Hi,

I am Vijaya Kumar. I logged a complaint about my recent experience with Olympia Honda service center at Ambattur, Chennai.

On 25th October 2018, i gave my Honda WRV for removing a dent on its front bumper, and the car was delivered on 31st October, 2018.

I have few concerns on the service done by them.

First i was not given with an estimate on how much it will cost to remove the dent.

I was not provided with any information and no one contacted me from the service center. Even after the insurance surveyor surveyed my car, i was not not contacted by anyone and the service center started to replace my car's front bumper.

My car's front bumper was not that much damaged and it does not require a replacement with new bumper. But the service center had replaced it with the new one.

At the time of delivery, service center failed to show me the old bumper. They said they had disposed the old bumper.

Now please tell me how can i believe that my car's bumper was changed. How the old bumper can be disposed before i take my car from the service center?

So I raised a complaint, and then every called me and trying convenience me and asked few days to slove issue..But still my issue was not solve and no one take care of my complaint and responsibility.

I had never exoected this kind of worst service from an authorised Honda service centre and is the way you treat your customers?
Still I didn't get any response I raised three times compalints

    I have purchased a Honda Jazz 1.2 VMT (I VTEC) petrol version from Lally Automobiles, Pvt. Ltd., 117/8 KM Stone, Panipat bearing Chassis No. MAKGK77BLF4004874 and Engine No. L12B41019388. After running more than 20, 000 Km. the mileage of the car is still very low i.e. near about 12 Km./Ltr. in local area as well as about 13 Km./Ltr. at a speed of 80 Km./Hrs. on Highway which is too low as claimed by the company i.e. 16 to 17 Km./ Ltr. I have got all the services from authorized Honda Service Station, but even repeated check there is no improvement in mileage. It is requested to depute the representative to check the problem why the car given too low mileage.

      My 2015 model amaze petrol with engine number l12b32533737 and chassis makdf151hfn102232 currently at vision honda, kottyam, kerala on account of ecm failure,
      My vehicle hardly done only 11152 km in 37 months after delivery.

      Replacement cost is too high for me and moreover these parts are not supposed to fail in vehicles life time. I strongly believe this as a genuine manufacturing defect

        I purchased honda city dl 7cq 1903 (I-vtech) on 30 dec 2017 from crown honda, noida. The hard copy of the insurance provided to me by the dealer is valid from 30 dec 2017 until 29 dec 2018 midnight. Now crown honda’s insurance team has dropped me a letter confirming that my insurance will get lapse on 29 nov 2018 instead of 29 dec 2018 which is a mismatch and is not correct as my car was invoiced in dec 2017 only. Could you please help me with the issue in mismatch of the dates in hard copy of insurance provided to me with the soft copy of the dealer. I want this issue to be resolved on an urgent basis. Otherwise i will take a strict action on this. I am attaching the details of the hard copy of the insurance provided by dealer at the time of purchase as well as the insurance copy they are sending me. I am also attaching invoice copy of the car to this message. Also my communication id generated in honda121 for the above matter is 1-[protected]. Awaiting for ur quick response.

          Hi, i m vinay from gurgaon, on dated 05/11/2018 i have a worst experience ever had while taking a delivery of newamaze, this was back to back my second car of honda, in aug 2015 i bought older version of amaze. Now on dated 04/11/2018 i booked a new amaze cvt modelwhose delivery has to be taken on 05/11/2018, on the day of delivery i have received a phone call from dealer’s end at about 10.30 am
          Mr. Harwinder told me that your car is ready for delivery i gave him one hour time, after one hour when i reached at the showroom no one took us seriously there behavior is almost changed, a day before when i not booked the car and not giving any advance they were talking very humble and when the car was booked and all the funds were transferred in there account there behaviour suddenly changed and no one was there to give us the time. One person came to us and told us to have a demo of our car, while taking that demo i tried to start the engine but in vain, engine of my new car could not start, power windows of my was not in working mode, i complaint the same to the seniour officials of that showroom and told him “what are your check list prior of giving delivery of new car” he told me that “ if battery got discharged than what can i do”
          “ agar battery discharge ho gyi to mai kya karo”. That officials name was “amit”

          Secondly after reaching home i noticed that windshield washer bottle is empty

          Thridly - after the battery incidence no one completed the demo, no one shows us the jack/stepney was in the car or not.

          Now i want to ask from honda is this the way you deliver the car to the customers.

          I would like to complaint against mr. Amit and would aprreciate honda if necessary action taken against him.

Kindly guide how so early it can damaged while vehicle single handed used in City only. How it can be damaged so early. Kindly clarify.

            I'm sivaram, i've purchased 2018 cbr 250r in pressana honda, 965, avinashi road, lakshmi mills, coimbatore - 641037. Tamil nadu, india.

            1. Worst vehicle handling behavior - saree guard scratches before the delivery. (They're refusing to replace it)
            2. Rear seat alignment problem - i could find a mismatch in alignment of left side door. (Images has been attached).

