Worst car ever,
Vibrations
Reverse gear would shake the whole car
2nd gear has no pickup
Took it to hill station, car wont go there no pick up no reverse gear work i was stuck in hills so i had to reverse the car it wont go reverse applied hand brakes accelerated the car in reverse to get it to work but nothing works, it would just shake vibrate amd turn off in between the hills.
Steering is fine while taking u turns on left sided but its not responsive on right side.
Glove box is stupid
Overall very bad experience
Spend 8lakhs20 thousand ab lgta hai tata le leni chahiye thi never expected this from honda.

    Dear sir,

    I introduce myself rakesh sharma from urmi polymer industries, survey no.260, plot no.71/1 384, demni road, dadra, silvassa, dadra & nagar haveli 396193.

    We own a honda city (Model no.1.5 sv mt idtec) in our company name bought from krish cars private limited vide invoice no.2331 dated 07/03/2015. Chassis no. Makgm858af4100062 and engine no. N15a12400132

    Since last 3 years every year we observed water leakage problem in car. Water comes inside the car and dickey also and because of that car floor was got dirty and having very bad smell. We want to inform
    1. First time we observed water leakage problem in 2016 (August month) – that time full of water inside the car and dickey also full of water. I give the car to your service centre dream honda, silvassa (Dadra & nagar haveli) and they sent our car to dream honda, vapi, gujarat for further checking about leakage. We got our car back after approx 10 days and your silvassa service centre assured that same will not happen again. That year no heavy rain after that so i not observed water leakage again

    2. In 2017, we observed same problem and again we gave our car to your service centre at vapi, gujarat (Dream honda vapi) in august 2017. They further sent our car to tukwada for treatment of water leakage. Again they returned us car after 5-6 days with assurance that leakage issue short out and that will not happen again

    3. Regret to inform you that again in 2018 same problem happened. At the time of driving during heavy rain water comes in my car near clutch, brake & accelerator and full of water below driver foot. I again submitted my car to your service station dream honda vapi gujarat and they again sent at tukwada for further treatment for water leakage. Till today my vehicle at your service station
    We request you to please look into the matter immediately and give us permanent solution and i can’t able to drive the car because of dirty floor bad smell during rainy season due to water leakage. I inform you that this is my 1st honda car and my experience with honda is terrible. I also inform you that till today no accident happen in my car.

      I have given honda brv on 2nd free service at aspen honda service centre, opp. Gsfc, vadodara on 17.08.2018. Delivery of car after servicing, there i found my digi card is missing. I have complained with manager about this incident but yet no response. Please take care of car owners when car handed over to car services because in this case we car owners are in loss. Please take care of car service thieves!

        Sir, am putting this massage regarding servicing of my new honda amaze car i v tech 1.2 model 2017. Myself send the vehicle for service on 16 aug 2018 at metro honda bowenpally secunderabad. After service the vehicle was return back to me on the same day around 7:30 pm. But the receiving time am checked the cleanliness and quality of service the same time i would realize the vehicle found in poor condition, under standard quality of service, the same was informed to the crm as well as service advisor also they promised me to rectified the points. But till time the technicians are not came and resolve my issues and also intimated that the inside cabin of my vehicle has found huge black spots (Door, dash boards and seats). Therefore once again requested to instruct your showroom manager for arrange experts and resolve my issues as specified as early as possible please.

          I purchased honda wrv on 10th may from emerald motors bhavnagar and i was super excited for having the car but it did not last any longer. After using the car for few days i got introduced to a lot of difficulties which were not solved by the support team and only fake promises were made. First issue which i noticed was the orvm and side mirrors were vibrating all the time which is not safe at all and especially when driving at night as visibility of vehicle coming from behind you gets completely zero. The very next day i filed complaint regarding the same to emerald honda and they said this problem is with every honda cars and can not be resolved. I paid hefty price tag for this car and i am getting such a response from honda's team that the issue will be there and we can not do anything about it. I ignored it at first and thought okay i can make a small compromise but again a new problem was thrown on me, cruising on highway at the speed of 100 km/h i pressed the accelerator paddle and the car started vibrating so badly making everyone sitting in car super uncomfortable also such a thing has never happened in any of the car i owned previously. The suspension noise was also felt right in the cabin that too in new car. I straightaway called the service centre and they told me sir you dont have the driving skills thats why the car vibrates. I took this issue to the service manager of emerald honda and he assured us that our problem will be sorted. They kept the car with them for few days and said they will solve all of my complaints but as usual nothing was solved. Till today the car vibrates badly at[protected] rpm. Talking about fit and finish, it is the pathetic car i have ever seen. I owe hyunday eon which is their cheapest offering at around rs. 3-4 lakhs and honda's fit and finish is even worst than of the cheapest car available from hyundai.

