Dear all,
Being a renowned car maker i found lack of accessories in my car which is essential form my point of view. Example car bonnet heat shield cotton hood and rear luggage area where there is no shield available and found wiring open. As i own honda amaze i found other car makers provide all these facility in there low end cars. So kindly take this matter as essential for all customers and waiting for your positive reply.

    I m a p rajasingh, have purchased a honda activa5g from anurad motors, kalyan east maharashtra.in july 22 2018. Till date 22 sept 2018 haven't yet received the registration number. And they are cheating us and not paying the tax. Plz take action and do the needful for us. It had been 2 months from the date of purchase and lost the 1st service too. Due to their neglecnce.

      Given complaint to HONDA Site almost two days but today they checked and Honda engineer told to dealer person they will not give warranty.
      That Honda engineer told to dealer person clean & paint the part and deliver the vehicle.
      Why not give warranty.

        Dear sir/madam
        I had pre booked new honda amaze on 11/05/2018 {receipt no b18-19113} from your dealer libra honda placed in dhanbad and purchased it on 17/09/2018. When i booked my car the ex showroom price was rs. 709900/- for honda amaze v mt (Red) but when i purchased the same car varient and colour too the ex showroom price charged by me was 716500/-. The dealer (Libra honda) didn't say any thing about the hiked price before delivery of car.
        The total incident fully disapponting me and breached the customer's trust for prestigeous honda.

        Please do the needful so that i could pay my pre booked price and also take precautions for no body else chitted by your dealers.

          My car no. Mh47a855 was inspected for starting trouble by technician mr. Rajesh on[protected]. He submitted report on mobile to some person and an appointment for pickup was fixed for 20-9-18 at 11.30 hrs. No one came to pickup the car. When i called again today at 17.30 hrs. I was told to tow the car to their showroom or wait till monday for pickup. I think i made a mistake by purchasing a honda city car. We also own a toyota innove. Service of toyota is much more better.

            I have followed more then 20times for rto number as ragistration with landmark honda. But i didn't get proper reply from them why it is being delay more? Even my other relatives get it within 15days after buy on same days.

                This is to inform you that i santosh gupta brought city vmt from delight honda, sarita vihar, delhi on 8th aug 2018 & till now they haven’t applied for my rc. My temporary registration has also expired on 13th sept due to which i’m not able to use my vehicle. Every time i call them they give a very unsatisfactory & ignorant response.                   Can i rate you people in negative rating.

                  With reference to the communication id : 1 - [protected], i have been requesting to honda cars to change the insured name as per the rc copy. But i am not getting any response from these lazy peoples even after 3rd reminders. As per rc, insured name is amit sharma but as per honda dealer`s records the vehicle is in the name of m/s new yadav tourist. I have received the call from the concerned dealer (Ms. Nitika) that she will get it rectified, now she is not even bothered to respond on my calls. Now i do not have any other option other then to take this issue on social media.

                    This is to inform that, i j sridhar booked a honda new city vht petrol golden brown colour with your authoried dealer m/s magnum honda, rmv extn, bangalore 560080 on 21.8.2018 by paying booking amount of rs.10000/- vide their receipt no. Cc/aug/18/51 dt 21.8.2018. The sales consultant in the mentioned showroom is mr. Aninda s kundu.
                    Due to some unavoidable reasons i had to drop the idea of buying the car and the same was informed to mr aninda s kundu on 25.8.2018 by sms with a request to refund the booking amount of rs.10000/-. He promised me that the amount will be refunded within 10 working days.
                    But i am surprised that even after lapse of 25 days the booking amount is yet to be refunded to me. I have already given my account details to mr aninda s kundu for refund of the booking amount. I have made number of calls to aninda s kundu requesting him to do the needful. But unfortunately he is dodging by giving false information by saying:
                    1. Cheque is ready
                    2. Amount is transferred to ur account, will give u reference number.
                    3.in case money is not transferred to ur account today u can come collect
                    Cash from the show room.
                    4. This is going on for number of days.

                    Are u doing business out of customers booking amount or ur sales conultant is not properly informed about the sales process. It may be true that ur sales consultant is not competent to handle customer grievances.
                    Will u look into the matter and address my grievance by today i. E, 18.9.2018 by crediting the mentioned amount. Or else i may have to escalate the matter by approaching appropriate authority to solve by problem.

