I was notified by the service centre that my car's brake kit has to be replaced and they are estimating an amount of rs.5500/-. And its been only two years since we bought our car i don't know where the complaint remains... Is it on the side of the manufacturers or to the side of service centre?
And it is my fifth service, till my last service which was done on approx 14000km this issue was not found. And suddenly on this time they are notifying this issue, but km wise there not much difference it's only 20, 000km at a span of 6 months.

M dharamvir...i purchased jazz car from honda and they take all responsibilty when make our insurance from nic but now they are not doing anything and want money for standing damaged car in their agency.

    Have booked honda city on 21st at delight honda, mohan estate, new delhi and we were given the delivery date as 3rd december. Till this date they are not delivering the car and this whole issue is causing lot of inconvenience and mental disturbance to us. We have paid all the money and they even changed the color of the car and said that silver colour that we wanted is not available. Today was the 4th date they had promised but now i am again getting a call from them that it will be delivered tomorrow...

      I had booked a car on 21 Oct 2018 at Axon Honda Ghaziabad, with the booking amount of 21000. I had requested the delivery to be on 18th Nov ( My son's first birthday) and agreed for the loan for 4 L @ 9.25 p.a. The amount of 5 L was disbursed in the dealers account form Bank with no information to me and that too @ 9.4 % I had take up the matter with dealer sales team (Priyanka, Amarjeet & Deepak (Fin.) the whole month dealer said it was bank's error and 30th Nov finally they accepted the mistake and we agreed for loan cancellation.
      The loan cancellation cheque was prepared but with no surprise it was with wrong loan account number, which again I notified and got it corrected. The EMI is due on 15th Dec and today on 13th Dec we have no confirmation on loan cancellation. I am harassed mentally, financially and moreover missed my event for which the car was booked. I need a strict action against this @ dealer ship In case any further details are required I have all proofs.

        Hi, I would like to inform that I had purchase Amaze from Prashant Honda, Muzaffarpur, Bihar. They are delaying the registration process so I filled a complain on twitter.I got a call back from Honda customer care and during verification I came to know that this car is registered on someone else. I got shock after hearing this.She told me that this car was on the name of one lady and she sold this to one dealer in Kolkatta. I have a telephonic recording for the same. It's a big scam and fraud is going on.

        Agree with you, they survive by fraudulently selling spares parts even by creating problems in the car. This is how they survive and make money. My engine and Ac are spoiled just to make up extra 50000 Rs at Magnum Honda

        Mayur Bansal, Harjot Singh, SR PATIL, are systematically playing fraud. Honda spares, services are nothing but scam. They repair nothing, but change everything for 4 to 10 times more price. Total thieves.

        Same way they looted me in Road side Assistance subscription, So many times called never got any assistance, So much waste of money. Cheating customers on the name of RSA which never works. In India road side mechanics are much faster, efficient and knowledgeable . This looters from Honda are good for nothing except to pickpocket your money.

          Big disappointment from honda company. I have purchased new honda city vx diseal on july last 2018. My first tyre burst 15 day back. Which was 8000 km driven. We have to pay 3700 to dealer for new tyre. Now another tyre burst 3 days back. And i have been asked to pay 5000. This is problem with many other car of honda. Why should i have to pay. It is a big issue that has to be resolved by company.

            I own a 2018 honda city zx which was picked in the month of oct 2018 from olympia honda chennai

            Whenever i try to make a conversation using the honda inbuilt bluetooth option, the other person hardly hears what is spoken. The voice is quite low over bluetooth and the audibility of the other side is poor to the core

            I am forced to talk very loudly for the other side of the line to hear my voice. This is very bad let down and bad build quality from honda according to me

              Earlier too on the date of service on21.11.2018 i submitted a complaint against maple auto pvt ltd bye pass road jammu take, who did poor service to my amaze honda where from i also purchased my vehicle, earlier they were very cordial, but this time they totally disappointed me, after service my vehicle is not running properly, and is stopping off and on at middle of the road, this never happened to me even i had vehicles from maruti suzuki, today when i parked my vehicle at parking slot, and after coming back to go home, i tried to start the vehicle but it did not thereafter i got some people to push my vehicle, then it started.
              So early action is required and appreciated.

              Gear box does not work properly from the beginning of the purchase. Even though we made complain to 3 free service. Still the problem exists. The gear does not switch properly.

                After two weeks, pickup/drop facility was arranged from the dealer on[protected]. The vehicle was picked on time as scheduled in the morning at 7.30 AM. Vehicle ran around 9600 KMS (5000 Kms from last service done)

                Problems: Service engineer called up at 10.30 Am and asked about problems if any, I informed him that there is no problem and routine service as per the scheduled check up. He assured that the vehicle would be delivered on the same day at around 4.30 PM., and the cost of the service would be around 7000/-.

                Service Engineer(Mr. Lokesh - [protected] ) calls me around 6.30 PM and informs unavailability of driver and vehicle could be delivered only on next day. Spikes charges to 9000/- odd., when asked, states adding tax charges.