          Issues in the car

          Fit and finish issues:

          1) dashboard vibrates at cruising speeds of 80-90
          2) orvm and side mirror vibrates when media volume is tuned to 15 or more.
          3) orvm vibrating all the time and even on smaller pot holes it will vibrate badly making the visibility zero.
          4) rear number plate vibration can be felt inside the cabin
          5) poor dashboard quality, the left and right edges of the dashboard are not fitted properly and keeps on vibrating all the time.
          6) ac vents chrome not fitted properly.

          Infotainment system
          1) super laggy, slow and pathetic infotainment i have ever used.
          2) syncing problem - i connected it to my phone and the very first thing i noticed is the real time sound syncing. The sound will come at a delay of 2-3 seconds and sometimes even more which can be easily noticed and if talking on phone via bluetooth the sound syncing problem makes it very difficult.
          3) gps - one of the worst i have ever used. Location problems on highway and not at all recommended as it will give you the longer route despite the fact that there is a shorter route available for the same.

          Suspension:
          1) suspension sound can be felt inside the cabin and makes it super uncomfortable.
          2) slow speeds on rough road is where the car suspension sounds get super loud.

          Reverse:
          1) car vibrates when taking reverse

          Vibrations
          1) car vibrates heavily at[protected] rpm.

          Despite filing number of complaints and on top they kept the car in service centre for few days though they were unable to solve the issues which i am facing. I am being said that you dont have driving skills so the car is creating problems else they will tell me that the problem persists with every honda car so you have to live with it.

          I paid hefty amount for this car and so as a customer i want my issues to be addressed and solved else i will have to take this matter really further.

          Honda wrv driving comfort is better with compromise of suspension noise inside the cabin and diesel engine vibrates more at 3000rpm. I am going to sell my vehicle at low kilometres. I have wasted my white money.

            I booked an amaze (Fulloption) petrol car on[protected] from palace honda mavelikara. On condition that they will deliver me the car before[protected], i exchanged my alto car to them. But now it is 15 days passed, i called them many times, they didn"t respond or attend my call properly. As your advertisement in the dailes, may ask you that can i have my favourite car before this onam days

              Sir i have w-rv since 3 months in it below metioned defects are noted
              1. Alinement is disturb while run it waves on road at speed of 100km/h
              2. Fuel millage is maximum 14km/l
              3. Cooling of ac is very slow it takes 30minuts to cool
              4. Pickup of engine is too poor

              I have told these complains at kota auto kam hond work shop but they unable to short out these complains

              It's humble request to replace my car as soon as possible because problems can be cause of any major accident

                Complaint regarding problems in new car purchased (Honda connect)
                I did purchase new honda wr-v diesel version from hans honda varanasi on dated 18/04/2018 with up 32 ju 3722 previously i was planning to purchase hyundai creta. My coordinator at hans honda was mr. Rajesh and i want to inform you about the complaints as follows:-
                1. Mr. Rajesh told me wr-v diesel version pricing and accessories. He assured to me about best services delivered from hans honda. Today onwards i don’t received honda connect. I think it’s a best example of best services which was customer availing from hans honda. I was purchased honda car because of its strong brand image. So this is very much disgusting for me to buy this vehicle if honda did not deliver honda connect to new car purchaser in very long 4 months.

