I have purchased the new honda city from Lndmark, ahmedabad 8 months before, initial four month AC was working and cooling was god, thereafter I shown to honda service station . He said there may be the leakages problem hence they filled the gas again. After again four months same problem is persist,

Need your help to rectify the problem Permanently..

Because of repeated problem we are fed up..

    Sir/Madam,
    I have purchased car from Golden Honda showroom, bikaner in the month of January 2019, in which fastag has been already pasted and charges for the same deducted at that time only. But till date it has not been activated.

    I have contacted paytm, they asked for transaction receipt of the same.

    I require payment receipt or transaction screenshot of payment made while purchasing fastag.

    Kindly look into this matter and reply on priority basis.

      I have booked activa 6g red on date 09/03/2020. Delivery date 18/03/2020... On 18 date. Gandhi honda dealer. Chiplun.. Dist ratnagiri.. When we ask about details he spoke with us by language of arrogancy. He is giving bad reputation about honda company. He not have skilled manager and not skilled workers. Not have good workshop. Not have cleanliness... When we go to buy a scooter then they force to buy guard.. Doing insurance problem. Not giving original insurance sheet.. Giving duplicate copy. And giving wrong information. We purchased bs6 model and they written bs4. And also 110 of 125cc.. Doing silly mistake.. Take action on it... And on agency also.. Given by agency criteria they are not following... Gandhi auto and associates. Not given offer on scooter.. And in newspaper also giving offer but not giving offer to us.. Please take strict action. They are not following terms and conditions of honda company... Bad distributor among honda agency.

        I bought a honda civic mh02fe9503 on dec 7 2019. On march 18 2020 the car stopped in the middle of the road. Its been 24 hours and i have not got any resolution of the problem. The car has been sent to the solitaire honda service centre in andheri. Which is saying it cant find any problems with it.

        I was charged for towing, my fuel tank was emptied doing the tests in the service centre. And no source issue has yet been identified. No solution provided.

        The car has gone through standard servicing as per guidelines

        EXACT same problem with my brand new Civic. Bought on Jan 18, 2020 and driven only 365 KM and it broke down in the middle of the road on April 23. Everyone says its a faulty fuel pump. How does a brand new Civic break down like this!!? Now because of the lockdown, they can't fix it, but the staff at Arya Honda have been trying and been helpful. They had it towed to the Solitaire honda service center in Andheri. I will have not had my car for a month now, in a time when I need it most. HONDA INDIA needs to step up!

          I have bought honda wr-v in 2017 from emeral honda dealer (Wadaj, ahmedabad) with 3years warranty (+2 years warranty additional). Its audio-visual screen goes off if car is parked for few hours in hot climate. I have complained the respective service centre multiple times but they dismiss it without any testing as invalid.

          I have already got three years warranty which is still valid till june-2020.

          I have tried to get service and resolution of complaint at gandhinagar service centre. But they also denied of having such problem in my car.

          Please help me resolve my complaint or refund me warranty money.

            My new honda city mh14 hw 0249 car is just 5 months old since purchase, and this is the 3rd time i'm facing electrical issues.

            First with the horn, second boot light, and now the a/c.

            How can this happen with honda cars, i guess i've received an defective asset.

            Also about mileage, as per company norms it is 17.4kmpl and what i'm experiencing is 12kmpl max. I should atleast get mileage 1 5kmpl and above.

            I need quick attention on this and need assurance from honda cars that the car i own is tested and certified as ok without any electrical or technical issues.

              In last 3years i have never visited showroom for spare parts issue.

              This time on 27th january 2020 i have visited dream honda, vapi (Valsad, india) regarding repair.

              That time i was informed by the honda executive that we are nowadays facing spare parts problem from our h. O and as soon as spare parts will come we will inform you.

              Still i was not informed and today again i visited i was given the same response again.

              So i request you to please take some action against this matter and make the spare parts available as soon as possible.

              They calls us for the service otp and told me that when will you come we will done your bike service now they are ignoring us to do service .
              MY CAR IS HONDA BRV MY CAR REMOTE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY LAST ONE YEAR I HAVE COMPLAINT MY HONDA DEALAR LOT OF TIME BUT NOT RECTIFYE IN MY COMPLAINT REMOTE BATRY 2 DAYS ONCE I HAVE CHANGE
              LAST TIME I SEND SERVICE CENTER 24 october 2019 that time my GPS syster is missig for service center.
              My Honda Civic was taken to service on 19th March 2020 and on the next day when I received the vehicle the left front wheel screw was broken and was fixed with least expertise .
              The executive dint informed me that the wheel barrel is gone and should be replaced but the mistake looks like a self made one .

                My car honda city vx whose number is up16a4500, my car was under guarantee in january 2020, at that time a sound came from the engine of the vehicle. I complained to the ace honda noida and after checking the vehicle, the advisor said sir its suspension, there is a noise out of it and we have fixed it, but after that again the noise started coming in. I again complained and the honda advisor sent the vehicle to the head of service department. But after giving my car for three days to them they could not fix the problem and there a sound still in my car. Now they are not listenling to my problem and they are also for money to fix this issue, on the contrary they could not fix my car during the warranty. Kindly register my complaint and direct the ace honda noida branch to fix my car sound issue. Thanks

                  When i start my car in the morning i found that the engine symbol started blinking. I was shocked as the vehicle is new and ran 15700 km only. I checked the manual and it advised me to take it to the nearest service center. So i have driven 15 km to the capital honda service center, perungudi, chennai.
                  I have reached capital honda service center at 9.12 am on 12 mar 2020. Service engineer venu attended the complaint at 9.30 am.

