but this is supposed to be your responsibility

    Sir,
    Myself dr vaisak vijayan a proud owner of honda city in kollam city, kerala. My vehicle register number is kl 02 av 5299. I did all the periodic service of my car at muthoot honda service, kollam from where i bought the car. My car ran nearly 55, 000 km till now. The problems started after 40000kms. First it was extreme vibration at the dash board on top gear... For this complaint i went to service center many times and their excuse was flywheel stuck in cletch and we need to change it. Itvran only 50000km that time and i asked for the reason and their reply was honda cars will get cletch issues often. And cletch is not coming under warranty so if i need to get complete remedy i need to change cletch. So i was not in state to change it so i didn change it.
    Now the next complaint started after the 50000km service. It is a sound from the back while applying brake. I reached the service center and informed them and the reply was while service some dust may have entered the brake and will rectify it for that i need to give the car for 1 day. Each time mr erwin was the advisor.
    I went there and gave the carfor 1 day and they gave the car and said it's finished.. But on ride the same issue persisted and i revisited the service center 4 times. Each time they will keep the car for 2 days and will give saying all work done. But it persisted. So i revisited them 3 days back and the service manager came to me and said to give the car for 3 more days and they will contact honda for the same and will do the needful as they can't rectify the complaint.
    Today i called them again and they telling that as per honda they are doing the job and honda is telling 2015 model cars have this issue which can't rectify.
    So i need a clarification on this matter. Does honda cars have defect which honda can't rectify, if yes then i think honda is not eligible to claim their pros in advertisements.
    I need a solution on this matter as i bought your vehicle on the trust i have with honda brand if you are not capable of rectifying a complaint even after 5 times of reviews at their service center and passing comments of this issue is common with honda cars by service personnel's then you should have a rethinking whether your staff are eligible for this job or not.

      I bought my Honda City (DL10CN 8979) in July 2020 and driven it for about 2510 kilometers till today. I was a happy and a loyal customer of Honda until today when all of a sudden my Honda city Car's Gear shifter stopped working and moving freely. It was a shocker for me as I had never come across this problem in my previously owned Honda Car. And I was no where expecting this to happen in my New Honda City Car at all.
      Without wasting my time I called for the Road Side Assistance and tow my Vehicle to the nearest Honda workshop in Moti Nagar, New Delhi. When I reached there, the Staff from the dealership inspected my car and found one broken part inside my car. They were also astonished to see this for the first time that some part has found broken in the Vehicle. I just cannot believe it as I only purchased my New Honda City Car 3 months back. I was shocked to see that and was afraid too as anything could have happened due to this manufacturing defect from Honda or its Subsidiaries. I wonder how many other parts/things in my vehicle are broken or not working properly or might stop working in coming future that I might not come to know since I am not an Automobile expert. My family and I have lost our confidence and faith in this Car completely. I would be happy if my currently owned Car which is in Garage right now can be changed with the Same New vehicle but from a different batch/lot by Honda Cars and would also request if some action can be taken against the Subsidiary where the Vehicle sold to me was manufactured or assembled. Attaching the Pictures of the broken part for reference.

        Hi team,

        Recently i got an accident and when i was in sumedha car agency gwalior (M. P). They are very unprofessional and telling me to first bring the damaged parts of the car then they can help.. But here i want some attention they saying like if i got an accident and i was injured but aprt from this first i need to collect damaged part wht the hell.

        After 2 days they told with insurance company that they cant help and insurance company will only replace the parts which are with car only not for the damaged parts which i lost in accident.

          I have honda wrv 2017, i have problem with my digi pad since starting of april and i am registered my complaint on may but since after 3-4 months nothing solutions only each n every time company says to me wait for 1-2 months not give any solutions. And my digi completely dead for music and drive without music. That much irritating thing for me to honda. Front shoker also make much noise but no one can take complaints 🙏🏼🙏🏼 plz if honda listn otherwise that’s too bad for your image

              I purchased honda amaze on 9th month of 2018 just two years from today and faced a huge problems from then. There had been a issue with the part in petrol tank due to which car is not starting. I made a complaint regarding this for which service center made it replaced (Bill is attached) on january 2020. Now my car started having same problem its not starting today when i was going to drop my son for exams car was dead. Due to this my son had to suffer. I want honda to bear for my loss. I had to push my car out of parking. I will also complaint a file against honda in the consumer forum for harrasment caused due to it.

