Address: Capital Car ( Prime Honda ) Patparganj Delhi near Mother dairy

I had purchased Honda car from capital car prime Honda patparganj Delhi near Mother dairy. My car no is DL 14 CD 9746.
My car is under warranty and there is something wrong is in Horn wire and for last 3 months the dealer not interested to replace the horn wire . I am fed up calling .
The service of capital car( prime Honda) is worst I ever seen in my life. I have given my car in their body work shop . After leaving my car for 8 days . When I received my car I decided I will never use the prime Honda again in my life. Even I have told my friend and family . In future we will never go back in capital car .

      My vehicle no. TN09BE7481 was serviced recently at Mansarovar Honda Porur. 70k Kms service was charged 8300/- + extra charges for replacement of few parts. All checkings, break overhauling etc was all paid.
      Now after running just 1500 Kms after that, my brakes were slightly whistling so I checked it in outside workshop and surprisingly brake pad was completely worn out with metal rubbing the disc. Which means the service center guys have not even checked how much brake pad is utilised now I have to do disc polishing in lathe also. Another thing is that even though coolant price was charged, I think they only topped up so I had to completely drain it and fill up fully because of overheating. This is pure unprofessionalism and looting the customers. Pls take necessary actions or refund my money.

        I have bought Honda Jazz in Capital Honda Pondicherry on May 2019. And I have been using the car for more than an year. This was car delivered to me with 4 Good year tires and 1 MRF type (Stepney).

        Will Honda cars come with Good year tyre ?? All my friends had got MRF or Michelin.

        And how come Stepney is MRF and other 4 are good year?? Did dealer replace with good year??

        Honda cars can you please check on this and update..

          I am owner of honda city 4th generation. The stereo is not working. lodged complaint on 4th August 2020 and subsequently on 13 th August 2020. The complaint no is 1_[protected].
          i contacted customer care twice. Since last three months the agency as well as the company have standard reply that the spare part has been ordered . There is communication as to when the part would be available. Even the company is not helping the matters and looking into the matter seriously. It is really very insensitive and unprofessional on the part of such a reputed company. The customer care executives are not even telling me whom to approach nor are they telling me when would my complaint be resolved.

            False promises by COASTAL HONDA VERNA GOA, I have a 2017 honda city with a faulty digipad display. Was promised by the dealer for replacement under extended warranty and now saying that its not covered under the warranty. Also charged me to cleaning injectors when they dint even touch them. Showed it to the service manager, he only asked for apology but dint take any action against the service advisor. I have decided never to take my car in the showroom ever again.
            I am just posting here but don't know if any thing will be done.

              I am using Honda WRV- Reg. No. UP11BE2424 purchased and serviced at Samyak Auto Engineers, Saharanpur (UP). Cars music system is not working and I've sent it to for repair at Samyak Auto Engineers, Delhi Road, Saharanpur. The issue is not resolved till now and unnecessary delaying and not giving any positive feedback. Kindly look into the matter and see what best possible can done.

                I have purchase honda wrv in 2019 but still I am facing one issue that while driving alone my nearby seat vibrate so much and create irritating noise every time at the service centre they told me that they took up the matter with seniors even they have make the video recording of the issue around 4 months ago but still not provided any resolution.kindly look into matter otherwise we will take the legal action.

                  I have bought a Honda Amaze in June 2018 though Trident Honda Bangalore and now the serviced by Dakshin Honda, Mysore Road, Bangalore. My case has run for 28, 000 kms. The last service was done as per schedule @ 10000 Kms. Next due is @ 30K Kms.

                  I have been surprisingly noticing from last one month that both the rear tyres unevenly waring out and waring out faster than the front tyres. Due to COVID 19 usage of the car is almost nil. I followed all the advises from your service agent. I suspect that it is a major issue since the issue is with rear tyres. I have left my car in Dakshin Honda, Mysore Road, Bangalore on 17th October. The service dealer is suspecting Axel issue. If so it is a major problem in the car. I did not expect such issues in Honda Cars.

                  My request to get the necessary rectification done on permanent basis without any cost falling on to me including replacement of tyres. Request for early resolution.

                    I have purchased all new Honda city on 1st October 2020 and it’s H Connect stopped working from 2nd October. I have informed the dealer and then Honda Customercare. After repeated followups one personnel from Honda contacted and committed that the issue will be resolved asap. It’s been 14 days since I complained and till date no resolution from Honda.

                      H connect stopped working from the 2nd day of purchase of my Honda city 2020. I have raised the complaint (no: 9465) in the customer care and after rigorous follow up someone from Honda contacted me. Till the issue is not resolved and I’m getting the only answer as the issue is escalated.

                        I purchased honda city from sri ganganagar, rajasthan and car infotainment system was not working properly since the car was purchased and then ultimately it stopped working fully in april 2020, notified several times but now they have refused to replace saying its out of warranty which is unethical since it was not working properly from the begining and then informed within warranty period and now its refused saying its out of warranty

                        My 2017 Honda city has the same problem with the digipad (the display has a white line on it) my car warranty is due in March 2021. Today the showroom refused to replace it saying it is not under warranty.

