Hi,

My name is Anand Bhosle & I am working in MNC.

I purchased HERO HONDA BIKE - EXTREME dt.[protected] from 'DEEP MOTORS' from Thane.

From that day there was problem in Gears & not work as smoothly. But yesterday dt .27-05-09 on middle of highway at Thane the Gear was not working & the screw thread attach to this Gear has broken.

I was luckily survived that day.

Please reply to this mail early that how my complaint will be resolved ?

I purchased HERO HONDA BIKE - EXTREME dt.[protected] from Pashupati Motors (Hero Honda Dealer)from New Delhi

There was problem in Pisten & Crank. i have checked my bike from Pashupati Motors (Hero Honda Service center) and he is charging from us 9000 Rs. My bike is under warrenty then why we pay that amount.

Please reply to this mail early that how my complaint will be resolved ?

    Hi,

    I have a Honda Unicorn purchased in Apr 07 from Sterling Honda Chinchwad Pune Showroom. I personally feel the bike is mechanically best than any other in 150cc segment. The grip on road is good, whilst with low engine noise.

    But on this clean mirror there are few dark spots, I mean we customers are really sick of the service that Honda is providing. Let me highlight this in basically 2 issues (based on personal experieces). Firstly, whenever (including week days) the bike is given for servicing it takes at least 2 days for them to get it done. The only reason that the staff have with them is the heavy load of incoming vehicles. I would like to ask:
    Is there lack of mangagement by Honda/Service Center
    Is there lack of efficiency or
    Is there lack of resources
    The scenario depicts so...

    Secondly, I recently got repaired my Unicorn from Sterling Honda after an accident. The date for the bike delivery was after 15 days. I thought its because the bike has to undergo some inspection and other formalities. But to add more on this when I went to get the bike they said its still under process as the tank needs to be painted. I adjusted considering some genuine problems of the staff. The very next day I went there around 6 pm. The scene was not at all different. The tank was still getting painted (as the staff said ). Even the staff complained that they weren't at all happy as Honda is not providing them the exact volume of spare parts, required and asked for. I was not well still I waited there for 3 hours after completing the office to get my bike back travelling approx. 25 kms. Finally the 2 wheeler was handed over to me with some work still pending. Now I have to travel 20 kms again to get that done.

    Its really high time for the concerned authorities to take appropriate actions to resolve customer grieves. I believe HONDA should take their words back regarding Customer Delight.

    In a nutshell, I would say Honda's Service Delivery is good but Service Assurance is really poor!

    Hi,

    Honda is a reputed-class in automobile sector. Last year I purchased a Honda Unicorn from Sterling Honda Pimpri. I recently shifted to Baner. Wondering whether this low capacity service center would really provide same quality service as other do, I gave my bike at RAHUL AUTO SERVICE (think its owned by Pashankar Auto Pvt. Ltd.).

    I checked my bike post-servicing at the centre itself. It seemed to be ok. But after 3-5 days I realised the servicing done, was not adequate. The mileage of the bike reduced even after the staff claimed that they have replaced the oil. I asked them to grease all the vechile parts and they did (as they say) but there is still friction noise.

    Not sure why these things, weren't resolved. I certainly know that HONDA is best among 2 wheelers in India but I have clearly discovered that not all its authorised service centers deliver Quality Service!

      ya honda shine is a defective product.i purchased 3 months back ie feb 2009.
      i complained to Service center but they say honda shine has a normal and common vibration. which is to them but from my side its a problem.
      i complained to Honda company online they also said that the design of honda shine is as per costumer feedback and suggestion.
      i could not understand which costumer wants the bike to have a vibration in his bike.
      the fault is of honda people and blaming on customer.

      now i am just waiting for the reply from them and if no response of my full money refund then going ahead with consumer court.

      I am sorry to inform you that the Honda-Shine Motorcycle that I purchased on 6th Feb, 2009 has been constantly giving me troubles from the very first day. All complaints made to the authorised service centres and workshops have failed to rectify the problem in my vehicle. I am going through a phase of severe mental, physical and financial exploitation due to this problem the details of which are given below.

      Problem History: The motorcycle started vibrating from the very first day.

      ― On 10th Feb, 2009, I contacted the workshop o[censored]niversal Honda, Lal Darwaja, Ahmedabad and complained about the problem. The motorcycle was taken for repairs (Job Card: 025911)but the problem remained unsolved. The Service Manager assured me that the problem would get solved by the time of First Service

      ― On 18th Feb, 2009, I left the motorcycle for First Service at Universal Honda and also mentioned the problem of vibration. Even after the First Service, the problem remained unsolved. (Job card : 42443)

      ― On 15th April, 2009, I again left my motorcycle for Second Service (Job Card: 050072). At that time I again complained about the problem to the Service Manager – Mr Mitesh. Mr Mitesh assured me that he would personally pay attention to the service but the bike was returned to me in the same condition – with vibration problem. Adding insult to injury, the mileage of my bike also got reduced. I was already going through an ordeal of mental torture. The reduced mileage put me in additional financial torture.