                2. At the time of purchase of vehicle, during negotiation, i was told that the car would be provided with teflon coating and anti rust coating free of cost. But at the time of delivery i was falsely informed, by mr. Rajesh, that both these coatings had been done. Mr. Rajesh gave me wrong commitments in every single step during car purchase. Some points are given below.
                A. Wrong commitment about accessories
                B. Excess amount (15273) rs. Was returned after 2 month of car purchase.
                C. Wrong insurance done by 3 times for car change. Even one car was allotted 2 different person.
                D. Biggest false commitment about rc copy. He provide me all required documents on 08/05/2018 and told me to submit documents in lucknow rto office within 7 days to avoid penalty. When i was submitted the documents in rto office. Rto officer gave me 7999 rs penalty gift because of only mr. Rajesh false commitment.
                E. When i informed him about my concern he again did tell a lie
                Now i would like to clarify/ask some questions:-
                1. What is the standard of honda services to offer customers?
                2. Why honda connect is not still received?
                3. Why rto office charged 7999 rs. As penalty?
                4. Why mr. Rajesh gave me wrong insurance 3 times to deliver wrong car.
                5. Why the contact number of the owner of hans honda was not given to me?

                So i request you to resolve my aforesaid issues and arrange the honda connect on priority basis. I am utterly disappointed with mr. Rajesh (Hans honda) and honda customer service. I didn't expect that honda services would be so unreliable.

                  I am very sorry to right this that I have purchased Honda City V ivtec car from your authorised dealer lally automobiles pvt ltd industrial Area phase 1 Chandigarh on 24th July 2018.
                  1.The dealer person who sold the car has not informed me regarging NCB of Insurance.
                  2.Secondaly when i checked the invoice there is some error which i immediately informed them & they accepted it & assures me to give me correct invoice, but till date no response grom their side inspite my regular follow up .
                  3. I have also called your customer care helpline but all is in vain.

                  So sir kindly resolve above said Asap.

                  Otherwise I have take another way to get the things done.

                    My self krishanshu, i complain aginst vaishali honda staff they are too lasy and in responsible, i complain in one2one your service responisible person told me go to vaishli honda they told me briefly but when i came to vaisahli honda they didnt brief me, i purchase a car in oct 2017 and in 7aug 2018 whlie driving my tyre get blast and when i came to vaisali honda they told me u have to placed a insurance claim but my car is on warrnty period and at least one year gruanteen is given by you guys but he told me (Abhishek kumar) who take my queiry and he told me u have to palced claim i placed claim when the insurence team came they told me ur tyre is blast u have taken from vaishli honda, i forget every thing i placed claim the staff was too inresponsible they dont know the which tyre size was fixed in my car they changed 3 times tyre and the whole process i am waiting for atleast 2and half hour and then abhishek told me today is too busy but dont think they guys is busy they all are smiling and drinking coffee and i am sitting from of them they chnged tyre and they he told me u have to wait for atleast 1hour, rather then the all process he charged money for changing my tyre what is this honda. I buy a car from u beacuse its a good company but i was wrong maruti is better than you guys. This was my mistake.

                      I bought a Honda City diesel car in late 2017, i hardly drove that car to 6500 kms and surprisingly, the tyres got bursted, while i was driving the car on a highway. After that, i visited Honda dealer- Destination Honda, i asked them to replace the tyre under warranty, which they denied saying that this is an External damage. I asked for the quality inspection certificate for the tyre batch which was used in my car, they could not produce any single document. They way dealership is responding sounds like “we have sold you the car and got the money, now you go to hell”. Honda claims to provide the best in class safety, quality, which just seems to be a exxagerated statement. Honda Dealer, is not intrested to talk, when they want to sell the car, they follow you like a dog. It is a pathetic experience owning a honda car. I would never ever recommend anyone to go for Honda. in my case it can never be proven that it wasn’t a manufacturing default, unless i get to see the Inspection and Testing results being done on that specific batch. By the way, Tyre was from MRF another indian company not at all worried about quality and Safety. i am using Bridgestone in my another car, which ran for almost 40, 000 kms not even a single puncture. In just 6 months of purchase the wiper blades went off, i don’t understand what quality material honda is using, i had to replace blades in just 6 months. Honda is not at all worth the money they are charging.

                        The above mentioned vehicle is owning by me. The service center is failed to resolve my problems. They are just making me fool every sunday that your vehicle is now ok. But i still face d problem of water below d left seat. Plz help me to come out of this problem. I have only one car and in this rainy season i found it difficult without my car to reach d office.

