I am a honda amaze user for the last two years. My review is my experience. I would never recommend this vehicle to anyone else.
I bought this vehicle with a lot of expectations. It was the trust of honda that inspired the purchase of this vehicle even though it was a loan. But an accident on 23.06.2020 defied all my expectations. It also shares pictures of it
This is a picture of a bike hitting my honda amaze. I was shocked to hear that the car's air bag had not been opened despite such a strong crash. As soon as i get into the car, i use the seat belt. What is the safety of this vehicle? Honda is cheating the people. I will go up to the government to take further action.
I drove this vehicle proudly in previous days. But now i am just a jerk in the eyes of others. My luck is, the hitting object is a bike. If it were any other vehicle, i would not be alive to write this review.
What reasoning does honda have for this incident? I really apologize to those who have taken this vehicle in my recommendation. I end my feeling here now and also i am proceeding for further steps to be taken through consumer court

        I have purchased honda amaze on 31st october 2019. Now my car is not getting started because of fuel pump problem. It's very shame, such things happening for a brand new car. I could not able to manage my daily schedule because of the car problem. I request the issue to be resolved immediately.in my town, there is no authorised honda service center. Pls note.

          Goodyear tyre warranty person still cheating the customer

          I noticed that my front tyre has developed a bubble. I contacted honda dealer, to which they told me to contact good year dealer. Good year engineer inspected the tyre and told me that the car been used in road and said that sidewall impct bruise break because of which the tyre developed a bubble. And this is not a manufacturing defect.

          I have purchased honda wrv from avantika honda pvt ltd. Ujjain, within 24 months and around 10000 km, my tyre got damaged by itself while running and finally i shown my tyre at service station, they said its not manufacturing defect. How come it is not manufacturing defect that tyre got damaged within 10000km when the manufacturer give warranty for 5 years. This shows the quality of the goodyear tyres. They forced me to buy the tyre with own money along with new car. That's mean the goodyear warranty person still cheating the customer please understand my issue and help me.

            Dear sir / madam

            I bought a honda amaze car from ring road honda (Iffco chowk, gurgaon) on 29 sept'19. I have also got 2 years of extended warranty for my car (Great offer from the company). However, who would have thought that it would just show on papers and i would need to bear all costs of any issue/ defaults whenever it arise.

            Second service of my car is due and i want to get it done (Even its not that important due to this pandemic situation) but when i started driving my car and switched on the ac, it gave me a signal of heating temperature and as per honda company recommendation i should not drive this car as it will create huge problem and engine can get spoiled. The most possible reason for the same would be the fan which does not work even if i switched on the ac.

            I discussed this issue with the service dealer (Ring road honda) and they told me that i need to get it towed via crane to their service centre and it would cost me around rs.[protected] for the same. It's not even one year of purchase and i started facing problems with the car.

            Why would i bear any expense when my car is under warranty. I don't understand why dealer always discuss and ask about expenses when they know it's a new purchase.
            I always feel cheated from time to time whenever my car has a problem. You can also check my car details in your system and would find different registration number entered in it.

            Request to please look into it on priority and ask the dealer to take my car & fix the problem without asking me to bear any expense. Would really appreciate your help.

              Am an owner of New Honda Amaze 1.2 SMT (I-VETC) ( Chassis No. MAKDF55EF4104700, Engine No.L12B[protected]

              Car having pick up/acceleration issue and loses all power when the road is steep, especially when we try to accelerate on a steep road after braking. It loses its power to an extent that sometimes it stops.. totally a painful experience . sometimes it's really frustrating . while taking the reverse on steep porch for the parking, its vibrates a lot . Working like an Auto, engine also getting off..

              Already escalated problem to Honda mentioning the safety aspects of passengers while they travel in High Range or steep roads.. vehicle will loose the control, Engine also will get shut down..
              Honda direct person is not even showing the courtesy to have a direct call or for sharing his contact details . i was waiting in showroom for connecting Honda direct representive.. Even after lot of mails and calls, still there s no action or proper feedback..

