I purchased honda brv in june 2017 from delhi branch.in month of july 2018 on 27th because of heavy rain here at my location in ghaziabad, my car suffered with water logging issue and there after next day morning 28th july, i sent my car to prime honda (Vaishali branch - workshop). Now its been 40 days passed, every week i hear from there people that my car will be ok next week, but there next week never come so far. Yesterday i visited prime honda vaishali (Ghaziabad) branch, there i got to know that there is one part not available and that is only available by 17th oct. Means by max i can get my car back in month of november now. This is really frustrating as a customer means i have to wait my car to back at my place for almost 4 months.

    Dear Honda,
    Really feeling ashamed on the Service knowledge of Sundaram Honda, Salem, Tamil Nadu, India.
    Door Handles were serviced by Sundaram Honda & lubrication has done. After 6 months same issues happened.
    This time Sundaram Honda said, all the 4 Doors handles to be replaced.
    Please note my car is less used, less than 25000 kms & parked in covered area, since i relocated to UAE.

    Sundaram Honda Salem, Service Representative & the manager has no idea why the door handles are not working properly. There is no damage, no wear & tear, cable is very good.
    But still they want to replace.
    I spent the whole day in Sundaram Honda& i really surprised no body know the "Method of service".

    When i checked outside normal garage, he clearly explained what is the problem, There is a Bush missing in all the Door Handles.
    Please refer attached photos for reference.

    For Missing of small Bush, Sundaram Honda asked me to pay INR 12000 for replacing all the 4 Handles.
    Door Handle Bushes are missed because previously door handles are opened by a untrained Sundaram Honda executive.

    Please educate your service agents.
    Really disappointed on the service knowledge of Salem Sundaram Honda.

      When i have purchased honda xblade the bike was running very smoothly but after 1st service i am facing lots of problems i have given bike to service in vihan motors in thane but after servicing the bike not running properly engine getting off automatically when i stop and not getting pickup also then after i have given a bike to resolve the issue to vihan motors 3 time but they did not solve it all and they created more issues bike silencer firing was changed and even i don't get a mileage also and bike getting vibrate and getting heat also after riding in few km what a # going on if they did not have a nice mechanic then they why open the service centre they to shut down the service centre please rectify my problem and resolve it as soon as possible please

        My carpurchase date 27 july 2017 after purchase dec 2017 battery are fail in mumbai boriwali then i neelam auto, dattpada boriwali east they will replace battery after more fighting and after 8 to 10 days and i again service my car in june 2018 in pune kothari hyundai till date my car battry is fail on road i call pratiksha mam kothari hyundai they will not respond get well i call customer care on 12:30pm till 10:47 is no service is available i expected they will change my battery on site my car location

          Hello i am pradeep valvi

          Job regarding i was talk hr. Tanu sharma ([protected]) was call me. She was offered me as supervisor post, than said me to pay the 1350rs as security amount, than i was clear the interview for the post supervisor. Where few day later call from rajeev sir ([protected]) from ahmadabad training center. He said me to pay the amount for training that amount will refund within 3 days in training time. Than he said paid the amount 10, 000rs for dispatch your two uniform dresses and at training time provide mobile and laptop but i refuse it. Next day call came from cancellation department rayan sir ([protected]) he was help me to say you pay 8000rs and i will manage the 2000rs rupees and i will happly paid it because i am from middle class family and i need urgent job because family condition was not good and i drop out the study from collage. Rayan sir again call and said pay the amount 7000 again from your residence facility from ahmadabad i was shocked because my all money deposits to honda company. I was refuse the job and said refund my all amount, after no one receive my call, than i tanu sharma she said within day your amount will refund but one month was left no response from any one and all numbers are switch off currently

He said You have 2 Transection so you pay the 2000 of two challan than your money will refund within hour. I have no money but I toughly arrange and pay on account

