Sir,
I own a honda jazz, registration no. Dl14cd0834. The same is insured by honda assure, bajaj. Bajaj was recommended by prime honda, i don't understand bajaj, i took insurance from honda, trusting you. I can provide the documents for same if needed. Bajaj policy no. : hba/00558587
My car recently got hit at ghazipur road due to sudden emergency on 31st of july, 2018 night around 8:30pm. A car came from front so i applied brakes, but there was a car on my left so that got hit. I went to prime honda, vaishali the next day itself, i. E. 1st august 2018 at 6:30 pm. The very next day i. E. 2nd august'18 i received a call from prime honda, saying two panels have been approved by the insurer and the bumper has been denied. Also, he said he'll send the written approval from his office.
On 3rd august then, i again received a call that the entire claim has been denied. The reason stated was that the car was hit already, and the scratches and dents are old, and therefore not entitled to claim. This is very disappointing. There is no reason to deny the claim.
They are denying it on the basis of another extremely light scratch on the side of the car. As the car is parked in industrial area, kids passing by created the scratch. Its funny how i am not even asking claim for the scratch. Kindly get it straight.
Also, i went to pick my car on 5th august 18, sunday. The car has been there for these many days, collecting dust. I received my car covered in dust. Is this is the kind of service honda provides?
I have been denied a valid claim. The services by prime honda have been highly disappointing. I can also provide more images of the condition i received my car in. I have uploaded along this message, an image of the scratch and dent i claimed for and the condition i received the car in.
Also, last time i gave my car for service i was not satisfied with the washing and cleaning. The centre gave us a free washing and cleaning. So, while dropping the car this time i informed them to get that done. I came to pick my car after these many days and still the washing and cleaning was not done.
Kindly look into the matters. Its not the first car i have ever owned. I have a toyota and a hyundai car as well right now, had a maruti car also. I have never been this disappointed with any car service as i am with honda. I was all ready to buy i20, but the sales service really convinced us into buying jazz. But now i regret buying a honda car. If this continues i am afraid i'll make sure not to buy honda anytime now. The staff is not good, and don't know how to deal with customer.
Please understand its not just the sale and the product that matters. After sales services are equally important, and
Honda is really disappointing when it comes to after sales services.

    I had given car for repairs at honda service centre krish motors andheri west.
    I was informed by service centre that car has met with accident at workshop.
    On inspection it was found that it is major accident. It is observed this can not be repaired to original condition. Car is new has run only 1900 km.
    Looking at condition of car I need replacement of car and repair of car is not acceptable to me.
    As car is new run only 2 months. I can accept accident car.
    Hence I request you to look into matter and arrange for replacement of car.

      Sir, after lots of review, i have finally selected the honda amaze vmt pearl car and purchased it from shubh honda, karan city automobiles raipur cg on 13.07.2018. With new car i was only provided mat cover free of cost. But i am surprised to see that honda being such a huge group is not providing a minimum requirement seat cover and stearing cover which is quite unbelievable even after paying rs. 8.04 lakshs.
      Similar to this segment, minimum seat cover and stearing cover is being provided by hyundai and some other group.
      In view of above it is requested from honda group for providing minimum requirement of accessories during purchase of new car

        [honda jazz 1.2 vx mt - (I-vtec) e iv, 2017 model and reg. Number: kl 01 cf 130]
        On 10 jan 2018 i bought the above vehicle from perfect honda, pothen vehicles nd services pvt limited. Two weeks back, while i was about to board the car, i found the front part of the car completely filled with water and my legs were immersed in water till the ankle. The water was up to brake pad and the water had started to move towards to the rear side also.
        I have taken it back to perfect honda, kalamassery, cochin, kerala and the vehicle is kept their for the last two weeks (Till date). They are now saying that the water is coming from the front glass beading after one week of investigation. The removal of front glass and re fitting with glue an also lead to issues in future. The dealer told that they had inform m/s honda and waiting for the feedback from the manufacturer.
        As a customer, i am suffering with regard to my transportation for the last three weeks after investing 9 lakhs for a honda vehicle
        Kindly look in to the same and provide a definite reply in this regard about the work that will be done and expected delivery of the vehicle

          For d last two month i m facing lot of problems from your service centre at bahadurgarh lally motor in patiala. My vehicle is in your station today also. Even after repair and service one or more problems arises everyday. And your service station is poorly and lethargically managing my problems. Now i experienced an apex of frustration. I humbly request you to understand my problem and resolve my issue. Failed to which i have no other option than to move to court for legal action.