      ― On 27th May, 2009, I again placed my bike at Universal Honda emphasising my existing problem of vibration and newly awarded problem of reduced mileage.(Job Card: 055311). This time also the bike was returned with the same illness – the vibrations continued and mileage lowered.

      ― On 26th June, 2009, I again placed my bike for Third Service at another workshop –PUNJAB HONDA situated at 18, 19 Rivera 30 Arcade, Nr.Prahladnagar Garden, 100 Ft. Road Satellite, Ahmedabad. Again I reminded them of the existing complaints. They returned my bike on 27th June, 2009 without any change in existing problems. Here too the problem was not solved.

      ― Finally, I took my bike to Universal Honda and persisted on getting the problem solved. Here I got the final shock from the Service Manager that I will have to live with the problem. He pointed out that the bike has Optimax Engine due to which the vibrations will continue and the service department will not be able to solve the problem.

      Sir, Why the workshop(s) tortured me for more than 5 months wrongly assuring me that the problem will be put right? Does your esteemed company induct new technologies to create more problems? Why the Sales Department didn’t mention this problem initially when they convinced me to buy this particular model?

      I am completely disappointed with the performance of this bike. I have been undergoing mental, physical and financial exploitation since the day I brought this new bike.

      I have brought this problem to your notice with the last hope of getting the problem rectified. Expecting a favourable action on your part,

      I recently boutght a new Honda 750 cc motorcycle from Honer Honda in Salisbury Maryland. I noticed a bad vibration (hammering) in the cycle at speeds above 50 mph. I returned the cycle to the shop and the response was that the vibration was normal. The bike is unsafe at speeds above 55 and I hadly think that is normal. I complained to Honda Inc in California and they are simply stone walling. They want me to take the bike to another dealership for evaluaiton which of cousre will have the same conflict of interes as the first. Apparenlty Honda has a practice of refusing to acknowledge problems much less making adequate repairs. Fortunately in Maryland we have a lemon law and I have filed a complaint with the State Attorney General.

      as i got vehicle Honda shine in Lakshmi Honda they wont do any service and give my vehicle .i take two service in shoe room both also they wont did int well now they telling want to open the engine and service i need to clear my problem in Honda my number [protected]
      Hi i am sorry to say this " Lakshmi Honda Services is too worst " . Either free service or paid services they are taking minimum 3-4 days to deliver. There is no responsible answer or commitment. Every costumer said the same issue with Lakshmi Honda, Madurai. No body is happy with this, Only there interested to sell the bikes not to do more.

      I gave my bike for first service and waited 3 days and finally gone there i seen they not even touched my bike.

      The branch manager said 'It happens due to the demand of workers you recommend/provide us some workers '

      Totally irresponsible things happening every day.

      I hope Honda Higher officials look up this issue and they do't want to loose their costumers in madurai.
      1) handle move is not proper 
      2)  after my first servicing bike is generating very high sound and vibrating. 
      3) I HAVE PURCHASED HONDA SHINE, date -30.01.10, I AM FACING THE PROBLEM OF 4-GEAR SHIFTING
      4)  4 gear is very bad.
      5) After my first servicing speed the bike is generating very high sound and vibrating. 
      Pl. give me the reasons & remedies for this. 

      Unavailability of orchid pearl white after booking

      I have booked Honda city orchid pearl white from vision Honda Trichur Kerala by paying 51000 and they say that production stopped for this colour you may take taffeta white. Is the right way to deal with customers by giving fake promises

        Dear Sir

        My new PF No. is HR/GGN/25068/3354 and my old PF account is HR/GGN/25001/93
        I have submit forms for transfar of my old PF amount to my new PF account.After two months when I ask the status of the same they give me status report which shows that old PF account is settled on dated 26th Feb 2007. But after that I have received two PF slips for F.Y. 2006-07 & F.Y.2007-08 and in both slips that amount is not reflecting and I have also four times visit for the same, but I have not received any solution. I meet there in PF office with Mr. Balraj, Mr. Subodh, Mr. Baljeet and one more person whom name I forget. But all of them fail to provide me any solution.

