      my jazz is passionately maintained & driven by my wife . car is 2015 old model . it has done 28000 km only .
      unfortunately we are facing truble with the automatic gear box of this ivetec model .
      we are too disappointed and shattered .
      we tried to contact the servicing agency (ring road honda ggn ) but they clearly say it has never happened & your case is beyond our control as warrenty cover has expired for the car ...
      sir how come such a premium brand of car can DISTANCE ITSELF FROM ITS RESPONSIBILITY ...

        Hello all,
        Please do not buy Honda cars in India as their promises are not followed or respected after purchase of your car. I have a Honda Jazz 1.2 VX Petrol MT bought in 2018 (just 2.5 years old) from Capital Honda Pondicherry with extended warranty upto 2022 (Std warranty-2 yrs). FYI, I maintain well my car and a loyal customer to them but no respect given to my request/problem.
        1. My central lock knob (driver side inside door panel) broke due to poor plastic material and not due to handling error and they did not change it in my extended warranty period. I paid the parts and labour cost (because Service resp. told me it does not cover under extended warranty (covered only in Std warranty) after long negotiation.
        2. Audio Unit touch screen started fading at corners and it increases day by day. I reported immediately to Service team in Pondicherry and they repeated the same answer saying "NOT COVERED UNDER EXTENDED WARRANTY". After re-negotiation with (Warranty responsible, CRM responsible+other service team), they removed the unit and sent to Chennai for replacement/repair but no positive response. They returned the unit saying not covered under extended warranty.
        All the above 2 problems were OEM defects and not at all customer error/problem. But they wanted me (both Sales+Service) to pay the repair or replacement cost (approx 15000+ INR). I am going to write/share about my bad experience with Honda Cars India Pondicherry Sales+Service Team until my problem is solved.
        Conclusion: Never Buy Honda Cars due poor Customer Relationship/Support.

          Dear Sir,

          I have been using Honda City for more than 5 years having registration no. GJ 03 HK 6195. I have been using the service center of Cartec Honda - Naroda ( Ahmedabad) for quite some time.
          After getting my serviced i receive call from them asking about overall experience, though i have not had great experience ever but at the same time i had not bad experience also. They expect that i should rate them 9 or 10 and they also pursue me to give same rating if a call is being received directly from company. Without much of hesitation i had been doing this.
          But last time i had very horrible experience on no. of fronts and when i received the call from them about service experience, they simple disappeared. No call from senior or from any other responsible person to understand my problem since it was first time i had such horrific experience.
          Is it something that such calls or after service formality is only to get good rating and not to attend and address when we have been passing some genuinely bad experience.
          Pls look into this.

              I am from Phagwara I bought Honda city in 2017 new model with number PB09AC8300
              Under name Shanti sons from Lally motors pvt LTD Pragpur Jalandhar
              My main complaint is my stereo touch screen not working and ask Lally motors so many times and they said it’s out of warranty from March and need to repair from outside my main thing is I send my car for service in January with same Compaint and they forget to repair and said they will repair next time and in March lockdown start and can’t do any thing after lockdown I ask same they said can’t do any thing
              Now thing is what’s my fault if screen damage and out of warranty in March but I send my car in January and they forget to repair now they not showing anything
              Please help me and change my stereo system in warranty

                I visited your showroom in panipat on[protected].
                There is smell when we on A/C.They check and confirm there is leakage in cooling quill and it is not in stock and will order and repair you car in one week.Now they are asking part is not available in the company.almost 2weeks gone and i'm using my car without A/C.I'm using Honda cars from last 12-15 years.At the moment using new Civic, and one more Amaze.They provide me order number(1-[protected]) and ask me to check with company we are helpless.I am very upset with answer given by service manager.In future I will think before buying Honda car. so pls look into the matter and solve.

                  My vehicle honda city 2017 facelift model is giving for service to premier honda kottayam.Last 1.5years before I given a complaint for infotainment system and now it's completely out of working..Every time they telling that they will clear it within days but presently they are not taking call and authorised parties also not showing any interest to solve the complaint .Not even this issue the simple thing washing is also not perfect...kindly please look in to this matter.

                    I had booked Honda Jazz in Sept 20, promised delivery in Oct 20 by 15 th .I was later informed of delivery by 10 th Oct . I purchased in Bangalore from Elite Automobiles-Dakshin Honda.while I haggled for a discount the manager denied any offer.

                    The despatch was confirmed by 25 th Sept and was in touch with sales team and made full payment by 6 th Oct and got delivery in Oct 20.

                    I understand from the calls and messages of SMS received that delivery made in Sep 20 at Dakshin Honda sales record and also in Honda company.

                    I wrote to them on 11 thOct that I have been denied discount and whether it was applicable or not for booking in Sept 20.

                    No answer from them and vague replies from Honda India that what was the prevailing price has been given. To my specific questions no replies ..

                    Highly disappointed at such at attitude of Honda

                    I want a specific answer if bookings in September and delivery in Oct is eligible or not ? Why such petty minded ness is not clear

                      I found small rusting dots on front shield
                      glass it randomly shown any time and rising gradually.