              At last i really shocked to hear their final comment that if same problem is happening with their test drive car of same series, they cant do anything on my complaint.. becase its a common problem..Honda representive is commenting that its not the vehicle problem, but its happening with all series of that cars . really sorry to understand that still they are not serious about this problem and its after effects ... its happening with most of their same series cars..

              We middle class is still keeping a trust and confidence on Brand Like Honda, most o[censored]s are buying cars by taking loan and additional burdens. Every Month, we are paying a good amount of EMI to bank for this car loan that taken with a lot of dreams and hopes. so we need to get basic Quality & performance . .Just think this situation from customer angle, After spending a good amount of money, still driving a car that having pick up problem and not up to quality standard .

              Really shocked and surprised to see that such things are happening with a famous brand like HONDA .
              When customer is escalating a serious compliant that s related with vehicle performance and safety, simply getting an answer from your professional team that " Just have test drive again on same series of car, if that car also showing the same complaint, its a common with all series of these car, such a case we cant do anything ".. Seriously its not the professional way to handle such problems . when my vehicle is showing a complaint, whats the need of checking same other series of vehicles... problems remains the same .. even though if its common.

              When such problem is happening while travelling with our family and little kids in High range or Long steep roads, if something happens, who will take the responsibility ..?

                Subject: complaint regarding poor service of honda wrv hr30r3244.

                Sir,
                This is dayanand poswal, manager (Procurement & warehouse) working in the department “the haryana state cooperative supply and marketing federation” of government of haryana. Sir on 30.05.2020 i visited your workshop courtesy honda for service of my honda wrv under registration no hr30r3244. After service i got the car on the same day by evening but i am deeply disappointed by the service provided by the workshop. Mentioned below are the serious faults left unattended:-
                1. The battery terminal has corrosion (Photo attached) when i left the car at workshop before service. The service advisor was already advised to clear the corrosion from battery terminal but the same is not done and it is still present and may become dangerous at any time. If any loss will occur due to this corrosion, courtesy honda will be responsible straight.
                2. It has also found that one screw/nuts of rear right side wheel has broken and dropped (Photo attached) from wheel which is a serious matter of safety and may cause unfortunate incident. It’s the high negligence of workshop that they didn’t repair and resolve it and also not informed me about this.
                3. There is also a clear audible noise in front right side of wheel baring which can be easily heard while driving but the mechanics didn’t resolve the sound even after replacing the brake shoes of the same wheel.

                Sir while leaving the vehicle i told the service advisor that i am in a government job and working in the department of essential commodities in pandemic covid-19 i. E.in the procurement & supply of wheat due to which i had short of time to revisit so i advised him to do all the work peacefully and may take 2-3 days.

                But from the above scenario you can easily understand that they didn’t pay any attention to my vehicle and also left the car with all the serious risky faults which is very disappointing and un-expectable from honda services. I have been charged rs.12724/- (Copy attached) for this service which is unjustified. I am very much unsatisfied from the service for which i have paid that huge amount.
                Requesting you to take necessary actions for refund or compensation actions.

                  Sub: improper service, delaying delivery of vehicle and misbehavior from vision honda personals

