I have purchased activa 4g from punjab honda kalawad road rajkot. I had got four free services in it. Everytime i give for service it doesnt satisfy the needs. I gave up coz dy wr free services. Now they are charging ₹310 for a service and not doing anything related to conplaint given by us. Even the washing of activa was not at all up to the mark. When we go and complaint for the same, they tell us to come some other day. Wasting time and money literally.

    Hi I am a proud owner of Amaze. Being a lover of the car wish to submit the following deficiencies in production quality...with respect to AC vent frills..very frequently broken and present a sad display to friends and relatives who travel with me..the quality to be improved and clients to compensated with a good quality replacement. 2. The horn is kept at a place exposed to rain and water resulting in very poor sound and poor working of horn.Hope these things are addressed. 3. Mileage improvement is utmost necessity as actual mileage is very poor compared to pier models.

      I just got the delivery of my vehicle from nexa erode. I was driving towards erode and the accident happened in front of sundram honda. Number plate tn 34 u 9095 hit from back of my car hardly, heavy damage of my rear bumper and reversing sensor etc.

      I spoke the honda sevice team manager s. Karthik sundaram honda erode.

      Manager is not at all treating as a professional manner. That answer was disgusting and nonprofessional.
      There is no any action taken to the driver who made the accident
      Same time he gone for another vehicle testing.
      What type of employees are at honda. There is no any training and system to improve safety of customer.

      He accepted the mistake and told i applied brake and it's not stopping.
      It's a childish reply form driver.

      It's a heavy damage to my vehicle
      Waiting for reply and subsequent action taken 2 the manager and the responsible driver

        I’m nikhil menghani. We had just got the all new wrv on the 15th of oct. The car has already started giving problems not even a month.
        The ac is not working properly, the cooling effect isn’t proper. It isn’t cooling behind at all.
        Shubham one of the customer service says we had checked it and it’s proper. But when we had a demo of a another car, the ac was cooling properly and still he says it’s proper.

        I had got a call in the morning saying the car is ready and come to collect the car at 3. When i go, first of all they keep me waiting for an hour and then when i see the car, the car isn’t washed nor they ac is working and nothing is done properly.
        So i had to keep my car again for servicing.

          I wish to inform you that i purchased a bike honda sp shine 125 as on 26/03/2018. The complaint from starting is that missing problem. I contract many time to service manager but they did not solve that problem. Till date bike has servicd 04 time but problem not solved.

          So, please take an action as soon as possible. I will wait only for two days otherwise i am going to consumer court.

            I had send my car honda city ivtech hr 06x 3678 in lally auto mobiles honda show room in panipat for checking sound from wheel on dated 05.03.2018. After checking they told me that your wheel bearing has damaged & same to be replaced. They had replaced my bearing. Now i have been transferred from panipat refinery to gujarat refinery. Also i have been re-register my car in vadodara with no. Gj 06lk 1457. Same sound again coming from same wheel. For checking same i had send my car aspen honda show room in vadodara on dated 13.10.2018. After checking they told me that your wheel bearing has damaged & same to be replaced. It has almost seven month & same bearing found damage. It is not acceptable to me this kind of product/spare parts making by dealer of honda. I am a family member of honda from last seven years & faith in you as honda product is highly reliable. Kindly do the needful at your end for replacing the bearing as dealer not agree to replace the same. Invoice copy of bill on dated 05.03.2018 has attached herewith for your reference.

            I compliant about MH Honda Ropar. Staff is so slow. They don't accept call at reception. Not to satisfy the customer. Me gave only 1 mark out of 10 .1 mark is only for your product.

              Since 1988 i am using honda city and from 1994 using honda mobilio sir, there is no high maintenance work on honda city till date, thanks to honda team. But after purchasing the honda mobilio 4 years, this week the vehicle is heating suddenly, therefore, i have enquired about this from service station, they told 2 nos. Of cooling fan of this vehicle is damaged. Sir, honda like company manufactured and fitted this type of cooling fan on car. The service centre cannot explain the reason for this complaint. Sir, the capacity of cooling fan for running one lac km only?. Whether this has happened due to production defect or any other reason. Service centre infd the cost for changing the cooling fan and motor about rs.30, 000/-. I would request sir, please look into it seriously and sort out the problem immediately.

                Sir/ madam i manoj kumar sihara s/o summer shiv ram meena book a new honda amaze vxmt (D) on 16.06.2018 wide cheque no 158893 from pnb account no [protected] (Ifsc punb0331100) for amount rs.21000.00 (Ruppes twenty one thousand only). Due to non availability of vehicle on time i had cancelled my booking of car well in time through email on[protected]. But after the regular follow up with the executive no response. So before i proceed for legal action i requested to refund my booking amount as soon as possible. Thanks

                I bought a Honda WRV which comes with an outdated Digipad 1.0 which doesn't support Andriod auto or car play. Now they have launched Honda Amaze which costs less but supports both Android auto and carry play. Honda should give its customers an option to upgrade to Digipad 2 with minimal cost.

