I got my above two wheeler registered with the o/o the RTO,Karmanghat(Sagar Road) on 31/07/2010 vide Appln.No.AP129/54905/2010R n receipt no.IBPM11/52333 but till date the card of registration was not sent to me by post eventhough the regn.no.is allotted. The authorities concerned may expedite the regn.card immediately as it is considerably delayed.

    Right from the time of taking delivery of the vehicle From Chadha Motors, I am getting Starting problem AS PER THE ADVISE OF THE CHIEF WORKS MANAGER WHOSE PHOONE NO IS [protected], ALTHOUGH HAD MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS FOR SMOOTH FUNCTIONING, BUT STILL THE PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED, I AM REALLY UPSET, AS TO AND THAT MY FRIEND HAD PURCHASED T.V.S. PEPT PLUS WHICH IS FUNCTIONING VERY WELL, I FEEL THAT I HAVE COMMITTED A GREAT MISTAKE BY OPTING FOR PLEASURE VEHICLE, I REQUEST THE COMPANY PEOPLE TO KINDLY REPLACE THE VEHICLE IF POSSIBLE AT THE EARLIEST.

      My bike Passion Pro Reg no. CH04J 8089 is standing at Charishma Motors , Industrial Area, Phase-1, Chandigarh, the place from where I had purchased it. It is standing there from 31/07/2010 and on phone I was called on 11/08/2010 to collect it on 13/08/2010. When I reached their, it was in the same position as I had left it. I talked to their Works Manager Mr. Rajnish and their GM Mr. Harish. Finally I was assured that i will be handed over my bike by 20/08/2010. Its 22/08/2010 today and the bike is still in same position and the excuse I have been given is always the same "We have ordered the parts of your bike at Gurgaon office but it has not been delivered till now because the parts are not available there also". But when I called at their Gurgaon office, the told me that the parts of Passion Pro are all available there.
      i met over there many other customers facing the same problem with same persons and similar vehicles. Its clear that Charishma Motors , Industrial Area, Phase-1, Chandigarh, are making a fool out of me and many others like me.
      Moreover I registered complaint at Hero Honda official web site, but no response from their side. Even no contact number(s) is/are available to lodge your complaint.

      I am Balaji. I have Hero Honda passion pro. I have initial starting problem when start the Bike every day. This problem is occurring from first service to till now. I have to raise Accelarator level for long time.
      I want permanent solution for this problem.So, i am unable to get fuel consumption and two times I met an accidents, because of these issues.

        I Purchase My Honda Aviator in 8th feb, 2010,GJ-1-LP-5009 in Apex Honda Maninagar used 3975 km and doing 2 free service Last saturday 14th feb. 2010 some noise come from Engine side when i started the vehicle i show my vehicle in apex honda today morning and they check the 2 service report n tell me we are check out and tell you it's engine side problem. in noon they assist me and told me this is engine side problems and we do not have parts you wait for parts for at least one week. when parts is come that time i start your vehicle work.
        Tell me one thing your Honda is not a small company good reputed brand i allready 11 Honda vehicle in our home we do not face any problems in 7 years. i did not this type of answer from your side this is very bad only in 6 month your good sailing brand Honda Aviator having engine problems this is not a answer. what should i do in this seven days can you arrange it another vehicle or give me my expenses or loss when i do without vehicle. This is not a answer this is indirectly Harrasment. if you face this kind of answer then you understand what should you do without vehicle and when you spend money and you do not get proper answer. i really do not hope or this kind of answer or waiting from your side.
        Sir please do something if you can understand the condition and problem so please solve as fast as soon. I am waiting for good reply from your side.

          Honda City — waiting for the vehicle to come back from service

          Hi,

          This is Sorabh Malhotra, i have bought the honda city ( DL 4C AH 8622) from ring road in march' 09, yesterday morning, i have recived a call from your executive for service reminder, she told me, i am sending a driver to pick up the vehicle from your residenec and vehicle will be given back same day, in evening 8PM, i have a call from some one from your show room and he informed that vehicle will be returned back tomorrow morning (28/10/09), It is 3:30 PM and i am still waiting for my car.

