defects/problems in my new honda amaze v cvt diesel

This complaint is regarding my new honda amaze 1.5 v cvt (I-dtec)-am0027, chassis no. Makdf665ej4000331, engine no. N15a11801521. This is to inform that i got the delivery of my new honda amaze car on 03.06.2018 from frontier vehicles pvt. Ltd., 01a, ground floor, sector-48, vipul trade centre, sohna road, gurgaon, haryana. The aforesaid car has plenty of technical faults like -
1. Improper/loose fitting of glove box, which opens...

Myself Nilesh Sanjay Lagad from Pune, Maharashtra, I have purchased New brand Honda city ZX MT 2017 I- DTEC (in my wife name- SHARAYU SUBHASH GOGAWALE) from RING ROAD HONDA, 40-42, JANPATH, NEW DELHI- 110001 on[protected].
CHASSIS NO. MAKGM852FH431623. I have purchased the car from delhi but using the car in pune.
Few days back when I took my car for 3rd servicing at DECCAN HONDA DHANKAWADI BRANCH PUNE... I got to know the history of my car from August 2017... I purchased car on[protected] from ring road Honda, delhi, but prior to my purchase, the job card of the car has been opened 3 to 4 times...
To my utter surprise 1 INSURANCE CLAM has been done for paint job...
After knowing about INSURANCE CLAIM I conducted check up of the car and again to my utter surprise I got to know that BONNET AND BOTH THE SIDE FENDERS ARE REPAINTED...
Again Mr. Chaturvedi is listed as 1st owner in the system (Honda server system for India)
According to system I have purchased car on[protected], but I have purchased it on[protected] according to my invoice... but as system date is 1-9-17 I have lost car warranty/ guaranty for 4 months...
Thus, RING ROAD HONDA, NEW DELHI has fraudulently cheated me by selling me used/damaged/Accidental car with previous 1st owner Mr. Chaturvedi.

I kindly request you to please take a detailed enquiry in my case and please save my hard earned money...

Lastly Thank you, and hope you will look into the matter and give me justice...

    I have booked creta at HIMGIRI HYUNDAI gurgaon but some of the reason I cancelled the booking and also request for the refund by written application by email and by hard copy submitted by hand.

    I have email the refund request by email on 22/06/2018 but there is no response from them on email and also not get the refund yet.

      I have recently purchased a Honda WRV Car from Stalion Honda (Dealer Honda Cars) at Indra Nager, Lucknow UP, they have over charged money from me and now not responding even they are refusing to discuss the mater.

      i have paid Rs.964350/- and they have given me the Invoice of 874163 Ex showroom price and RTO RC of 73350 total 947513.

      Balance Rs.16837, they are not clarifying for what they have taken.

        I had given my Honda Dio for service in Didar in greams road. They just took a quarter tank of my petrol and left it totally empty. Usually, they note down the kms and petrol level, this time the guy didn't note it and he is like telling stories for not writing it and giving lame reasons for taking the petrol. I even doubt if they change the engine oil. He said, they must have taken the petrol to clean the clutch. Yeah, quarter tank of my petrol in which I can travel about 80kms, to just clean the clutch and things? Do you expect me to buy this story you people tell? Very disappointed with the way of service. Stealing petrol. so cheap. The guy was not able to give any satisfying reason. They have stolen it.

          I've sent my car for first paid service in GOPINATHJI - MAKARPURA VADODARA workshop. From back office I was regularly getting calls for services, as I was under free service in first year I was asking them to give me rates of Annual Maintenance Charges for upcoming services, but they aren't reverting in spite of my repeated requests.

          Before sending my Honda Jazz for first paid service, I've asked for charges to Mr. Hardik / Harikrishna who are from back office staff. Anyone from these two guys have given me rate of Rs.1250/- + GST. When my car reached to workshop, I got a call from them & they refused to provide service on the above rate & asked me to confirm Rs.1920 + GST = 2300 approx. This cost me Rs.700/- extra unnecessarily about which I had discussion with Mr. Pankaj who is Manager of GOPINATHJI Makarpura Vadodara, but he was unable to help me out & just said SORRY for miscommunication...

            Dear Sir

            Continual breaking problem even after repeated service and repair. Worst experience ever faced in my life. I could have meet with accidents multiple time due to breaking issue, as even at speed of 80kmph there is heavy vibrations when I apply break and takes more than 15 sec to slow down the speed. The break pad and rotor seems has issue right from the time the total km reached 16000km & now my vehicle has run only 20000 km. It is a single hand driver nobody else other than me drives my car.