                      I have purchased a honda city car from deccan honda, pune in the year 2017. To renew the insuance policy, the dealer said that it is necessary to take insuance policy from him or other wise they will not co-operate at the time of a insurance claim if any. The insurance offered from dealers end is more expensive than the premiums offered from other insurance companies.

                      I just wanted to understand, is it necessary to purchase the insurance from the honda city dealer???

                        I, dr. Rasik bagade, purchased a new honda city vx (Mh20 ee 8361) car in 2017 from hondo city dealer, deccan honda, aurangabad.
                        However, i regret to state that the performance of the car in terms of safety and security of the passengers including the driver is far from satisfactory as the tyres of the car have below
                        Performance. Indeed, the left-front tyre of my car was burst within the first three months of its purchase, which was duly replaced by me and was paid for the same.
                        After few days, the incidence recurred as the same tyre i. E. Left-front got burst and was declared not-repairable by the company.

                        Indeed, this is not first incidence of tyre bursting in honda city car as many incidences have been reported in the media. Tyre bursting is an issue that needs to be dealt with utmost sincerity and seriousness as it has implications for the life-safety of the occupants of the car.

                        Considering the recurrence of the problem, repairing costs and most importantly life-safety of the car occupants, i request you to kindly do the needful for the repair/rectification of the issue at the
                        Earliest.

                          Dear sir,
                          I purchased one honda city car in september 2015. Regular servicing is being provided by krishna honda motors at rourkela efficiently. Two months ago i had problem with left front door handle and the same was replaced. Now i face same problem on right side door handle. Lock is not affected.
                          It may be noted that i drive the car myself and always parked in secure parking place in my hospital. Hence i donot agree that anybody had mishandled.
                          I do not accept that the flagship car of honda will show these problems within a period of 2 and half year unless there is some manufacturing defect or designing problem.
                          I request you that the matter should be viewed seriously and the part replaced without cost. My vehicle is on extended warranty when problem occurred.

                            Due to wrong wheels alignment by coastal honda (Service centre) verna plateau salcete goa my honda br-v front tyres were damaged within the 15000 km of drive.
                            This was happen due to fault of service centre, (Coastal honda verna plateau salcete goa) now they are not to ready to exchange them, for same they are asking money from me
                            Please look into matter and do the needful as early as possible.

                              Hello team,

                              Greetings for the day!

                              This is regarding the new car purchased ‘amaze ‘, from the dealer cherish honda, in rohini in june’17. During the purchase deal, we came across with the security gadget named ‘ honda connect’. We seek more details about the gadget, and got convinced with its utility and purchased the same from the dealer. However, during the purchase we were not informed about its consumption of car battery.
                              Our usage of amaze was not high, and was driven once or twice in a month. Resulting to which, as and when we try to start the car always land up with battery down problem.
                              We have to connect with dealer, thinking some problem in the car and how can new car battery be down in so less time. Dealer got the complete car rechecked, also changed the battery realizing can be battery fault.

                              However, the problem persist, till the time we got the honda connect gadget removed from the car post completion of one year (Ie at the time of renewal). And, now the car is up running fine, with no battery problem.

                              We asked many at times with the dealer, that may be that honda connect is taking battery, so check removing it for few days, however they denied saying that no that product has no link with this problem.

                              This background is to request you to take this complaint on priority and help us getting refundd of amount xxx, paid in purchase of ‘honda connect’, which was sold by the dealer concealing the facts that product takes car battery and the inconvenience we bear for complete one year because of that.

                                I purchased honda brv in june 2017 from delhi branch.in month of july 2018 on 27th because of heavy rain here at my location in ghaziabad, my car suffered with water logging issue and there after next day morning 28th july, i sent my car to prime honda (Vaishali branch - workshop). Now its been 40 days passed, every week i hear from there people that my car will be ok next week, but there next week never come so far. Yesterday i visited prime honda vaishali (Ghaziabad) branch, there i got to know that there is one part not available and that is only available by 17th oct. Means by max i can get my car back in month of november now. This is really frustrating as a customer means i have to wait my car to back at my place for almost 4 months.