          Than Sir call back me and said our senior officer talk with you on 14 September. Arjun Sir Transfer the call from senior he said your money is refundable don't worry it but you pay the GST and NOC which is total amount 7000 after your money is conform to transfer to your account I am getting shock I already arranged the money for last transactions. Arjun sir daily calling me and said when you paid that money ? other wise your file will move in waiting list. I am very frusted. I discussed my problem with sir and they compromise to pay the GST amount only than I arranged from friends to deposit the 4000rs but arjun sir said no its your money you had also pay For NOC because I complain against the Company. On Saturday 29 September I call him but they cut my phone and message me that you wait at evening your refund is done. but at evening I call back but their no. is switch off or out of coverage area. please help me. If they not refund my money than I will case file against the company. I have all the evidence against him. just last try this after I will Case The FIR. Because I am very Frusted they cheated on me total amount is 30000rs this is big money for me and the 50% money is friends because they know what's condition of me and my family. I have Fee receipts of Transection from the account...please help me...!

            About 3 months ago, I had booked the Amaze car on the abhikaran Honda, But till date, I have never heard of anybody from abhikaran Honda, when I had booked a landmark Honda Same in Indore on the day of the day.And from that I have also taken the car, Landmark Honda's service is very good but the agency did not expect a phone from abhikaran Honda Mr., Manoj had said that if the car does not come, call me and tell him so far no call has come for him, I had spoken a matter before canceling the booking but the booking has not been canceled till date, please cancel my booking and give me the payment from RTGS or NIFT.

              My car honda city (Kl 55 s 4867) met with an accident on 12.08.2018 and the vehicle handed over in your showroom apco honda malappuram, kerala on 13.08.2018. Till date the vehicle is not delivered after repairing. I think the staff at the above showroom is not prompt in delivery of the vehicle in time. Due to this it causes a lot of inconvienience in our day to day life. Kindly look into this problem seriously and do the needful at the earliest.

Gj16bk5741 has been undergone service and they thrice took car for the same issue and not solve yet and now they hv sent car jus like tht all problmes settled when calling them they jus said put the car will check it. Main issue is im not free for daily basis and put car everytime if they cant find the sollution then. They hv to give pick up drop service.

                  I recently bought a honda web car from admire honda dehradun. It had been more than a week and they have not given me the temporary registration number. Whenever i ask them i am always answered with an excuse and with a confirmation of receiving the number the next day but i get to hear it everyday.
                  I can't drive my car until i get the number
                  Can you please guide me and it would be very generous of you to help me with this

                    I am owner of honda city vx purchased last year.
                    During my last service with saphire honda, the gps card was removed and given to me.
                    When i inserted it back, it stopped working.
                    I took the car to saphire honda service and they told they will claim warranty for the gps card (Invoice attached).
                    More than 2 people tested the card and it did not work.
                    I was called again to provide serial number of the music system and i had to wait for 2 hours at the service center as the warranty guy was not available. Though he had confirmed me in the morning to come at the specified time.
                    Now, after 1 week i get a call from service center that there is a crack in the card and warranty cannot be claimed.
                    I gave the card without any crack for sure and 2 people had tested it as well. How a crack invisible to naked eye be so visible in the picture sent for warranty.
                    I visited the service and they tell me to come on weekend as warranty person was not available.
                    After 2 weeks, i visited them to at least show the damaged card. But again, the warranty person is not there.

                    After complaining to honda, they returned the card which is clearly cracked (Pic attached). Please ask saphire honda to provide a new card because:
                    1. The gps card stopped working when it was removed inside their service centre.
                    2. They broke the card during the warranty claim process.
                    3. Even if i assume the card was cracked when i gave them, they should provide a new card as it is their mistake to accept a cracked card.

                    There is no update from HCIL. They simply forward the complain to Saphire HONDA, without taking any action. Please avoid HONDA. Go for other car brands.
                    ENGINE OIL likge in new brv car last 1 year back
                    Two days back I had given my Activia for servicing. Today they gave my bike. Whatever work v had said was not at all done. Bike not even washed. Pathetic service. People waiting in que but no one to answer. No proper billing staff. It's a ridiculous experience ever. I paid 1900/- rs for servicing. Mh 12 mq 2753.

                      Hello,

                      I purchased Honda City(zx) Diesel in May 2018.

