i own a honda city car n m presently posted at ahmednagar. on 10 july i drove down 130 kms to get my car serviced,however i was categoriclly refused quating that there was too much of rush n that i should come on 13(monday).i requested that there are no service facility avlbl at ahmednagar and i would hav to come all the way. however,no help was extended and i had to come back. may i request that in future an outstation customer should be given priority.it is further disguisting to learn that in ahmednagar all coys have a auth service centre except honda.

    My HH Pleasure (KL 45-D-4164) ( Date of purchase 04.01.10) have some starting complaint and I given in Ariane motors & service at Chalakudy (Thrissur Dist) on 07.07.10. Job card no 390. I not yet received vehicle up to this time (12.07.10). First they said battery was complaint and I take it to Exide showroom and they tested it two days, there was no complaint in battery, now showroom people saying starting motor was complaint. Know what I want to do for this.When I will get my vehicle. Where I want to complaint for this.

    bilaspur university guru ghasidas vc is bad man
    I purchased pleasure on july 2010. Next day battery problem occur. still now my self start is not working. i used only kick start.. Service persons didn't change the battery.. even they didn't check the charging circuit also. hero honda service is very worst..

    THE VEHICLE HAS STARTING PROBLEM AND GIVES AVERAGE OF ONLY 18 KMS PER LITER THAT THE CHIEF WORKS MANAGER HAS PERSONNALY CHECKED THE SAME.
    I REQUEST THE COMPANY PEOPLE TO KINDLY REPLACE THE VEHICLE IF POSSIBLE AT THE EARLIEST.

    What is this?

    The motorcycle is new, is this your way of business?

    There is manufacturing defect, I want new model.
    I felt cheated and deceived by the company. I never thought that company like from Chadha Motors, HUBLI DISTRICT DHARWAD KARNATAKA.
    would do such a thing to me. There is a lot of difference between the mileage they promised at the time of purchase and the real mileage. I want justice but do not know whom to approach, so I am writing here.

    I hope you will take up this issue and help many people who get cheated because of false claims and promises made by companies. At least, other people don’t get cheated like me.
    i agree with this kind of problems, starting problem(both by kick start and auto start) for my vechile also(i mean to say my vechile was totally dead). May be not Hero honda cheating the public, The servicing centers and hero honda delears are cheating the public very badly.How ever customer is getting affected finally which ultimately final responce need/should be taken care by the hero honda company!

    I agree with all the above complains. In my case the pleasure is really become a sorrow. I am not kidding, I mean whenever you try to start it using SELF, it tries once and then it makes some noise that no machinery is there like free motor voice.

    I am just fed up of reaching various hero honda service centers in Delhi/NCR. These people are cheating on the name of Hero Honda.

    Can anyone please help me how to file case in Consumer Court..

    In India, when the motor review comes on media, all, viewers and reviewer are looking for an aesthetic look like colour, leather seat, site on the site, mirror fixation etc.. No fools are not inquiring the past of that vehicles pros and cons, if a new one is introduced everyone need it first after the introduction of the product to the market.

    We can lot of magazine, online reviews, tv shows all viewer fools are same after that blaming the product and dealers.

    Now a days social media is strong you can use that to make an aware of the other customer about the product you are experienced, rather than making use of social media for chit and chat. If this is effective the auto market / manufactures will be on alert of there product and its response from public.

        Dear Sir,
        Since from the first service am facing chain sprocket problem. Even after reporting the problem, still they have not rectified it. i would like to bring to your kind notice that my bike is 11 months new and when i left to showroom for service they are telling that the chain sprocket and shock observers should be replaced with the new ones. i want to know whether these two are having warranty periods and if so how many months.

        please reply fast and i will be awaiting for your reply

        Mr. Linga, I suggest u to show or get serviced your bike at any local service stations. Showroom ppl nvr do their respective job correctly, the only thing dey do is wash n polish thts it

