Sir,

I had taken my car for second servicing and leakage issues to caculo honda service centre at verna, goa. They have asked me to pay rs. 250.00 as sanitisation charges and they said it is compulsory. How can you do this to a customer. Is it as per govt. Guidelines. I want a legal opinion on this. Kindly contact them and sort out this issue.

Dear honda,

1. I want to bring to your notice, the apathy of some of your employees who are really bringing ill-repute to your esteemed company.

2. I had applied for rsa on 12 jun 2020 on telephone with sundaram honda secunderabad. The same day i also made an online payment for rs 3882/- for the 3 years rsa cover.

3. I was to drive from allahabad to secunderabad on the 19 jun 2020 and accordingly thought that i must secure myself.

4. But alas, all i received from the agency was a poorly taken picture of the certificate which was really a setback. (I am enclosing these photos).

5. My multiple attempts to reach out to the lady was futile because she kept saying we will courier it to your address at the earliest.

6. My request to her to at least email me the policy was not accepted by her.

7. Than on 23 jun 2020, she gives me a ridiculous message that "while vehicle delivery i will give you the documents sir". Which delivery is she referring to please?

8. Please assure me that i have not made a mistake by trusting a brand of who's name i have always been proud of.

    My issue:
    1) with my last (Second service) i have been complaining for infotainment hanging & after 10 min use miserably freezing issue in my new amaze 2019 mfg. I had made a video and shared to the team at gandhigram as well, keeping 2 times my car (Personally drive in at site and which took entire day for which i had to bear fueling expense as the trouble shooting for infotainment is outsourced for which service providing team uses my car all the time... That seems unfair but most importantly disappointing by not finding any expert on site to understand the issue)
    2) after 2 times drive in time wasted i had insisted to take this matter seriously and want to have a word with troubleshooting person (Outsourced) which behaved very rudely by saying that "he can not do anything if phone is not compatible and will not assure me for my problem getting resolved and hungup!! they had deputed some old folk for showing me and service executive some video for resetting me and asked us to reset our sel[censored] That is very unprofessional and more importantly shows that there is no expert available for infotainment troubleshooting..!"
    3) after my 3rd visit they agreed for replacing infotainment unit against failed attempt to reset only software from inside manu because i had shown at the site that it dosent work.
    4) after 4th visit of replacement o[censored]nit when i drive back to home, the system was not getting off even after car was off and locked from outside. Screen was freezed and i had to spend 1 hr for self trouble shooting and shared the same to service providing team at gandhi gram but even after several weeks i have not been attained for troubleshooting. And the problem still persist.
    5) after that i had again took the matter over email to honda customer relation ship and service partnenr leader but even though they just keep getting the same & same information from me with different executive where i reachout like this.
    6) this has been more than 10 months since i am pleading honda for providing me constructive support but all i recieve is explaining my issue to one by one executives of honda, emerald, alpine and their other executive which had been playing with the time as no one is taking this issue seriously where my one year for purchasing this car has completed and i am still standing without any solution.

    I have also shown them android auto compatibility where honda is registered and they doesnot have any limitation over any android brand model requiremet and their third party vendor alpine is also registered but the model provided to honda amaze seems to have not registered with android auto at all or they haveprovided some cheap os and hardware tool for top end model which costs almost 1 to 1.5 lac just for infotainment, fogg lamp!!! Thats is highly unethicle where a customers are suffering with either completly unable to connect phone with android auto in some device and in several which are compatible hangs misrable to pose road accidents when getting distracted with faulty and malfunctioning.

    I have series of videos for validation of my issue which already shared to honda and their infotainment providers which are to big to upload here.

    If needed please let me know.

      I had purchased honda wr-v petrol top model from mehsana landmark honda in march 2018.
      My car number gj02cl 7494.

      In left side rare wheel bearing is damaged and there is something noisy while driving.
      My car is under warranty but landmark honda showroom said due to fitment of cng, car bearing will not replaced under warranty.

      Also alternate fuel kit is government approved and my rc book updated with bi fuel also i had pay additional premium for that.

      I had replaced fuel pump in under warranty before six month ago at that time my car also cng.

      Then why right now it will not covered under warranty.

        I am purchase Honda activa but 6 month after battery are down and back up and charge so Harrison Honda engineer get our new battery and old battery are temporary install in our activate but still dated no any phone for new battery .So please check and get my new battery for warranty period

          I have recently done the second service of honda amaze car from galaxy honda jalandhar. I noticed that suddenly after the second service car meter was showing an average of 11.5 kmpl before service my car average was 16kmpl.
          I am not sure whether they have changed something in engine or replaced any part from the engine.

            I bought honda wrv idtec from pinnacle honda kolkata. First of all they ensured to provide gold coin but later on they just denied.

            Now comes the pathetic service experience with them...
            From the very first service i am telling them, i have a problem with the left suspension. Some noise is there. They told me it's repaired.
            As i stay in bangalore, my parents use that car. They can't drive, so driver is there for their convenience. I usually come to kolkata once in a year. When i came i checked the same noise. Again i knocked them, again same treatment for 2nd service... Again i checked while i was in town, it's the same thing... Third time, again the same story... I wrote down to honda... Then they called me and told sir, pls don't write anything to honda, we wl work on your problem... Again they took the car from home and i am not sure what they have done... I came back in town now, and i am experiencing the same noice... Can you please help me out on this?? I am a big fan of honda... I have a honda city in bangalore... But it's not possible for me to keep track of this every single time as i don't stay in kolkata... Moreover, once a service guy told me diesel cars have this sort of noise... It's normal... Are these guys eligible to service honda cars... I always prefer diesel cars... I challenged him, that i can show you my other diesel cars, those are not at all sounding like this... After that incident that guy never called me

                Ser-ro-dd[protected]. Bad car service complaint.