                          I brought a Honda amaze on last Diwali 2017 and it runs only 7000 kms till now..on 1st August I was going to Delhi from Faridabad and suddenly car stopped due to heating in delhi and then I reached to service center through pulling. Now they said there is engine problem on it and there is no guarantee of engine because engine stopped due to heat and around 1 month ago car get proper servicing. They said around 50000 to 70000 it costs to repair the engine.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I am owning Honda Amaze diesel (HR51BF6163)since 2015. After the regular check ups and service from Honda service center when i sent my car last sunday for servicing to service center it has been told to me that there are problems in most of the parts and they want to be replaced. When i calculated the estimated cost it was around 80000 to 100000. I just want to know one thing from Honda Quality division that what type of quality does honda is producing that after running 86000 kms car needs the maintenance of around 1 lac. Do you think that i will go for Honda product again in future or will i suggest any one to buy Honda Car?

                              Dear sir, I have bought Honda-WRV 6 month back. Last week I have lost my second ignition key, following Monday (30July2018), I have ordered a replacement key for the same, until now we don’t have clue regarding the key arrival ( 9Aug2018).

                              I have brought Honda brand for its quality systems and best service, this incedent given me a wrong signal about Honda and its brand. The service engineer do not have any clue when the parts will arrive, being world no#1 automaker a simple replace part arrival is not able to traceable,

                              It’s a total system failure, which I don’t expect from such a big network automaker.

                              Kindly Ensure speedy delivery of part. And update me the delivery status.

                                मेरे पास एक्टिवा (अवीएटर ) है जिसका excident होने के कारण हमने आपकी कोटा इस्तित्त कोटा मोटर कंपनी मै दिनाक 17 / 07 /2018 को आपके ऑफिस मे स्टीमेट के लिए दी, फाइनली सुब कुछ होने के बाद मेरा वाहन मुझे 28 / 07 /2018 को मुझे मिल गया लेकिन इन 11 दिनों मै मुझ को एक बार भी कोई संतोष जनक जवाब नहीं मिला की मुझे यह गाड़ी कब मिल जाएगी हमेशा जब मे वहा जाता तो आज कल – आज कल ही जवाब मिलता गया हर बार मै जाता और वापस लोट आता इस बिच मै मै टोटल 5 बार आपके ऑफिस गया और वापस आ गया हर बार मुझे अपने ऑफिस मे लेट जाना और बॉस की डाट सुनना पड़ता क्योकि मेरा वाहन आपके ऑफिस मै जमा है तो हर बार मुझे वाहन किराया पर लेना पड़ता, हर बार 200 से 300 रूपए का खर्चा करना पड़ता | फाइनली मुझे मेरा वाहन 28 / 07 /2018 को मिल गया जब मेने यह वाहन देखा तो पाया की फ्रंट कलर सही नहीं किया हुआ है मै वापस गया वहा मुकेश जी से बात करके उन्होने गाड़ी छोड़ने के लिए कहा और 1 दिन के बाद उन्होने मुझे ले जाने को कहा इसके बाद जब मेने इसको उपयोग मै लिया तो पाया की इसके हेड लाइट का जो कवर है वो निकल गया है तथा राईट साइड का कवर जो की नया लगाया गया था उसमे भी बहुत बड़ा गैप है इसको लेकर मै दिनाक 04 / 07 /2018 को वापस ऑफिस गया तो उन्होने यह जवाब दिया की ये तो ऐसा ही रहेगा क्योकि या बॉडी पुराणी है तो आप पूरा नया कर दो या फिर ऐसा ..वेसा वगरह ..., मेने कहा की क्या अपने यह बात वाहन को सुधारने से पहले बताई थी अगर अपने बताई होती तो मै उस समय सोचता की मुझे यह ठीक करवानी है या नहीं और अगर उस समय यह बात insurance servair को बताई जाती तो यह परेशानी (राशी ) मेरे क्लिऐम राशी मै चली जाती अब अगर पाच हज़ार खर्च करने के बाद भी मेरी गाड़ी ठीक नहीं हुई तो इसकी जिमेदारी किस की है | मै सब बात सुन कर घर चला आया | यह पूरा केस बताने के बाद आपसे प्राथना है की
                                1. क्या वाहन को ठीक करने का कोई एस्तिमतेद टाइम नहीं है ताकि कस्टमर को बार बार जा कर मालूम करने से बढ़िया एक बार ही कांटेक्ट करना पडे |
                                2. क्या वाहन को ठीक करने मै हमेशा 11 दिन का ही टाइम लगता है |
                                3. मुझे 28/07/2018 को जब वाहन दिया गया तो उस समय कलर क्यों चेक नही किया गया जिसके लिए मुझे दुबारा जा कर सभी फॉर्मेलिटी करनी पड़ी तथा अपना टाइम ख़राब करना पड़ा
                                4. अगर बॉडी मै कोई प्रोब्लुम है तो उसको ठीक करने से पहली कस्टमर को क्यों नहीं बताया गया
                                5. अब इसको ठीक करने मै आने वाले खर्चे के लिए कोन जिमेदार होगा |
                                6. इस कोम्पलिन के साथ मे फोटो ग्राफ्स व पेमेंट इनवॉइस भेज रहा हु |
                                अतः आपसे निवेदन है की मेरी पेरशानी को दूर किया जाये