          I am highly dissatisfied with your service as i don't know the status of my vehicle till now

          Its an emergency, can somebody tell me where is my vehicle?

            This is Ashwin Agrawal From jalna ( Maharshtra ). I booked honda activa in jalna on Devaashva Automotive, Aurangabad road, Jalna on date 29/6/2010. At the time of booking dealer told me delivery of vehicle should be get with in a month. now it goes to around one month 15 days till now there is no any confirmation from dealer regarding delivery. So many times i visted on showroom but no response is there. It's very bad experienced with honda dealer..My contact no is [protected]

              I pruchased a honda activa 14 months ago from heritage honda mysore. The vehcile has starting problem from the day of purchase and the dealer is unable to repair it. The company also did not give atatnetion to repair and satis fy its customer. None of their customer care numbers work.

              My sincere suggestion is not to buy products form these companies and inexperienced dealers who do R&D at our cost by releasing products which are not road worthy and cannot service their customer.

              HONDA ACTIVA SCOOTER — PROBLEM IN ENGINE AT ONLY 30 KM RUN

              I HAVE PURCHSED HONDA ACTIVA AS ON 2/05/2011. THERE ARE PROBLEM FOUND IN ENGINE JUST ONLY AFTER 30 KM RUN ON 08/05/2011. AMRIT AUTO (DEALER) NOW REFUSED TO REPAIR THE SCOOTER DUE TO UNAVAILABILITY OF PARTS AND ALSO SAYING FOR NOT RUN THE SCOOTER TILL REPAIR. PART AVAILABILITY DATE ALSO NOT CONFIRM BY DELAER TILL 18/05/2011.

              I COME TO KNOW, WHAT CAN I DO IN THIS SITUATION ??????

                  Hi,

                  I have got a Hero Honda Passion pro bike from Sai Motors - Katriguppe Banashankari 3rd Stage,
                  Banglore..around 1 year 3 months back.
                  On the day of purchase, bike has a problem of Oil leakage and slow pickup and some minor issues.
                  Have given my vehicle to service to Sai Motors - Katriguppe Banashankari 3rd Stage around 9 times, everytime i have informed them abt the issues.. still oil leakage problem is not yet solved from last one year..Everytime they will check and they will say it is fine, after 2 or 3 days again the problem exists.
                  Please suggest wat can be the next steps..

                  i have serviced my bike passion plus from the service only 15 days i came to repair from sai motors bangalore only changed the clutch plate and other assosories they have charged 2080 and tax but service dabba my bike number is ka05et2848 i am getting starting problem because of that clutch even i showed in prakash motors they are telling starting problem is because of clutch

                    Sir,
                    It is the 2nd complaint I am submitting. Please do not spoil your Good will by not laying any standards while delivering your product. All dealers had formed their particular stategy and charges without knowing wheater it affect the consumers pocket adversly. They are charging extra money for accessiries which is compulsory, insurance of self and of vehicle maintance for 5 years, tufflon coating. Please mind that this all are in addition to the vehicle cost+RTO+INSURANCE (which is never explained to consumer if asked. They are not delivering the vehicle if any coustomer can'nt pay as per their will. The waiting period ranges from 15 to 3 months and if any extra amount is paid the vehicle is delivered immediately ( it varies from 500 to 3000 as per coustomer demand. I think this is enough as I am great fan of Hero Honda company and wants to buy your scooter. thanks & waiting for yours...
                    Yes I agree with the complaint, as I have facing the same problem in M/s SAKSHI MOTORS, TINSUKIA, ASSAM, They have charge me 6500 for accessories without BILL and lots of extra charges without BILL. I have got only the bike amount i.e. 37, 581/- (got BILL). The whole EXTRA money gone to their BLACK MONEY.

                      from last 3 month Sharayu honda Uran. showroom removed battery for the purpose to claim on Exide battery company.two times Exide vendors with blind eyes refuse give new battery against the claim Although battery was in not working condition. From last 3 month with further followup with showroom we are not getting New Battery for the same.Arrange to give new battery immediaty.