          I AM PALANISAMY.P CUSTOMER OF HONDA MOTORCYCLE DEALER, M/s. PRESSANA HONDA 965,AVINASHI ROAD COIMBATORE-641037

          I BOUGHT A NEW BIKE HONDA SHINE(REG NO:TN 37 - BC -5928) FROM THE DEALER ON 13/4/2009. I HAVE CONTINUED THE REGULAR SERVICES AND CHECKUPS FROM THE DEALER. AFTER A FEW MONTHS ONESIDE OF BACK TYRE BEGAN TO DEPLETE. NOTICING THIS COMPLAINT, I HAVE INFORMED THE DEALER'S SERVICES DEPARTMENT. I GOT THE REPLY THAT, IT WILL BE OK IN SOMEDAYS.WHEN THE DEPLETION CONTINUED, I HAVE AGAIN APPROACHED THE SERVICE ENGINEER, THEN HE GIVE A REPLY THAT ITS THE COMPLAINT OF MRF TYRE, AND I HAVE TO GO TO THE MRF TYRE SHOWROOM AND THEY WILL REPLACE THE TYRE. I HAVE APPROACHED THE MRF TYRE AT COIMBATORE REGIONAL OFFICE. THEY REPLIED THAT THE COMPLAINT IS NOT BECAUSE OF THE TYRE,

          SO BOTH THE DEALER AND MRF ARE TAKING RESPONSIBLE OF THIS PROBLEM.

            Honda Dio Authorized service centre CR SCOOTERS in vadodara is charging unreasonable charges on account of mistake from their service staff during service. I have given my Honda Dio for paid service (which is covered under annual service contract). During service the service staff opened Oil Tank Drainage Bolt for changing the Oil. The threads of the same damaged during this. The service station charges huge amount of money to re-tape the threads and placing higher size of bolt. When asked jusitification of the same they just told it happens once in[protected] vehicles and we are not responsible for this damge. I want to attarct companies (Honda) notice on such bad service provided by M/S CR Scooters.

                I had this bad experiance at one of your dealer service Place Bangalore Dealer name Silicon Motors Banashankari,Next to ICICI Bank, Near Janatha Bazar.Ph :26892533
                Well i have been a HONDA customer for about 10 yrs know. But i was very disappointed with your dealer service when i had given my vehicle for service on 1/07/10 Recp No 1003424 . I am bring this incident to your notice so that you would take precaution in the service area. When i had given my honda activa for service and took delivery of the same after 3 days i found that my new battery EXIDE FREEdom was switched to an old one which did not belong to me though i had the guarantee card of my battery with the serial no which did not match. So when i went to the service incharge personnel and told that this has happened, he rudely ignored the whole thing and brushed it saying that this is not the brand battery that the company gives but this was given by the silicon honda RV Road. The reason for bringing this incident to your notice is to tell that the trust we have in honda is immense and also with the quality standards are high. Please plan for any authencation of battery pack card given by the dealer so that it would be easily traceable to its owner.

                    I kumar Saurabh from viman nagar pune booked a honda unicorn byke on 14/05/2010 at bu bhandari viman nagar pune, the sales guys told me that your byke will be delivered on 45 days, Two days back I got a call from BU bhandari camp that please deposit your money your byke will be delivered in next 15 days. Today i went to bu bhadari viman nagar pune to deposit cash for my byke, but the concerned person is not accepting my amount and telling me that you have to wait for next 1 month. This is not acceptable, the customer satisfaction is very bad they dont know how to deal with the customer. This is realy disappointing for the customer, the worsed kind of customer service they are providing, Please look into this matter as earliest as possible.

                      I have purchased a bike from Shyam Honda, Indore (M.P.), before 15 day's my bike was accidented by unknown purchased. My bike's fering & Mudgaurd was damaged. but for last 15 days i m asking for new ferring & mudgard but there is no response. they says we have not that parts. company not sending that parts. we dont know when will available that.                         i had purchase a honda unicorn from DREAM HONDA BILASPUR CG on april 2009 after that i was shifted to KORBA CG and i had done all the service at the VISHAL HONDA KORBA
                        my bike had falling down so i had replace the handel of it but after that during thesecond service i had complain about the shaking of my bike handel ti vishal honda they chek it and said it is ok
                        and after 2nd service i had complain to them the same in all service they told it is ok/normal in february 2010 i had ask to please solve my probleum they told me that either tyre or some wher else had a probleum but not sure of any so ask me to wait for that when they have a trye of it in stock they check the probleum by replacing it and if not sort out hen move furthere and they let me know the avalbility of tyre but till now no reply given to me i had lunch the same complain to the HONDA WEBSITE but same reaction given to

                          I purchased Hero Honda Pleasure in Jan 2010 from Pratibha Motors, Pune.

