHE THE PROBLEM AS UNDER:-

          Dear Sir,

          I had booked Activa Honda (grey color) on 15/06/2010 through Yash Automobiles located in Vile Parle (East). At the time of conversation they told me to pay all the payment at once which i did & paid Rs. 52900/- on 15/06/2010. They told me that delivery will be done after 4 - 5 months. The reason is huge demand & unavailability of stock. At the time of booking they said that they will book my vehicle with authorised dealres & will let me know.

          Black Marketting of Vehicles :

          They offered me that if i'll pay the premium of Extra 10,000/- they will deliver the Activa within 15 - 20 days. I do not have that extra money & i didnt accepted it. So they told me that your vehicle will be deliverd after 4- 5 months.

          I resently visited them & asked give me the number or other detials where they have booked my vehicle. They replied that they do not book vehicle in individual name. They book about 5 - 10 vehiccles & on availability, they allots to the customers. Now the delivery period is increased to 6 months. This thing they have not told me at the time of booking. They told me also that pay the extra premium & take the delivery in 15-20 days. which i do not agreed.

          My Point of concern.

          Middle man are making huge money by alloting vehicles to the customer who can pay the extra money. Because of this we genuine customer suffers a pain. There was not such demand but this middle man are making the big picture of demand to earn extra premium. If they can arrange 1 vehicle within 15- 20 days to the person who pays extra 10,000/- than why dont to us?

          I want to address this issue to Manufacturer of Honda as weel.

          This kind of practice is followed by all the agents / dealers. Because of this types demand & extra inflation rises. Black marketting done & balck money becomes whilte....

          Please note above point & advice what action required to stop this activities.

          That Sir, My self Gurjeet Singh . I have booked for one Honda Activa on[protected] from Arora Automobiles Bela Road Chamkaur Sahib Distt. Ropar . The copo of the book receipt is in possession of me. I have also deposited one thousand for the Advance bbooking Money. My Date for get the Activa was[protected].
          But Now Sir, I am making repeated request to your dealer at Chamkaur Sahib but he is lingering the matter one pretext to other. and also saying that we will get the same from Head Office MH Honda Ropar at Ropar and They are also forcing us to pruchase the accessory. Which is neccessary burden. and they are using only their monoplotic power.
          There are many cases in the local Society . There are many customer who are agisnt the proceudre and working of your Dealer. Now I have withdraw my mind the Honda Activa and have purchased Suzuki`s vehicel.
          But please enquire the matter.

            Respected sir,
            I purchase STUNNER HONDA by kasliwal honda on dated 29/05/2009.
            now i put my bike for servicing on date 26/08/2009 so they give back my bike .next again my bike was smoking.than on 28/08/2009 again I took my bike to service centre they told me bike was smoking and we have to change ring pisten and they change it.
            only after three months these happen with my bike which is technically not possible when I argue with them they behave with me very badly.they give me reply that they can do nothing for me.

            again on 22/12/2009 i took by bike for servicing they give back my bike after servicing than again after 2 month again it smoke .when I inform these to servicing center than they told me that againwe have to change ring pisten & also billed 4000/- .when my bike is in warranty period.


            i donot want my money back but a man purchase NEW bike so he feel that he is free for 3 years atleast. but all these happens with me . i am so dis appointed with dealer .
            PLEASE REPLACE THE PIECES.

            i had an accident on 25 nov 2010 with Honda stunner cbf
            m good right now bike have some minor damages on it
            fiber body, i gave it my bike for insurance to recover but
            still now 23 des 2010 i didnt got my bike back.
            and today 23 dec 2010 i called in punjab honda(Sarkhj) for get back my
            bike they used parts of duplicate m paying for money
            for the parts n in Honda company give me duplicate part i refused to take my bike at home
            my bike is still in punjab honda (Sarkhej branch) plz check it out
            then i get my bike as erly as possible
            Dear Sir,
            I am purchase New bike honda stunner on kasliwalhonda indore My Bike Silencer rusted and one big hole, for last eight month i am coming in your office many times but your service provider has seen this and capture the photo and not short out this problem & this problem i am telling for last two services Silencer leek water for this Hole . Please you can told At which times you can solve this problem.As it is you company member said for the Bike battery problem said battery under warranty don't change the battery then finish the time period then said the warranty will be finished. So who will be responsible this. I don't want any excuse you can change the Bike silence.