                Done car service for 20000 kilometers.
                There is car vibration at speed of 100. It was not there before the service and its worst service and done damage to the car.

                  Sir,
                  It is very disgusting to inform you,
                  Ac compressor and fuel pump motor are in the lowest quality state in honda amaze cars of 2018 model. I have purchased a honda car on 31st march 2018 from ace honda noida along with cng fitment before delivery from dealer side, which cost me total rs 9 lacs, having reg no. Up16bu9427. Zafter two years of running, ac compressor was seized or jammed, which i replaced with same make/specification of ac compressor and after one month, fuel pump motor was become faulty, i replaced this also. My avg running is 800 kms per month's.
                  What is this, in my last car santro, i was never replaced anything in running in 6-7 years.
                  This makes a question on honda amaze car quality or dealer's fraud to cheat me during my purchasing.
                  Now, i want to replace my honda car with your new improve version. Please take necessary action immediately against the cheating of honda dealers, thats why now i am not given my car to any honda service centre for servicing because of such cheating in the manufacturer defects of cars.

                    I am a student of iit kharagpur, i am from odisha. Year before (2019) my family brought a new honda city car cost nearly 14 l. After using one or two week, some problem in car was identified. When we complained about this on the showroom from which we brought it, they found some engine problem in this car. After some days we got to know that, this is a old used car of year 2013. So we request them to exchange this car with new one. But they did not agree about this, they bound us by giving the same old car with some repair. I hope for the best solution from your side.

                      Dear sir/mam,

                      I, maqsood alam khan, purchased a honda w-rv de car, whose chachis no. Is makgl274fk4043460, temp no. Is temp1440, on 22nd august 2019 from capital cars pvt. Ltd. (Prime honda), plot no. 1, patparganj industrial complex, opposite mother dairy, new delhi. My concern is that when i sent my car for the first time on 26th september 2019, whose pick up and drop from my place was arranged from your end, its cleaning was not done properly for which i left a written remark as well on the receiving slip, and after thoroughly checking the car the next day, i found out that the car's navigation system was not functioning. After searching the reason behind the same, the chip was missing due to which the navigation system works. After that, i called up the sales person, mr. Nandan jha and service advisor minhaz akbar, and informed through whats app as well, but have not received any positive response till date.

                      This is very disappoining and is the worst experience of receiving a bad car servicing and the behavior of the service advisor has also been very irresponsible.

                      So, kindly look into the matter and re arrange the navigation chip asap. If i do not get a positive response from your side and the issue does not get resolved, as i am a first time customer of honda, it will be my last time too, and would refrain others too from opting for your services well and if required, a legal action can/ may be taken. Attaching the service invoice for the reference. Awaiting reply.

                        First of all let me tell you that the scooter activa is very good and maybe the best in the sector. That's why i bought 3g, 4g and lastly the version 5g in 2019, after trying many others.

                        But there is one major manufacturing defect i would like to point out in all these versions. While riding when we reduce the speed and then again increase it, as when approaching a hump or someone crossing the road, the vehicle will jerk and jump as if there is some problem with the engine. It's very annoying.

                        I would very much like to buy your 6g but i don't know if this problem persist there are also. So please check and solve this problem in your future vehicles. Take it as a serious request please.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I purchased a NEW HONDA CITY against my old Honda Jazz with Landmark Honda, SG Highway, Ahmedabad and recently got the delivery on 1st June 2020. Sir, against all the payments from the bank, I am supposed to take a refund of Rs. 26994/- (Twenty Six Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Four only) from the Dealer (Attached detailed invoice for the same).
                            Even after one month of continuous follow ups and after giving all the necessary documents, i have still not received the refund amount. Every time I ask the person responsible at the showroom he gives me another date for the refund which is a repeated answer now.

                            I hereby request you to take some immediate action on this matter.

                                Sir i give my honda amaze car for damage of frunt bumber in insurance on date of 18/06/2020. When i gave my car he told you will recieve your car after one week. Sir on 06/07/2020 my car not given me return and i can't give me satisfied answer from landmark honda adajan surat. Sir tell me customer trust on your company and company is very unreasonable. Your company self damage his image. Sir tell me how can customer trust in your company.

                                  Sir it is inform to that I have purchased Honda Amaze petrol car last year in(2019) I have tired of to give many times complaint about it to Honda pink city Dealer Bhiwadi but my problem is not solving.i have informed to on line toll free number.Dealer is telling me that it is manufacturing defect pls solve my problem. i m very depressed mentally and financially what can we do ...

                                    I had purchased a honda wrv 1.2 smt petrol car with registration no. Wb38as4615 from pinnacle honda, chandrani ent. Pvt ltd, asansol, west bengal. The car had met with an accident and was severly damaged within 11 months from date of purchase. I had sent it for repairing services at the mentioned dealer showroom and they had accepted the same on 08.06.2020. However it has been 1 month since the dealers have not repaired our car. When asked regarding the same, no interest was shown to our concern and according to them the period is indefinite. I am currently facing medical issues with my family for which having my car is o[censored]tmost importance. No firm reply is also being given regarding the date of dispatch of the repaired car. It is requested to look into the matter and reply on urgent basis.

                                      From the 1 month my car has been not completed bumper work and that was not informing us in the beginning and when i said please inform us after 15 days they are informing us still the product has been not come. My complaient is my car is still from one month and work has been not complited yet even they told us we have the product here on the first day... This is how you work??