            3. Front fairing scratches on the right side.

            4. Above right foot pegs i could find scratches on the part which holds rear break. (Silver in color)

            I've visited service center several times and the engineer said that the issue can't be resolved but i couldn't find any such issues on other vehicles (Cbr 250r) available here.

            Since it's a new vehicle i don't expect these. It's showroom's responsible to fix all my issues. But they couldn't get it fixed.

            I'm looking forward for the response as soon as possible.

              I have given my car Honda city ivtec no.GAO7 E 7363 for servicing on[protected] and mention my complain on the job sheet.The servicing advisor of caculo cars called me and ask what jobs to be done .He noted done my complain and assured me best services .My complain was some sound was coming when I turned the steering, Thereafter I received a call from the servicing adivisor saying that I have to replace the tyre ends rod. Which I told them to replace in the evening I received a call saying my car is still on the ramp and delivery will be given next day .The next day Or received a call saying car is ready but sound still comes from the steering even after replacing the tyre ends which they admitted of wrong diagnosis .I told them to replace the new with the original ones which they agreed . later again I received a call that my power window motor of driver side not working which were in good condition and they said it's just by incident they got damaged . I received the vehicle in the evening on 8-11 2018 with no servicing work done to my satisfaction and with a invoice of Rs.2623/- kindly look into this matter . conclusion no work done and power window winder damaged.aking the car servicing not done proper and damage of power window winder, delivery of car given late .

                I have purchased a new honda brv petrol style model vehicle in the name of g. Gomathy, she is my wife, vehicle registeration no. Py-01-ct-5384 on saturday i. E. On 27.10.2018 in m/s. Aadit auto co private limited, puducherry. With buy back scheme of my old honda city car registration no. Py-01-ce-4005 on 27.10.2018. I handed over my old car rc, insurance everything on booking date. My old car was estimated rs.5, 70, 000 + 50, 000 exchange bonus, at the delivery time of my new vehicle, the accounts section of honda city office, has told me the remaining refund of rs.598, 500/- will be given in the form of cheque in favour of my wife, within 3 days i. E. Before deepavali.

                M/s. Aadit auto car, puducherry branch was received a sum of rs.21, 000/- in advance for booking of honda brv petrol style model. More over, they are giving assurance for taking new vehicle within 10 days. But the staff of honda city office was not arrange new vehicle within 10 days. They are arranging after 20 days from the booking period. Initially they said lie words for booking new vehicle.

                I have purchased my new car of honda brv on hdfc by loan, hdfc have been released full amount to honda city office within the time, after calculation my excess amount of rs.5, 98, 500/- will be due in your side. Pondicherry branch office delaying nearly 11 days, initially they are giving assurance for 3 days for payment. I tried so many times over phone to staff for asked my payment of rs.5, 98, 500/- but they are not responding till date. More over, they are simply said my payment was in process, why other car company in pondicherry they are arranging the difference amount within 2 days. Why they are kept my money isoldated without any interest. More over, i went 2 times to puducherry branch honda office for my money, but the people simply said sir, wait we arranging. Arranging means what. Where is money, why they are kept

                More over, they are not giving any paper for refund of money of rs.5, 98, 500/- why they are not arranging that paper i. E. Regarding refund amount in puducherry branch. Where is the proof of money?.in practice other car company in puducherry they are giving the paper for refund money calculation sheet and letter also.

                This is the second time experience for taking honda car in puducherry branch, initially, i take honda city car py01-ce-4005 the same problem was occurred this time also.

                I send this e. Mail through your office for taking speedy action, other wise i will take legal action against your office and staff for not responding my case.

                  I have purchased Honda city 2017 in Mar 2017. I'm facing issues in Digipad since the first day.

                  After reporting the issues multiple times, they have replaced the once in 2017. Again same issues such as Hang, non-responsive etc, auto volume increase etc...

                  Till today, Honda replaced 4 times but still the issues persists. They keep replacing it but no permanent solution.

                    My self, dinesh chaudhari holding insurance policy number - itg/82452218.
                    Car - honda amaze (Diesel).
                    Vehicle no.: gj-16-bg-2396

                    Protection plate got damaged and door have scratches.

                    The vehicle was submitted to gopinathji honda showroom, bharuch for verification by surveyor. On verification the surveyor initially cleared the claim for both damage occurred. When i went to receive the vehicle protection plate was already changed and new plate was attached but at a same time i was said that claim for protection plate damage is rejected by iffco.
                    When asked the reason for rejection they informed me that based on previous history, plate was already damaged and now it cannot be passed. My concern is when initially plate got damaged i had claimed for its repair, but the personnel from iffco & honda centre verified and asked not to claim and same can be continued as it is in proper condition. Considering their suggestion i continued with same and now iffco personnel are rejecting the claim saying that protection plate was initially damaged. If they really feel that it was initially damaged how come they rejected my initial claim saying its ok to use.

                    Above all there is no communication from iffco personnel, its we who have to always communicate and ask for the resolution.