                      Last week I faced a problem of flat Tyre (front left) initially I thought it's a case of a puncture so I took it to the local shop to my surprise the guy there told me that there is no puncture so he just filled the air and asked me to observer for few hours but after an hour or so the tyre became flat again, so I went to the garage again and this time he did a thorough checking and showed to me that there is a crack in the alloy wheel and hence the air is leaking.

                      Then t to my car dealer Deccan Honda pimpri, however just by looking once the guys there told me that the crack is because of an impact and it is not manufacturing fault so they can't do anything with it. I told them that there was no such impact and if there was then there must be something else in the case as well which is damaged they checked the whole body of the case but couldn't find anything but still they were of the opinion that it is because of a impact that car might have bumped on a pot hole.

                      I am surprised that how can alloy wheel get a crack because of small impacts on the road, if there was a major accident or something then I would agree that it may have broken the alloy wheel which is not the case.

                      I am pretty sure that the crack was already there since the time I purchased the car and with time it just increased and then got to a point where it started leaking the air.

                      I am very disappointed with the behavior of Deccan Honda Pimpri, they simply tried to run away from the issue and now I am in a situation wherein I don't have a spare tyre! All they told me was - we will drop a mail to Honda customer care and then wait for their reply till that time there is nothing they can do.

                      I need an explanation as to how come a alloy wheel (which costs around Rs.10000) can get a crack just after 7600 km of running, and if it does get a crack then how come it is not covered under warranty?

                        I bought honda city diesel top model in year 2014. From last two years a typical issue has cropped up, there is heavy water logging under the break and clutch peddle and also at same place on codriver side, even after a light drizzle.
                        I got it checked at samara honda mayapuri, new delhi and also at gurgaon during servicing of the vehicle, they assured of rectification but problem still prevails.
                        I have notified the same to samara honda mayapuri and at gurgaon also during their feedback calls.
                        Continuous water logging in front side, more on the driver side has led to bad smell in the car and may lead to corrosion of floor metal sheet.
                        May i therefore request you to kindly suggest me a solution to this problem and send your qualified technician to diagnose the problem and rectify it at the earliest.
                        This will ensure my continued trust in honda quality and customer care.

                          I have purchased honda city car registration no. Mh43 as 6719 in aug 2017 from hallmark nerul.

                          Now my car is due for first paid service and hallmark nerul has provided service offer for 2 years. Upon approaching for negotiation to mr. Ayub khan general manager service hallmark honda has rudely refuted to even discuss and told me that the given offer is non-negotiable. I asked him contact details of his boss, so that i can discuss with his boss as he is not ready to discuss any thing on given offer. Mr. Ayub khan rudely refuted to share his boss contact details.

                          Understand that hallmark nerul is only dealer and service provider in whole of navi mumbai and they have no competitor which is failure on account of honda india, in tern honda japan.

                          Knowing above fact that no one can challenge hallmark nerul in navi mumbai region and until the warranty period and even after warranty period all cars to service in their workshop, so they have become non-negotiable at any cost.

                          Since i had discussions with mr. Ayub i'm afraid that whenever my car will go to their workshop they will create some or other problem to me (Being monopoly).

                          Now its honda responsibility to see that i should not suffer and warranty shall remain even i would not go for any service. Honda has to provide alternative solution for service.

                          Hope honda being global company of reputation will understand it and suitably provide solution on this issue.

                          Looking forward for your quick response, until will not send my car to hallmark for any services.

                            We are totally dissatisfied with the after sale service. On[protected] we went for the 1 st service but they returned us our activa in the same condition they didn't return our vehicle on time n took 2 days to return us without solving our problem which we faced. On 7-9-18 we went for second service again we faced the same problem this time also they even misbehaved with us n they are not providing any service to us we are facing the problem in our vehicle since we have purchased they are giving baseless excuses they are not considering any complaint from us

                              This is to bring to kind your notice regarding the poor customer service on my 1.5 yrs old wrv car. It has repeat issue with chrorme plate lock and 4 times this issue has been reported. I also have feeling that i was handed over used car as it was the 1st wrv sold in ahmedabad on day of launch.

                              The design is so weak that anyone trying to pull it by mistake also it comes out. For this honda support team is not cooperating and willing to accept the defect in car.
                              I have had multiple other issues with the car since the time of purchase. There is still some gear shift issue after repair also.