            After I had received my car after 2nd free service clutch problem started, the clutch pad was too hard and which resulted in knee problem for which I had to take a week off to attend physiotherapy to solve my knee issue, the clutch problem was later resolved after repeated mails and telephonic request and discussion, and was eventually replaced. However the clutch problem has gain started and I am not able to understand whether I need to attend my office or keep roaming around the service centres for repairs. This is a nightmare for me.

            The door winds glass also keep vibrating, this issue was also attended, but still it persists.

            I bought the vehicle brand new 2.5 yrs. ago and did not expect this kind of performance. I was happy with my Maruti Car which I have used for 8 yrs. and never faced this issue. I have advised my friends and office colleagues not to buy Honda cars, also my office which was planning to buy 4 Honda cars for corporate use, I have warned them not buy for Honda for their poor service, response & repeated problems.

              Hi, I have purchased Honda city petrol version in December '2017 from Crystal honda viman nagar. After few months I noticed vibration issue in all the windows. During second servicing I told the servicing center(crystal honda wagoli) about the issue. They confirmed that the issue would be resolved but after few days from servicing the problem again started. I called them and they said that the Mechanic would give me a call which never happened. Then in 3rd service I reported the issue again but the same which was happened in last service Repeated once again. They are least bother of issus. Just for the sake they are servicing. And also I am surprised to see this issue in Honda city which is one of the Honda's premium segment car. Not sure whom to escalate so that the issue can be sorted out at the Earliest. I hope this complaint will do the necessary action.

                This is regarding the first service for the New Amaze. The service was booked initially for 10th, with Pride Honda Madhapur, in Hyderabad. However they did not confirm the driver for car pick up while I mentioned the same. Later the service date had to be pushed later.

                When the service was booked again, Madhapur was denied and I was forced to choose Gachibowli as a location for service. Here the car was picked up in the morning. When in evening the car was returned, the car was damaged from the font bumper towards the passenger side. Before taking the delivery I called my Pride HOnda sales guy and asked for the contact and escalation.

                The first interaction wa with Rohit the service advisor. He declined on my face that the car was damaged before it was picked up. I had asked for the pictures to be sent when the driver clicked the same before the car was picked ad never got that.

                When I again called my calls were not answered. At this point I got the number for Mr. Chary, who was told to me was the service manager. He also mentioned the same as Rohit, but when asked the same, he inquired and called back that the issue was with the Driver who picked the car, and they would get the car back on Monday 16th to get it fixed and the company responsible for the pick up and drop will be charged.

                It has been 3 days that I am chasing the dealership, Mr Chary and have not got the car fixed needless to say pain of broked promises and the fact of new car with just a month old damaged by Honda themselves...

                I raised this issue with the toll free contact center with the details using my cell phone number [protected], but seems no one is ready to respond or help.

                Is this is what is expected from HONDA now?

                    I booked the new honda amaze V CVT radiant red car from one of the showroom mentioned below.
                    Perfect Honda, Pothen Vehicles and Services PVT LTD, Door No 14/302-303, NH47, Near SCMS Kochi, Ernakulam, Pin 683106, Kerala.
                    Booking amount was 21000 and i was assured that the vehicle will be available within 3 - 4 weeks. But after 3 weeks they called me now and said vehicle allocation is not happpened and it will be available only on august. By the time they said the vehicle price will go up by 25000 aswell. I disagreed, because i booked the car on agreement of the initial amount and i lost 3 weeks. Otherwise i would have booked somewhere and got the car. I am very very disappointed that the showroom guys are playing tricks to get more amount after next month. I am planning to go to consumer court aswell if i dont get proper justification from honda. Also i will be sharing my experience with other people as much as i can, this should not happen to others anymore.

