We booked Honda Amaze in June 1st week at Honda Delight Faridabad by giving a token of RS 20, 000.but due to some reasons loan did not happen and best part nobody followed with us and after one week we got new car and loan happened from some other showroom
Manger whom we met there was Yogesh and sales person was Mahender but they guys are not refunding our money 7-8 times we have followed with them but they are just giving excuses.

Pathetic service by this showroom and harassment that they are doing is really bad.
If Honda can't manage it's showroom then it's better to close them

    I own a Honda City VX MT (2016 model), from Infinity Honda Gurgaon. I believe currently, my car is in extended warranty.

    My front windshield got damaged without having any accident. I strongly feel that it was a stress crack (without anything actually hitting the windshield). Before went to the showroom I took a counsel from other workshops and realised that the crack was due to large variation in temperature and pressure (like my car has been sitting in the hot sun all day.) But the Infinity Honda denied to replace the same as they are claiming that this was due to a stone or other hard debris hits the windshield.

    Hence, I have given my car to change the the windshield on 10th of July 2018 (Tuesday) and received the date 14th July 2018 (Saturday) as the date of delivery. However, at the date of delivery, when I reached the workshop I have realised that my car remains untouched. Initially when I have asked for the reason they told me that my insurance claim papers were misplaced and I need to re-submit the documents. However, after 2/3 hours of search they have managed to find my documents and told me that the further procedure will take another 3 days to initiate as they don’t have the services (Insurance claim) on Sunday.

    Hence, I feel this is a case of serious negligence any unprofessionalism.

    So it would be great if anyone can help me in this and give me some good suggestions for the whole procedure.

      I am having Honda AMAZE . The RC no- UP16AS-9947. The car took an accident on 12th July-18. I had requested the Service center " Infinity Honda- Sector-34, Gurgaon" for pick up of the car for repair which is under Zero Dep Insurance. The car was piked up at 11 am on the same day, but till now I have received no update from the Service Center side. Once I called yesterday, I was informed that the system is not working since last 2 days, thus, it can not be logged in. Due to which even the survey work in not completed.
      Though at the time of sending the car I requested that, please try to repair early as it will be difficult for me go to office daily by Taxi, but no action was taken on my request.
      This kind of pathetic situation I had never seen as I am also working in automobile industry.

      Need immediate action on the same .

      NO response yet. No one is ready to respond any thing. I have visited the Service center. Even the service order was not open till 15.07-18. I had to wait for more then an hour after that the service order was opened . Thereafter, till date no communication has been received from their side. Whenever I make a call, no one picks the call and if any one picks the same, he /she just replies I will revert back after some time and that time never comes. I have also sent message to the GM - Sales Service Mr. Mohit of the Infinity Honda- Sec-34, Gurgaon, but reply came.
      Horrible service . Such type of ignorance I have never seen from any service station.
      Need to take corrective action else I have to knock the door of consumer court as .

        I have purchased New Amaze 2018 on 9th July 2018, Model - V CVT Diesel When I took the car out from the showroom, there were plenty of brake & suspension noise. Since the noises further increased next day, I called sales person who helped me in buying the car from Infinity Honda, Sohna Road, Gurgaon. I was asked to take the car to their showroom. Infinity Honda workshop agreed that the faults are there in the car but they were unable to rectify it. There are loud noises coming from the front, something is wrong with suspension/lower arm/link rods but the workshop has no clue. Secondly, there are very loud and irritating noises coming when I lift the brake pedal, it can be very dangerous also since it involves brakes but I was told that it is bound to come since its a CVT and all Honda CVT cars make that noise but the noise level was simply unacceptable. Why Honda is selling defective products and When they will train their [censored] to rectify manufacturing defects. I have also written an email to Honda "[protected]@hondacarindia.com" yesterday about the same.

        None of my complaints are resolved . Infact I found few days back that the car is badly rusted . Most of the parts like Axle, Lower Arm, Suspension Mount, Link Rods, Ends, Ball joints, wheel etc. all are badly rusted. Looks like I am sold a used car by Dealer "Infinity Honda Sohna Road Gurgaon" and "Honda" company. I don't want to keep the vehicle anymore now, I feel cheated emotionally and financially

          I booked my car on around 19th May. The car came into showroom within 2 weeks but I requested for delivery on 22nd June. So I completed all the formalities before 22nd June. I faced below problems:
          1. I requested for car inspection before it get registered but sales executive denied for the same giving the sake of trust. As per the Honda name I agreed.
          2. When I went for car delivery on 22nd June, the car was not in good condition. There was lot of dust and dust marks. I requested multiple times to clean it up. So they cleaned it in hurry burry. When I checked the car from inside and found from inside also there was dust and all. As per the muhurath, we were in hurry to complete the process.
          3. Sales executive explained about the car and as per her knowledge even she was not clear about all the features.
          4. So took the car. Next day morning when I was cleaning the car from inside then I found scratches on the music system and immediately I called to sales executive and informed her. I was shocked to see their response. Their reaction was like 'No sir, we delivered your car in good condition. This might happen by you it seems'. She didn't even try to see the problem. Then I realized, this is not the fresh car. It seems, this car is being already used either in demo or in display.

