Sub: Complaints agaised Kasliwal Honda dealer and their service centre In Indore

Dear Sir,
I purchased one Honda Aviator Scooter on[protected] from your dealer Kasliwal Homda In Indore.
when I take the delivery they did not give me the warranty card for battery and said that is pasted with battery and is is safe their.

After 19 Days of purchasing Battery Found dead and I received G.S Battery in place of EXIT Battery.
While purchasing Costumer Executive told about average in city 45 to 50 KM/Lit. ( Also In Your Auto Advertisement in various Ad.)
Now I am gating 37 to 40 Km/Lit.average. I have been told by the senior officer that i have to make full tank to get this average .Is it Skilled or Authentic Answer?

If it is so, than Why not it was cleared by the dealer ?
It means each time i have to tank full to get 5 km/ lit Average.

should I Knock the Consumer Court ? Or will have to wait for another Answaer ?

HONDA AVIATOR — no average,battery complaint

i have purched honda aviator on january 2010 from chaudhary honda sales dhampur(bijnore).plms r follows.
1.no avrage 10-15 km/leter
2.battrey complain
I purchased Honda Aviator in april 2009 but i suffered battery problem in january 2010 (in warranty period) i gave it to honda show room in february 2010 till the date in dont received replacement and show room authority dont give me satisfactory answer
Till date i have never found such a F-all service in any one of the showrooms..They are zero at maintaining their customer relationships..Even i[censored] try to inquire about any bike in showroom..no one caters for u..first this showroom and its staff should learn how to deal wid customers.. i think once u purchase a bike ..after that they will make u cry for getting ur bike serviced...


so better think twice before going to dem..

Dear Sir,
I bought one Honda Aviator-DRW from M/s Downtown Motors Pvt. Ltd., Vadodara (Gujarat) on 14th February 2010. The technical details of the vehicle are given below.
Model Aviator DRW, Reg No. – GJ6 DN 5137, Color – Black
Frame No 3BA8033777 Engine No. – 9037667
I have two complaints
1. The battery of the vehicle has not been functioning properly since last 6 months. It has finally been taken for under warranty replacement on 25th December after lot of persuasion and till date no replacement has come. I have to drive the vehicle without self-start, horn and side light indication. I am 63 years old man and am facing problems
2. The average of the vehicle is about 25 Km per liter. At the time of purchase it was claimed that it will give 45 km per liter average. This problem has also not been sorted out.
Can someone look in to this ?

Sub : Kick jam of Honda Aviator 2nd time since within 10 months.

Sir,

It is to inform you that I had purchased an aviator on 08.09.2010 from Lajpat Nagar New Delhi. The kick of the scooter is jammed 2nd time today i.e.23.07.2011. First time I repaired it from your service centre run by Bhasin Motors, Rama Road, New Delhi in the month of June-2011. First time when the kick was jam it was in free service, but now the free services has been completed. If I go to your service centre, they will charge for repair. May please advise how can I avail warranty. I hereby also inform you that self start system also not o.k. due to battery down, so the scooty can not be start.

    I bought a new Honda Stunner 125cc on July 2010. The bike's handle got jammed the very first day and the engine makes hoarse noises and a lot of vibrations over the speed of just above 40. Having spent approx. 60,000 Rs. on a 125 cc motorcycle, I can never digest that the bike would make such noises over the speed of just 40 KMPH. Even the Honda Activa scooters run faster.

    When contacted the showroom, it was told that all bikes make such noise. I have checked with other people having the same bike and they say it is a problem with selected pieces of the bike and not all.

    I feel cheated as already this bike is the most expensive in the 125cc segment. Event new Pulsar 135LS with 4 strokes is around this range only and it has a 135cc engine.

    After logging complaints on the customer care, the workshop people called me up and repaired the handle. However, they still maintain the same line that all engines make noises over 40. I cannot digest the fact that how can a 125cc Bike be such a poor performer.

    Please look into the matter.

    I too agree, it has all the negative sides of a bad machine ...lets make a list of thousands who got cheated by purchasing a stunner...it is really a stunner with its defects ...
    yaa i too agree with u, the bike has got a cheap performance. Its worst even for highway cruisings even between 50-60 kmps . and cruising between 60-75 kmps give a mileage of 33kmpl
    i too have the same opinion..while other 125 cc bikes are smooth even at speeds 60-70, , stunner vibrates too much and we are forced to slow down to 40s.it has made much problems with the chain, headlight and front suspension...
    but the service center personnels are negligent.

      i bought a honda unicorn bike on 19/05/2010.first 10 days riding willbe good,after that noise come from backside,i told the complaint in first service,but problem not solved,After 1 week i went to service centre and told the problem,Engineer ask me give me the bike for one day i solve the problem personely.no problem for 2 days,again same problem,i get very angry,i contact again Engineer he request this is the last chance hereafter the problem never comes but give me 2 days time,i give the bike,again the problem repeted in 5 days.now i am very upset,i dont know what i do.the sound noise is very iritating,mentaly i am very disturbed.please give me the solution.