                      And from your side still date no any solution as well as precautions .

                      How can I protect my glass by this issue?

                      It's happening only in my car and no other nearest parking car.

                      It's my humble request again to you pl. Give me precautions ideas and solutions.

                      It's really very poor service and respond found in this case.

                      I am handicapped in this issue.

                        If non genuine parts are used during the service of my car at a genuine honda service centre SAMARA HONDA and then that part fails and get stuck inside the engine and leaves me stranded and then you guys realize that your workmen accidentally put in a fake bolt but now that is stuck inside my engine and now Inorder to rectify that you had to coordinate with pink city honda alwar and remove that bolt which is stick inside my block which should have been there in the first place if you guys didnt put it in and while in the process of removing that they end up damaging the block of my engine and this was informed too to them at that time later they neglected the fact that it was an oil leak and told me to show it at mayapuri samara honda then when I checked everything and located the hairline crack and pointed it out to the service assistant he assured me that it was only residue oil stuck on the outside of the engine that is leaking onto the ground and not from the block even though I showd it to him and had an argument there also at that point of time I made him aware that the car overheated under heavy acceleration so he took a test drive as well and in delhi you cant open up the throttle where he drove which i saw more that 40 or 50 kmh so the engine did not overheat and he said no faults this did not prepare a job card if they are refusing that there is fault why should I give it to them to charge me for no reason but no because of that crack the engine overheated due to the lack of compression and threw a rod and the made a hole in the block exactly where the hairline crack was that is what I am trying to make you understand and other than that the oil AND GENERAL SERVICE WAS CARRIED OUT oN thE car. IT was changed twice once in AUGUST 2019 and recently on October 22nd and the car also have covered only 3105km since all this work and was used only in delhi under normal conditions.

                          My honda city 2017 petrol top model
                          Manual transmission’s infotainment system is not responsive from past 6 to 8 months and has completely stopped working. Due to lockdown I want able to file a claim and when I filed a claim in September, my claim got rejected due to three year time period exceeding. I have been facing this problem from quite some time and I want this to get resolved by Honda.

                            AVN (Music system) not to the mark. Repaired just after 1and half year. Now again not working. It seems has issues in design. No physical damage but AVN change radio to music without command. Initially when repaired they said update was not taken regularly so AVN not performing well. Now they said AVN is not covered under extended warranty.
                            Landmark Honda Vesu Surat.
                            Need help on this...

                              I had purchased Honda car from capital car prime Honda patparganj Delhi near Mother dairy. My car no is DL 14 CD 9746.
                              My car is under warranty and there is something wrong is in Horn wire and for last 3 months the dealer not interested to replace the horn wire . I am fed up calling .
                              The service of capital car( prime Honda) is worst I ever seen in my life. I have given my car in their body work shop . After leaving my car for 8 days . When I received my car I decided I will never use the prime Honda again in my life. Even I have told my friend and family . In future we will never go back in capital car .

                                  My vehicle no. TN09BE7481 was serviced recently at Mansarovar Honda Porur. 70k Kms service was charged 8300/- + extra charges for replacement of few parts. All checkings, break overhauling etc was all paid.
                                  Now after running just 1500 Kms after that, my brakes were slightly whistling so I checked it in outside workshop and surprisingly brake pad was completely worn out with metal rubbing the disc. Which means the service center guys have not even checked how much brake pad is utilised now I have to do disc polishing in lathe also. Another thing is that even though coolant price was charged, I think they only topped up so I had to completely drain it and fill up fully because of overheating. This is pure unprofessionalism and looting the customers. Pls take necessary actions or refund my money.

                                    I have bought Honda Jazz in Capital Honda Pondicherry on May 2019. And I have been using the car for more than an year. This was car delivered to me with 4 Good year tires and 1 MRF type (Stepney).

                                    Will Honda cars come with Good year tyre ?? All my friends had got MRF or Michelin.

                                    And how come Stepney is MRF and other 4 are good year?? Did dealer replace with good year??

                                    Honda cars can you please check on this and update..

                                      I am owner of honda city 4th generation. The stereo is not working. lodged complaint on 4th August 2020 and subsequently on 13 th August 2020. The complaint no is 1_[protected].
                                      i contacted customer care twice. Since last three months the agency as well as the company have standard reply that the spare part has been ordered . There is communication as to when the part would be available. Even the company is not helping the matters and looking into the matter seriously. It is really very insensitive and unprofessional on the part of such a reputed company. The customer care executives are not even telling me whom to approach nor are they telling me when would my complaint be resolved.

                                        False promises by COASTAL HONDA VERNA GOA, I have a 2017 honda city with a faulty digipad display. Was promised by the dealer for replacement under extended warranty and now saying that its not covered under the warranty. Also charged me to cleaning injectors when they dint even touch them. Showed it to the service manager, he only asked for apology but dint take any action against the service advisor. I have decided never to take my car in the showroom ever again.
                                        I am just posting here but don't know if any thing will be done.