        So Pls provide me solution and transfar my old account to new account also ask to provide me PF revised slip or provide me new PF slip for F.Y. 2008-09 in which my old PF amount should be reflected

          My name is Ashu Jain. I bought a scooter HONDA ACTIVA from PIONEER HONDA, SHREE DADU AUTOS PVT LTD. G T ROAD, DHOLEWAL, Ludhiana (Punjab). During purchasing, we have selected one piece after checking its all on 1st may 2009 at 3:00 pm. during delivery at 6:45 pm, we were told that another piece was prepared ready for us as that was already selected by another customer. secondly, dealing of the staff is too high headed. They were feeling very proudy due to good sales.

          anyway we have got eh piece what they have given us. for bill and service copy, they told us that they will send it through courier soon. Also some accessories were pending, so they ask to come on some other day to get rest accessories. I visted on Sunday, they asked that today our mechanic are alreadu gone and your bill and service copy is still not ready. pl. come again. again i visted them twice and still i was waiting for my bill as well as my service copy. in the last visit i talked to their G M mr. gandhi and he told me that he will surely send these doc. thro courier on next day. the the next day i was told by the staff that they are going to send it thro couirer. but after 10 days today (19th may 2009), i have not got my doc. again i tried to contact them. this time their Miss Kiran explained me another new excuse that they have not send courier because they need my residence proof. but till date nobody demanded from me about it. on asking she was justifying her excuse that she tried me 3-4 times and my mobile was found out of range (on 5th, 9th and 13th may 2009). but the truth is that after 5th may 2009, i visted them 3 times and nobody asked me for this. Now, i am fed up from such type of service and dealing. they are so high headed that they are not taking it seriously like a govt. deptt.

          what should i do now...??????? even one of their staff know that my residence is just near to their MD residence.

          how can i get my documents from them. for the same, i had already taken 3 leaves from my office.

            SIR.

            I had purchesed a hunk bike of hero honda companny from BROTHERS ENTERPRISES on last December 13 / 2008. Now just after the first servicing under free service schem I have found that my bike is producing a litle noise which is now carried to a huge ENGINE SOUND PROBLEM upto the fourth servicing . The stepps taken by the deller is not sattisfactory to me. I am hopping for a prompt action from your's side. The details which you want will be attached to you if I got a response from your side.

              BUT ANY HOW THAT CHANE COVER NOICE OCCUR.
              I SHOW THIS TO BOISAR AUTHORISE SERVICE CENTER(ADITYA HONDA)SAID S NORMAL.
              IS THIS NORMAL THING.
              THEY TALK CUSTEMER WITH VERY Rudely.I DONT LIKE THAT SERVICE THEY PROVIDE.
              THATS WHY ME & MY HONDA USED FREINDS ARE IN BIG PROBLEM.
              hi buddies, i purchased ma unicorn a year back n ma problem is chain noise. why the chain noise is often heard even though the chain is adjusted frequently...nobody is doin the rite job in the company for these complaints wic i raised...plz anybody help me out in tis problem..try to gimme a solution for tis...

                Hi,

                This is not actually a complaint but just wanted some advice from the experts in this forum.

                Wanted to know which battery and tyre to buy for Honda Activa. I searched for various batteries but did not find Amco anywhere (I am told that this is the battery that comes by default in the Honda Activa).

                Also, are there any authorized dealers for these batteries in Bangalore? I searched everywhere but got only Excide and Amaron. But some of the dealers told that Amaron will not fit into the battery slot in Activa.


                Please advice.

                  My complaint is about Honda shine.
                  I had purchased Honda shine MH-15 CE-5015 Dated on 08 Sept 2008 08IN01785 with invoice after 2 weeks from purchase there was vibrating sound in tail lamp assembly, as per visit to Dealer at Nasik RUSHABH MOTORS PVT LTD. is was solved & again vibrating sound repeated, then it was told this vibrating is in all vehicle but I have tested my friends vehicle this problem is not in his vehicle.
                  Leakage of oil in mating line & in oil filler cap / dipstick in engine is also repeating after 3 times serviceing.

                  So I request you to look in this matter.

                  I took a CB Twister on May 2010 from Rasipuram (Namakkal[dist]), "The Noble Honda". I face a problem with the vehicle.

                  Oil is leaking from engine head(Cylinder).
                  Valve sound is coming from the engine. more friction sound is coming.
                  Within 10 days oil service is made with the company, the complaint occurred.
                  ONLY 4015 KMS with a speed of 50km/hr for 3 months.

                  We complained this to HR of namakkal "The Noble Honda".

                  We didn't get proper reply from the service manager.

                  They talked like ignoring the complaint.