      Respected Sir,

      I am working as a Regional Finance Executive in a multi national company at Mumbai. I purchased Honda Unicorn black colour barring no ME4KC093H98091389 from your sai point, ganesh wadi, Thane, vide tax invoice no 1677 dt 9/9/2009 with extended warranty of 3 years.
      I have done servicing at your Thane/ Kharegoan kalwa service centers as per the dates alloted & I have installed security systems to avoid theft and other mischevious activities.
      I have not been advised by your service centre personnel to remove this as it will create problem in the vehicle in the long run.
      But due to my bad luck the vehicle has come under repair/maint & I had to consult your service center at Thane.I have been told that Some repairs are to be done ( I got good co- operation from Santosh & Devendra during repairs).
      To my surprise they have billed me for CDI unit covered under warranty period, the reason being the installation of security system.The person named Riyaz confirms that CDI unit is covered under extended warranty policy no [protected]/certificate no HMM215470.
      I would like to inform you that such a reputed organisation like your should not follow such type of fraudulent practices.
      Hence I am requesting you to refund my amount paid by me vide bill no 317367 dated 21/7/2010 for Rs 2740 immediately.The vehicle has not completed 10 months as on date.
      plz do not give excuses for instaling the security system in the vehicle which is removed now.
      kindly consider my request favourably.

        Respected Sir,
        i did went to showroom of Honda in Surat today for booking of Activa. But there i was informed that booking is currently stopped due to month of 'Shravan'. And also then later i have to wait for almost 7 month for the delivery of activa. the reason given was such a large quantity of booking. I do not understand that is there really this much shortage of the vehicles or a way to have extra piece of money for early delivery..

        I agree.

        I wanted to buy Honda Activa. I have approached two dealers. One dealer said that the waiting period is 6 months. Other dealer said "8 months". Is it really true?. I don't think more than 1 month is a reasonable waiting period for a scooter. Many people are switching to Mahindra scooters.
        Could you please let me know whether dealers are telling the actual waiting period? I have also heard that dealers are hyping the the waiting period to sell the vehicles in black market with additional unbilled amount of Rs.5000-Rs.10000. This kind of scenario could spoil the reputation of Honda. Please take corrective measures and help customers to stick to Honda.

            Respected sir, I am Lingaraj, using Honda Unicorn (model 2009) . I was purshashed that bike on 27.7.2009 from your dealer Meenashi Honda, Truvanthapuram Road, Thirunelveli. After I reiceved the bike , i got number(TN 72 AD 4555) from RTO office, Tirunelveli. There is no free service in above said dealer in my bike. I ask to Manager, Meenashi Honda, yet he refused me. So, please take action immeitely, and i faith you. thanking sir.

              Hi,
              i brought Honda Unicorn in Jan 2010 from Yash Motors,Hadapsar,PUNE ,iam totaly unsatisfy with the bikes pick up i complained this three times while servicing ,but the technical persons says that bike is ok,it is very hard to ride the bike due to pick u can not think that ur riding 150 cc bike .If you slow down some speed in 4th gear u have to shift the gear to 1st gear or 2 nd unless u can not go ahead.The bike which is six month old having such big problem.I never expect this from company like Honda which is known for its engineering.Adding one more my bikes battery is dead in jus 4 months of purchase the dealer has changed it but charged me for 100 rupees.I want to know what exactly issue in engine and bikes performance.So kindly resolve the issues as my last servicing is in 15-20 days.

              Honda Unicorn — HONDA bikes are not showing its good performance today

              My name is globit oliver, i have lot of complaints regaring my silver unicorn bike .buyed loctober month of 2008, its performance was too bad and service providing by marikar motors trivandrum was too bad, they are only good in taking the money not good in services, for what based you are providing a 1 year warranty, my bikes fuel guage was unfunctioning they told me they provide a warranty for that, it was the techinical mistake and y they dont provide the warranty, , , , , , , , , , , , after using my bike i had feel some difficulties to ride my bike like sound occurs from chain sproket, sound from the mudgraurd, difficulty to start, smoke occurs from xilencer(main defect), light was fallen on, sound occurs while using clech and accelator, low mileage, difficulty in gear shifting and some varirty sound occurs when rear and front break and many more complaints i cant explain
              i gave to warranty work for 3 times with all these complaints and result is same thing, only they do washing the silencer and and taking more money for their service charge than other things,
              then what is the use of your service centers and others warranties, i thought local work shop is more good than you.now my friends are not interesting in buying unicorn bikes.Now i am thinking that HONDA's engine is not a branded one.
              if you r a right person then help me to smoothe ride, there is no other option than a consumer complaints in front of me, i will file a complaint if there is no response from your side, its too bad ok and also i will not gave any charge for any complaints yet more

                Hello all,
                This is to draw your attention to the third-rate service done at JKM Motors Workshop center of Ghaziabad. They not only do poor service but also steal scooty parts and person's belongings. I purchased an Activa from them last year in July and since then, every service degraded the quality of my scooty. In first service they stole all my belongings which were kept in the dicky. It included 2000 rupees and also, in consequent services they removed certain parts from my scooty due to which its performance deteriorated. Like, they changed my fully-functional horn with a damaged one. They removed the indicator buzzer from my scooty and now when i ask them to repair it, they are asking for money for each and every thing.

