Greetings for the day!
This is regarding the new car purchased ‘amaze ‘, from the dealer cherish honda, in rohini in june’17. During the purchase deal, we came across with the security gadget named ‘ honda connect’. We seek more details about the gadget, and got convinced with its utility and purchased the same from the dealer. However, during the purchase we were not informed about its consumption of car battery.
Our usage of amaze was not high, and was driven once or twice in a month. Resulting to which, as and when we try to start the car always land up with battery down problem.
We have to connect with dealer, thinking some problem in the car and how can new car battery be down in so less time. Dealer got the complete car rechecked, also changed the battery realizing can be battery fault.
However, the problem persist, till the time we got the honda connect gadget removed from the car post completion of one year (Ie at the time of renewal). And, now the car is up running fine, with no battery problem.
We asked many at times with the dealer, that may be that honda connect is taking battery, so check removing it for few days, however they denied saying that no that product has no link with this problem.
This background is to request you to take this complaint on priority and help us getting refundd of amount xxx, paid in purchase of ‘honda connect’, which was sold by the dealer concealing the facts that product takes car battery and the inconvenience we bear for complete one year because of that.