                          From about two months, I am getting a problem that whenever I raise the accelerator ( even slightly), vehicle jerks and tends to stop for about 3-4 seconds and then it picks up the speed , till then the vehicle looses its balance sometimes. Even when I am raising the full accelerator, the speed does not increase to its full.

                          I took it to Pratibha Motors 2-3 times for resolving this issue, but the problem is not resolved.
                          They say that there is some problem in petrol. Even I have changed my petrol Pump, but the problem is still there. They say that they have checked the vehicle and they cant make out where the problem is. I took the vehicle to them 2-3 times and they say this time problem would be resolved now I am very confused and very upset with the service.

                          If they cant make out where the problem is, then how inefficient they are, & why the customer will pay for their inefficiency.

                          Also, I always have a problem of late delievery and all when I give it for servicing.

                          I request the concersoned authority to take action in this case immediately

                          Hero Honda Pleasure — Dealer ask money for RC book

                          Hi,

                          Three months ago I purchased Hero honda plessure for my wife with giving cash to dealer Sachin Automobiles, Opp. Mhada ground, virar (w). and now dealer ask more money and refused to give us RC book without money.

                          What should we do for that... in fact RC book is included in cost of vehicle's on road cost.

                          Please help me uot.

                          Just to add, I am very upset with the company and the product also.
                          My pleasure always had a starting problem when it was new. It used to stop while running in the middle whenever the speed was decreased and it did not get started with auto start then.
                          OK SEND ALL THE DOCUMENT PARTAINING TO THIS COMPLAINT TO MY SECRETARY EMAIL ADDRESS WHICH IS [protected]@yahoo.com...hope to here from u very soon.
                          Just to add again, I was very upset and thought of changing the vendor.
                          So I took it to Pratham Motors in pune and within half day they resolved the issue and gave the delievery of vehicle on time. They said that it was a small problem, something was got clogged in the carburetor and they have cleaned it.They even didnt charge for the same.

                          Why Pratibha Motors couldnt resolve such a mere problem. I am surprised.

                          Very Bad service at Pratibha Motors.

                          Now the vehicle is doing well.

                          Thanks to Pratham Motors.
                          It seemed they are very cooperative.

                            My name is dilip s. gulkari. i am the owner of honda shine. todat dt. 26.6.2010 due to break problem in my vehicle i went tonearby honda showroom( mascot motors). i changed the break shoes and then went back but after some time the same problem occured. i was away from the showroom so i went to my mechanic and checked the break shoes in front of me. shockingly that person had not changed the shoes. the break shoes was old one. so i again went to the mascot motors with my mechanic. but nobody was lisening to me. they were using abusing language the engg. name was hemant. i have the original bill with me.
                            I request the officials to look into this matter as quickly as possible. i just want my money back and that fellow( hemant) should be punished. i am eagerly waiting for the reply.

                              I have approached the "Johns", the dealer of Honda Activa in TCR, for buying an Activa Scooter. But they say "you have to place an order and wait for upto 6 months for getting the Activa". I have paid the advance (Rs. 1000). I am planning to give ready cash. If I plan to purchase another brand (for an example: Hero Honda Pleasure etc.) I will get it the same day. What is the problem with thi Activa? I can't wait for this much time because my wife want a vehicle now for going to her office. I will have to change my plan from Activa to any other brand eventhough i am very interested in Activa. Please do advise me in this regards.

                                hello sir we have buy a hero honda bike on 28/03/2011 at machilipatnam but the engine have exhits huge heat for a small distance of 5 or 10 kms and also having a problem in gear box abd a poor mileage of 40 kmpl at starting it gives a kmpl of 50 but now it reduced to 40. we have complainted to the service center about the problems but we are not satisfied with the service the problems are not rectificed. so we want to claint for a new bike .