                      Also suggest for very good scooter like Honda Activa why inferior qulity battery installed. It create bad reputation for Honda vehical.

                      pls do not put such batteries to honda Activa & install good Battery with good service providing battery vendor.

                        I bought a honda shine motor cycle a year back at pressana honda,Tirupur.(TN 39 AU 1004). for past one month.there is major oil leakage from one of the oil seal. am sorry to say that even though they have taken for work at showroom thrice for the same problem (once during service)they cant rectify the same.and another thing is their response for customers is also bad.

                        Lastly, i just need my vehicle's problem to be rectified soon or otherwise i will have my complaints at consumer court instead of showroom.

                          I purchased Honda cb twister on dt: 24/05/2010 (MH 20 BS 2561) from Atul Honda, jalna Road, Aurangabad. Therein I found that the my backside sound are required when i ride on bike. I bought this under the notice of Mechanics at dealer point. They assured me to get it shockup problem they have change the my bike shockup but problem is not solved, even after two services, they did not cheque it as per their commitment. I never accepted this but of services failure from a highly reputed and customer friendly company like HONDA. The fact that I‘d to complain you regarding this shows that how hurt I feel about it?
                          I am very sure that keeping your commitment o[censored]tmost consumer satisfaction, you will not fail to satisfy me and rectify above error.

                            Hi I purchased cbz extreme from siva shanker automobiles in the year 2007 and the warrenty period would be completed by October 2010.Now, the bike's silencer has a problem and needs to be replaced.however the dealer checked the servicing record and responding in a diplomatic way where in he is not replacing the silencer which he is supposed to and making all silly excuses and giving wrong information.As and when I go and ask about it he keeps on escaping from the situation and customer service is terribly poor.So could any of you look into it and do the needful.

                            Hero Honda CBZ Xtreme — HARASMENT MEDE BY THE DILLER

                            I have purchased a herohonda cbz xtrim from sunny motors situated in kanika chhak after my 3rd free servicing my vechicle started to leacking oil from engine . I have complained about this matter but they ignore about it now my free servicing complited the are suggesting to replace the bore and piston by paying Rs4000/- how is it legal on that time if therein problame they should replace it kindly show me proper path my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

                              I have taken a Honda Shine bike from Pragna Honda Delhi on 23.04.2010.

                              Within a month, the accessories given along with the bike has started rusting. The dealer said there is no guarantee for that.

                              I brought the bike to Kerala and given the same for 5 service in Kannur. After which, the bike started giving extra raising and vibration. It seems they wrongly adjusted clutch.

                              After running a total 1000 kms, I just wanted the same to get checked with another dealer in Calicut called Adithya Honda. I have booked for the 6th service with the service centre. To my horror, they have given me a time after 17 days. This is just too much. I have mentioned the issues facing to the service supervisor. The next day, when I went for taking the delivery, they have given me a bill of Rs.1216/-. I am shocked I just wanted 6th service, whereas they have changed the clutch plate and related accessories without even consulting me. When I confronted the Manager, he was not ready to listen me.

                              My bike has covered only 5500 km and the clutch plate changed!. It shows either the Honda Shine is a very poor quality product or the service centre is cheating the customer. In any case, the responsibility lies on the Honda company.

                              Adithya Honda is not giving proper customer care and they are not ready to listen the customer and working according to their wish. After service, they are not even giving water wash for the bike!. They are only interested in charging heavy bill. It seems they are quite busy with their volume of work and not giving any attention on the quality.

                              Changing the clutch plate after 5500 km is just not acceptable. I never got above 45km mileage in my bike. Tried different driving conditions.