                  I am using the above referred vehicle from 24/06/2014 onwards with much care and caution. All periodical periodic services, checkups and also other miscellaneous works of the car were done by vision honda from the beginning itself. (Vision honda, nh bypass, palarivattom). The last periodical service was done by me on 04/01/2020. During that time, i noticed oil leakage and instructed them to resolve it. After a few months on 15/06/2020 while i was driving the vehicle, large amount of smoke arose from the car’s engine. I quickly stopped the vehicle and called vision honda personnel. They came and picked up the vehicle and promised to deliver the car on the next working day. Now more than five days were gone and i have gotten no proper reply from vision honda authorities on which day the vehicle will deliver. I have tried contacting the service manager but he hasn’t been picking up the calls. Eventually, i personally went to the service center but the authorities and the service manager did not attend my grievance and couldn’t attend to my request to deliver my car after fixing the defects. Moreover, i requested the service manager for providing a spare vehicle but he exasperated me in front of other customers. I was shocked by such a response from a reputed firm.
                  I strongly believe that the last service was not done properly and that unskilled labourers must have hastily reopen engine parts and fixed the oil leakage. Thus the improper service must have ruined my car’s condition and caused the current defect.
                  I have no other vehicle for my day to day usage and am using a rental car costing more than six thousand thousand rupees per day.
                  Therefore i request that my car be delivered after fixing the defects and with compensation of thirty thousand for my rental charges and rupees twenty five thousand for mental agony caused to me only because of your service centre within two days other wise i will constrain proper legal action and your company and honda will liable for the consequences arising out.

                    Today i went to perfect honda showroom, oruvaathal kottah, thiruvananthapuram. My car i bought it last june 2020. Last service was due. So i had some scratches and car parts were attacked by dog also. We had bumper to bumper insurance also. They told us that you can claim only for dog attack and rest scratches you have to pay the amount. The amount for scratches was so high we refused. Then later he told us that spares are not there so it will take two weeks to repair but at first he didn't tell us because he thought that we will pay amount and do but later when he knew that we were not doing. He told spares are not available. We can't do. We were not able to give for service and we had to cancell the service and take back our honda amaze car kl 74a0074

                      I had done the suspension of my car number mh 20 ee 1106 on 07/02/2020 in aurangabad service center. However, in just 4 months, the entire suspension went bad and the vehicle has become unbalanced.

                        I have purchased Honda city on March 2020... Due to covid lockdown I am not drive more than 1200 kms... Bridgestone Tyre quality is very bad such a branded vehicle I am not at all satisfied...

                        I have complaint in dealer in Chennai (Capital Honda) they are not properly inspected again I raised a service call but mechanics told me to raise a warranty claim but one week crossed none of them not answer my call...

                        I am not received any mail regarding this replacement issues...

                        Kindly take a necessary action and replace all the tyre and give me a good branded one...

                        Otherwise I Will go legally

                          I purchased my car in the month of february.in the second servicing of my car. They didn't wash my car properly. I opened some bonuts of my car and saw some dust there.                             I am an insurance surveyor & i booked my vehicle servicing at apco cars private ltd malappuram, kerala on[protected] for the date[protected]. On[protected] at 10.10-am i produced my vehicle for servicing & took another vehicle for rent for my profession. When i returned to collect my vehicle at 2.30 pm, they have even not touched my vehicle & service was not done & hence i took back my vehicle without servicing. Today because of this my whole day got ruined & if the service dealer were not able to complete their work in time, they could have informed me at the time of intimation.
                            My feed back is that i am not satisfied with the service dealer (Apco cars ltd malappuram).

                              I have bought amaze car on dt. 25.10.2019 from pinkcity car, vaishali nagar, jaipur showroom.
                              On dt. 08.06.2020 vehicle went to ajmer and did not started when returned from ajmer to jaipur, on calling rsa person mr. Shubham attended and made it to start.
                              Again in jaipur on dt. 09.06.2020 it did not started at 6pm. I phoned to rsa person they took huge time to attend the car, and ultimately towed the car and took it to m/s pinkcity service centre, vkia, jaipur.
                              The staff their did not cooperated. Even they did not attended the calls. The car was returned to me on 14.06.2020 at 5pm.
                              The reason of delay given was that "the spare was not available in the stock and was arranged from noida".
                              The vehicle was found scratched over front hood at the time of return back, the same was shown to the person who brought the vehicle for delivery.
                              The vehicle milometer shown only 15 km run but the fuel indicator shows that 04 coloumn petrol was used which is highly objectionable.
                              It is pertinent here to mention that the 2nd service of car was carried out at the same service station in jaipur (Rajasthan) on dt. 24-25, may 2020.