                    My car Number MH 02 EE 5970 in name of Dr Vandana chavan has water leakage problem. It was there last yr June 2017 and this yr July 2018 every time they said it's fixed but with every rain it comes up now on July 2018 jst 5days after repair my car is in workshop for same water leakage problem

                      Dear sir, with deep regret i would like to lodge a complaint against the dealers of honda motors named impression motors sevoke road siliguri .I purchased a honda amaze car in feb 2017 for which i took a loan of rs 285, 000/from sbi ektiasal branch sevoke road siliguri.The loan was paid in full by 31st jan 2018.The accounts department of impression motors siliguri has shown the loan amt of rs 11, 90, 490.00 instead of rs 285, 000/ and my pan no. Has been replaced with some unknown pan no.{cal1045146} my it return also shows tax collected amt of rs. 11904/ my repeated requests to the manager mr ganguly to rectify the wrong entries have fallen on deaf ears and i am left with no choice but to approach consumer court against the dealer.I am unable to file my it return because of wrong entries made by the accounts department of the dealer impression motors.I would earnestly request you to impress upon the concerned dealer to rectify the wrong entries at the earliest.

                        I, Tushar Desai([protected])gave my car MH47K6751 for service on Sat 7th July'18 to Solitaire Honda Borivali. There was absolutely no problem with my car as recorded by their service agent Umer([protected]). In fact, he suggested that i should buy the AMC for INR 8000/- which i promptly did. There were some coupons for 3M polish external and internal as well and engine wax which i asked the service advisor to utilise before its expiry date on 13th July'18.
                        I was informed by the service advisor that the car was ready and delivered to my office address per my request on Tuesday 10th July'18. Since, it was heavily raining, i took the keys from the honda representative who came to drop the car and went back to my workstation. In the evening, to my shock, i saw that there is water on the screen of the car stereo. The indicator on the dashboard was also showing a low key battery sign which should have been checked prior to delivering. I immediately took the pics and informed Umair. The next day on 11th July'18, i sent him the photos over SMS and then over whatsapp. He informed me to call the servicedesk numbers for Solitaire Honda and register for pick up to have a look at the workshop. I called per instructions and asked for pick up. I was told someone will call back. I received a call only after two days on 13th July'18 that someone will pick up on Monday 16th July'18. To which i agreed and the same honda rep came and took the car. I then receive a call from Umair that the warranty for the screen is over and i will have bear the charges for the repair of the screen. I was shocked. Why would i bear the charges for the damage occurred either while servicing or doing the 3M work. Attaching the photos for your reference. I have reffered at least 3 people from my office to buy the Honda cars after i bought and everytime after service there is some issue like this which occurs. Very disappointed.

                          I purchased a Honda Jazz-(P)SV MT manufactured in the year 2016 n took delivery of the same on March 2016. I was very proud having purchased a car of a reputed company.
                          Now it's with regret that I have to complain about rain water seepage in the car on the right side due to heavy rainfall on 7th through 10th July2018. There was about 4 to 5 inches of water collected near the front n back seat.
                          I have never had such an experience with my old car Tata Indica which I used for the past 10 years and was parking it in the same parking place.
                          I have sent the car to your service centre Krish Cars Pvt., Ltd., Shah Industrial Estate, Off Veera Desai Road Andheri (W) on 13-7-18 .i request you to look into the matter. Since it's a technical problem or a manufacturing defect the problem should be fixed by you without any charge.Car Reg no.MH02EE2599.

                            On 6th June we booked new honda amaze at Delight honda sector 15 but loan could not happen so we asked for refund
                            Manager yogesh and sales guy Mahender never followed up with us infact we only called them regularly for status but not received any call back.
                            Visited them also and they promised that within 5 days we will receive our cheque of 20k but pathetic service after that no follow up
                            If this is the way you are serving prospects then god knows how you are giving after sales service
                            I need my cheque but I have already told my friends not to visit this showroom

                              We booked Honda Amaze in June 1st week at Honda Delight Faridabad by giving a token of RS 20, 000.but due to some reasons loan did not happen and best part nobody followed with us and after one week we got new car and loan happened from some other showroom
                              Manger whom we met there was Yogesh and sales person was Mahender but they guys are not refunding our money 7-8 times we have followed with them but they are just giving excuses.

                              Pathetic service by this showroom and harassment that they are doing is really bad.
                              If Honda can't manage it's showroom then it's better to close them

                                I own a Honda City VX MT (2016 model), from Infinity Honda Gurgaon. I believe currently, my car is in extended warranty.

                                My front windshield got damaged without having any accident. I strongly feel that it was a stress crack (without anything actually hitting the windshield). Before went to the showroom I took a counsel from other workshops and realised that the crack was due to large variation in temperature and pressure (like my car has been sitting in the hot sun all day.) But the Infinity Honda denied to replace the same as they are claiming that this was due to a stone or other hard debris hits the windshield.