                    I am facing many problems due to inconvenience. The vehicle is still at honda service center for mentioned dispute.

                    Request you to resolve the matter at earliest.

                      I purchased honda amaze petrol from ring road honda bahadurgarh on october 31/2018 at 7 pm. After gearing and accelerating it makes sound. It seems that it is old one. I went to rr honda bahadurgarh. But no solution. They refer it to rr honda. But no solution. Mrjitender (Bahadurgarh)&kartar singh attended it but no solution.
                      Please attend it, otherwise it will be serious problem in future. Then you people be responsible for that.

                        In march 2017 i have bought one honda city car (Wb 38 ak7301) and i have sold my old maruti swift desire to honda asansol branch. Later honda asansol branch sold the maruti swift desire (Wb 44 b5951, chesis no.- ma 3fseb[protected]) to ramanuj sharma. But till now the owners name and phone number of swift desire car is not changed. The swift desire car has violated 5 traffic cases in kolkata for which kolkata police has served notice to me. If honda asansol do not take any care i shall show kolkata police all documents of selling my old car and i shall take legal action against honda asansol branch.

                              I have honda city zx automatic jan 2018 model. Unfortunately i met with an accident on 12 sept 2018 so i submitted my car to courtsey honda okhla branch new delhi on 12 sept 2018. Now it is more 50 days but the have not repaired it completely because they say spoiler of the car is not available from honda company its self. Kindly supply spoiler of new honda city 2018 to your courtsey honda dealership so that they can repair my car.

                                Hi Honda, namaste

                                I have taken the new Honda amaze car diesel VX on 3rd August in Bangalore (white field Honda) and it is doing good except the following issue.

                                Issue is, some times suddenly some big disgusting sound coming while moving the vehicle. This sound is always coming from the right front wheel and suddenly it will dissappear after few kms drive. I discussed about this with dealer during the first service @1000km. He cleaned up the wheel and still issue occuring frequently. This sound is occuring atleast once a week. Every one looking at my car while driving on road because of this sound out of wheel. By the time when I go to service center it is dissappearing. Now I have recorded the video and you can hear the metal sound when I give a small push to my car. And assume how it sounds on road in a normal speed.

                                Please see the attached video and get a solution for my new car from front wheel issue. I am really not interested to recommend the car to others because of this issue.

                                Hope you fix this.

                                  Sir, i purchased a new hondabrv iam realy proud about it, (Date october2018) but one sad thing hapend that some part of the body got corrrosion. Tht is at the engine cabin&dor side area (I think that says running bord), how is it happens iam confident about the hondaproducts but this incident confusing me. Please take emergency care on it, i had purchased my brv from peninsularhonda kundanoor, kerala.

                                    This is to bring in your knowledge that we own honda amaze. Up 21 ay 0050. And we have a valued insurance policy for the same vehical copy from 21/oct/2018 to 20/oct/2019.

                                    On friday 26th oct 2018 i had a small accident and the same car got damage from front cases a breakage of bumper and right head-light, so i approce to your service center based in moradabad for a claim against the damage on sunday 28th oct, on the same day i inform them that i have a wedding in my family and i want to settle a claim against the same damage by wednesday 31st oct 2018, but they inform me that your policy status is not update yet and we are unable to proccess your claim but i have a valid policy with effect 21st oct 2018 so my issue is that why are not proccess the claim even though i have all valid paper-work. Even i had a discussion with the concern insurance department and he inform me that didnt submit our payment to national insurance company that why your policy status is still not valid. If your insurance department didnt pay the insurance company even though they collected the money for me so its not my responcibility and i am not liable to pay anything about the same damage.

                                    So please do have a look on this matter because there is a wedding of my elder brother and i need this vehical atleast by 1st november 2018. So please help me about the same.

                                      I have been driving my honda city since 4 years and now suddenly the car lags while driver. My car is a honda city vx diesel. On calling the honda technician mr avdesh patel he says car is fine without even test driving it after requesting him to take a test drive we take a short ride and he behaves as if there is absolutely no issue in the car. It seems honda service people just want to listen to themselves rather than customers grievances. Highly disappointed with overall after sales service

                                        I proud to use a honda city car!!!
                                        I have used the honda city diesel full option vehicle from the date of june 2015, but now i thought to change my vehicle due to ur poor service,
                                        I have done the proper maintenance schedule service from the authorized honda service dealer only,
                                        I reported with workshop for the same complaint of sound with somany time,
                                        I am very disappointed to say the apco honda calicut team provided the poor service for my vehicle from 60000 km, my vehicle front sound i have reported the workshop and not yet resolved after 80000 km,

                                        Kindly plz check my vehicle history and plz help to resolve the complaint as earlier possible, if not i need to escalate further,
                                        I have satisfied with your sa attitude, but they could not diagnose my complaint till, sa behavior not only the service, plz took serious action with ur workshop team due to diagnosis is not proper,

                                        I hope u understood my problem & will clear soon