                          I sent my honda city car MH12NP9068 to Crystal Hnda service centrre, wagholi, pune on 13 oct 2020. the service executive sent pictures of tires, which were badly worn out, and asked to replace all the 4 tires. To understand the history of the car tires, in june 2020, the car was sent to crystal honda service center, wagholi and one tire was replaced with new one and wheel alignment was done for my car, for which i had paid for the service during that time. However, during regular service in oct 2020, service executive sent pictures of tires, which are badly damaged. on observation of damaged tires, service executive agreed that the damage of the tires was due to misalignment of wheels. now i fail to understand that how within a span of 4 months all the tires got damaged!!.
                          Clearly it is concluded that the alignment was not done correctly in june 2020, for which i had paid for the service. I talked to General Manager of service center about this and asked him to replace all the tires and Crystal honda shall bear the cost of replacement and service charge of wheel alignment be refunded. but the same was not agreed.
                          Today, i feel like cheated by crystal honda service center and am forced to pay for the tires, which was damaged by bad service. It can not be wrong to say that this could be the bad practice, crystal honda service center is doing to make money by wrong means.
                          I request to lodge a complaint against crystal honda service center, wagholi, and investigation to be initiated for this case. I demand tires be replaced by crystal honda and service charges of wheel alignment be refunded.

                            I purchased a honda city from landmark honda, sg highway in march, due to covid got the delivery in june. Now it is mid october, and because of a eroor from landmark honda authorities i have still not received my car' s number plate. They are not even telling me what error have they created and are constantly giving me new dates every after another. People who got their car after me have all recvd the number plates.

                                  Dear Team,

                                  My self Raju Chandekar bought New Honda City 4th Generation Car from Smart City Honda dealer at Hoshangabad Road -BHOPAL(M.P).
                                  During the Handover process It has been informed by Dealer that 2nd Key will be issued with RSA and Extended warranty document within a week.
                                  After a week, 2nd key has not been handed over and reason was the Key is placed in Drawer which has been locked and the Key person is not available.
                                  After a month suddenly I came to know from showroom after several follow up that the Key was misplaced by Showroom Dealer from the sales Manager Mr. Deepak.
                                  The sales Manager of Dealer has assured that he will arrange 2nd Key from Manufacturing Plan which will take Min. 15 days.
                                  Even after 2 months from the purchase of my Car I did not receive the key and now the sales manager is not responding.
                                  Please help me to get the 2nd Key of My Car.

                                    We sent our Honda City for service to Vidhata Honda, Ludhiana. The Air condition was working completely fine, the service agent asked me to get A/c serviced, when car came back after service, air condition started making some weird noise. Sent the car back again for checking, they claimed replacement of whole damm compressor, which is worth 47000/- INR. It was working pretty fine before service... Something happened at their end and making us pay for that. Please help us.

                                      Date of Incident - 2nd Sept 2020.

                                      The issue that I have experienced was: I possess a Honda WRV with Registration Details as MH47 W 7204. On 25th of April 2020 my car broke down in a hospital & i used Resolver to raise my complaint to Honda as i did not received a service on calling up the dealer. The fuel pump was found faulty & is replaced by another Dealership - Vivo Honda which was arranged by the Solitire Honda dealership only after i complained in resolver leading to an escalation. On 2nd Sept 2020 now again i found that my Infotainment system is not working - The digipad is completely non responsive to Touch. I took the vehicle to Solitaire Honda & they took a video of the same & my car & said that they will raise the complaint to Honda. Once they receive the replacement from the company they will connect me back again & then fix it back. They also reverted that they have no idea on the time that it would take. The digipad 1.0 itself is a 3rd class Honda infotainment system which has no technological benefits like integration to Apple & Android phones. The system itself lags was extremely slow in response & now its dead!

                                      It occurred on: 2/09/2020

                                      This meant that Its frustrating payed up so much money for this car & then experiencing so many issues back to back with faulty parts. The service backup, availability of parts, support system does not work & one has to escalate severely to get the issues resolved. This is seamless cheating of customers with substandard materials & high price. Why should i drive a car now where i cannot have music, Maps, calling vide Bluetooth facilities disabled due to this issue. Hope you also understand the safety risk in this if i have to operate my mobile while driving the car? Moreover why should i pay for a substandard quality in a car? I live in fear as i do not know what else will go wrong- turn faulty in upcoming days as well.

                                      I have lost all trust in this car. Ideally i should ask for replacement of my car with a brand new car from the company but i understand that is not realistic. Hence i limit my expectations to following.

                                      1. Change my Infotainment system immediately with the upgraded & latest version of Digipad 2.0. (I will take this as an apology gesture from Honda for all these troubles caused to me).
                                      2. Check the car entirely with best of the engineers to proactively find & replace further possible issues & faulty components.
                                      3. Give me a confidence that i will be attended 24X7 with the fastest service across the country.
                                      4. Compensate me for all the issues, mental trauma, harassment that i had to go through.

                                      My Honda WRV (digital touch pad) known as 'AVN' isn't working and it's been 4 months the dealer (Dream Honda) at Navsari, Gujarat brushes away by saying 'They do not have it in stock'

                                      I have also complained about the same on main Honda customer service and all they could do is generate a complaint number.

                                      It's been a tad difficult to deal with these gees, I have to stop my car on the major highway route to attend a phone calls as the Bluetooth also doesn't work due to defeted AVN they fitted.

                                      It appears they encourage the drivers to attend the Call while driving which is against the safety of the transport policies. They should be held responsible if there is a major incident.

                                        Till date I felt that I m a proud owner of HONDA car which feeling went totally crashed today
                                        I had given my car for service last month i specially mentioned the there is some quicky sound coming from the jumpers they gave a bill of 5000 rs n told all your problems are solved but the reality was different
                                        I feedback call I was asked about the after service feedback n I told that inspite of service the problem remains the same
                                        Yesterday a lady calls me in evening and informs that since we are working today you can bring your car we will check the same my brother drove the car 13kms n the rude receptionists at the shantigram railway service station has audacity to tell there is no such booking in your name please take the car back
                                        This is really unprofessional for a renound co like HONDA
                                        Pathetic service I mark