                Very bad quality is fitted and the showroom authorities are also have very bad response.
                If they behave like this then how will we trust honda???

                  As a honda customer, i am very much satisfied with honda city car with the traveling comfort and engine performance. But i had a bitter experience from honda, kindly spend some time to read this mail.

                  On 7th july-2019, i purchased honda city v petrol-2019 version from vision honda, cochin, kerala dealership (2019, honda city, v petrol). Unfortunately, the vehicle's digi-pad is not working...

                  My car no is jh 05av3998 honda brio car purchased on sept.2013 got accident on 24/08/2020. We have just 1.5 month before servicing my car from manjula enterprises, kokar, ranchi. Car running km was 20000/km and after running 2000/ km my car got imbalanced and hitted the roadside tree. It was running on a road at a speed of 60 or 70 kmph suddenly tyre started moving left right left right, just like snake moving on the road, after few second it was moving on full road, we try to control it by steering but wheel was not contrlling by steering and hitted a roadside tree. Thank god i was save. I called manjula enterprises, kokar ranchi honda workshop for toing my vehicle, but they brought my accidental vehicle on all the four tyre by dragging my vehicle. They have done more damage my car. It's tyre was cutting by them, at the time of accident my tyre was good, i have also the proof of my good condition of wheel. And his boys also confirm the same. After two days my front glass found broken in the workshop, their manager agreed for giving us new glass without any charge. Initially they given us repairing cost is rs.1.40 lac but later he again given us supplemental repairing cost of 1.80 lac. He also told me cost of repairing cost will be increased more. Vehicle gear box, engine biock, condenser & many parts were damages. I was surprised why they given us initially lower buget. They have charge me rs.8000/. For toing and repairing bill/ parking charges. Lastly insurance company declared my vehicle total loss since idv was only rs.1.73 lac.
                  Why manager brought my car on wheel, they damages my wheel and front glass.
                  Kindly took a strong action against the manager. They along with serveyor sold my car only for rs.22000/ against salvage value of rs.35000/.
                  Since your add photo space is sufficient other wise i can upload my vehicle photo and video. My what's app no is [protected]. I was interested in buying again honda amage but this type of workshop service and cheating me, if you can take strong action against manager and refund the amount of damage done by service manager.

                    His shivashankar g s here, vehicle nomber ka02mj6088 honda city, today evening my car was not getting start due to strucking key inside and kept tried many times unable to start the car, lodged a complaing to toe the vehicle to nearest service station at bangalore, one person from road assistance came and fooled me as a joker around 6.30 pm in ther everning, saying that unable to toe this vehicle, he does not know how to toe the vehicle,
                    I am not going to allegation on you, i just want to teach you and your road assistance team, how to toe the vehicle, i dont want your help to toe my vehicle, i will toe my vehicle myself to the service station and sell it for one indian ruppe to honda city motors hounourable md, plz dont miss this opportunity, have a nice day honda city

                      Honda city music system waste. I bought honda city in august 2017.
                      The touch screen on the entertainment system (Stereo) is not working.
                      When i gave the car for servicing at hallmark honda, navi mumbai to rectify this, they said the car warranty expired on 7th august '20 and i gave the car for repair on 14 september'20. It is everybody's knowledge that during lockdown it was difficult to come out forget to give car for repair/servicing.

                      Request honda cars to consider pandemic situation and replace the touchscreen.

                        The audio system malfunctioning was reported during service done on 9/9/2020 and the new car was taken delivery on 13/9/2019 with regn. No. Tn 59 ce 1366 from m/s tvs and sons, pvt. Ltd., madurai. No response from the service centre even after 10 days. Further, they charged rs.250 + tax as basic car care (Sanitization), which no organization/corporate s/ government charges like this when every individual/government fighting against the pandemic, covid 19. Only blood suckers like honda companycan bill like this and this view will be reiterated by one and all customers of honda. Awaiting response and good service to the money paid out.