          This is my first car and I was very excited. But now I am really frustrated and don't know what to do. I am planning to file a case against them.

            My got accident my Honda Mobilio car and I gave it to Jodhpur service centre paras Honda.excel tube of car was damaged and from almost 40 days car is at workshop and they are saying that part in not available as Honda had discontinued the production of Mobilio cars. I have to go my office and in tours by taxi and it costs me very high.i request them to give me stand by car but they said that no such facility available there. They keep on giving dates for delivery but yet I m waiting to get my car.it is standing at work shop from such a long time it's battery cud also get damaged. This was never expected from Honda. They shud keep all the parts at their store of the discontinued car too.

              I Bought new Honda BRV from Sahire Honda Bellandur, Bangalore Karnataka on March 2017 .

              Just after 10, 000 km in 8months i had Major Clutch Problem, It was so hard Just driving for about 10km you will have full Pain on your left leg .

              After my complain and fittings with the deal they could able to Change the set with out any Cost .

              While doing the same they did something to my AC and gas leaked from cylinder.

              Up on my Complain they are asking me to pay the Charges for Filling the Gas and Pay the Service charge for the complete Check which is too heigh .

              Not sure whom to contact on the same

              I had purchased a honda wrv on last monday..and salesman misguided us about many things like engine, average, pickup and on that good faith we purchased wrv..plzz take a necessary action about this..till then we are not using car..hope so you will rivert soon..thanku
              Sir i purchaged Honda Amaze from Galaxy Honda Hoshiarpur, they charged me 1500 for temp no and cow cess but they give me temp no whose fees is Rs 200 only, they didnt give me the bills about rest of money.

                I have insured my vehicle Honda Amaze(PB 10 EF 8519) with your HONDA ASSURE INSURANCE COMPANY I.e. UNIVERSAL SOMPU thinking that best class facility will be given as Honda itself has the reputation. We registered our claim no. CL 18034316 at Honda authorised agency Lally motors Ludhiana(prestige Honda)..Inspite of our geniune claim the same has not been sanctioned to us and more than twenty days have elapsed.Feeling very harrassed due delay in this insurance service. My claim is involves genuine demage of front fenders and doors on both sides due to that front doors on both sides do not open fully.The car was sent back by the agency unrepaired on 26.6.2018 evening due to illegal refusal to sanction the claim by the insurance company. I am a busy senior Lawyer and have no time to make any ingenuine claim. Please intervene as per your assurance.                   Post my regular service, developed problems on Air Con of the car, now asking me to pay around 50K INR as the parts are failed. Unexpected from the service provider and heavy burden on me. before service, car totally OK and perfect. suspect any wrong practices. Chennai TVS Sundaram is the services provider. standard statement from them on any change, they say my car already done more than 98000 KM, so will happen. I have already changed entire key system, radiator fan, now Aircon compressor & blower and so on. costing me too much. do you expect me to change the car?

                    Dear sir,
                    I delivered my honda city car UP32FP3970 at stallion honda service center at faizabad road lucknow on 15.06.18 to get it repaired under the insurance policy from Honda Assure. I was assured to get it back at the end of the month, ie, till last of the june 18. But till now I have not got my car. The manager there tells a new story and make excuses for not making the delivery every time I contact her. When today I called her she told that car can't be delivered today due to some clerical problems in the office. I am consistent holder of zero debt policy from Honda Assure but she also told I have to pay more than the file charges when the car will be delivered. I am in deep trouble but people there are not considering my request. I am hopeless and in deep regret to have a Honda car. I assure you sir that I will never buy Honda car again and neither suggest anyone to buy it. Please help me to get my car back this time.

                      I would like to bring in your notice AGAIN that on[protected] I dropped my car (Honda City, MP20CG9944) for servicing at the dealership (Splendid Honda Jabalpur, M.P.) and I mentioned the same noise issue (noise comes from Dashboard, for which they drove my car for 16 km last time but the issue didn’t get resolved).