                  I own amaze car since last 3-4 years. Since last 1 year, i am facing a problem. Car suddenly does nt start. This happens suddenly... Could happen any day... Could happen any time. Honda showrooms have failed to diagnos the reason.
                  When honda customer care is contacted via-e-mail, the manager, will reply with you all sweet words, but will never come to the point and solve the problem.
                  Customer car manager in my case was mrs shabnam mansuri.
                  In reply to her email, when a reply was sent, no response is received even after a month.
                  At the time of buying honda car, i was on a high note assuming that i was buying a good technology car backed by a good service team. However after 1 year of bad experience, i am assured of the fact that they werent able to keep on their tall promises and even their technical knowledge is now a question mark.

                  Hi I brought the Honda jazz vechile in july from green Honda services in hyderbad.I got gift voucher of Bluetooth speaker on my car but not yet delivered waiting from 4months. If I ask in showroom they saying they dont know about that. Take it forward how much time I need to wait. It’s very bad not delivering from 4months

                      Dear sir/madam,
                      I have a honda city diesel car dl3cbe -8999 which i have been regularly getting serviced from prime honda vaishali and and once from sterling honda and was purchased in feb 2014. Day before yesterday i noticed heat indicator was blinking on my car so i stopped my car and let it cool down. Yesterday i had to drop my son to his school after coming back from school i noticed that some liquid was dripping from under the bonnet when i checked this liquid was coming out from coolant box, checked radiator which too had same color liquid as this liquid had color of oil when i checked engine oil to my surprise my engine oil indication was very low when i had only ran the car for 4000 kms after service and there was no low oil indication on the electronic display and is still not showing low oil indication as has been mentioned by vaishali service center on my job sheet as well. Is there any use of so many indicators when they do not work? After this i had talk with prime honda vaishali service center as all my service have been done by them last one was in may 2018 they told me not to drive the car anymore as engine might seize and get the car toed to their service center so i did so. When i reached the service center they told me that it would cost you 9000+ tax for checking the car and after that it would depend on you whether you would like us to do any further works or would like to take the car in the condition as it is in but would have to pay the money in any case and time could be as long as 10 days.
                      I have only run my car 55000 kms since purchasing it and consider it to be almost new since even prime honda is selling resale cars which have done more than 60000 kms at their showroom and car at in such state is demanding engine works is as if like they are on a person running on ventilator. I am surprised at the cheap quality parts being used when consumers are paying so much for purchasing new cars and they have so low life of 55000 kms and 4.5 years is really depressing to see and that too from manufacturers such as honda. My condition seems like as if some loved one is lying on hospital bed as everyone develops feeling for something you have used single handedly and doctors say that we are not sure whether we would be able to save him or not even if you pay money. Please honda i have already paid you a lot of money when i purchased this car and even paid you good money when i got my car serviced every time so you too should have some accountability and get my car repaired at earliest and please do not ask me for more money as my installments are still pending for same car. Please do not exploit customers who hold so much faith in you as i have been honda cars since last 11 years before this car i had honda city petrol dl3cbe 0110 which i used to get serviced from prime honda vaishali only please check records from mobile number.
                      Hope that i get this family member back from honda hospital back as soon as possible it would be very grateful of you if you could help.
                      As on 20 oct. 2018 evening 6:30 i got a call from prime honda vaishali that expenses on my car would be around 1.8 lacs to 2.0 lacs i am living in real world or what i have paid around 12.5 lacs to buy this car now does it only has life of 4.5 years and 55000 kms. Such is the low quality product they are using in their cars that they do not last long or they have experimented with us by launching such diesel cars as they did not have diesel cars before 2014. There should be corporate laws in india for such thing otherwise these people would keep cheating people as i have no choice left either leave the car in condition it is in or pay such a amount in which i can add some more amount and buy some other brand small car.

                        I have purchased new honda amaze from g s auto world (Galaxy honda) on 10.10.2018. Even after 10 days they are not able to complete the registration and staff is totally untrained. I have suffered too many losses because i can't go anywhere in my car without registration. I think honda cars are only for garage not for road. I am contacting them daily 2 to 3 times but they have only excuses.

                          I purchased honda wrv petrol top vx model and they had given me only 1 centre locking key while all other companies are giving 2 centre locking keys. When i call customer assistance they said they had no idea regarding this even i contacted the dealer they also say they had no idea
                          I called companies head office in noida but no one is picking up any call

                          Also there is no support for android auto and apple car play in wrv infotainment system and also there is bluetooth lag

                          We pay very huge amount while buying car but after that no one is there to help and solve the problem
                          Kindly solve this matter

                            This is to bring to your notice, the unprofessional and pathetic service experience that i had to go thru during the last service of my above mentioned vehicle a few days back .

                            Note the following and let me know what action is being taken to salvage the above :

                            - I opted for home pick up & drop of my vehicle since I was traveling & gave the complete address ( which should be already existing in your system as this was the third time ) to the customer care over phone while booking the service .