                If anyone can please suggest me what should I do against all these cheatings?? please send me an earnest reply here!!

                  i have bye a hero honda hunk from chutoso motor sirhind road patiala before 2 year but at the time 1 & 1/2 year my m/c rear tyre air cylender damaged, air is slowly discharged from cylender, application regarding this problem is writen befor 5-6 month age but there is no responce from service center

                    I purchased the Honda Stunner one year ago from Malwa Motors P Ltd Showrooom A – 32 Lajpat Nagar – 2, New Delhi – 24, but now I am really fed up with this Honda Stunner CBF (Self Disc Alloy) Registration No DL3SBM5621. Because I am not satisfy with it.

                    My complaint has been registered in their head office and appreciatory they took the action but the problem in this bike is still pending. It’s vibrated & makes sound and very disgusting engine performance. A Honda workshop person says its normal and not a major problem.

                    It’s only around 7000 kms running bike. Honda workshop people have already handled 3 complaints and they charged me for that but my bike problem is not solved yet.

                    I am really disappointed because of this bike. When I meet Honda Workshop people, they talk nicely but can’t solve the problem.

                    Buying new bike was not easy for me, I had saved my money on monthly basis but after buying this bike I really got disappointed. Please help me, because I paid for good bike not this rubbish one. I want them to replace my bike with new good one.

                    worst response for honda cb shine Bike

                    hai sir / madam,

                    I purchased the Honda CB Shine bike from Pressana Motors, 965, Avinashi road, coimbatore- 641037, i got bike registered in RTO & then only the bike have been handover to me the very first ride not even 1 km from honda showroom, i found the GEAR getting slip only 1st gear is working properly, so immediately i have given bike in to the dealer .for your kind information the bike has been done RTO Registration on[protected] & i got delivered on[protected] morning by 11.30am & i have put seat cover & extra fittings near by and came back to showroom by 1.30pm and leave the bike for this gear problem &till now the bike is not yet been rectified the problem .actually from HONDA company it should find or else with dealer this should be find but both things haven't done by you people . now in showroom they are trying to convience me to take that bike ... i need bike replacement i need a proper new bike how can i take this problematic bike if its a minor poblem it would be done in a day or 2 days but its not like that so mistake is your side so i need new bike instead of this bike ...

                    Please refer to my earlier complaints, i didn't get any satisfactory solution of my problem

                    There is no solution of my bike problem.. its only 9000 kms running bike and its piston, ring has been changed. I really want legal help and will not recommend this bike any more. I really fed up and tired by doing fight for this. I have requested to Honda Costumer Care to exchange my bike with another bike and I am ready to pay them difference for it but there is no response at all of my query.

                    I really need help !!

                        STARTING TROUBLE

                        When gone through the features I was impressed with Unicorn,I didn't bother to buy it in full cash payment though the bike is costlier.I meant to say only the fact that since the very first day of drive I am experincing : 1battery complaint 2. starting complaint and missing (such a feeling that the fuel is not flowing to the engine) 3.hast to kick many times to start (when self start is not working due to troubled battery). AFTER SHORT PERIOD OF 20MONTHS OF PURCHASE OF THIS DIO BOTH FRONT SIDE COVERS LOCKS ARE BROKEN SO COVERS REMAIN OPEN FROM TOP & BOTTOM. ON CONTACTING TO SERVICE STATION THEY ADVISE TO CHANGE THE COVERS WHICH ARE COSTLY AND IT IS NOT FAIR THAT I SHOULD CHANGE BOTH THE COVERS IN A SHORT PERIOD.                           I have purchased Hero Honda Pleassure from United Agency (Niksia Group), Paud Road Showroom, dated 9th July 2010.

                          There is FORK OUT problem in motorcycle. When I talk about this
                          problem with Mr. Sanjay, he tell me that "Go to our service center
                          named AUTOMARK MOTORS, Paud Road and show the problem it is minor
                          problem and it will done within hour."

                          When I go to Automark, at Paud Road on Monday i. e. 12th July 2010 the
                          adviser tell me to recover this problem will take minimum one day come
                          tomorrow.

