On (21 may 2020) my car went at your samara honda okhla workshop for minor accidental claim (Co - driver side door) it was approved from insurance company very next day and one of your person (Mr. Gufran and mr. Tushar-bodyshop manager) they told me you will get your vehicle with 4 to 5 days but there is almost 18 days past i didn’t get any call from there side customer service is absolute worst. Today i was called them so they said there is an error from honda side they are not providing us the parts.

If honda is not providing the parts so why they took my car.

I request you to take appropriate action against samara honda at the earliest. I hope to get answer from your side.

      I have submitted vehicle for bodyshop repairs but i had unsatisfied answers with mr moin of green honda hyderabad uppal branch. Telangana state state. Rude answers, no commitment of deliver dates and when something is asked. He talk s to some buddy else on other topic. Please remove this guy as he is not suitable for service industry

              I went to pace honda dealership in city palwal (Haryana) for first service of my newly purchased car honda city. But i am totally unsatisfied with the service given by this dealership. Even they do not clean my car properly and takes a too much time to response me. Their culture was not looking professional. After washing they do not properly clean water from glasses and from entire body of the car. I was wonder by watching there laziness and system. I hope a strong action must be taken against the dealer. Thanks

                  Dear sir/ madam,
                  My self jagannadharao from hyderabad and i am having honda wrv car registration number of ts10em7057, i brought this car from green honda nagole showroom.
                  Audio system of my car got problem in touch and i have given complaint on 7th january 2020, they have agreed that will be replaced in 15 to 20 days.
                  But it was not happen till today, now i have given my car for servicing and asked for system replacement, simply telling that due to lock down we are unable to get the system from chennai office.
                  This is not fare they have to replace my system in moth of jan only but they are not taking proper response on customer calls.

                    My new car honda amaze s model purchase in april 2019 from raipur chhattisgarh. Which is running only 4000 km. After running 20km in day time car not start after cranking. I call to honda service person he told me that ur car fuel pump is need to changed. Is this happen in only honda cars??? Or newly installed fuel pump is of rejected piece. Only in 1year of running why fuel pump is damage.

                      I am vipul suresh more purchased honda amaze in feb 2019, but within 1year 2 months i am facing problem of start up of car and suffered 2 times on road of start up failure, as per service center in vadodara recommended that this problem is due to fuel pump but not giving the date when can be it replaced, so much disappointed also recommended not to travel by car for more distance.
                      What is the use of the car then too much disapponted by the service, needs immediate fuel pump replacement as car is essential for daily transportation.

                        I m from bikaner rajasthan. I want to buy honda amaze diesel car, after relaxation in lockdown, as u know govt permitted automobile showrooms to open n start their business so i called ur dealer first he said, i ll call u aftr an hour bt he didnt whole day, next day again i called he did same. Today again i called he said visit showroom.
                        Sir at this current pandemic situtation y i unnecessarily get in touch with so many people's who work in showroom, govt also saying avoid going to crowded places till its necessary. When u hv facility to show the car at home.
                        I talked to a person at showroom, he said we cant gv testdrive. I told him that i dt want a testdrive, i just want that ur person visit my home wid car n show me the car n describe about variants n features of different variants. The showroom person talk rudely. Now it seems that honda became so big that they dt want to sell cars.
                        Today one thing became clear that some of the companies like urs always lie about good customer relations.

                          As per the sale contract dated 9.3.2020 of palace automobiles, kayamkulam, i paid advance of rs 5000 on 09.3.2020. The show room authorities promised me to deliver the car on or before 20.3.2020 if i pay the full amount. As per the showroom instructions i paid the balance amount rs.9, 50, 900 on 16.03.2020. Once the payment was received they told me that it will take 4 to 5 days to deliver it. Later on 23 rd march the govt declared complete lock down due to covid epidemic. After that whenever i contacted the executives they told me that vehicle is available with them and they were not able to register it due to restrictions. The sales executive avoided all my calls and didn't give any clarification. Later when restrictions are withdrawn when we contacted the general manager of the dealer he told me that the vehicle has not reached yet. Today on 12.5.2020 when i contacted the general manager he told me it reached today, also told me to pay rs.16000.00 more to deliver the vehicle than the invoice price. Please note that the dealer is cheating us from the beginning itsellf by giving fake offers and informations. I paid the full amount only on the basis of the promise that the vehicle was with them and will be delivered as per contract. Please that note the entire amount paid was the proceeds of my car loan and i had to pay more than rs.10000.00 per month as interest.in any stage if they told me the fact that the vehicle is not available i would be able to cancel the payment so that i can save the interest of the loan. So i humbly request you to do the needful to deliver the vehicle at the earliest and to refund the excess costs involved. Also i humbly request you to don't engage such irresponsible executives for sales

                            I have purchased new honda amaze petrol version from kaizen honda latur. This is my first car. When i go on any steep road car have no power at all. I have already complained to honda customber service. But no one can tell me solution they always say car have no problem. My car no is mh 24 as 8645.