                  They replied,

                  They can do one more service only.
                  They said, "We cant do anything for this complaint, and all bikes will
                  face this problem".

                  While taking the vehicle, Rasipuram Sales Manager said that, the engine is made in Japan.

                  But Now, Namakkal Service Manager said that, the engine is of Indian made.

                  I took the vehicle believing to be Japan made engine.

                    Hi All,

                    After buying a new bike dont take PASSPORT from the dealer.
                    They will bluf you by showing Rewards Chart which contains items like
                    1)5% discounts on spares parts
                    2)a pen
                    3)one small bag ... etc
                    Apart from these they have Tourch light and other Travelling bags

                    Actually they dont give all the items to customers instead they will simply say "No Stock"
                    Dealers will give it to their relatives or known persons.
                    We can give service in any showroom/dealer in India after servicing they will add the amount as points in the PASSPORT book. For this we can take the items provided by HERO HONDA company

                    Each and every time we cannot/may not go to same service point/show room for service
                    for example if you visited as

                    ShowRoom A 1st time got 500 points
                    ShowRoom A 2nd time got 450 points
                    ShowRoom B/ 3rd time got 600 points
                    other dealer
                    ShowRoom B/ 4th time got 550 points
                    other dealer
                    ShowRoom A 5th time got 500 points

                    Total points is 2600

                    Now if you ask Show RoomA person to provide gifts/Rewards they are replying as
                    You got service from other show room for 1150 points [ShowRoom B] for which we you should take gifts from ShowRoom B .
                    that means what ever points you earned in that showroom/dealer only you can get/ they will give gifts
                    Which is not possible !!!
                    Again patiently if you revisited the same showroom they simply reply you by saying "NO STOCK"
                    This is just to attract/bluff customers.
                    This is happening...and will continue...
                    So dont take PASSPORT forom HERO Honda

                      Dear sir,
                      yesterday, i had bought a new hunk from raymon motors at y.n. road, Indore (m.p.) price 61300 Rs. including r.t.o.& insurance .dated may 01 2009 from cash
                      after delevry, when i reached my home so i saw that, milometer chain is not fitted in the bike & bike had run above 58 kilometer, that'swhy i have larged a complent at raymon motor, they behaviour is not good, so what to do ?
                      i'm feeling worry, i have got much tention also,
                      i think, they had given me old/replace bike,
                      i want to get compensation otherwise, i'll go to court

                        Respected Sir/Madam,
                        I have purchase a HONDASHINE Two wheeler in your branch in Chennai. It is located in Tambaram Sanitorium.

                        When I got delivery this bike on that date itself i got a trouble by that bike, Two wheel has been weak(I'm not able to fill the air in both the wheel). They didn't give the tool box. After one week only i got the tools from there directly speak and get the tool.

                        In the showroom they says within 45days they will produce the RC Book, But Still Im not get the RC Book for that bike. They are making dealy, there is no responsible answer from the show room.
                        His service also very worst.

                        Im waiting for the responsible answer from you.

                        I am also unhappy with LODHA MOTORS customer service. I brought a byke name Aviator. sold on 04-08-08.

                        color:--black.
                        I am really unhappy with the customer service. From day1 these people are making me to roam around their service centre. I got a problem with Kick start. They never resolved that. I fealt like these people are money minded. They want to grab as much money as possible from the customers.I fealt deeply hurt and unhappy with these customer service. Please...please so some thing with their customer service.
                        while purchasing the byke they told there are four free services available. First two services are done in proper time. Third service due to some urgent work i exceeded just 100km.(For 6000km we need to do the servicing). My meter reading is showing 6100km. Just 100km extra. These people are reluctant to do the free servicing, saying that i exceeded 100km. They want to do paid servicing only. that too they changed 750Rs. Is it the way to do business. Whenever you go they will tell some petty reason. they will never take care of the customers.
                        You may think i am paranoid. But not sir, From May2008 i am revolving around them to buy a byke. Whatever i am writing it all came from my experience. The above mentioned thing is only one scenario.To do one smple thing i need to revolve around them minimum three times.
                        Please sir do something. If you dont like your customers. Get out of the business. But dont torture people with your greediness. There are otherways to earn money.

                        Am Mr. Naick from Hyderabad. I have purchased Honda Shine from Prathul Automobiles Pvt Ltd, Rajbhavan Raod, Somajiguda, Hyderabad. I have a problem when the bike is delivered and imideately i informed to Show room executives, they simply told after 1st service it will be cleared. But 1st service it is not cleared, second service it is not cleared and Third service also it is not cleared, again i have gone to Servicing Engg. what is the next channel to get my bike ready with out any problem. They are not giving any solution. so i am trying to approach the company heads. When the manufacturer can't able to provide good service to their customers they what is the use is the use of that product and also geting bad impersion from the customers. What i want to say is The servicing provided by Honda Dealers is very very very worst & and also its true they can't do well with the bike problems, i request manufactorer to give dealership such like these fellows. Until that the customers wont satisfy with their bikes.