                My question:

                How can you not stick to timing committed?... Inefficient Service

                Not informing despite delay in the evening at 4.30.

                Quoting charges without adding tax and later doing the same.

                unfriendly explanation and behavior.

                charging exorbitantly (9000/-) for driving 5000 KMS., & that too giving vehicles without any complaints.

                Wondering if the Targets are fixed to your dealers for spiking the bills, as for no reason that charges to go to that extent.

                Above has resulted in unsatisfactory experience for owing Honda Car and moreso with Magnum Honda - kanakpura branch for inefficient service .

                  My car sterio display touch screen not working from last two month. But till today dealer not able to change display screen, inspite of regular complaints. Its bad for your world renown company. This is my bad experiance with honda. Pl. Do needful as soon as posible.

                  Sir i got my car repaired for front suspension from sterling honda jhilmil indl area shahdara, delhi and was assured of warranty for six months but i feel the front suspension is not working properly, the service centre is closed since one month, , please guide me what should i do to get it rectified under warranty period.
                  Honda City purchased August 2017 from Hallmark Honda, Navi Mumbai.

                  Touch screen stopped working from May 2017. But because of lockdown could not take it to dealer for check.

                  This month I took the car to dealer for the said problem. Dealer refused to fix the problem, says it's warranty is over.

                  Honda should honour the warranty period considering the 3-4 month lockdown in Mumbai.

                  Issue in Audio & Navigation system. Hanging frequently .

                  Audio & Navigation system will Hanging frequently, every time we need to reset i will work one or days again same issue will repeat.

                  i have provided the complaint to Maansarovar Automobile - Chennai (Arcot road). They team shooted the video of the system getting hanging (3rd dec 2020) and took the vehicle for workshop. They have reset the audio system and said the issue is resolved but gain i face the same issue.

                  When i approach the dealer they asked me to to again capture the video, its not possible to capture the every time when we are driving the car.

                  Maansarovar Automobile staffs them self captured the video already and took the car to workshop then why they want us to again and gain capture the video again and again. are they just want to keep the call closed??

                  i need the system to be replaced, when the car is in warranty why Honda is not doing it, are you expecting us to pay for new one? its a Cheap business strategy.

                  HONDA CAR Display nor working for past 1 year...due to lockdown we didn't take to workshop... during my last service itself problem was there and they told me can do it outside just an small issue ..but now the warranty is over and I am unable to repair it and they rejected replacement stating warranty is over ..I can see many people are facing the same issue with faulty system ..this is not good for an company like honda my car has travelled only 9000km and I am facing lot of issues...won't prefer it

                  My Honda wr v digipad is not working for 2 years . Initially the voice command stopped working...then the touch panel .I am not able to open the system even touch OK after instructions. Very pathetic experience with Honda WRV digipad . Could not used ...the top model of diesel cost me 2 lakhs extra ...is this infotainment system so costly ?? Honda should replace all Honda wr v systems of initial 1 years models which has faulty sytemsinstalled at the time of purchase.

                    Sir,
                    it is humbly requested that i have purchased a new honda city car from vibrant honda showroom aligarh district aligarh on dated 16/10/2018
                    but when file was submitted to local rto kasganj after receiving temporary registration from showroom a penalty of rs 3500=00 is generated and was demanded by rto kasganj . On query it has to the notice that due to the fault of vibrant honda showroom aligarh this penalty is generated but the showroom dealer is not accepting there fault and behaved very rudely and after calling several times they received the call. This showroom has totally harassed me and still not accepting there fault in delay submitting of temporary registration file in rto aligarh
                    kindly pay attention on this issue urgently

                        My Honda City V CVT 2017 has lost 5 Michelin tyres in just 1 year. Tyres burst midway even at 50-60 km/ph speed. Honda once replaced 2 tyres at 50% discount. But new tyre burst in just about 1 month. Now company is denying any fault with their car. Honda City is too dangerous car to drive. It is an engineering failure. Please avoid it if you care for your and your family's life.

                            This is a complaint against dakshin honda, singasandra, bangalore for their new honda wrv 1.2 vx petrol (White orchid pearl) delivered car sold to me on dec 2 2018. I have noticed clutch problem on this new wrv car right after receiving the delivery heading back to my home. On second day (Dec 3 2018), i took the car back to dealer and they inspected and acknowledged issue with clutch. Problem is when you slowly try to move the car at first gear, one can sense severe vibration rather to/fro kind of movement indicating evident clutch problem. On further discussion, it was revealed and i was shocked to know that services/concerned team are aware of the issue and have already raised a warranty claim (I think nov 13th) with honda. The sales manager mr. Karthi said the sales team was not aware and not notified about this issue earlier with this car. He has now asked me 4-5 days to replace the clutch since they have been waiting for the spare parts to arrive. Why would i agree for replacing a part (That too clutch which is no means a "minor" part) for new car received just a day before???