                      This time they drove my car for 55km to rectify the same known issue. So I was SHOCKED because the test drive of 55KM is too much so I thought of discussing this with the service head.
                      So Mr. Nishant Das( Sevice Head, Splendid Honda Jabalpur) said he drove only 24km for resolving the issue and 6 km I drove with him. It becomes 30km (24+6) altogether. But I want to ask who has driven my car for the remaining 25 km? But they have no explanations who drove this much and why??

                      Strange is that they are not even maintaining any records like who is taking the car OUT of service station and what is the KM count and when the car comes back to service station and how much did they drive?

                      That day on my request Mr. Nishant called up the gatekeeper and asked his to share the record of my vehicle. He clearly said they do not manage such records. "No records found."

                      After my escalation to Honda Car India Limited, dealership shared a false story (without any proofs) of 9 different trials to cover 55KMs of distance. Later I asked them to share the CCTV footage then also I did not receive any images which can prove that my car has been taken for 9 trials. It was showing only 4 OUTs and 3 Ins. So I did not get convinced of the proofs been shared with me.

                      Later they offered me to reimburse fuel charges for 55 KMs. Which I do not want.
                      I am suspecting that they might have used my vehicle for their personal sake or for some unethical practice.

                        My Honda city car getting starting trouble I went to service center they told me in the Friday evening that self is not working and it is not in the stock it will take min 7 days .                           Sir,
                          I write this letter to you to bring your attention towards an important concern regarding my vehicle which I have been raising from the last few months but your response has been unsatisfactory which has made the matter to go even worse.Let me give you a brief history about my vehicle and the complaint issue which the vehicle is facing.
                          I had bought new Honda Brv vehicle from your dealer M/S Shaurya Honda in the month of May, dtd 30th May 2016.The engine oil started to get reduced when the vehicle ran for 32000km .It was brought to my notice when I just raised the bonnet to fill the wiper water.The oil was consumed by the engine very highly.Only 5ml of oil was remaining in the vehicle.So I took my vehicle to your authorised dealership and they took the vehicle for inspection and diagnosis matter for a period of 1 month from the date the vehicle was handed over.I had to travel a distance of 100km to give my vehicle .After their inspection they told me that there was some issues with the turbocharger of the engine and the part has to be replaced immediately.So as per your guidance the turbo charger was replaced and vehicle was handed over to me on 5th of Feb.Usually as per the norms every company provides alternate vehicle to the customer if there is any issue related to engine and provide the fuel On their behalf .But I was shocked to hear that you are not providing any cars.Rented vehicle had to be arranged due to that which cost me a huge amount.After replacing the turbo part the vehicle ran for only 2700km .Only within a short run the vehicle oil again drastically reduced to more than 2litre.

                          The vehicle was again handed over to your dealer for repair and they said that the engine gasket head valves is facing problem and it has to be replaced.The same issue happened for the second time and the vehicle was kept under their supervision for 20days.They gave back my vehicle after 20 days.Again I was without vehicle for the second time too.

                          The vehicle was delivered to me after their supervision assuring me that no more problem will be faced by me in the future.Again after running for a short distance of 1500km i.e.32500km the vehicle oil was again consumed sharply.Within that distance the oil was dropped to volume of 1litre.Now Iam just done with it.All limitations are crossed.

                          Iam facing a lot of problems from the last few months and my business works too has been badly affected because I cannot travel a longer distance with the vehicle following the complaint.When I went to your dealership the excuse which they gave was The new engine of the car consumes around 1litre for every 1000km.I wanted to ask you, ”Are you providing such cheap quality of cars to the customers?”Based on his excuse if it would have been like that the engine would have been damaged within 5000km of its run.Your dealer doesn’t have any Proper and knowledgeable technical team and service they deliver too is of very cheap quality.I request you to kindly keep some logical people or else you will face some defamation in the near future.
                          Within running kms from[protected] km the engine oil of the vehicle was replaced more than three times.To get the issue rectified I have to travel a 100km up and down .
                          We are really disappointed with your service and now to make the matter more clear since all the parts related to oil has been replaced and still the vehicle is not getting rectified .Instead after replacing the turbo and head valves smoke is also coming out from exhaust pipe.The condition has gone from worse to worst now.
                          I don’t believe in any further replacements of engine parts now.The vehicle is a defected one .As per your company norms the vehicle has to replaced if it is having manufacturing defect and facing issues less than 50k km.Because minimum warranty period for a vehicle is 50k km and the vehicle has ran only 37000km

                          I request you to take back the vehicle and provide me a new vehicle.No more excuses will be entertained from your side.Since your dealer technician can not diagnose the problem and do not have proper idea regarding the vehicle. I feel it completely waste of time to give my vehicle to them and to face the double issues of engine problem unnecessarily.