                          I am Manoj Chandran from Kerala Kollam. I purchased NEw unicorn kl2 ab 7367 from Vahini Honda KOllam.its is disappointing for me to state that the level of honda post delivery services is really unsatisfactory.i bought a honda unicorn from Vahini Honda few months back honda dealer has
                          completely failed to satisfy issues with my bike.

                          My complaint is on the first week itself i felt Tic Tic sound from front handle. I told them during first service and they convinced me that the issue is not a major one it will be settled on tyour frist Service. They told tightened its fork. Tic Tic sound had gone and new problem raised. Bike will zigzag on even straight roads. Handle is not steady. It will went to left and right. we r unable to ride it safely in city trafics. I again told the same complaint on second service and third service. Nothing specially happened. Exept the will over tight or Loose. I repeated my complaint on fourth service also. Nothing specially happened. Really fed up with the kind of service provided By Vahini Honda. Please think of your customer's Time, Money and Safety..
                          From last week onwards it moving towards LHS and RHS automatically and some times I am afraid that the bike will go hit to the side veh, This was beyond by tolerable level. so I took the bike today i contacted Mr Sunil (Service adviser). he promised to solve the issue. In a nutshell he agreed that there was some minor probs with Cone set and ball (We assume it as a major problem) . he replaced it. he asked me to Pay Rs 800. for the same.( that means they have charged for the Coneset). He argue that Cone set is not covered under warranty. I have read warranty statement . you didn’t mentioned ths particular part (Coneset) is out of warranty. I am not a fool to admit his excuses and pay for company manufacturing defect
                          i reported the complaint on second service itself. I assume this is manufacturing defect. am ready to pay rs 800 if it is usual repair due to normal wear and tear. Kindly note that my bike clocked 6000 kms only.
                          It is very shame to here from my friends and many customers The Dealer is not good in delivering service. The Mouth word of customer goes not to dealer and to The MANUFACTURER only. HMISL please see today walk in customers may not be tomorrow. Put a additional Dealer or revamp the existing dealer . They always look reluctant to support there customer. they re trying to postponed the complaints and wating for the warranty expiry . they keep postponding the matter to the frustrating level and its the last option left for me to mail to here.i sincerely seek your co-operation in this matter an d any kind of help from your side with highly be regarded.

                          Honda Unicorn — poor post delivery customer service

                          its is disappointing for me to state that the level of honda post delivery services is really unsatisfactory.i bought a honda unicorn from rewa(m.p) last month and its tachometer is not functioning and honda dealer has completely failed to entertain us in this matter.adding to that they have also delayed the insurance and registration documents delivery.they always look reluctant to support there customer and there behaviour is also not upto the mark. they keep postponding the matter to the frustrating level and its the last option left for me to mail to here.i sincerely seek your co-operation in this matter and any kind of help from your side with highly be regarded.

                          Honda - Unicorn — Very Bad & worst Service

                          Poor Service Of Bikes...charging more
                          I gave my Bike ( Honda-Unicorn) at Fortune Honda, Ranigunj, Secunderabad for 5th Service.
                          This time i didn't put more complaints even though I am facing some, as per my previous experience, they simply write what ever we say but they never rectify those issues this is my previous experience. They simply ignore all our complaints and do only the regular service that too with poor quality. Instead of rectifying the complaints they will add some more issues to the bike. As I said this is my 5th service, they made to visit them 3 times to rectify the post service complaints, to do this we have to spend our valuable time and for this we have take permission from the office.

                          They collected Rs.258 for FREE Service.

                          What I feel is they will do simply a water service that is also in a very careless manner, if we spend Rs.20 to 30 out side they will give us the wonderful water service.

                          Cleaning Process is extremely slow & poor result...no control over workers

                          I have purchased one Honda Unicorn vehicle from the dealer M/s Hassan Honda, Pondicherry on January, 2007. From the beginning, I have given so many complaints to the dealer that Unicorn is not working properly due to engine problem. Even First service, I have mentioned that the engine gave more smoke with oil smell and noisy sound. Then, at every time I approached the dealer for repair, I requested them to look the engine problem and rectify the same. But, they have not responded and informed orally that we will see the engine till the vehicle run atleast 7500 km. Now, Unicorn crossed 21, 500 km. Still, the dealer has not cleared my doubt and rectify the engine problem.