              myself deepti mohan we purchased a honda scooter(activa) in end of october under model code:SCV110 with frame no.ME4JC44 5K98286332 with engine no.JC44E 0314303 with a exide battery no.7E9642281 under Qwner name SH.Mohan Lal at address 666,sec-13 hisar.We facing problem in our battery from last 4 months so 4 that we talk to our dealer ask him the reasons & told them to repair it they did but it dosen't work,we told them again-again that it really very difficult for us.Now they r saying take ur battery to exide dealers for exchange we went there but dealer of exide in hissar denied us he is saying battery is out-of warranty period.now wat should we do Hisar dealer of activa is saying purchase a new battery.So,as our activa in warranty period why should we purchase plz kindly help us in this concern

                sir,

                I hav a honda unicorn 2004 model. Approximatley one month before my chain sprocket was damged, and i needed to change that, when i contacted your authorised dealers in kerala(MARRIKAR MOTORS AND EVM), they informed me that your company is no longer producing the spare parts of old model unicorns. since then, i was not able to use my vehicle,if you are not producing the old spare parts what are the customers supposed to do with their vehicles.
                i request you to do the needed regarding this problem,so that we don't regret buying your vehicle.

                Really this is a serious to be addressed immediately. I own a Unicorn 2006 model and my cousin has 2008 model Stunner CBF. The chain sprocket of Stunner is damaged and we have been searching for it from last month onwards on almost all showrooms in and around EKM including Aryabhangi, Muthoot and EVM. But it is not available any where. Also for my Unicorn the battery is showing some problems and it is also not available in any showroom.

                If Honda is not ready to get involved in these problems, then the trust which we are having for Honda as one of the best bike manufacturers in the world in the world will be lost especially in India. So I request Honda to take strict actions to settle the problems.

                  Bad selling Bike Do not know how to behave to coustomers
                  NOT ELLIGIBLE FOR SELLING! SPOILING THE HEROHONDA NAME, PEOPLE LOOSE INETEREST IN BUYING THE SPLENDOUR PLUS BIKE!!!!!
                  The way of Selling HeroHonda Bike is not Good, why should we have to beg for the getting bike even though we have full payment of cash in hands,(sri krishna agency, bharathipuram, dharmapuri city is very very bad)
                  Always there is no stock of bikes, yet to come their saying and we can not give confirmation for bike
                  why it is ?
                  Always there is no stock, (reserved for some other local agencies illegally)

                  is it this is the way of selling bike?

                  will the HeroHonda accepts theses kind of marketting, promotting and selling of Bikes? who is responsible?
                  WHO GAVE THE AUTHOURISED DEALER, LICENCES and accredition for this showroom, irritating!
                  people loose interest in buying bikes even though having full cashes in hands!

                  people near by salem having good dealers to get bike.

                  SERVICE IS VERY VERY BAD! NOT ELIGIBLE FOR SERVICE!
                  Next servicing for bikes,
                  their only motive is to sell the spare parts, they dont even have trained service man for bikes!
                  they will do water wash, oil change, checking brake thats it.

                  they donot know how to tune the engine.

                    I have booked honda unicorn on 3rd March 2010 , with booking charges of Rs. 1000/- . After that dealer told
                    me to wait for 4 months, after completion of waiting period of four months. I went to showroom. At that time dealer told to me wait for 2 more months and after that 2 month they are now told me to wait another two months.
                    In total my waiting period is gonna be around 7 months.
                    I heared one thing as : when anyone going to buy through
                    financer by loan for HONDA bike they ASSURING TO DELIEVER BIKE WITHIN 15-20 DAYS AFTER BOOKING.
                    What is going on? Why the preference is being given to financers, I think they have tie-ups with honda.
                    So anyone must look in to this matter to stop such kind of non-sense.