                            I am suspecting if there was any pre delivery inspection done to this car prior delivery, if it was, was clearly violated or cleared suppressing the problem. If it was ever inspected genuinely, issue could have been easily noticed. These are all pushing me to suspect that this is an act of cheat or fraud that they knowingly suppressed the actual condition and have sold a defective car. Now when i asked to replace the car since it is hardly not even 2 days old, they are refusing and it is not possible and already registered on my name. More frustrating is now i am noticing after their car check up today for the clutch issue, more vibrations and noise are felt inside the cabin now which was quite and smooth on day 1 barring the clutch issue at first gear.

                            My experience with the sales folks pre delivery has been positive but post delivery, never expected to have a downfall shocking experience with dakshin honda and honda with such a huge brand name could ever manufacture a defective car like this and the dealer knowingly (Likely in this case) have delivered to a customer with no fault of his. I would want and request the honda management to intervene and encourage on exchanging this defective car.

                                Its been a year i bought honda jazz vmt petrol 2017 car. I am really unhappy for couple of reasons. There seems severe manufacturing defects in this car wherein car pickup sucks at uphill driving. When i checked with trident honda mysore road dealership, they said its a common and known issue with honda jazz 1.2 litre engines and i have to get use to it. Infact my car goes back in minor uphill driving and we have quickly come back to 1st gear and keep the rpm revving up inorder for the car to move forward. This is so ridiculous and ediotic situation we are facing with your prestigious car. I want to know from honda managers what action has been taken to this issue and why are you selling a defective car like this under honda brand?

                                Also one can understand that honda might have tuned up their jazz engines to perform with low pickup considering indian customers demand for mileage. But to my surprise i am getting only 12-14 kmpl mileage
                                In all the driving conditions.. Within city 12 and in highway its only giving 14. I feel i have been cheated by brand honda name and you guys are no way near to maruti suzuki or hyundai. Please i request you to stop selling these defective and out-dated cars. If you have any concern to customer satisfaction, please feel free to call me at[protected]. To hell with honda

                                  My self bhavan makadiya from rajkot - gujarat. I have honda jaaz car gj 03 jr 2982. Since long time i face problem from landmark honda rajkot dealer. This one 3rd time register online complain in a row but no solution from the dealer. The problem is service is not proper and delivery not on time and also car parts not available time by time.                                     Sir,
                                    I prashant vaidya, had purchased a honda wrv (Mh 31 fe 193) from your dealer aryodya amraoti road, nagpur in the month of august 2018. That from the date of purchase of the car i am facing problem in blue tooth connectivity of the car and i am an not in a position to make calls from the system of the car. That i had made several complaints regarding the non-working of the system of the car to the above mentioned dealer at nagpur. However they could not rectify the problem. I was told that some one was deputed from delhi to rectify the problem. He also tried to solve the problem, he got the system changed, however the problem could not be rectified. That the dealer at nagpur also had given me writting the problem could not be rectified. That recently i visited the delership however they told that, they are not in a position to resolve the problem.
                                    That prior to this also i had sent several emails to the company but none has been replied. Kindly guide me as to what should i do, in this situation. Is it the only option for me to go to the consumer court for getting the problem resolved? Kindly inform me at the earliest.

                                      Honda 1.6 l diesel engine launched in india at rs 37.00 lakhs is to high when compared to competitors from toyota.
                                      If the same price high is expected for upcoming civic i am sure it won't be a success. Expect priced to be lesser than toyota corolla higher than hyundai elantra for upcoming civic successful selling model. Already many honda city customers are moving towards maruti suzuki ciaz for price advantage. India is price sensitive market honda cars cannot price it highly if they wanted to reach high sales.

                                        Maine 18 din pehle honda city car insurance mein thk hone di thi, gaadi lete samay mujhe 3-4 din ka kaha tha with technical work, aaj mujhe 18-19 din ho gye approx. Par mujhe koi response nahi h,, 1-2 baar mujhe company mein bulaya bhi h aur gaadi bilkul ok nahi hoti h,, aur company 20 km distance pe h
                                        Aana jaana ka bahut jyada expenses aur time sab lgta h. Aur gaadi thk nahi hoti usse harrassment alag se saara time kharaab.
                                        Aaj gaadi company waalo ki taraf se thk h to maine kaha aap apna bill le aao aur cheque le jao. Woh kehte h hum to sirf cash lete h.
                                        Agar aapke paas cash h to aa jao aur gaadi le jao.
                                        Sir gaadi thk krne ki koi baat hoti h to, pehle kehte h itne paise lagenge,, thk krwalo,, jab thk krwate h to,, uske baad kehte h ki yeh thk nahi ho sakti aapki gaadi purani ho gai,,,
                                        Mein 15 din se gaadi taxi karke jaa rha hoon,, kahin bhi jaana hota h to,,, mera woh jo paisa lga h,, mujhe woh dilwao sahab aur harrassment hue h uski bhi karo sahab,, time bhi kharab hua h,,,