                          As and when I approached for any repair, they orally informed that the spares to be replaced. Still my vehicle is not working properly even though I changed the spare parts as per the advice of the dealer. Hence, I am not satisfied the service of the dealer.

                          In this connection, I request you to kindly look into the matter immediately and instruct the dealer M/s Hassan Honda, Pondicherry to replace my vehicle, as I am not in a position to bear more cost for repair charges.

                          I too very humbly request HMSI to start a good service station here in kollam, kerala with expert hands.
                          VAHINI MOTORS, kollam is the worst service station in kollam with the worst service personnels in the world. My request is not only for the customers but also for the sake of HMSI . I promise that if HMSI is not willing to give a new dealership here in kollam then no people here in kollam will be willing to purchase any products of your company due to the bad name of your dealer. So think twice before going to VAHINI MOTORS. Customers approach VAHINI MOTORS only because they have no other choice of purchasing a HONDA product.

                          Honda Unicorn — worst dealer service

                          Hi I have paid lot of money to service my unicorn at EVM Honda, Vytilla, cochin. They happen to be least interesed in giving a thorough checkup in and out to recitfy the reported problem. The customer support manager Mr. Abilash and Service Manager Mr. Sudheesh Mohan are two capable men but at the wrong place. I myself had been adviced to stay away from them owing to pestering them repeatedly with complaints.
                          sir, This refers my purchase of HONDA UNICORN motorcycle from HONDA authorised main dealer SMS AUTO, T.N.Mukherjee road monoharpur, dankuni, hooghly.                           not vahini motors even john honda at puzhakal(thrissur) are same in case of service matters; the company is intrested in selling units but not able to satisfactorily delvier the post sales service
                          I have a honda cb unicorn (2012 end model). During the first two months itself i start feeling some issues wid the bike like frequently loosening of chain, some sounds while making turn and above all while braking i used to feel some jerk and sudden braking action, whirling of bike while applying sudden brakes. I contracted the service centre (CBC Honda, Pattom, Trivandrum). The service technician repeatedly told me that this is not a major issue and will be rectified wid time by its own.

                          Although i used to get the chain tightened frequently from local repairs. Now all my free services are over after 1 year. Now this time when i went for bike servicing i was told that the ball and cone part is gone and needs to be repair and otherwise this can cost whirling while applying brakes and even he told that the disc plate is having a small bend and disc brake set needs to be replaced.
                          i am shocked since till date wen i was telling all dis things no one paid attention and now they are saying my words.

                          I don't know what to do.
                          Is this the way to deal with the customer.
                          Kindly help as this problem persists in the initial conditions itself are not due to aging. I am feeling like getting cheated. Kindly help me in this so that i can also proudly recommend the same to others.

                          I had exactly the same issues with my cb unicorn 150cc bought on 2014 december . Also i had same experience from the service centre PEE YEM HONDA Payyanur, Kannur. I had approached them with the same complaints after the 1st service onwards and they said that they couldn't find any problem and its just my assumption. then they 'over tight or Loose' the cone set. Now the free service is also over.

                          Also they had charged 'serivce charge' of 100 rupees for changing some damaged bush(from handle) along with the cost of bush during 1st service ( the bike ran less 400 km only). and they said it is not covered in the free 'serivce'.

                          I also agree that honda's service is the worst.

                            when i buy my bike is good. but after fist service, i got a hendale problem. every service i tell him to solve it they do it but after 7 or 10 days the problem come again. whole bike obling bcuse of this problem. i cant ride bike over 50 kms.and
                            i also face the main(double) stand problem when my bike on double stand then all 2 tyre touch the land so i tell the work shop manager then he say that y re stand is band and company cant repace the band parts .i tell him that if by stand is band then show me which place it can band then he say me u r set over bike when bike on stand so stand was band . he talk very roughly with me & cant take any responsibility 4 problem. so please help me 4 this problem. i buy this bike from chakradhar Honda, anand mahal road, Surat. and it work shop manager name is pareshbhai.my last free service will be come soon so please, please help me 4 solve my problems.

                            My name is Rasa Murthy N, residing at 16/47, Thiruvengadam street, Periamet, Chennai-600 003.
                            I had purchased New Honda Shine (Geny Grey) vide regiseteration No. TN-04-AM-5618 through JSP Automotive invoice No.14IN01815 dt.[protected].

                            I gave my bike for service with your authorised service centre at JSP automotive Choolai, Chennai, for the following problems and despite kept the bike for 2 to 3 days at your service station but the problem still persists.