                                  Really feeling ashamed on the Service knowledge of Sundaram Honda, Salem, Tamil Nadu, India.
                                  Door Handles were serviced by Sundaram Honda & lubrication has done. After 6 months same issues happened.
                                  This time Sundaram Honda said, all the 4 Doors handles to be replaced.
                                  Please note my car is less used, less than 25000 kms & parked in covered area, since i relocated to UAE.

                                  Sundaram Honda Salem, Service Representative & the manager has no idea why the door handles are not working properly. There is no damage, no wear & tear, cable is very good.
                                  But still they want to replace.
                                  I spent the whole day in Sundaram Honda& i really surprised no body know the "Method of service".

                                  When i checked outside normal garage, he clearly explained what is the problem, There is a Bush missing in all the Door Handles.
                                  Please refer attached photos for reference.

                                  For Missing of small Bush, Sundaram Honda asked me to pay INR 12000 for replacing all the 4 Handles.
                                  Door Handle Bushes are missed because previously door handles are opened by a untrained Sundaram Honda executive.

                                  Please educate your service agents.
                                  Really disappointed on the service knowledge of Salem Sundaram Honda.

                                    When i have purchased honda xblade the bike was running very smoothly but after 1st service i am facing lots of problems i have given bike to service in vihan motors in thane but after servicing the bike not running properly engine getting off automatically when i stop and not getting pickup also then after i have given a bike to resolve the issue to vihan motors 3 time but they did not solve it all and they created more issues bike silencer firing was changed and even i don't get a mileage also and bike getting vibrate and getting heat also after riding in few km what a # going on if they did not have a nice mechanic then they why open the service centre they to shut down the service centre please rectify my problem and resolve it as soon as possible please

                                      My carpurchase date 27 july 2017 after purchase dec 2017 battery are fail in mumbai boriwali then i neelam auto, dattpada boriwali east they will replace battery after more fighting and after 8 to 10 days and i again service my car in june 2018 in pune kothari hyundai till date my car battry is fail on road i call pratiksha mam kothari hyundai they will not respond get well i call customer care on 12:30pm till 10:47 is no service is available i expected they will change my battery on site my car location

                                        Job regarding i was talk hr. Tanu sharma ([protected]) was call me. She was offered me as supervisor post, than said me to pay the 1350rs as security amount, than i was clear the interview for the post supervisor. Where few day later call from rajeev sir ([protected]) from ahmadabad training center. He said me to pay the amount for training that amount will refund within 3 days in training time. Than he said paid the amount 10, 000rs for dispatch your two uniform dresses and at training time provide mobile and laptop but i refuse it. Next day call came from cancellation department rayan sir ([protected]) he was help me to say you pay 8000rs and i will manage the 2000rs rupees and i will happly paid it because i am from middle class family and i need urgent job because family condition was not good and i drop out the study from collage. Rayan sir again call and said pay the amount 7000 again from your residence facility from ahmadabad i was shocked because my all money deposits to honda company. I was refuse the job and said refund my all amount, after no one receive my call, than i tanu sharma she said within day your amount will refund but one month was left no response from any one and all numbers are switch off currently

Arjun Sir Transfer the call from senior he said your money is refundable don't worry it but you pay the GST and NOC which is total amount 7000 after your money is conform to transfer to your account I am getting shock I already arranged the money for last transactions. Arjun sir daily calling me and said when you paid that money ? other wise your file will move in waiting list. I am very frusted. I discussed my problem with sir and they compromise to pay the GST amount only than I arranged from friends to deposit the 4000rs but arjun sir said no its your money you had also pay For NOC because I complain against the Company. After 2-3 days I 3500rs paid that also and again say pay again 3500 that the final amount And last amount after your all money will refund within hour or day I Am very frusted because I had no money but some friends help to refund my money I 3500 paid again in Defferent account sended by arjun sir ( [protected]/[protected]) Account details

                                        I was pay on Wednesday of 26 September, than arjun sir is text message me that you just wait on Saturday our account Department is absent they would came on Saturday I will refund your amount on Saturday. On Saturday 29 September I call him but they cut my phone and message me that you wait at evening your refund is done. but at evening I call back but their no. is switch off or out of coverage area. please help me. If they not refund my money than I will case file against the company. I have all the evidence against him. just last try this after I will Case The FIR. Because I am very Frusted they cheated on me total amount is 30000rs this is big money for me and the 50% money is friends because they know what's condition of me and my family. I have Fee receipts of Transection from the account...please help me...!