                            - Next day while on airport transits, your driver kept calling me for address

                            - The service manager called me mentioning all four tyres needed replacement wherein my vehicle has just done 33k KMS ( I need in writing that my tyres need replacement because i want to take this up with Honda Company that within 33k kms, the tyres havent lasted .

                            - Then he told me battery is also weak and needs to be replaced as there was a starting trouble, i told him that it wasn't the car battery but it was the automatic key's battery that had gone weak and the orange light indicator was also on for the same, he said he will check and get back .

                            - Finally, i got a call that the car service is thru, again the delivery driver kept calling me saying he hasnt been given any address .

                            - My vehicle was delivered with no petrol and did not start the next day, i had to go get fuel in a bottle to even start the vehicle - WHEN A CUSTOMER IS PAYING UP 13K FOR SERVICE, CANT YOU GUYS LEAVE ATLEAST A LITRE OF FUEL WHICH CAN BE EVEN CHARGED !!!

                            - The car key battery was not replaced and car is returned in the same condition with starting trouble - WHY ?????

                            - There are grease finger stains left on the roof inside the car, vehicle was handed over without a single mark /stain in the interior .

                            This was the last time i have come to you guys and really disgusted with the sloppy customer service

                              Dear sir,
                              I am the unfortunate owner of a honda brio car (Reg. No. Kl7ch 9603). My car was given for service on the 1st of october to peninsular honda, kochi for service & i had also complained regarding a gear box issue.
                              Today, after 17 days, i still haven’t got my car and the dealer tells me that he is not sure as to when he can give my car back after the repairs, as he complains that honda cars india has not shipped the parts (Gear box) yet.
                              We have had 12 honda cars in our family so far and at this point of time, we still have 5 honda cars, including this one.
                              It’s is very very unfortunate that a trusted company like honda itself is breaking the belief a customer has in the company. Neither the customer care call center nor the dealership is giving me a correct and precious update as to when will i get my car back? I want an answer and not excuses or sorry messages. Also, as the car is under extended warranty, what is the non-explainable delay from the side of honda? Are you trying to hide some information regarding low quality parts you have used in your car? I also hereby urge you to instruct the dealership to give me a stand by car, till such time, i get back my car, as it only me & myself, who has under gone the miserable hardships, with out my car for the last 17 days. Also please note, my car was never flooded or neither did the floods affect the place, where i stay.

                                I have suffering from severe starting problem in my new honda activa 4g which i purchased in February 2018. i registered this problem at the time of all three servicings done at different honda service centres, 8 days back i went for 3rd servicing but the problem still exists. today i started my Activa 4 g in 26th kick despite chock was also on, please do the needful in this regard and try to resolve my problem at earliest.

                                  Yesterday i booked for my honda city car water wash in mansister city honda coimbatore. They said they will send a drive to my house and pickup my vehicle for water wash at 10.30 a.M. By 10.00 a.M they called my number i didn't attend. Then i called the service center by 10.30 a.M. They said that they will pickup then vehicle in few minutes. Now the time is 1.10 noon till now they didn't responded to my call. Why?

                                    I have purchased "honda new amaze vx i - vtech" model car on 06.09.2018 from the dealer tvs sundaram honda, erode district, tamil nadu. On driving, while changing for reverse gear, i have noticed a sound from the engine area. The same was also complaint during my first service. They told that gear arc and beam relating to reverse gear has to be changed and it's a manufacturing default.. But i regret to inform you that changing gear parts within 2 months of purchasing a new car that too from honda is totally not acceptable.. Even though it could be rectifyable, changing parts in a new car is highly makes me unhappy.. Is the spare part is worthy as in original? How long it will be good? How can i trust its quality? Original itself damaged within a month period, then how can i trust ur spare part? We need your reply.

                                      I have purchased honda city cars three years ago from your kochi dealer vision honda. Bearing kl-42 l 4242. I have check up the vehicle time to time the same service station. Now a days there is some issues relating gear box. The service people telling that it may charge 1.5 lakhs for repairing the same. I am shocked for hearing that the branded honda company's product gear box and allied mechanism durability is very less. As customer of your vehicle i cannot afford that because i am surprising your vehicle's warranty. My vehicle is reached only 75000 km. Kindly get a proper solution to my grievance. Now my car is vision honda's palarivattom, kochi garage.

                                        After having worst experience with Suzuki 125 access I bought Activa 04.09.2018 from Regency motors Jammu [protected]@kwith all aspirations, but have been suffering worst service. On First service, Scotty was delivered after 2 days and a minor insurance issue git more than a week. Even then part was not replaced but denting and painting was done within a month time of purchase. After 2 days of purchase engine oil started leaking and even after visiting workshop on 2 occasions and wasting a lot of time, leakage is still there . Such a worst service is denting the Activa brand. Kindly lay down instructions and resole my issue of engine oil leakage without wasting mush time.