                            1) The chain adjustment - While driving the chain making noise and itching at the chain guard. Your service team has told me that nothing wrong in that . But i am worried to ride my bike with this noise.

                            2) The main and major problem - Handle is too tight and while driving my both hands are getting heavy pain. even after your service floor manager has spoken to me and he personnaly checked the problem but still it is not yet sorted out .

                            I am really fed up o[censored]sing this bike with in 9 months.

                            I would request you to kindly arrange to replace my bike with immediate effect.

                              I have booked a Honda Activa from Pilot 2 wheelers the delivery time given to me was 45 days, now even after 70 days the horrible company is not ready to reply about my delivery schedule!!!

                              PLEASE DO NOT BUY HONDA ACTIVA THE COMPANY IS VERY BAD AT CUSTOMER GREVIANCE DISPOSAL
                              I have given servicing my HOnda Activa in Adayar Chennai Showroom. The service is poor. They just washed and gave it to me, while delivering i saw crow pissed on my bike seat and the delivery person not at all bothered to clean that even after i asked to clean. I wondered after servicing new problems from bike got generated. Please dont buy this bike at all.

                                I am Pramod From Kerala. Owns a Honda Unicorn KL2AB 3410. Purchased on 30 Jan 2008. Clocked 11000 Kms only.
                                I wish to express my strong disagreement on your attitude of Service centre persons. I did my last free service on 9th Apr 2009 at your Quilon Service Centre. VAHINI HONDA. I strongly argued them to to check the complaint of self start switch. They didn’t put any efforts. to attend my complaint and calibrating the issues I mentioned. The complaint is when we start the bike in gear and clutch lever pressed on, the self start won’t work. We need to change the gear and use kick lever make it start. Imagine the situation when we r in a crowd. Toooooo embarrassing. (Attaching a video clips to prove my complaint). Today I took the bike after a vacation and got very unpleasant on experience the same complaint severe than ever before. Stupid service centre guys. I made many complaints regarding this particular service centre almost 12 times after taking this Unicorn. Those guys never understand about value of their customer’s time. Whenever I raise a complaint they will ask me to come over there once again. Myself a software professional (not person enjoying luxury of time) purchased new bike to reduce my service centre visits to minimum. Visiting service centre requires half day leave and expenses associated with my alternate travel mode. These guys never pay any attention to our PAINS.
                                As a consumer I assume the Free Service are our right and we have already paid money for the free services. I could not understand why those guys re fooling us. I tried to contact service manager Mr Nandakumar . he didn’t took the phone. I feel fed up on your pathetic service.
                                Company officials will play a drama whenever I make a complaint regarding Honda service centre to their Head office. They will call from their head office and promise me to solve the issues. Regional dealer will also call and promise a solution. As a result we need to visit the same service centre twice or trice to even solve a simple complaint. This is not the service I expected when I purchased a HONDA product.
                                I argue to fix my issue at the earliest at my place. I have no plans to visit your service centre in every morning like going to temple. Or provide an alternate service centre to solve my issues. If you are not capable to give service to my bike. I argue to refund the money I paid.
                                I would like a response from your side as soon as possible, before I take it further with my lawyers and media.
                                I request consumer organizations’ to do initiate adequate laws to control inefficient service centre. I felt the service centre is very pathetic one. Once I realized that they don’t have any air checking equipments. Just a group o[censored]nskilled labors headed by a multinational company. .

                                i sagar m. bhanushali resident of dahisar-mumbai has gone for servicing of my bike(unicorn) at your authorised service centre located in kandivali(w)-mumbai on 23rd of april. but after receiving my bike i found sone dents and scratches on it. as i collected my bike in evening and in hurry i noticed the changes next morning, i informed the same to the service centre. i was asked to go there and meet the person who attended me last day. i was said that nothing can be done as it was not there mistake, i must have checked my bike before leaving.
                                now i request you to let me know where will i find a solution of my problem. kindly reply to my query as soon as possible. hope i will get a favourable responce.

                                  I did my Honda city service at Cosmic Honda, Aluva, after the delivery, when i inspected i saw stepney with alloy wheels missing, rear seat foot mat missing and scratches on the bumper & Front left side door beadings, which has also been touched by some paint stuff.
                                  After witnessing the Fact i informed the Authorised service center and they ordered me to bring the vehicle to the Service Center, where the Service Manager behaved indescently and insulted me in front of the staff & other people.
                                  Please do the needful as soon as possible .