                    I have booked honda unicorn on 25th Feb 2010 , with booking charges of Rs. 1000/- . After that dealer told
                    me to wait for 2 months, after completion of waiting period of two months. So I made a full payment
                    on 28th April 2010. At that time dealer told to me wait for 10 more days.
                    In total my waiting period is gonna be around 2.5 months (75 days).
                    I did notice one thing as : when I was paying my booking charges on 25th Feb 2010, one of the
                    financer came and offered me loan for bike on behalf of his finance company ALSO HE ASSURED ME
                    TO DELIEVER BIKE WITHIN 15-20 DAYS AFTER BOOKING.
                    What is going on? Why the preference is being given to financers, do they have tie-ups with honda.
                    I dont think so. Honda must look in to this matter to stop such kind of non-sense.

                    I also have the same complaint; I have booked unicorn on 10 of May 2010, at the booking time they give me the waiting time of 90 days. After 2 and half month I have receive a call from the dealer saying I have to wait 2 more month or else I can buy any other bike from Honda family I am ready to wait two more month but I come to know from some of my friends if I pay some extra amount (around 10000) I can get bike in 15 days. The reason dealer says in waiting long period is production delay but the six month is a long period of time also It’s very hard to understand how they can deliver bikes to those people who is paying extra amount. I doubt Honda company itself is making this delay to promote their new bikes Or the dealer who want earn extra money.

                    I booked a Honda Mobilio on 04/09/2014 with Vaishali Honda, Patna. The dealer assured me that the vehicle will be delivered by 25th of Sept. but till todate the same has not been delivered.

                      I Buyed a new cb Unicorn 2010 Model.it taked 4 Months for me to get it.But during the second service period we got an Accident.Then we give it for Service.It is taking about 45 Days.We Also claimed insurance for that.they told us that it will need Rs.6000.We gave it to Arya Bhangi Honda in Aluva,Ekm,Kerala.They told us to Give that in Maximum 15 Days.When we call them they are telling there is No spares for that.Please Give a reply and Action for this.please send the reply to [protected]@gmail.com

                        Dhingra Honda has no facility to provide good service because When i went for servicing my bike there, I have to wait for 2 hours in queue & some time they told that today your service will not possible because we have 50 bikes/scooter already taken for service and also told that if we taken your bike then service quality will not be good.

                        I am facing this problem from last 1 year. I have informed them my bike is not having good mileage from last year. everytime they told this time it will solve but no result..

                        I dont know what should i have to do for my service.

                          my name is shambhulinga .ss. i purchased honda shine motorcycle 2 years back, now i found problem of chain sprocket problem , by this chain getting loose again and again, i complained to service station , they replied that this problem is with design of sprocket from the company , (for all bikes, not only for mine) side , all sprockets has been already manufactured , now we cant do any thing,
                          if he replied like this , as a customer what should we do , who is responsible for this inconvenience, please give me the solution.

                          This is a valid complaint and Honda needs to give absolute attention. Besides, the brakes screech a lot and the service centers avoid the issue.

                            repeated charges for spare parts, when i checked my invoice i shocked, they charged me for three mirrors where as two wheelers have two mirrors. they charged me 113 rupees etc. this complaint is not amount the money, this complaint is regarding how many customers per day they are cheating o honda activa customers. this happend with me at "fortune motors pvt ltd, G01, Lala1 Landmark, 5-4-94, M.G. Road, Secuderabad. Ph no: [protected], selling dealer code AP010001." 0n dated[protected]. my customer code cu82736.

                            Dear customer friends please aware and check your invoice before paying there may be repeated items, they may cheat u, after all we are customers and can be cheated easily.

                            After a lot of request by mail /tele phone /walk-in no body from bottom to top should listen my problem still after 2 month my problem was not solved by which i have lost a lot because I am working with army where there is no excuse for delay, it was very sad that a big company Honda have no costumer satisfaction in service so at last with a unwillingness today i have logged a consumer case against the company and the local dealer the hard copy also sanded by post .