                          After that I go there on Tuesday (13th July 2010) then I get job card
                          (Job Card No. P/10-11:06435) then adviser tell me come at 5 PM we will
                          solve the problem.

                          When I reach at 5 PM no one repaired my motorcycle, after that Mr.
                          Uttam Kadam tell me leave the motorcycle for one day that is for
                          Wednesday and take your motorcycle on Thursday morning (15th July
                          2010).

                          But till I did not get my motorcycle. I reach the service center at 12
                          PM at that moment Mr. Nikhil (Your mechanic) tell me come at 5 PM.

                          At 4:30 PM I called to Mr. Uttam Kadam asking for my motorcycle he
                          tells me give us one more day.

                          What is this?

                          The motorcycle is new, is this your way of business?

                          There is manufacturing defect, I want new model.

                          Pleasure of Hero Honda — Manfacturing Defect

                          I bought a Pleasure Regd No DL 5S AD - 2348 ( Hero Honda) from M/s R.K. Automobiles, 45-4/487 Zulfe Bangal, Main GT Road, Shahdara, Delhi (Ph No. 22115959, 22583722,[protected] on 27th May, 2010. The vehicle has starting problem. After a week of purchasing when I go to dealer for collecting the Provision RC and Insurance paper I informed the problem to the Customer Executive. The Customer Executive to start the vehilce through Kick. Again when 1st service (10th August, 2010) I mentioned the problem in service card but nothing is done in this regard. So I though that pleasure model has some kind of deficiencty.

                          But recently my 3 neighboureres also bought the pleasure model but they dont have to start the Pleasure through Kick. Then I came to know that some kind of manufacturing defect/fault in my pleasesure only.

                          So, I request to the dealer through this forum to do someting in this regard.

                            I had booked Honda unicorn bike (Black) on 27 May 2010 in the name of Shanmuganathan G. booking no: 616, at Pudukkottai. That time dealer said “Bike will come before three Month”, Three months has gone but till now I am not getting Honda unicorn bike, then I called to pudukkottai Agent, He said “this is sub-dealer only contact Trichy dealer, then I made a call to Trichy Showroom ([protected]), They said “Honda Unicorn bike now a time to stop the booking” load will be coming On July 18 and then delivery to Pudukkottai, then you can buy there, My question is
                            1. Why the dealers not give the proper information to the customer?
                            2. May I know why Honda Two-wheeler takes more time to delivered?
                            I need a proper answer & bike.

                            sir my bike is not serviced till i have left my bike for servicing in the company.so i have took my bike back with out servicing. so this is the way of you treating the consumers

                              i own a honda city car n m presently posted at ahmednagar. on 10 july i drove down 130 kms to get my car serviced,however i was categoriclly refused quating that there was too much of rush n that i should come on 13(monday).i requested that there are no service facility avlbl at ahmednagar and i would hav to come all the way. however,no help was extended and i had to come back. may i request that in future an outstation customer should be given priority.it is further disguisting to learn that in ahmednagar all coys have a auth service centre except honda.

                                would do such a thing to me. There is a lot of difference between the mileage they promised at the time of purchase and the real mileage. I want justice but do not know whom to approach, so I am writing here.

                                I hope you will take up this issue and help many people who get cheated because of false claims and promises made by companies. At least, other people don’t get cheated like me.
                                i agree with this kind of problems, starting problem(both by kick start and auto start) for my vechile also(i mean to say my vechile was totally dead). May be not Hero honda cheating the public, The servicing centers and hero honda delears are cheating the public very badly.How ever customer is getting affected finally which ultimately final responce need/should be taken care by the hero honda company!

                                I agree with all the above complains. In my case the pleasure is really become a sorrow. I am not kidding, I mean whenever you try to start it using SELF, it tries once and then it makes some noise that no machinery is there like free motor voice.

                                I am just fed up of reaching various hero honda service centers in Delhi/NCR. These people are cheating on the name of Hero Honda.

                                Can anyone please help me how to file case in Consumer Court..

                                In India, when the motor review comes on media, all, viewers and reviewer are looking for an aesthetic look like colour, leather seat, site on the site, mirror fixation etc.. No fools are not inquiring the past of that vehicles pros and cons, if a new one is introduced everyone need it first after the introduction of the product to the market.

                                We can lot of magazine, online reviews, tv shows all viewer fools are same after that blaming the product and dealers.

                                Now a days social media is strong you can use that to make an aware of the other customer about the product you are experienced, rather than making use of social media for chit and chat. If this is effective the auto market / manufactures will be on alert of there product and its response from public.

Even after reporting the problem, still they have not rectified it. i would like to bring to your kind notice that my bike is 11 months new and when i left to showroom for service they are telling that the chain sprocket and shock observers should be replaced with the new ones. i want to know whether these two are having warranty periods and if so how many months.