                                Hence, I have given my car to change the the windshield on 10th of July 2018 (Tuesday) and received the date 14th July 2018 (Saturday) as the date of delivery. However, at the date of delivery, when I reached the workshop I have realised that my car remains untouched. Initially when I have asked for the reason they told me that my insurance claim papers were misplaced and I need to re-submit the documents. However, after 2/3 hours of search they have managed to find my documents and told me that the further procedure will take another 3 days to initiate as they don’t have the services (Insurance claim) on Sunday.

                                Hence, I feel this is a case of serious negligence any unprofessionalism.

                                So it would be great if anyone can help me in this and give me some good suggestions for the whole procedure.

                                  I am having Honda AMAZE . The RC no- UP16AS-9947. The car took an accident on 12th July-18. I had requested the Service center " Infinity Honda- Sector-34, Gurgaon" for pick up of the car for repair which is under Zero Dep Insurance. The car was piked up at 11 am on the same day, but till now I have received no update from the Service Center side. Once I called yesterday, I was informed that the system is not working since last 2 days, thus, it can not be logged in. Due to which even the survey work in not completed.
                                  Though at the time of sending the car I requested that, please try to repair early as it will be difficult for me go to office daily by Taxi, but no action was taken on my request.
                                  This kind of pathetic situation I had never seen as I am also working in automobile industry.

                                  Need immediate action on the same .

                                  NO response yet. No one is ready to respond any thing. I have visited the Service center. Even the service order was not open till 15.07-18. I had to wait for more then an hour after that the service order was opened . Thereafter, till date no communication has been received from their side. Whenever I make a call, no one picks the call and if any one picks the same, he /she just replies I will revert back after some time and that time never comes. I have also sent message to the GM - Sales Service Mr. Mohit of the Infinity Honda- Sec-34, Gurgaon, but reply came.
                                  Horrible service . Such type of ignorance I have never seen from any service station.
                                  Need to take corrective action else I have to knock the door of consumer court as .

                                    I have purchased New Amaze 2018 on 9th July 2018, Model - V CVT Diesel When I took the car out from the showroom, there were plenty of brake & suspension noise. Since the noises further increased next day, I called sales person who helped me in buying the car from Infinity Honda, Sohna Road, Gurgaon. I was asked to take the car to their showroom. Infinity Honda workshop agreed that the faults are there in the car but they were unable to rectify it. There are loud noises coming from the front, something is wrong with suspension/lower arm/link rods but the workshop has no clue. Secondly, there are very loud and irritating noises coming when I lift the brake pedal, it can be very dangerous also since it involves brakes but I was told that it is bound to come since its a CVT and all Honda CVT cars make that noise but the noise level was simply unacceptable. Why Honda is selling defective products and When they will train their [censored] to rectify manufacturing defects. I have also written an email to Honda "[protected]@hondacarindia.com" yesterday about the same.

                                    None of my complaints are resolved . Infact I found few days back that the car is badly rusted . Most of the parts like Axle, Lower Arm, Suspension Mount, Link Rods, Ends, Ball joints, wheel etc. all are badly rusted. Looks like I am sold a used car by Dealer "Infinity Honda Sohna Road Gurgaon" and "Honda" company. I don't want to keep the vehicle anymore now, I feel cheated emotionally and financially

                                      I booked my car on around 19th May. The car came into showroom within 2 weeks but I requested for delivery on 22nd June. So I completed all the formalities before 22nd June. I faced below problems:
                                      1. I requested for car inspection before it get registered but sales executive denied for the same giving the sake of trust. As per the Honda name I agreed.
                                      2. When I went for car delivery on 22nd June, the car was not in good condition. There was lot of dust and dust marks. I requested multiple times to clean it up. So they cleaned it in hurry burry. When I checked the car from inside and found from inside also there was dust and all. As per the muhurath, we were in hurry to complete the process.
                                      3. Sales executive explained about the car and as per her knowledge even she was not clear about all the features.
                                      4. So took the car. Next day morning when I was cleaning the car from inside then I found scratches on the music system and immediately I called to sales executive and informed her. I was shocked to see their response. Their reaction was like 'No sir, we delivered your car in good condition. This might happen by you it seems'. She didn't even try to see the problem. Then I realized, this is not the fresh car. It seems, this car is being already used either in demo or in display.

                                      This is my first car and I was very excited. But now I am really frustrated and don't know what to do. I am planning to file a case against them.