                          Your dealer people instead of raising it to higher concerns and understanding its consequence they again directed me to run the vehicle for 5000km and check it’s oil consumption.Please don’t be fool us because a person with a little logical sense can understand it is of no use to again fill the oil and repeat the same mistake done earlier.So we are not ready to listen to the same excuse and repeat the same mistake as done earlier.

                          So I kindly request you to intervene in this matter and come out with a proper and satisfactory solution.If my request is not taken into consideration and if you are trying to give the same excuses which you were giving me previously I won’t be tolerating it anymore.

                          I will ask my lawyer to issue a legal complaint as per consumer Act 1986 to the consumer court.Now please let me know your stand from your side within this week since neither your dealer had the courtesy to at least make a call and tell the development or stand what you are taking regarding this matter.

                          Iam attatching the invoice of all the works done with related to oil and list of parts replaced.

                          Anticipating your cooperation and response at its earliest because a proper soulution has to be taken as early as possible since no proper justification has been taken from you by last couple of months

                            I have serviced my Amaze diesel bearing registration number KL-33-E-8519 From vision motors Kottayam paying approx.9000 nearly 96000km, after 2 or 3 days nose from front and clutch was coming again went to vision Honda...They said want replace the suspension system lower arm etc.. and paid nearly 7000/-, they have given the replaced lower arms, and they couldn't solve the issue, later went premier Honda They charged again 6400/-, They also couldn't solve the issue..changed the mounting and break pads..now I have given to a local workshop, They showed me the lower that changed by vision motors are complaint..again I want to spent a huge amount.giving complaint against vision motors ang Honda also for giving such kind of parts with poor quality..after servicing the vehicle nearly 5000km only for that I have to spend nearly 35000/- rupees Doing this kind of bad service..is not a good thing for honda

                              I purchased a Honda city car in last week of Dec'17. The AVN and other electronics were not functioning from day one and it was well noted by showroom staff. After that more than 10 times I contacted sales as well as service team of Falcon Honda. They also trying to troubleshoot it.
                              But alas, even after 6 months they are not able to fix it.
                              Don't you think this is a best example of incompetence ???
                              Why the company like Honda is not worried about customer satisfaction, how can they afford to have this kind of customer agony ?

                              Hope this message will go to right people who can really action and resolve it from root.

                              Expect the action & resolution before I get wild.

                                Dear sir/mam,
                                I have left my car with infinity honda (A-16, infocity, sec.-34, gurgaon) for camplain of black smoking at 05.06.2018. I was asked to come after 3 days because honda person will come and will give permission to repair under warranty after 3-5 day i was intimated the surveir has passed and you will not have to pay a single ruppee. We have requested for the parts to honda but after a long period of 1 month i was asked for rs.20, 000/-. If there was any part which is not under warranty should be intimated earlier. I am suffering from the last month to being a honda loyal customer. I have also complained at honda-121 which communication id is 1-[protected].

                                Kindly help me.

                                  Sir/madam,

                                  I was a proud owner of a honda city till some time back and why i used the word “was” has been explained below. I have been harassed by your showroom people for a more than a month now and the way the incident went about was not only shocking to me but also a reflection of how customer service is just a plain marketing concept for crystal honda and not a practice. The detailed incident as follows:

                                  On may 28, 2018 my honda city car no. Mh 01 bf 312 was dropped to the wagholi showroom for servicing and replacement of front glass which had cracked. The service adviser quoted me rs. 10, 000 for servicing and approximate rs.15, 000 for replacement of front glass which i agreed to and was supposed to get my vehicle in 7-8 days’ time, which was fine with me.

                                  On may 30, 2018 i received a call from service adviser (Mr. Kundan) stating that some brake parts are weak and needs to be replaced, which will cost approximately rs.7000 or rs. 8000. I, probably being naive and concerned for the safety of myself and my family riding the car, gave the confirmation to go ahead and change the brake parts and agreed for the extra costs.

                                  After 25 days consecutive follow up for car, i get a confirmation that car is ready and that i could come down to pick the same.

                                  On june 22, 2018 i got my car with the service report that horn is not working. The service adviser asked to get replace "horn relay" from outside, which will take only 5-10 minutes, this work cannot be done in our workshop. Though i was completely blindsided with this new information, i trusted the professional advice and crystal honda’s concern for their clients.