                                I have book hero honda hunk on 27 april 2010 in rahul automobiles kandivali mumbai. The dealer said very confidently was the delivery are take in 10 to 15 days . after 15 days im going to showroom for taking delivery they said no stok of hero honda relies in mumbai. after 10 days im call to dealer -arun he cant receive my call and dont reply my massages. after 3 months my delivery of hunk is ready. im decide to not book bikke in this showroom again .and im warned those who are booking in rahul automobiles

                                Hero Honda — Not provided demanded Bike

                                Dear Madam/Sir,

                                I am Devendra Nath Singh. I leaves at Shahrsa(Bihar Pin 852201).I want to buy a hero honda bike (CD Delux Self Start 100 cc)from hero honda show room(Anamika automobile). For the regarding the same I was ordered three times but till date they will not able to deliver.

                                i have booked a hero honda bike on april 14 2010. but after almost 3 months they are not delivering me the vechile. i booked the bike at Cheran automobiles ltd at trivandrum. at the time of booking they told me that i will get my bike in 2 months but till date i have not recieved a call from them regarding the delay in delivery.

                                Its a Common problem across dealers for Hero Honda specially for Hunk they are purposely delaying the delivery.

                                when i went to the dealer for booking of the Hunk he told me a waiting period of 3 months but if i pay a premium of Rs.4000/- i will get the delivery in 3 to 5 days.

                                dealers are just minting money & capitalizing on the demand for the bike, i am really not sure why there is a delay in the delivery period is Hero Honda not capable to cater to the demand thus resulting in a back marketing of the bike it is not that the company is not aware about the fact.

                                Perhaps only the company can answer this question.

                                Due to the huge delay in delivery & i have gone for the the alternative Bajaj Pulsar with a immediate delivery did some research on the product its really good & more advanced that Hunk & value for money is always there in Bajaj bikes.

                                    I have a Hero Honda Glamour Bike, My bike Chechis Four time replaced, due chechis Craack, Many time inform to dealer & Company Engineers please checked the reason why chechis cracked with in the month,
                                    I am a businessman I have me more time and no more money for always replacing chechis,
                                    In replacement of chechis Dealer taken 25 days and Abouve Rs. 3000/-

                                    I have send the mail to Managers of Hero Honda but He have take any Action.

                                      I brought my scooter on June 4th from one of your dealer in kovilpatti, Hero Honda pleasure. The fuel meter was not functioning during the time of my purchase. My scooter number is TN69 AZ3036. When i brought my product they told me that they will change the fuel meter during the first service that was in July 4th.But during the service it has not been replaced,they told the spare parts is not supplied by the company and told me to wait for few more days to get it repaired. I was waiting for the call from the dealer,still there is no response. Is the vehicle comes with such complaint when the company is manufacturing the product ,then what is the responsibility of quality control in your company.
                                      one more thing is that the plastic bar above the side stand has broken with in a month without my knowledge.
                                      How can it be possible that parts are not available when hero Honda is producing and selling millions of bikes?
                                      Is this the kind of service we expect from a company like Hero Honda?As a customer, I am really tired now and do not know what to do. Without fuel meter, we are facing a lot of problems. My wife is facing a problem to use the scooter with out the fuel meter.Kindly consider and do the needful.Awaiting for your satisfactory service.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I am owner of Honda Unicorn which I purchased on 3rd Sept-2008, since then I am facing problem of Oil leakage. I made complaints to local dealer which took action of servicing for resolving this problem but so far it is not resolved. Every week(in 500Kms), I need to replace my engine oil as gets burned and also less in quantity on discharged. Despite of being in warranty period this service was charged and even then tha problem is as it is. Dealer(Sharayu Honda, Panvel) is not taking the matter seriously despite of complaints regularly. I like this bike very much but running cost is very high due to this problem. No external leakage, found phisically. Please suggest on the same. Thanking you.