                                    I have purchased hero honda hunk model in sep 08 .During these six months i have found out
                                    several manufacturing defect in my bike like shoker oil leakege, right brake handle coating and upper chain cover rusting.
                                    Service dealer has refuse to change these parts in warranty
                                    I am highly dissatisfied with the perfornance of bike and service . I want these item replaced in warranty.

                                      I have puchased Honda Activa just in Last year. Just before week, I done 4th (Last Service) from your Service Centre (Sai Point, Thane). As usual, I faced lots of problems during this service too.
                                      List of the Problem :
                                      1) I used your phonecall service to avoide delay while submitting my activa to your Service Centre for servicing, but still your people kept me waitng for a long time.
                                      2) Once I Submitted my vehicle to your people, your supervisor never collected vehicle key from me. When i reached home, they called me to submit the key.
                                      3) I forgot my Goggle (Cost around Rs. 2500) in vehicle carrier box, the same day I called reciepetionist at service centre, I told her the name of supervisor who collected my vehicle too and she also told me that we''ll take care of your goggle.But, at the time of delivery, nobody returned my costly goggle to me. When I asked for the same thing, your service centre Manager Mr. Rakesh Verma and recieptionist Ms. Rinku pande spoke with me in rudely manner. They said "do whatever you can"
                                      etc. etc.
                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I have list of problem about your servicing, may be these problems are so small for you. But when the question comes about the system of Reputed Company like Honda. These problems are too big.
                                      It starts loosing Costumer's faith on reputed company like you.
                                      Since you are the manager, you know the effect of the same more than me.
                                      Expecting Proper solution to my problems from your side. Also, I really dont want to highlight such a small problems to media as usual I do, to make them as big issues. So please Co-operate.

                                      sir i have already register my name for new honda activa deluxe bike in 21/09/2009 from aditya honda and they give us 90 days for waiting list they said that there is a chance of getting bike early than waiting list also . i have seen that many people who have resister their bike after my registration have getten their bike
                                      when we have contacted to sales manager they says tht due to delay of production . due date was late its not our problenm its company fault we cannot help in this issue .when we have contacted other than honda delar they says that while paying your amount you will get your bikes in two days and in 15 days you will get you paper registration
                                      so sir please look in this matter and sent us a mail

                                        Dear Concern,

                                        I have purchased a Hero Hona CBZ xtreme on 03 Aprill 09 from "Sun Motors, Faizabad Road, Near HAL, Indira Nagar, Lucknow". I was not satisfied with the colour available that time & they have compeled to purchase with the written promise to change the colour in only coming 2 days. But after that regularly I am following up & getting same reply that the colour, I want, is not available & my bike is still kept in house idle & I am not using my bike due to this threat in mind that any scratch will creat problem for your dealer.

                                        I am mentioning the vital details herewith as follows with the expectation to get the service asap:

                                        Hero-Honda CBZ bike — No good support

                                        I have purchased Hero-honda CBZ bile in July 07 from SAMRAT motors satara, Maharastra (very first dealer of H-H for SATARA district). Soon after i bought the bike i came to know that some unusual sound is coming out from rear wheel whenver i apply the rear brake.I immediately report this complaint to dealer. His man looked in the matter and fixed it and told me that one of its small part has been reversly fixed.( As per my knowledge there should not be such a part designed which can be fixed in a reverse manner..i surprised.) Temporary i feel the sound has gone and it is fine. Again next day i found the same problem but i could not report immediately as was working in PUNE (125 kms away from SATARA).This time i went to them and told about the problem and even i demanded to replace the wheel (they refused).
                                        This time the have done something and fix the problem ( they have not informed what was the problem and what corrective action they have taken)
                                        After few days again the same problem arised.Now i was getting angryon them. again i took my bike to them( To take bike from Pune to satara and back costs 500/- and its a tiresome job to drive 250 kms long in a one day) This time again i requested to change the wheel and told them each time it not possible (timewise and moneywise) to come from pune to satara for this problem. After hearing this manger replied furiously " i do not care from where you came and how much trouble you face. We will fix the problem only". I have spend near about 1500/- to get the wheel replaced.
                                        I think this kind of dealers behaviour will ruin the reputation of the company. I would request the company officials to watch on such incidents and do not let this hapen again. Do not think that CUSTOMER is GOD only till he/she buy the bike.
                                        Please report the matter at once to the company.
                                        Keep writing to them through e-mail.
                                        I had similar problem with my TVS bike years back.
                                        The company people came, inspected and verified the matter and finally reimbursed my spending.

                                        HERO HONDA/CBZ — Am not getting the bike

                                        I have book the new CBZ bike in the CHENNAI NAGAPPA showroom(45 days ago) but till now am not getting any response from dealer.Zero customer care from hero honda