            I, rajeah chugh have purchased new honda amaze car from vidhata honda showroom ludhiana on 24/05/18. I wish to inform you that there was some problem in non-driving side jali of ac air flow from the beginning. I also asked to sales executive and he said that there is no problem it will be ok on first service. When i went for first service at their service station on 23/06/2018 and also noted down this problem to service executive and they try to remove the issue but after some days it remain in the same situation. You are requested to solve this problem and oblige.

              My vehicle wrv no hp 19d 6626 was met with an accident on 4.4.2018. Front & left rare side of my vehicle was badly damaged. I took the vehicle to maxim honda jhalera una for repair on 5.04.2018. I submitted the relevant documents for bumper to bumper insurance. But till date they did not repair the vehicle. Now they told us to pick the vehicle to chandigarh or jalandher agency to repair because of their suspension of dealership. Please look this matter seriously because your co harassed me almost 4 months

                I bought a new honda Amaze from vision motors pvt ltd, west hill, calicut, kerala on 3rd july2018. When the first drive from the showroom to my home I noted that there is a vibrating sound from the engine side. I informed showroom and they said it can correct at the time of first service. Yesterday 3rd august I went for the 1st service. The service advisor Mr.Nikash said he couldn't correct it. He advised to contact Honda company.
                So I feel very bad because of this and awaiting an earliest replay

                      This is to inform you i vijit agarwal owner of your premium hatchback car honda jazz vx (Up 78 ed 8582). Is unsatisfied with your services and quality of product with my regular complaints and questions from almost 2 yeras my problem is not getting resolved by push honda kanpur.
                      I think its a manufactureing defect that during rain and car wash heavy water comes inside my car through doors and beeding. There is no action taken by your service providers if your workers are not eligible to resolve them then there is no use to buy a car worth 9 lakh from your respected company.
                      Last month i send my car on service at your workshop. When i receive the car i complained the next morning about the breakage front glass beading and car map slot cap. It was been pasted by adhesive which damaged my stereo system internally.
                      When i complaint to your customer executive i was very well treated with a response that it might be broken by you or the person who received the car it was so impolite and rude i must say whether you resolve my problem or not, will you must teach your staff some adequate and hospitality being a loyal customer of your company i never expected such behaviour as response. My another car is honda amaze (Up 78 df 0035), i must say that now i am feeling as if i have done biggest mistake of my life by purchasing the cars of honda company.
                      Its the only option left with me to convey my problems & regular complaints to the higher administration of the company & hope that you will take some quick actions to resolve my problems as soon as possible.

                        I am a loyal honda customer. I have been driving honda since last 5 years and honestly saying i just love the car, manoeuvring is great, engine is great.
                        But a brand is not just about its quality but also the services. I always felt honda is a big giant, it has its brand essence, and customer is o[censored]tmost importance to them. But to my surprise i was taken aback with shock when i went to pick my car from service station. I don't know how and when they got a dent on my bonnet. It was fresh and both me as well as the service personnel could figure that out. On which they claimed that it was not there before, which again is a clear indication of mishandling by the honda people. On seeing their fault they said u can take your car and get the touchup done whenever you have time. I want to know what kind of service is that. I wasted my two hours at the service centre, i had to take a day off. I would again have to go and check the car once again. I cannot trust the brand honda. If there was a fault from your end you should have told me before, checked it prior to my coming and have provided me with a solution. After my discussion they said they would paint the bonnet. But why should i compromise with a mistake done by honda. I am deeply hurt. I love my car. People do get attached to non living things. I also have that parental feeling for my car. I was so sad and dejected after seeing my car. My rest of the day went bad as hell. I am sorry but i think its better to get your car repaired and serviced at local automobile centre than at honda centre. I am highly dissatisfied and disheartened. I was planning to buy a new honda but now i my trust has shaken. Please don't do this with other customers

                          In the age of android auto and apple carplay, honda has cheated its customers of wr-v and city 2017 onwards models with the crappy digipad. They claimed it to be the next gen infotainment system, but the truth is it is a shabby old system running extremely low version of android and the performance is extremely bad.

                          To highlight a few:
                          1. The system behaves irratically where a lot of times music starts playing even when the system's warning message is not closed
                          2. If a call comes while the startup warning message is still on, the system goes into a phone dialer mode and one cannot use the digipad unless they shut ignition off and restart the system
                          3. Bluetooth connectivity is inconsistent and sometimes fails to connect even after multiple tries
                          4. System hangs a lot of times
                          5. Maps is old mapmyindia map which hasn't got any upgrades in the past 10 months since i purchased my vehicle and doesn't show proper routes or location - locations difficult to find, traffic updates not real, sometimes takes into one-ways which creates problems for drivers with local traffic authorities

                          Honda has been blind to all customer woes and complaining to service centers do no help as they only do a hard-reset to the system.