                                  Sir, I have a Hero Honda Passion Plus bike # GJ 1 EL 3294. I gave that bike for service on 22/06/10. My main purpose is to recharge the battery. I give that bike to the executive & also told him about the main purpose. They dont have any equipment to recharge the battery but that guy didnt told me & he change the water of the battery. Because of the executice's fault I spend Rs.154 if he told me they dont recharge the battery than I won't give my bike for service. I spend Rs.154 for service but main reason which I told its is not satisfied.
                                  I also talkd with the manager & he was talking with me in an attitude and he said I have to recharge the battery to my own & thats fine I will do but can I get refund?

                                    My Vehicle met with an accident and is been given for Service at the Sahil Honda Service center.

                                    Till date the vehicle is not repaired and I do not get a fixed time for its completion. The concerned authorities are just delaying the service of my vehical. It is very troublesome to get service done for my activa and I am loosing trust in the company.

                                      Sir,

                                      I purchased one Honda Aviator scooter(Model Code: SCV110GA) on 13/05/2010 from Vahini Motors, Pallimukku, Kollam. It started showing problems with self-start after 2 weeks so I informed them about the problem. The service person from Vahini came to my home and I was told that the battery needs to be recharged.

                                      I gave the vehicle for first service and recharging the battery on 17/06/10. The service persons told me that they would give the scooter back after recharging the battery and first service on the same day evening. I was asked to provide my phone number so that they can inform me when the vehicle is ready. But nobody called me and I had to call them back the next day afternoon inquiring the status of the service. They replied that the vehicle is ready for delivery. I asked them why didn't they inform me when it was ready and they replied that they just forgot to call me.

                                      After the first service and battery recharge, the self-start problem was solved but the same problem recurred after a few days. I informed them about the issue and I was told to bring the vehicle to their show room for another recharge. I gave the scooter for second recharge on 22/06/10 at 9:30 AM and they asked me to come back at 5 PM to take the vehicle back.

                                      I reached the service centre at 6 PM traveling 20 km but they simply told me to come next day since the scooter is not ready as the battery was showing problem even after the recharge. I became angry and asked them why didn't you inform me so that I could have avoided traveling around 20 km. This time also they repeated the same answer that somebody forgot to call the customer. Being a valuable customer of Honda, I heard the same excuse two times in a row.

                                      Again, there was no update from them so I called them today(23/06/10). They told me that I would be updated soon. After a few hours, one Mr.Sunil from the service department called me and informed that the battery needs to be replaced. He asked me to come there to collect the battery and a letter for getting the battery replaced. I told him that I can't spent my money, time and effort for getting the battery replaced as its the responsibility of the dealer. But he keeps saying that they can't provide any further assistance for replacing the battery other than giving the letter for replacement.

                                      I got pissed off with their poor support and service. I request you to take necessary actions to get my battery replaced and advise your dealer not to behave like this to the valuable customers of Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.

                                      hai this is srikanth i brought a new vechile for my wife.I bought that vechile in KANAKA DURGA AUTOMOBILES beside D V MONOR M G ROAD VIJAYAWADA i was not satisfied with the local dealer servivcing i have informed them about milage they are not doing about that this is my third service what to do? if we give vechile for servicing they giving with in 1/2 an hour i cant understand what is going.Along with me 3 of my friends also taken new vechiles is there any solution for us in vijayawada or other wise we have to give to roadside mechanic so hence i request you to kindly take action and do the needfull

                                      1. It seems like the battery warranty is not under control of the dealer. He will give a letter to the battery dealer for free replacement.

                                      2. And second thing there is a possibility of battery problem again due to the recharge of the vehicle. Mostly the recharging system have some problem in charging the battery. Better get it tested from any one of the "good" dealers near by.

                                      3. Drop a complaint to the consumer court near by with photocopies of documents u have through a registered INDIA POST with acknowledge card and before that inform the dealer that you are going to give consumer complaint against him if he believes he should help the customer better give him time.

                                      After all this is India you can expect this much only from dealers as a average. They do not know the meaning of a customer and customer rights.

                                      I think Honda should fix this problem.

                                      The battery is getting dischagre when I drive with head and tail lamps on during night.

                                      the next morning I have to start it with kicks.

                                      After first service the problem got solved but after 4 days the problem again started.