                              I have first time sent my honda city car no RJ14CR3634 for servicing on dated 5th may 2022 to Pink City Motors Pvt Ltd, VKIA. When the driver took the the car he has pointed out /taken photos for scratches on the car. In evening when he delivered the car, one big scratch was seen. l immediately pointed out the same to driver as well as incharge for servicing Mr. Abhishek. He assured that this scratch was obtained during cleaning / washing of car and he will attained next day.
                              After my regular pursuance on every platform of pink city service center no action has been taken till date. Pl look into the matter n rectify the same immediately.

                                  This is a complaint against the dealer at mahadevpura, bangalore. Whitefield honda motors.

                                  Pathetic...
                                  Firstly, google should allow a rating below one star also...
                                  2... Booked a service on friday, for saturday 1130. Maybe that was a mistake, because they bite off more than what they chew on saturday.
                                  3... The lady who is the manager, customer service, is the only person the the customer service... I dnt know what she manages... For about 25 minutes, she could not manage a person to attend to the pre-booked service... Then i found, booking a service on the phone is off no use... They do not inform the service people.
                                  4... The lady attendant in the customer lounge, is only interested in her make up and upkeep... She sits on a sofa along with the customers, you know, after all, make up and upkeep does your you out... Doesn't even bother to ask for a glass of water

                                  5... If you raise your concern... Who do you raise it to... There is no complaint register or any portal... The service manager is not traceable... The answer given is... He's out for business sir.

                                  5a... Lastly, they want to offer freebies... And discounts. I'm not looking for any... Amazed at their ethos...

                                  6... Enough ranting about it... This was 7th visit... But done with whitefield honda.

                                  7.. Service is as important as cardealing... Please tell the dealer to wake up.

                                    The above car was purchased from dream hinda vapi and since all services are done by them.

                                    Last nov during 1, 20, 000 km service there was a need to replace some part of suspension among other things.

                                    I have been following up with them for the same without success so far. Now 130, 000 km service is due.

                                    I have personally visited to sort out this but there is absolutely no commitment on part of all staff at vapi to resolve this.

                                    Last week i received a call from mobile number[protected]? Ms bhavana who is supposed to be service manager and promised me that the matter will be resolved and she is ordering parts which will be available this week.

                                    Today someone calls me from number[protected] asking me if i can confirm ordering of parts. This is nothing less than shocking.in stead of getting an intimation of arrival of parts i am being asked for ordering!!

                                    I fail to understand your system and repeated failure to serve a customer.

                                    I hope i do not have to escalate this to japan and the issue pending since more than 7 months be resolved soonest.

                                      On (21 may 2020) my car went at your samara honda okhla workshop for minor accidental claim (Co - driver side door) it was approved from insurance company very next day and one of your person (Mr. Gufran and mr. Tushar-bodyshop manager) they told me you will get your vehicle with 4 to 5 days but there is almost 18 days past i didn’t get any call from there side customer service is absolute worst. Today i was called them so they said there is an error from honda side they are not providing us the parts.

                                      If honda is not providing the parts so why they took my car.

                                      I request you to take appropriate action against samara honda at the earliest. I hope to get answer from your side.

                                        On (21 may 2020) my car went at your samara honda okhla workshop for minor accidental claim (Co - driver side door) it was approved from insurance company very next day and one of your person (Mr. Gufran and mr. Tushar-bodyshop manager) they told me you will get your vehicle with 4 to 5 days but there is almost 18 days past i didn’t get any call from any one side customer service is absolute worst. Yesterday i was called them so they said there is an error from honda side they are not providing us the parts.

                                        If honda is not providing parts so why are these people taken my car.

                                        I request you to take appropriate action against samara honda at the earliest. I hope to get answer from your side.