                              Dear sir,
                              I regard to say you that, being a honda customer i really embarrassed & feeling very bed. My experience with honda brand & it's service is really a very very bed. My kind request to honda india top management, please analysis each & every sentence which i am going to write. I had discussed with honda care executive person mr asutosh jha & ms arati mishra, they take a very informal situation. I have recorded all the discussion on my mobile for further verification.
                              My last service was done on 06/06/2019 while servicing i got information by service technicians, ' my car's lefthand shoker is damaged & due to unavailability of material/ spare, they can't replace it '. I would like to inform you that this material is not available in the agency m/s nerverram honda yet.
                              My second last servicing was done on 19/03/2020 & i really disappointed with their service. Again i got the same information by the service technicians, ' my cars lefthand side shoker is damaged & the spare isn't available in their stock '. So they can't replace it, due to unavailable of spare. I have been treated very rudely by the service manager. As i discussed & called by service manager my passenger side airbag will be replaced as per honda policy. When i reached there they instructed me ' your car servicing is pending & please service it '. I clearly told him my cars backside shoker is still damaged & i have to replace it & if you have a material, please change it & service it. You can see the attached photo as the service manager is written with his signature. I was harassed by an agency with their customer relationship manager. The list is given below.
                              1) they charged extra rs 885 /- for ac vent cleaning, please find the attached photo no:2, (Ac vent cleaning, labour code: vasacd, hsn no: 998714, ac cleaner & disinfectant). They charged extra rs 885 /- when i opposed him & they returned the amount, you can see the attached photo no: 01. It's really unethically act was being done by the service manager. How can they charge the amount without job done? Please analysis the attached photo & the evidence has been attached. A educate & training manager can't do this type o[censored]nethical behaviour.
                              2) as i discussed with the service manager, i will not pay the labour charge during the sucker replacement in future, at first, they agreed & i had a lot of trouble with heavy discussion with a service relationship manager, they agree & they have written it very unprofessional way in bill summary, please find the attached photo no: 01, (No labour will be applicable per socker replacement).
                              3) i have paid rs 4136 /-, for replacement of engine oil, air filter, oil filter, ac cabin filter, & bulb change. As discussed with the service manager, engine oil & with its all type of filter will be replaced in front of me. First, they had agreed with my sentence & i wasn't entered to see my car servicing. It's really a very very unethical act done. I have paid all the money & i still don't know my servicing has been done or not. Request to honda india top management please discuss with me & please take necessary action against it.
                              4) it's really such a the embarrassing point, i had come to this servicing station at 8:40 am & my ticket serial number was: 01, my car was serviced after the servicing of 17 no's of car. My kind request to honda india top management please enquiry the same, video camera is there. You may enquiry the same. Its really unethical behaviour done. Job card for servicing was issued at 9:52 am & my servicing was done at 5: 39 pm.
                              5) cleaning & servicing department of this agency is like hell & disgusting. Please see the camera, then you can get the evidence. Unbranded polish material is being used in the car. Cleaning dept persons are really uneducated & illiterate. Please enquiry the same internally & you will get the whole.
                              6) please find the attached photo is evidence, greasing hasn't been done in car door connecting point.

                              My kind request to honda india top management for your kind intervention, please & don't disappoint me. I'm waiting for your mail. Please free to fell the undersign.

                                I buyed a bs4 honda dio from hubli keshwapur i was facing problem on vehicle jerk in each and every service i complained about the issue i was facing they would repair next day again same issue they would take huge service amount but results are zero now after all warranty gets over i get to know i should change the clutch assemble costing around 3k the service centre could change it when it was in warranty but they didn't they simple change a nut bolt etc etc take 800 rs over they keep on fooling first i was in love with dio but now seeing the jerk i m hating the vehicle all because of the service provided by the honda people

                                  Wr v purchased in aug2019,
                                  Car regi. No. Gj 01 kv 5165 in ahmedabad-gujarat.
                                  In 01 service i had been complain regarding gear system. Gear function is too hard and not smoothly worked.

                                  Cartec honda not solve it and replied that, there is no any problem, i am not satisfied with, still today.

                                  Pl. Take up matter with dealership and solve the problem.

                                  I am very surprised for giving services as a famous brand honda not to care of after sale.

                                  I am really socked.

                                    I have purchased the new honda city from Lndmark, ahmedabad 8 months before, initial four month AC was working and cooling was god, thereafter I shown to honda service station . He said there may be the leakages problem hence they filled the gas again. After again four months same problem is persist,

                                    Need your help to rectify the problem Permanently..

                                      I have purchased car from Golden Honda showroom, bikaner in the month of January 2019, in which fastag has been already pasted and charges for the same deducted at that time only. But till date it has not been activated.

                                      I have contacted paytm, they asked for transaction receipt of the same.

                                      I require payment receipt or transaction screenshot of payment made while purchasing fastag.

                                      Kindly look into this matter and reply on priority basis.

                                        I have booked activa 6g red on date 09/03/2020. Delivery date 18/03/2020... On 18 date. Gandhi honda dealer. Chiplun.. Dist ratnagiri.. When we ask about details he spoke with us by language of arrogancy. He is giving bad reputation about honda company. He not have skilled manager and not skilled workers. Not have good workshop. Not have cleanliness... When we go to buy a scooter then they force to buy guard.. Doing insurance problem. Not giving original insurance sheet.. Giving duplicate copy. And giving wrong information. We purchased bs6 model and they written bs4. And also 110 of 125cc.. Doing silly mistake.. Take action on it... And on agency also.. Given by agency criteria they are not following... Gandhi auto and associates. Not given offer on scooter.. And in newspaper also giving offer but not giving offer to us.. Please take strict action. They are not following terms and conditions of honda company... Bad distributor among honda agency.