                                Till now my problem not solved only we are talking to Mr Mukesh about my problem they give me suggestion to pay charged of remaining cover, which is not supported to the new cover but i am not able to pay against any accessories because they not give me such type of issue before the vehicle accepted

                                  My honda city vx petrol reg. No dl 12 cg 9635 is covered under extended warranty and had done only 17000 km and its steering leather is under the worst condition and had faded from black to white then i approached to ring road honda regarding my complaint they forwarded my complaint to honda with photographs and today they called me regarding my issue saying that honda had sent feedback saying that it is not covered under warranty i am shocked with such a reply from such a big and famed company so i request you to please look into this matter and if you are not able to help me i will definitely approach to consumer court to look into this matter

                                    I strongly recommend, please do not visit crystal honda bavdhan service center. I have got worst service for my car from crystal honda bavdhan. For final free servicing of my honda wrv car i had taken pickup and drop facility from them. There was literally no issue when i had given car to the driver and when i received the car there was clutch issue. Because of this issue car was not even taking the pickup. Service center even didn't informed me anything about this when they received the car. Service center manager was keep on saying that the issue was present since the beginning, if this was the case why nothing was informed to me? Service manager was not ready to fix the issue. I drive my car on daily basis and i never notice this issue before then how suddenly this issue start occurring after the service? Crystal honda driver had driven incorrectly during pickup or drop and this issue caused because of this. To fix this issue i have to pay rs 13000. Crystal honda bavdhan service center is responsible for this. They are irresponsible and don't care about the customers. Please do not visit them.

                                      I am very disappointed on writing this.

                                      I had a great belief in the brand honda until i became the owner of a honda car. But the story changed when i started experiencing premature rear tyre wear problems. I visited the authorised service centre multiple items and they are simply giving excuses and claimed that this cannot be repaired under warranty. At 27532 kms, i had to replace my rear tyres and it was too early for a vehicle like this. And then, again i have to replace the tyres for 58230 kms. I believe something is wrong with the honda control arms. But how can a service centre say that it cannot be repaired under warranty. Everyone knows that rear wheel problems arise from manufacturing defects. The attitude shown from service was annoying and it will keep away customers from your brand.

                                      The vehicle is in company service centre from july 17th till date.

                                      I hope you will take necessary steps to resolve my problem.

                                        My son has purchased a honda jazz during 2016 from linkway honda, mumbai. I had a peculiar problem of the rear mats getting wet during rainy days at mumbai. The rain water seeps through the door of the vehicle and on to the mat. The vehicle is hardly driven around and there is no chance that the outside stagnating water gets into the vehicle. When i took vehicle to the dealer today, they said some sealants at the bottom of the door has to be fixed and the repair cost is estimated to be rs8k. And i understand that there are so many vehicles with similar problems. Is this the way of your quality assurance given to the customers?

                                        We buy a premium product thinking that we will not have these headaches.. Then what is the difference between an old fiat and your supremely built product of honda car... I fail to understand. None of my other cars have this sort of grave problem. What is your engineering team doing about this..

                                        A leaking car is something very basic in building a car and am thoroughly disgusted with the build quality. Please let me know as to why i should not ask you to foot the bill which i have to unnecessarily pay.

                                        Do not know whether this would elicit a reply.. But still i wanted to put my disappointment to you.. This leakage was there last year also but as i was in usa during this rainy period, it has not come to my notice. So within a year of purchase, you have a leaking car. Well done honda.. Superb manufacturing facilities you have.

                                        As i form a miniscule percentage of persons, you may take this very lightly or may not care. As people are queued up for purchasing this product, the market might make you to gloss over this complaint. Please let me see how seriously you take this issue.