                  Now the time is 12 noon and still waiting in the service center for repair completion. They told me that the one of the spark plug is not igniting properly. Now sure how come we have this issue at a early stage at 15700 km. I have done the regular maintenance at 10, 000 km only. I am not happy about this engine performance. Honda has really check on this.

                    Very sad and angry with Honda. Went on for travel to Calicut in new Honda amaze petrol v option manual. On the way back The car suddenly went idle and not accelerating, but engine on. Somehow I managed to park the car avoiding a great accident. When I called ur so called dealer Perfect Honda aluva, they were telling that it's a fuel pump and issue and I have to tow the car to nearest dealer on my expense. What a ### that a new car just 1 years old went down before the warranty period and ur dealers dealing the issue like this. What a havoc. I am now stranded in a lonely road and ur dealers telling that they cannot do anything. Shame on Honda and it's service as I haven't postponed any of your service .you can check my sevice history KL- 42- Q-473

                        I have given car to cherish honda gurgaon for service. When i got the car after service 2 parts are not available in my car one is antenna and mudflap. I have complaint about that they will assure me that they will provide me the parts. Why customer suffer for their plenty mistakes.
                        I need to resolve my issue as i have no confirmation mail or call received from their side. I need a proper solution.
                        This is the 1st time when i give my car to cherish honda and my 1st experience is pathetic.

                        Agree with you, they survive by fraudulently selling spares parts even by creating problems in the car. This is how they survive and make money. My engine and Ac are spoiled just to make up extra 50000 Rs at Magnum Honda

                        Mayur Bansal, Harjot Singh, SR PATIL, are systematically playing fraud. Honda spares, services are nothing but scam. They repair nothing, but change everything for 4 to 10 times more price. Total thieves.

                        Same way they looted me in Road side Assistance subscription, So many times called never got any assistance, So much waste of money. Cheating customers on the name of RSA which never works. In India road side mechanics are much faster, efficient and knowledgeable . This looters from Honda are good for nothing except to pickpocket your money. My car is parked from 1 year without any help. they need to refund 20000 Rs fraudulently taken for service.

                            Sir, i bought a/m car in may 2019. On 25 feb 2020 my car tyre bulged out during driveway so went to hyundai next day. Hyundai told that hyundai is not responsible for replacement o[censored]nder warranty tyre and also told that i have to go to tyre company (Mrf) service station. Sir please look in this matter. Car company should replace the tyre instantly after inspection as customer can not keep the car in garage till the replacement received. Here car company refused to do any thing about replacement process. Car company told that you do the replacement process own your own with tyre company (Mrf)
                            Sir please take appropriate action against hyundai because this company gives full assurance at the time of sale about any help regarding warranty/ service.

                              I have bought one used honda brio 2012 s model and was used by my wife. On 23rd when she was trying to park the car inside the parking area of apartment but she hit one side of the pillar by mistake to avoid the bump near the parking. But it was surprise to see that the both airbags on front was opened.

                                  My car honda city gps system is not working. Service center people replaced the antenna, sencer, everything, only micro sd card replacement is left. I faced lots of problems with the system. Once as per gps i entered in a road after few meters road was closed. I faced lot of problem to came out of that road. But still system is showing the same route.
                                  There is no other rout.
                                  Afterwards i followed mobile, there are beautiful roads are there.
                                  Too much worest.
                                  My house from honda service center is 2 kms, total 3 roads, but it is showing only one route that is 6 kms.
                                  That is great honda acquired parts.

                                    I baught honda city in the month of may 2019, from hyderabad. From the day one my gps system not working. I given complaint bin the service center, they replaced antenna, gps receiver cencer, but no use. Only few routes are useful, that too, too much lengthy routes. I faced very bad experiences. As per system one road is there, actually that road is for two weelers/ cycles.
                                    Very very bad experiences of honda. Actually it spoils honda's name.
                                    Even in market worest chainees system are showing good routes. That may be costs 2 to 3 thousands.
                                    From were this grand honda procured the system i don't know.

                                      I purchased road side assistance when i purchased my honda amaze car, from honda show room, rajahmundry. My car batter was completely drained out and i requested for road side assistance. My case id was registered as t[protected]. One auto rickshaw reached my place with no tools. The following events explain the type of road side assistance hero honda offering to customer.
                                      1. The auto rickshaw driver don't know how to open my car bonnet.
                                      2. He did not come with proper cables required for booster charging.
                                      3. I started struggling boost charging with cables which don't have clamps, so it did not help in starting my car.
                                      4. I arranged charging cables for him to get my car stated.
                                      5. Issue was resolved in the same place, but i received an sms saying "my car was shifted to road side assistance workshop". This sms is confusing and mis-communication.