                                  I waited 2 hours (6.30-8.30pm) to pay my bill of rs.38, 000 as swiping machine was not available. The service adviser accompanied me, we both left the showroom and searched for "horn relay" part but it was not available in any shop.

                                  Once i drove the car back, i observed that a few times the horn rang automatically without pressing anything, which created some suspicion in my mind that something was not right. Only horn relay was not the problem. The problem was also that i was taken advantage of my lack of knowledge, exploited for my trust and fooled completely. No repairs/improvements were done and i was charged the bill for nothing.

                                  On june 23, 2018 went back to showroom and registered my complaint and left the vehicle to get this problem solved.

                                  On july 1, 2018 at 5.30 pm, i got a call from service manager (Mr. Shiju), that there is a problem with some "fuse box" of my vehicle and another rs.30, 000 to 40, 000 cost would be required and that my vehicle is shut down, not even getting start or something or the other to manipulate me into giving more money. There was also a barrage of jargon directed at me which i could not understand and after such a horrific experience, i am sure it was to scare me into shelling out more money.

                                  July 2nd and 3rd july, absolutely no communication from anyone from showroom, they must be waiting me reaching with money bag.

                                  I have following concerns:

                                  When i dropped the car on may 28, 2018, the car was in working condition, horn was working, the car was dropped only for servicing and glass replacement. I paid the cost rs.38, 000 towards the same and for repairing the brakes. When i got the car serviced back why was the horn not working? Whose fault is this?

                                  I am not an engineer who would understand the technicalities of the situation but i am also not stupid to not have doubts when issues keeps propping up one after the other and not all at once. How is it that the people servicing the vehicles did not realize that there was a problem with the horn first time around? How does it earthly take them a month to decipher it? Is there any tat? How come it stopped working when i dropped second time? Was it working when the vehicle delivered on june 23, 2018? Was it delivered with faulty fuse box or it was not faulty that point of time?

                                  I suspect a serious foul play to achieve some workshop goals and/or budgets. Just because you can terrorize people with a threat to their life due to faulty vehicle parts, your team thinks it is right to do so? Is there no respect left in you for your customers to fool them in such a heinous manner?

                                  Despite me spending so much for my car repairs, i still feel a threat to my life if i drive that car again. I have no trust left in your showroom employees and sincerely doubt not just their capability but also their integrity.

                                  All i want now is to get my vehicle in the same condition as i had dropped it off at your showroom so many weeks ago – working with the brakes, the horn and every other part intact. Rest assured, you have lost a very loyal customer and in most probability so has honda.

                                  I am also a part of the service industry myself and i do understand that problems come without knocking on the door and when it comes to customers, one has to deal with issues that one couldn’t even have imagined to happen. But i also know that in no circumstance is there a need to take advantage of your customer and the mistake of taking them for a fool could be a fatal one for the business. All i urge for you to do now is to treat me with some semblance of respect, be honest with me and ensure that no other person has to have such a horrible experience.

                                  I do not feel responsible to pay fuse cost rs.30-40k, as it was absolutely fine condition when i dropped my vehicle, it was not been advised at any point of time before/after dropping the vehicle. I am not in a position to discuss anything with workshop officers as they hardly bother to listen customer rather to convince their inability.

                                  I need my vehicle on urgent basis with genuine repairs', seek your intervention please.

                                    Sir,
                                    I own a honda city diesel, jun 2014 model. On 4th july my car was parked outside and it rained for 4-5 hours during night.in the morning i found to my horror that rain water had seeped into my car and the rear passenger floor had 2inch of stagnated water. On investigation i found the cavity full of rain water and on opening a rubber plug inside/on the bottom ends of the gates about a litre of water oozed out. There was not a single drop of water found on the driver and co-driver's floor. I have never witnessed such an episode even with my cheaper cars viz santro and swift. I was contemplating to have new model of amaze but this incident has made me nervous and needless to mention lack of faith in brand honda.

                                      I have purchased new amaze vcvt model on 22 june 2018 from rinroad honda Dwarka before delivery i have noticed that both bumper have not fitted well there was some extra gap in bumper i have asked for this issue from sales persons but they did not given any satisfactry answer and after delivery i have noticed that my car have some paint issue and faded from center pillar and top please suggest what should i do because it is new product and this issue is before the delivery from showroom, i have purchased this car with my savings and i am not satisfy with both issue please let me know what should i do for paint issue which was before the delivery from showroom. srivastav.[protected]@gmail.com (my email id)
