Dear sir/madam,
I have purchased a new car on 02.12.2019 from pink city honda, vaishali nagar jaipur, rajasthan-302021. The company had taken a charge of fastag of bank of baroda. But it was not working from 02.12.2019 to 07.09.2020 because the company has not registered my vehicle no. Rj45 cj 7053. I have complained so many times to the sales person and their higher authorities. But my problem could not resolve. Then i purchased a fastag of paytm on february 2020 and all the payments of toll plaza should be done with this paytm fastag. On 08.09.2020 have received a message and call from bank of baroda and car purchase company respectively for activate or linked my fastag with car no. Rj45 cj 7053. As per bob message baroda fastag[protected] has been assigned to your baroda fastag account no. 20302043 on 08.09.2020. According to the message of bob rs.399.99 (Tag fee rs. 99.99, deposit rs. 10, recharge rs.200.00). As per today's message vehicle no. Rj45cj7053 rs.65.00 debited at manesar toll plaza on 04.07.2020 14:10:15, available balance is rs. 135.00. But i have not traveled in july 2020. The fastag of company made of bob is not useful for me because i have already paytm fastag which i mentioned above. Both fastag assigned to the same no. Rj45 cj 7053. I am not using the bank of baroda fastag and in the future also. But i want to know where is my money debited of rs. 65.00. This bob fastag is not worth for my car no. Rj45 cj 7053. I have not used two fastag.

Therefore, i have attached all the supporting documents like messages, paytm fastag statement of july 2020 and june 2020 & august 2020 for your convenience to check the activation of fastag with paytm.

So, i kindly request you to take necessary action as soon as possible

    Honda quality promise is suspect. I bought Honda city for its quality, but thoroughly disappointed. The touch screen on the entertainment system ( stereo) is not responsive. When i gave the car for servicing at Viva Honda, Mumbai to rectify this, they said the car warranty expired on 4th July'20 and i gave the car for repair on 1st Aug'20. It is everybody's knowledge that during lockdown from 1st April to 1st Aug it was difficult to come out forget to give car for repair/servicing. Just for lapse of 25 days Honda rejected my request for repair.
    Request Honda cars to consider Pandemic situation and replace the touchscreen.

      I bought a new honda amaze car and it was delivered on 3rd September 2020 by Palace honda amaze dealer ajith with rusted axle, rim and screws for both tyres. The car is only 1 day old and tyre screws look as if it's been in trash can for years. I need a replacement. Please do the needful at the earliest. Didn't expect such dealings from a big company like honda.

        I have been waiting for a particular part for more than a few days but still honda dealer didn't order it until i made payment for it yesterday. I was not having any problem with giving payment also but they just kept denying we don't have part until i said i will give you advance payment. Car: br-vmy car number is gj11bh9784. The parts which i have ordered isâ 1. Stabilizer link2. Balancing rode3. Left side mirrororder id is 1-[protected]it's disgusting that on name of cost costing neither they keep parts with themselves nor honda orders it by air understanding the urgency. Tho the life of customer is at stake but honda takes 7-10 days to provide the most essential part like balancing road. Name of the dealer : landmark honda - rajkot, gujarat
        The worst service provider we have ever seen is honda that they didn't want to deliver parts through air and their quote is # reputation & customer's life.. We are focused in sales and cost cutting.

          I have complaint before pandemic, they asked me to visit service station and bcz of my job hours, I couldnt visit and this pandemic happened, now they are saying my warranty period expired.

            My honda city car stereo touch is not working have lodged a complaint at dealer but has given a timeframe of 30th sept for replacing the part.
            My car is in warranty and need an immediate replacement of the stereo.
            My cousin is having the same problem in his car at haryana but his stereo is been replaced in three days.
            How come other state is taking 45 days to resolve the issue.
            Kindly address the same.

              I have honda amaze bought 45 days ago. I loss the left side fog lamp cover during drive. I came to sundaram honda visakhapatnam they told me it will cost 500 rupees approx. I ask them the actual price of the cover they told when invoice will be ready you will come to know. It was clip fitting and took just 5 seconds to fit. They make a invoice of 479 rupees where the cover charges is 154 rupees and labour charges is 324 rupees. And they told we have nothing to do. They have taken more than double charges than the cost of cover. Sundaram honda just making the customer fool. No body will take car to sundaram honda. This is not accepted. Honda india should take action against sundaram honda visakhapatnam.

                माझी होंडा अमेझ गाडी असुन मी सर्व सर्व्हिस शोरूममधून करून घेतल्या आहेत. मला मागील सस्पेंशन चा प्रोब्लेम खुप दिवसापासुन असुन मी पुणे येतील डेक्कन होंडा शोरूम ला गाडी दाखवले असतां त्यांनी ज्या शोरूम ला गाडी घेतली आहे त्या शोरूम ला जावा असे सांगुन मला अपमानास्पद वागनुक दिली आहे. तरी मी कंपनी वरती गुन्हा दाखल का करू नये यांचे कारण द्यावे.

