Sir,
I have purchased new wrv / gj 06/ lb 4985 from your tecton motors pvt. Ltd.
Opp. Gsfc, vadodara on 30/09/2017, through your sales representative dhaval
Desai and mr. Bhatt.
At the time of presenting new car to us, arti & coconut (Nariel) procedure was
Done from receptionist lady and dhaval desai. The lady burnt the nariel with arti,
Finished pooja and kept nariel in plastic bag and kept it on rear seat of car. We drived the car to our home & stunned to see rear seat burnt in 5 square centimeter
Area. Soon we got nariel away, defused fire, cleaned the portion of rear seat. On
The spot, we called dhaval desai. He came, observed the damage & told us
Not to complain as the service of both him and that lady will be in trouble. He
Insisted to buy a seat cover from market and he will repay the cost from his pay.
Today is 24/06/18, i have called dhaval desai 100 times, i have complained to quality
Control manager roshniben 4 times. Everytime dhaval desai has told to run to my
Home in the afternoon/evening to pay rs. 5000 (Actual cost of cover is rs.6500
But we asked for only rs. 5000). No one came and nothing is paid.
I have heard quick response and true support from honda! Now do not want
Any compensation, just change rear seat of my car. You can send any person to
To check the damage or ask me to drive my car to your showroom to get it checked.
Please reply and act earlier or i will be forced to apply at your main
Office.