                              I ,Sandeep Basu (Addr.- Vill+p.O.--Panchla, Dist.-Howrah, State-West Bengal, India), have bought a new hero honda hunk from Amit Motorcycles (P) LTD. 506/1, G.T. road (S), Howrah-711101, West Bengal, India in finance . From the 1st day of buying i found a problem with the starting of the bike. I told the dealer (Amit Motorcycles (P) LTD.), but they first time avoided the problem.i was trying to change the bike from the 1st after getting the problem and also said not to proceed the official works related with the bike. After that i took the bike to the dealer. Then they said to check from their service center. Service center took the bike for 1 day and was not able to solve the problem and gave that to me saying " we will solve the problem at the time of servicing ". After a day i again complained to the dealer. Then i have taken the bike again. they took the bike and gave a time of 3/4 days later. But they took the bike too long intentionally as my bike registration was not completed then . Again i have applealed to change the bike as because of the problem. But they said as my registration and number registration is now completed , they can't change the bike. But i am telling the problem from the 1 st day of buying. I have not got the number of my bike still now but they said that as my bike number and the registration process is completed. so they dont want to change the bike. This is the problem . Can you suggest me what should i do now and also let me know may i have a new bike replacing the bad one? and also let me know the how far the registration process related with replacing the bad one?

                              I completely agree with this particular complaint against amit motors(P) ltd, especially the workshop that they run. The poorest service i have ever got from any motorcycle workshop.
                              I too ha d purchased a hunk which gave me the problem from the very first day. And now they do not have the spare parts due to which i am unable to use my bike at all which is lying at their workshop from the last 15 days.
                              SEND A MAIL AT THE FOLLOWING ID IMMEDIATELY AND ALSO THREAT THEM THAT YOU WILL BE COMPELLED TO PROCEED TO CONSUMER COURT IF THE BIKE WILL NOT BE CHANGED.

                                I purchased a honda activa 3 montha ago.the very first month after the first service my lock was jammed and i had to complaint at the service centre.anyhow it was rectified.now my seat is slightly moved from its original position and the lid of the petrol tank cannot be held in position. I informed my dealer at EVM Motors Karamana and since i could.nt take my vehicle there i had it serviced at another workshop.kindly notice the faults i mentioned and pl make arrangements to correct it.

                                  My Hero Honda Passion Pro DL 13 SD 4627 was insured with ICICI Lombard Delhi. The policy copy is attached with the mail.
                                  It has been stolen 19 April 2010 from Agra and I claimed in ICICI Lombard. My claim number is MOT01542013.

                                  I have already fulfilled all the documents and requirements asked by ICICI.

                                  I have sent them FINAL REPORT(on 09 July 2010) via registry to ICICI Lombard, Lucknow(As the vehicle stolen from agra so it comes in lucknow zone). Now it is 45 days about to complete, I have not received my claim amount till date. Nobody is responding properly.

                                  I request you to help me in the same.

                                    I kartheek Vinnakota had procured Honda Unicorn Bike on 23rd Jan 2010 form the dealer named M/s Vishnu Honda, Isakathota, Visakahapatnam. From the day i procured the bike i am getting problems with both quality and the service of the veichle. my bike got rust with in 10 days now it was spread all over the bike i had made so many complaints and visted the showroom so many times and didn't get any proper response from them and from the last one month onwards i am visting the showroon daily due to this problem but it was not at all solved and the service manager Mr. Dinesh was also not responding to my vists. There were taken da photos of my veichle so many times.

                                    so can you suggest me how t move further into it.

                                      I got my above two wheeler registered with the o/o the RTO,Karmanghat(Sagar Road) on 31/07/2010 vide Appln.No.AP129/54905/2010R n receipt no.IBPM11/52333 but till date the card of registration was not sent to me by post eventhough the regn.no.is allotted. The authorities concerned may expedite the regn.card immediately as it is considerably delayed.