                          Honda should either refund customer money equivalent to what they charge for new digipad or replace this with a more updated system that supports latest technologies.

                          Also to add to the above issues, Honda deceived its customers with MirrorLink as an alternative to Android Auto and Apple Car Play, whereas the matter of fact is that MirrorLink is an obsolete technology that is not supported by most modern as well as basic phones. It is nowhere even close to an alternative to the technologies like Android Auto and Apple Car Play,

                            My car honda city met with an accident on 8th june in patna and then i took the car to vaishali honda service centre where they told me that i'll be getting my car in 20-25 days but since then i never got any call or any update on it.
                            So after n number of complaints they finally called me on 25th july, where i found that they passed a bill and already took the claim on 24th july from the insurance company,
                            After all this on 25th july i found that they have used a damaged part in car for which they already took the claim against the bill passed on 24th july.
                            Kindly check the picture attached, that is the part which was used in my car as on 25th july.

                              As a buyer if i am going to showrooms in mumbai to buy new honda amaze base model, dealers are saying that honda company is not manufacturing the base model, then as a buyer if i want to buy a base model car, what should i do, already the dealer is providing me base model details, pricing but when it comes for buying purpose, they are giving me such answer, please register my complaint and resolve my issue so tht i can buy honda car

                                I own a wrv and face a lot of issues in my digipad. The navigation on my car is so wrong they provide us with wrong location and does not even support android phones or not even google play. Ipurchased a full option wrv and the new amaze has digipad 2.0 which is less expensive than my wrv i am really angry with you huys after spending 13.4lakhs on my car and does not even provide android auto and car play i need a software upgradation 2.0 i[censored] are not willing to provide us the software we will complain again.

                                We have give our car for servicing on 05.05.18 but till date 23.07.18 we have not received the same
                                MY car no TN72 AH 0545 Honda city having noise in the front left Tyre side, while driving against the wind direction but no such noise while driving along the wind direction. The problem could not be found out by the local service center .I request to depute a right person to attend said problem early

                                  Hi i have purchased honda wrv vx (Petrol) on october 2017 at hyderabad. (Ts12eg5080) is my vehicle registration number.
                                  I am getting vechile pickup problem, ac problem, millage, and gear problem in my vechile.
                                  Ac is not getting cooler and making noise.
                                  Pickup problem vechile is not going more than 70-80 kmph speed.
                                  Gear transmission problem is getting while changing the gears.
                                  I have done 2 sevicing done but problem not solved.
                                  I think i have selected waste vechile of honda.
                                  We have another vechiles of honda but not got any problem in serveral years.
                                  I think honda wrv has many problems. I hope honda will get the problems fixed or exchange me with another model of honda...

                                      My car honda amaze jh01cc0685 last service was done at honda authorized service station - basudeb engineering enterprises ltd, ranchi on 07/07/18. Understand that this dealer is no more associated with the company but sales and service is still continuing till its inventory lasts. Thus honda has allowed the dealer to loot/cheat its valuable customer during his last days. I was among one such customer who was taken a rough ride by this dealer. The service advisor without informing done wheel balancing+alignment just to inflate the bill amount. The service station does not have a modern machine to perform this task. It is to be noted that i had already done alignment+balancing about a month back at a different service station. The service advisor went on arguing and used foul words as he very well knows that this will be the last time he is dealing with me. While handing over the car for service i told the service advisor to replace my side mirror which was broken. He told me that it will take full one day as he has to prepare the color match. Even though i left the car there for another day, it was not done and while delivery he simply said that spare was unavailable and he will inform me once the spare is being received. Till today i;m still awaiting for the the spare mirror. Honda company should be held responsible for all hard time i faced during this service and consumer community strongly condemns such act of the company.
                                      Honda Cars India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I have lodged complaint on 09.07.2018 but still I have not received any feedback or resolution for my complaint.

                                      What is the lead time for to close the complaint

                                        Subject: abnormal charges to che k the defect in green honda alkapur br hyderabad
                                        I had given my amaze diesel car vide regd number ts 10eb 3699for checking o[censored]nusual sound in front right wheel. The concerned works supervisor is rude in taking up the job and conveying my driver it would cost about rs 1600/ for just checking.
                                        It seems that are charging heavily and behevior of the concern is cordial.
