As per previous email, i did not receive any satisfied response from your team.

They called me same day regarding this issue and they comment me that they deliver my car by 19th nov. But yet they did not delivered. I had called in your customer care and they inform me that car delivered estimate date is 24th nov.
I don't know, why this happening with me or your service is really bad. Really you disappoint me now. Already you have taken 27days for a claim. Its so horrible to me. This was a minor accident not major, what happened if this was major, you did not delivered before 2 or 3 months.

Really very bad service.

    I have purchased the all new honda amaze on 6th of november..
    Till now on dated 21st nov i have not received my temporary registration no. As it is a one day process. Secondly my car met with an accident.. For claiming insurance and ordering for parts i visited honda showroom on 12th november..
    I was told to wait for 6 days and i will get the part... But i didn't got any confirmation about it.. After calling repeatedly to the showroom i was told tomorrow daily..
    Finally after 10 days i was told with a very roude behaviour that they want again a week to give me the parts..
    It is very wrong and i request you to take some strick actions.

      On 29th oct i along with my husband visited ace honda noida for our car key replacement which was under insurance. After submitting all the reqd docs to mr deepak sharma he told us to wait for 3 days for key to come from head office
      1st nov to 10th nov after repeated calls finally he asked to get the vehicle on 12th nov
      Survey was also conducted on 12th
      On 14th nov insurance approval was received
      After repeated calls to him i was supposed to get my car back today.
      Today on 18th nov he told me that code for key programming was not received being sunday from the head office.

      I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. Its been 7days and my key has not been replaced yet

      An irritating noise is coming from the dashboard while the car reaches the speed of 60 km/hr and also the music system is creating may problems.
      But no action taken by Honda Service Team.
      Its been very disappointing and worse customer complain handling by such a big company HONDA.

      I made a online complain under complain id [ID: 2129663].More then a week no one even review my issue.I was expacting a call from honda but they didnt try to find out why i posted a online complain.

      Shamefull and careless company..
      I have not received my owner book against BR 33T 8285 purchased on 20th April 2017.

      Dealer is not responding positively for this case what should I do now?

          I purchased honda wr v vx diesel model in june 2017.
          At the time of service every time i told about unwanted sounds coming out from body. Every time they service man neglect me.
          Now it is my kind request to honda that remove unwanted sounds from my car. Also increase the cabin insulation. It is ur duty to do this free of cost in ur warranty because it is manufacturing defect.
          Im not satisfied at all on this car.
          Please do improvement in my car up to satisfaction in case of cabin insulation and unwanted sounds.

            Dear sir i am from ahmedabad, gujarat, india. I want to buy honda city car. I went to landmark honda showroom, thaltej, ahmedabad, gujarat. I show all models. I am confused at that time but i give token money for that. Next day i ask for demo car & i like one of them. Hearing about demo car, i feel no one can interested to deal with me even it has more than 10 lakh value. There attitude is like i am buy vegetables from there. There are so many damages inside and outside in that car. I complaint about it to all level staff in landmark but result is zero. All are telling one thing that this is demo car and we r helpless to change or repair any of your suggestion. I asked them to give estimate about damages. So i can count my budget. After worst response i decide to take my token back. When i got token all senior level staff come to me and offering so many offers but i refuse all. After that gm of landmark honda mr. Kapil came to me and try to convince me. His attitude is good and he wanted to solve all my problems but i decide not to give any response. So many staff available in landmark but not satisfy customer in my opinion. I and my all family, friends, relative decide not to buy any honda city car from landmark honda showroom, thaltej, ahmedabad.

            they are not offering test drive after hearing about Demo car. I visited so many times but their staff response is very very poor and shocking. Its really shamefull for brand like Honda and Dealer Landmark, Ahmedabad.