                  I was buy a new honda amaze. Already finish the first service around 4000 kilometres. Now motor is not working. I already give to my nearest service centre. They told me they need 1 month to repair my car. What will we do.. Can you please do something

                      honda amaze cvt suspension complaint

                      I purchase honda amaze cvt on march 2020. My vehicle"s suspention is very bad on rough road, i feel some uncomfertable suspention on left side. I informed that in my first service time. But not solved that problem by service centre. I purchase the vehicle from Vision Honda muvattupuzha. I want to solve my problem speedly. My car no is KL40 S 2690.

                      The car was purchased in November 2019.The complaint is made after endless in-futile calls made to the Agency from where the vehicle was purchased and also the manufacturer of tyre company. The front tyre of the driver side has been found to defected as there is some inflation in it.The tyre is of the Michelin India brand, and many complaints were made for the replacement of the same but the naive company representative tried to ward off the issue stating that the fault was mine as the same does not come under the company police for replacement. The numerous calls made were of no result and finally i made a complaint with Michelin India as well. The reference number of the claim is CLHR[protected]. This stated that the inspection has been conducted but the claim remains unpassed.
                      Kindly let me know where am I to register the case further. I am a senior citizen and moving out unnecessarily in the times of COVID 19 makes no sense to me. The vehicle maintenance and any query has to be dealt with Honda cars.The insurance of the vehicle seems to be just a mere formality when all i have to do is pay for the unattended queries.
                      Kindly update on the same at the earliest.This looting behaviour is totally not accepted.

                        Dear sir,

                        I need your kind attention that i have purchased a honda amaze car in the month of june 2020 from highway honda, bhubaneswar.

                        But after 10 days of my purchase of the car, i found a major problem in engine as the dpf indicator is glowing continuously.
                        I have raised a complaint in honda india.

                        Then the technical team replaced the parts but that won't solve the problem. The issue again reappeared for two more times.
                        Now for the third time again they have changed the parts but the technical team of honda india are not sure about their resolution.
                        Still now the technical representatives from honda india and highway honda workshop team are not able to diagnose the issue properly but changed parts for the third time.
                        In this connection we are worried that how many times they will change the parts?
                        I am not getting any commitment from anyone of honda india that the issue will not reappear in future.
                        Also i am really confused whether the team diagnoses the problem properly or not? And how many times are they going to replace that part?

                        I feel so much risk in driving with this defective vehicle as i faced the same issue for the third time within one month of purchase.
                        I am mentally and physically harassed by these people from honda india and highway honda workshop team and i didn't get any satisfactory result.

                        It's my sincere request to replace my vehicle with a new one as soon as possible.

                        Request for your help on this.

                          I have a 2017 pearl white Honda City and the paint just started flaking off slowly when I given my car for service to courtsey honda, wazirpur, Delhi noticed in Feb. 2020 i pointed out my complaint and they assured it will be set right. I used to compalint on yr customer care and the most uncourteous people at courtsey honda give me assurance. Now suddenly after completion of warranty period they replied “we have forward your vehicle case regarding this issue, but this is not a manufacturing defect." It means colour flaking in short period of about 2 years is not d responsibility of the company. Apart from this my complaint of front bumper alignment (complaint made within 24 hrs of its purchase) is not resolved till date. Stereo of my vehicle is replaced about 6 times.Verbally they admit there is an issue with paint adhering in the white pearl. But now refusing to set it right. This is a known defect and should be fixed. Please look into my all complaints. The Staff attending with the complaint at courtsey honda is not courteous at all. Please, look at the earliest otherwise i have no option other than to move cousumer court.

                            Why are you giving same deseal engine in honda city and amaze?. Are you cheating indian customers? Your company has implemented 6 clinder engine in many vehicles in middle east as well. Are your exploits the unawareness of people? This is unjustifiable.

                                I own a honda city 2017 idtec v model. The car has driven almost 75000kms. From the last few 15000kms my clutch pedal has become so hard it brings pain in my leg every time i drive it i contacted legacy honda in sonipat haryana. They told i need a cluch overhaul. Then i talked with their engineer and found out my clutch is fine but i still need to overhaul clutch so the problem can be temporarily fixed. He said that it can return back in next 10000kms. So what i asked him what is the solution he repkied me NONE. So i thought what the hell. He said this is problem with honda clutch. No i am so disappointed to buy this city. I own a vw which has done more than 150000. Never spent even a single penny on clutch. My car warranty is endindg on august 30. And dont know what to do i think to selling this japanese piece of junk would be a better idea. Bcoa their dealers cannot fix it. If honda cars india service depts reads this post then come up with a solution.

                                    I'm a honda amaze car owner and since from almost one year honda car show room has non functional due to this my car periodical service get hampered.. If any untoward thing happens to engine i'll sue the company

                                      The touch screen on the digipad has become unresponsive. It will automatically keep pressing the icons and pop up things on its own. It is very distractive while driving. Moreover, the digipad cannot be used at all.
                                      The digipad needs to be fixed or replaced by honda. There is no damage on the digipad or tampering with any of the electrical lines.