                                      hello sir i m himanshu.i faced problem in service of honda aviator. My aviator is damaged in an accedent. I filed the report in haldwani honda show room on the date 1 oct 2010. They oraly said to me that aviator service work will be completed with in 10 days but on 12 oct 2010 there is no single work done. They said to me it will taken another 10 days. But i still feel that haldwani honda service center not taking seriosly to that work.

                                      Honda Aviator — Rusting of vehicle

                                      I have purchased Honda Avaitor Bearing Chesis No. ME4JF214AA8003318 On 25/02/2010.

                                      I am facing many problems from the date of purchse.

                                      1. The seat is not fitting properly and fit upside near about 2 inches from back side
                                      due to wnich i get the feel of sliding while driving the scooter.

                                      2. Vibration in front pannel. This issue was brought to notice of service enginner but
                                      issue remains the same.

                                      3. Voveling in Handle is from the first day of the purchase and engineer is unable to resolve the issue.

                                      4. Rusting of side foot Pannel is Just start within 4 months of purchase and brought down to notice of service engineer , He is just tossing me and repling irresponcibaly.


                                      I purchase the avaitor beleving the Name HONDA and refering the advertise accordingly but I am totally unhappy with the Honda Quality.

                                      Vehicle is fine, but, the EXIDE maintenance free battery goes within or over 1 year. EXIDE 4L battery which Aviator uses is hell to you. It is not Maintenance Free… It is a big Headache since you need to change your Battery.

                                      One more highlight is Battery casing they use which doesnot allow 5L battery to fit in (5L battery is being used in Activa and Dio). You need to take care you have to buy only 4L battery for Aviator which is not available in Amaron.
                                      I brought Amaron BTX5L battery on recomendation from the service center guys since, they told Activa or Dio battery would fit. But, to my agony after purchasing 5L battery, they took the vehicle to replace the battery only to discover that it only fits with 4L battery which is not available in Amaron.
                                      Service guy asked me to get Exide 4L battery only. I got very annoyed and angry. Why should I buy Exide… It is the worst battery I found. Even, I had to replace this EXIDE battery for my car too. EXIDE BATTERY IS LIKE SUICIDE BATTERY… it will kill itself very soon and creates a big problem to the owner.
                                      I stongly recommend as being a customer to Honda…. not to go for EXIDE battery which is obviously a big headache for the customers.

                                      Now, I need to change the Battery casing with fabricated plate holder to fit my BTX5L Amaron battery into my Aviator. Also one suggestion to Amaron battery to manufacture 4L pro-bike batteries since, I found this to be a good battery and none of the aviator owners should face the problems which myself and other aviator owners faced till now.

                                      Customer satisfaction should be every company’s motto.

                                      Yesterday, I changed the original Exide battery of our Aviator after facing the self-start problem for over a month.My reliable and experienced auto-mechanic gave me the same feedback and changed the battery at a price of Rs.1345/- all inclusive with a two year warranty.Although I am satisfied with the vehicle otherwise, a world famous company like Honda should live up to its reputation by immediately looking into this issue.

                                      This is really a very bad experience considering I have bought so called reliable company like Honda. Within 3 months of buying I had self start problem. Even after service personal taking care to problem, it is still persisting. It's being 1 and half year now and still living hell. I had Activa before and was very impressed and thinking it would be the similar experience with aviator I bought it. I would never buy anything Honda again. All that wonderful experience with Activa is wiped clean with this experience. If a reputed company can resort to outsourcing such bad batteries for their vehicle.
                                      Now I have to spend almost every 2 months for doing repair work. I have to spend more again on new battery. This is very irritable.

                                        I have a Honda Unocorn from Sterling Honda (Pimpri - OLD Mumbai Pune Highway).

                                        I Exprience that from every service Sterling is the BAD service provider in Bike Servicing. I already given complaint to him but NO ACTIONO.

                                        First Problem - In first service, i got bike without greasing. Also my Petrol Pipe was removed. I tried to complain but everyone is saying ask to other folk.

                                        Second Service –
                                        I found my Main Light is not working(Earlier it was working) also a bike washing was not done properly.

                                        Again I given a complaint against this 


                                        and many more BAD exprience..................
                                        i was purchaised my bike just 6 months before but now self is not working. dealer told me that its batery problem. the batery have i year warenty, but the dealer not replace the batery!!!