                On 24 i purchased a bike honda xblade from a. S. R honda (12/23, gt road, krishna nagar, kanpur - 208007 (Near jugul palace). From the purchasing date my bike have a problem of missing (Jhatke dene chalate waqt)... Mai 1st service me lae gaya lkin problem sopve ni kiya, dusre din gaya phr problm solve ni kiya, phr socha 2nd service me thek ho jyga, 2nd me lae gaya phr bhi ni thek kiya agle din lae gaya to kaha 2 din me mil jaygi... When i was gone aftr 2 days, they said dat its carbetr is not working... Ek worker ne kaha ki carbetr ka order dae diya (Said by manager mr mahesh), dusra keh rha carbetar ka order denge... Means koi confirm hi ni tha... Agr yahi dikkat thi to inhone 1st service me kya kiya tha... Honda p vishwas h logo ka lkim service itni ghatiya... Agr expert workers hote to ek bar me problem pata chal jati... Ye bar bar gadi lae jana ni padta... I have bajaj's and tvs's bike, but their service is too good... The worst service i had evr seen is given by honda... Mere frnd log honda xblade ko lene ko keh rhe thae but mai to mana kr dunga bcz evry company give his best to make a wonderful bike but d thing which matters d most is how u r giving services to customer... Itna tym waste hua h... I regret myself for purchasing bike from homda... Plz kindly do smthng fr me...

                  I have bought honda amaza on 21/10/2018 from stallion honda faizabad road lucknow.
                  They are very careless and no genuine answers regarding delay are given by the salesperson mr ravi chaurasiya, crm sales always @ home, today i called gm sales he is also not at office. If they took all the money including registration charges why so much delays in registration. Who will be responsible if the car get seazed by the police or any other mishappenig on the road.
                  Strict action should be taken against all those who are playing with the law and order.

                    I live in moradabad. On 26 october i went in honda showroom (Shatakshi honda) for activa 5g. His sales women said me you booked activa 5g. If any showroom provide activa in less amount i will provide you in 1000 rupees less.in this case i went another showroom akansha honda moradabad. This showroom provide me activa 5g on 0 dept insurance only 72500 rupees but now shatakshi honda not give my money and not give me activa 5g tha's why if they will not give my money i will never purchased any honda products in future

                      My name is yogesh and i am your customer have car honda jazz - dl 2c aw 3112.

                      I had made an accident before 24 days (24th oct) and i had contact with your noida branch (Ace honda noida sector 11) and my car is there till 24 oct but they are not able yet to delivery my car. As i have information that my insurance claimed had been passed after 2 days of accident.

                      Whenever, i contact your branch, they excuse me the part is not available we have given order. I don't know why they are taking so much time and what part they have ordered that taking so much time (23 - 24 days).

                      The accident was not major, maruti swift dzire (Up23n4853) hit my car from behind, due to this heavy push from the back, my car slid through the front and since it went ahead, my car hit another vehicle (Maruti swift). After the accident.

                        Honda brio car bought in nov.'2013 and 25000 kms. Done only is getting 5th gear slip back to neutral while running, a big on road risk. When reported at platinum honda, they have suggested change of gear/ gear box with synchronising ring costing rs.20000/- +. Is this the brand value of a car of the make of honda that the gear box get damaged within 25000 kms. Will company look in to it and save me from such a big risk and a major expanse. Mind it i'm a senior citizen with very limited resources.

                          My car KL 22J 8442 sunk during kerala flood.Honda insurance did nothing yet to help me get my insurance amount from national insurance.Every day new excuses are given no action to process my claim yet My car is under loan from icici and bank too is fed up waiting for closure of loan meanwhile i am paying 20k monthly as car emi on my sunk car. This is honda car india.Big time fraudsters.Arti mishra national escaltion head of honda too could not help me.

                            I am using honda city and yesterday i visited service centre for the change of bearing of front wheel but i came to know that they don’t have a single bearing and they have to order and will available in 6 days. You or your dealers even have not much capacity to main such type of inventory. Very shameful for Honda Cars.This shows that you only know to sell cars but not able to maintain the customer care and for this you will pay off.

                              3 weekd back i got a msg that ur resume has been shortlisted. I have applied honda job in quicker. They have did my interview through telephonic interweave and they sent me offer letter and training adress and said that i have to pay first 1480 then 9800 and then 10, 400. And training adress hay have given me that mr. Krishna dev pathak. Omr ground floor bearing no f1 and f2. Old mahabalipuram road perungudi chennai.600096. Can u please confirm that this is fraud or genuine one.

                                I am Vijaya Kumar. I logged a complaint about my recent experience with Olympia Honda service center at Ambattur, Chennai.

                                On 25th October 2018, i gave my Honda WRV for removing a dent on its front bumper, and the car was delivered on 31st October, 2018.

                                I have few concerns on the service done by them.

                                First i was not given with an estimate on how much it will cost to remove the dent.

                                I was not provided with any information and no one contacted me from the service center. Even after the insurance surveyor surveyed my car, i was not not contacted by anyone and the service center started to replace my car's front bumper.