                          My honda brio's door lock and ignition lock broken in just 4 years. I got it repaired but this time it lasted only 3 years after repair. How can i get it repaired every 3-4 years. Its a very big problem.

                              I own the vehicle - honda civic mh 02 fe 2595, and have been facing issues with the tires of the same. It was informed to the santacruz - mumbai showroom to mr raj about the unidentified bulge on all the tires which is an emergency situation and the car can further not be driven, with a danger of the tires getting burst. mr. Raj asked me to contact mr. Raj (Same name) at the chandwali workshop - mumbai, where the car was attended and the necessary procedure was followed to try to contact the tire company for warranty check and replacement process. But today i got a report that the tires were damaged by "other external reasons" and its not a defect. If a tire is damaged for another reason, it could be 1 or 2 tires, not all tires.
                              The people - mr raj, at the chandiwali showroom, hence asked me to purchase all the tires and it is not at all accepted by us.
                              The car has just completed 8000/9000kms and even the seat upholstery plastic covers havent been removed yet.
                              The car has been used with utmost care and in a very delicate manner keeping its premium aspect always in mind. It has just been a year using this car and this being the 1st premium sedan of my family, this wasn't expected from a brand like honda. We would really look forward to you replacing all 4 tires immediately or else we would have to drop the vehicle at the dealers and take legal actions.
                              We don't want to be offered with any kind of discounts for the same, just give us what we paid for, and in its perfect condition, let it be by the people at yokohoma or at viva honda.
                              Kindly take prompt action, in absence of which, we would like to address this issue to the maximum people we can reach with our legal and social backgrounds. I have been in contact with mr raj from chandiwali workshop (Mumbai) his contact[protected]

                                Now again there is fault in ac and it doesn't provide cooling. Very bad experience to honda amaze car.

                                    I have purchased a new car on 02.12.2019 from pink city honda, vaishali nagar jaipur, rajasthan-302021. The company had taken a charge of fastag of bank of baroda. But it was not working from 02.12.2019 to 07.09.2020 because the company has not registered my vehicle no. Rj45 cj 7053. I have complained so many times to the sales person and their higher authorities. But my problem could not resolve. Then i purchased a fastag of paytm on february 2020 and all the payments of toll plaza should be done with this paytm fastag. On 08.09.2020 have received a message and call from bank of baroda and car purchase company respectively for activate or linked my fastag with car no. Rj45 cj 7053. As per bob message baroda fastag[protected] has been assigned to your baroda fastag account no. 20302043 on 08.09.2020. According to the message of bob rs.399.99 (Tag fee rs. 99.99, deposit rs. 10, recharge rs.200.00). As per today's message vehicle no. Rj45cj7053 rs.65.00 debited at manesar toll plaza on 04.07.2020 14:10:15, available balance is rs. 135.00. But i have not traveled in july 2020. The fastag of company made of bob is not useful for me because i have already paytm fastag which i mentioned above. Both fastag assigned to the same no. Rj45 cj 7053. I am not using the bank of baroda fastag and in the future also. But i want to know where is my money debited of rs. 65.00. This bob fastag is not worth for my car no. Rj45 cj 7053. I have not used two fastag.

                                    Therefore, i have attached all the supporting documents like messages, paytm fastag statement of july 2020 and june 2020 & august 2020 for your convenience to check the activation of fastag with paytm.

                                    So, i kindly request you to take necessary action as soon as possible

                                      Honda quality promise is suspect. I bought Honda city for its quality, but thoroughly disappointed. The touch screen on the entertainment system ( stereo) is not responsive. When i gave the car for servicing at Viva Honda, Mumbai to rectify this, they said the car warranty expired on 4th July'20 and i gave the car for repair on 1st Aug'20. It is everybody's knowledge that during lockdown from 1st April to 1st Aug it was difficult to come out forget to give car for repair/servicing. Just for lapse of 25 days Honda rejected my request for repair.
                                      Request Honda cars to consider Pandemic situation and replace the touchscreen.