                              The experience with honda has been just not good as per the brand name and i feel sorry for being honda car owner.
                              I have owned ford, suzuki, duster but never ever faced any such poor quality.

                              I can pay and get it repaired but there is no guarantee that it will not reoccur. How can company be so insensitive towards customer service?
                              I feel sad after purchasing this car.
                              I would like to hear from honda management and need assurance that these issues will not reoccur.

                                Hi,

                                I booked a city on[protected] at peninsular honda nh-47, vytilla-aroor, by-pass road, maradu, cochin and paid rs. 21000 as advance.
                                But other dealers gave better offers and service. So i cancelled my order with peninsular honda on[protected].

                                But they haven’t returned my advance yet as promised. I called them multiple times but haven’t got it yet.
                                Please do the needful to get my advance back.

                                  My submission is that on dated 02/9/18,
                                  I observed there is water collected in the car's boot below the stepney after the rain. When i opened the boot, i observed, water was dropping & directly falling in it. On that day i reported your service centre m/s harmony honda panchkula (Hr.). The service advisor did the rubber tight manually & said that if you face this problem next time then come again. But today again i observed the same problem after the rain.

                                    Dear honda team,
                                    I purchased honda city vx cvt on 15.08.18 fron ethix honda, pune.
                                    I fully agree with whatever has been said about the honda digipad. The much touted 7-inch infotainment system, called the digipad is a big dud!!! Firstly, in tooday's world of processor speeds, the sytem takes almost 45 seconds to a minute to boot up on starting the engine!!! That means either you wait for that much time before rolling the wheels or get distracted when in motion to use the digipad.!
                                    Secondly, the touch screen of the digipad is very very insensitive!!! If you are used to feather-touch on your phone's touch screen then you will be disgusted trying to type anything on the digipad keypad!
                                    As far as the built-in navigation app is concerned, the lesser said the better!! It does not have many important places mapped. It is not updated. Yesterday it took me to a dead end and showed my way through a walled university buiilding which was constructed years ago!!! Also, there is no frequent map updates. The honda manual says that updated maps are issued twice a year - in march and october and the user must contact the honda dealer to "purchase" updated maps!!! Google maps cannot be used in the digipad!!
                                    Honda spares price list shows the cost of digipad as inr 50, 000.00 one can get much much better systems at much lesser cost.
                                    My family is totally disgusted with this system and expected immediate replacements with the better one.
                                    Please address and confirm...

                                      The brake pads of my honda amaze (Driven ~10000kms) deteriorated due to water contamination (As advised by honda's service adviser) and the upper/friction surface which is responsible to stop your car started coming out in the form of powder. This is a question on the safety of the car!!! For people owning and intending to buy a honda car. Honda says, sorry its a wear and tear part and demanded ~4000 to be replaced. This is how honda takes care of its customers.

                                      I have in my position the pictures of brake pads + invoice recommending changing my brake pads. They also mention the brake pads are not covered under warranty as it is a wear and tear part; and the pads have gone bad due to water contamination.

                                      Now, i have started to wonder shouldn't you drive your car in rain or wash your car for that matter?

                                        My car wbo2 ag 5475 was with eastern honda topsia from sunday which they sended today. The complain was water was coming inside the car.. The advisor mr atanu after inspecting the car said me water is coming from ac a part has to be replaced which will cost me approx[protected], i said ok go ahead.. He said i will order in company it will take 2days. Fine after some time he again call me saying mam the carpet is wet we need to dry it i said ya do it. He after some time again call me saying mam the new carpet will cost you only rs400 so should i change or dry it i was like if it’s obly rs 400 you change it. Today when i came back home and saw the bill there was no mention of ac part changed the bill was for carpet change which instead of 400 they charged 2400 and inspection charges. I immediately called him and enquirer about the billing mistake then mr atanu saying me that ac pipe was loose we just tightened it up. So my question is does tightening of ac pipe takes 4days and why was i mislead just to get some money from me.. If this is what big company like honda is doing then it’s bettwr i should sell all my honda cars.