                                My car's front bumper was not that much damaged and it does not require a replacement with new bumper. But the service center had replaced it with the new one.

                                At the time of delivery, service center failed to show me the old bumper. They said they had disposed the old bumper.

                                Now please tell me how can i believe that my car's bumper was changed. How the old bumper can be disposed before i take my car from the service center?

                                So I raised a complaint, and then every called me and trying convenience me and asked few days to slove issue..But still my issue was not solve and no one take care of my complaint and responsibility.

                                I had never exoected this kind of worst service from an authorised Honda service centre and is the way you treat your customers?
                                Still I didn't get any response I raised three times compalints

                                  I have purchased a Honda Jazz 1.2 VMT (I VTEC) petrol version from Lally Automobiles, Pvt. Ltd., 117/8 KM Stone, Panipat bearing Chassis No. MAKGK77BLF4004874 and Engine No. L12B41019388. After running more than 20, 000 Km. the mileage of the car is still very low i.e. near about 12 Km./Ltr. in local area as well as about 13 Km./Ltr. at a speed of 80 Km./Hrs. on Highway which is too low as claimed by the company i.e. 16 to 17 Km./ Ltr. I have got all the services from authorized Honda Service Station, but even repeated check there is no improvement in mileage. It is requested to depute the representative to check the problem why the car given too low mileage.

                                    My 2015 model amaze petrol with engine number l12b32533737 and chassis makdf151hfn102232 currently at vision honda, kottyam, kerala on account of ecm failure,
                                    My vehicle hardly done only 11152 km in 37 months after delivery.

                                    Replacement cost is too high for me and moreover these parts are not supposed to fail in vehicles life time. I strongly believe this as a genuine manufacturing defect

                                      I purchased honda city dl 7cq 1903 (I-vtech) on 30 dec 2017 from crown honda, noida. The hard copy of the insurance provided to me by the dealer is valid from 30 dec 2017 until 29 dec 2018 midnight. Now crown honda’s insurance team has dropped me a letter confirming that my insurance will get lapse on 29 nov 2018 instead of 29 dec 2018 which is a mismatch and is not correct as my car was invoiced in dec 2017 only. Could you please help me with the issue in mismatch of the dates in hard copy of insurance provided to me with the soft copy of the dealer. I want this issue to be resolved on an urgent basis. Otherwise i will take a strict action on this. I am attaching the details of the hard copy of the insurance provided by dealer at the time of purchase as well as the insurance copy they are sending me. I am also attaching invoice copy of the car to this message. Also my communication id generated in honda121 for the above matter is 1-[protected]. Awaiting for ur quick response.

                                        Hi, i m vinay from gurgaon, on dated 05/11/2018 i have a worst experience ever had while taking a delivery of newamaze, this was back to back my second car of honda, in aug 2015 i bought older version of amaze. Now on dated 04/11/2018 i booked a new amaze cvt modelwhose delivery has to be taken on 05/11/2018, on the day of delivery i have received a phone call from dealer’s end at about 10.30 am
                                        Mr. Harwinder told me that your car is ready for delivery i gave him one hour time, after one hour when i reached at the showroom no one took us seriously there behavior is almost changed, a day before when i not booked the car and not giving any advance they were talking very humble and when the car was booked and all the funds were transferred in there account there behaviour suddenly changed and no one was there to give us the time. One person came to us and told us to have a demo of our car, while taking that demo i tried to start the engine but in vain, engine of my new car could not start, power windows of my was not in working mode, i complaint the same to the seniour officials of that showroom and told him “what are your check list prior of giving delivery of new car” he told me that “ if battery got discharged than what can i do”
                                        “ agar battery discharge ho gyi to mai kya karo”. That officials name was “amit”

                                        Secondly after reaching home i noticed that windshield washer bottle is empty

                                        Thridly - after the battery incidence no one completed the demo, no one shows us the jack/stepney was in the car or not.

                                        Now i want to ask from honda is this the way you deliver the car to the customers.

                                        I would like to complaint against mr. Amit and would aprreciate honda if necessary action taken against him.

                                        Honda Cars India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Dear sir, I have purchased Brio VX in November 2018, it covered only 20000 km, it runs only in city, now your service advisor is saying Shock Absorbers are to be replaced. Kindly guide how so early it can damaged while vehicle single handed used in City only. How it can be damaged so early. Kindly clarify.
