I purchased honda city zx 2017 model im sep, 17 and it’s digpad starte giving problems in initial moths which I raised with dealer. They hard reset it and confirmed these issues won’t repeat. however, I’m still facing major DigiPad issues. On connecting to phone many times, the DigiPad stops responding and it doesn’t recognize the device. It doesn’t respond back and to bring it back, the engine is to be turned off and turned on back again. The concerned service team wasn’t able to help it.
The service team tried a hard reset, yet the issue continued. It is becoming impossible to use navigation and I need to stop the car and then turn off and turn on engine to make it normal. And also the system is very slow in response and this is the least I expected from Honda Car. After buying the premium car, facing such issues, Digipad quality is inferior, ages old software has been used in it and no software update has been there which I was told while booking the car that on every service there would be software updates. Phone link and HDMI DO NOT work. Car play don’t work with it which is minimum need today. Map - sick, min requirement is google map which gets updated on regular. They need to recall it and upgrade it.

    Hi i am nirmal pandian s. I brought honda dio standard red colour at jsp automative pvt ltd aminjikarai on june 26th. From the start of my visit at there i dint get any response from the dealer like not a single water bottle will not provide to me i am really upset because of i am also working in maansarovar automobile as a hdfc bank side finance i see there very kind of sweet response but here i didnt feel that. After my booking and my loam finance amount send to dealer a/c by bank do myself. There after i commit my delivery without registration on 26th june saturday. Once i went to showroom with family for taking delivery at the time also no response with them. One sc come at shake her hand from the window side i go there for take a delivery realllyyyyyyy i am very upset on the time also. But i am a cool person so that i am taking just normal. My family peopels are also upset. And finally i receive my rc book insurance but still i didnt receive my refund amount from the dealer for the past 1months. They said everytime cheque is ready but not signed by md. Very worst performance did by the jsp honda aminjikarai.

      Dear sir,

      I booked a honda city car (V) from your dealer (Peninsular honda) kochi on 01/06/2018 in my wife's name "siji v. S", but after that i didn't acquire any follow ups from the executive named sujith, so i visited vision honda kochi and i am contented with their customer service as they methodize car with in 3 days and better price for my old car.

      So i cancelled the order from peninsular honda and submit a letter regarding the refund of rs 21000/. Their accounts dept informed me that it will be refunded with in 10 days. As i didn't receive the refund amount till 29th, i enquired about it to the respective executive. After calling him so many times he answered my call by saying that they will withhold the amount as i bought it from another dealer. I am now concerned about how my booking amount will be refund. I have never encountered such a treatment before. I look forward to hear from you.

        I purchased a honda brv in october 2016 and since december 2016 i have been facing problem with my car.

        Now the situation is that the car is not getting started after timely servicing.

        It gets stopped anywhere in the mid way.

        Honda is a cheater.. Paradise honda gorakhpur is cheater
        They sold us faulty car.

        They never give resolution to my problems.

        I need my money back from honda.

        Big time fraud cheaters honda

        They team is of no use
        All are bloody fake #

        Manager of paradise Honda Gorakhpur Dhirendra Singh called us and said that engineer nai jayega jo karna hai karlo

        Just a bloody ### and cheater he is

        He is not bothered about customer service for which he is been paid

        My car just came back from servicing 15 days before so when I asked what he checked in servicing he said sab kuch sahi tha

        He is just a fake person and Honda refund my money or replace my car

        I will surely not leave you BLOODY CHEATERS.

          I have purchased a WRV car from Bhalla Automobiles Pvt Ltd, vibrant Honda, ALIGARH no UP81BV8548, ENG NO N15A15022544 . My car has run about 5000 km.The tyre of car is defective and dealer has issued a letter to the local Tyre dealer for change of Tyre but he refused to change it and advised that the Tyre would be change by the car dealer himself.Vibrant Honda has sent the claim to the company by taking photo of Tyre and car, but no details of claim is given to us.I am attaching the scan copy of letter issued by vibrant Honda to local car dealer . You are requested to exchange the Tyre immediately.

            Subject:- worst experience a dealership could ever give to its customer
            Dear team,
            This for vehicle honda 1.5 v cvt (I-dtec) met

            Purchased from dream honda vapi
            We had taken the delivery for amaze today which is 1st july 2018 at 10.45 am,
            1. Firstly the car salesman mr aakash had to followed up a lot to visit the showroom for timely delivery
            2. Mr aakash did not inform us with the various honda assured insurance options he choose the one which they were comfortable with.
            3. The car was full of stains in the interior which we pointed out to mr aakash and pratik his team leader, further it was already driven around 80 kms.
            4. During the finance of this vehicle we were made waiting for 7 hours in the bank and we had to do franking and stamp duty process by ourselves which generally dealership does.
            5. Now this showroom is 200 kms away from my house we had to let go everything and accepted the vehicle but after accepting the vehicle within an hour of drive we realised that the car vibrates at 100 kms/hour so we immediately informed mr aakash he said this is happening because this is a new vehicle which was a rubbished reason, we requested him to replace the vehicle since they had not applied for registration for which they refused.
            Now what am i supposed to do so many experiences and we have the defective car, we would request the dealership and honda to please replace the vehicle to maintain the honda goodwill, since it is our painful duty to write this email after 8 hours of vehicle purchase.

              Dear honda cars india,

              Good day and greetings.

              I had purchased your honda amaze diesel in[protected] as one of your first customers!!

              Yes the engine and body is amaze ing and has given fantastic service till date, no complaints for that.

              However, there is a major design flaw in the older honda amaze which you have conveniently overlooked.

              If you check your facebook page for[protected], my complaints regarding following safety / design issue is still pending. That is the reason why am raising this complaint here, as am quite fed up of trying to explain elsewhere.

              During monsoons and when humidity is high, the windscreens and glasses, all get fogged up so bad, that there is no visibility to the driver. This happens when aircon is running and set to max cooling, which am fond of. The rear windscreen is gets fogged so bad, driver visibility is zero!!

              During monsoons this is the most unsafe car i have and really skeptical to use it!

              Dont tell me not to use the aircon as i prefer cabin temp at coolest.

              Am a captain and i take safety is topmost priority. My wife and kids use the honda amaze and i dont let them use it during the monsoons due to above safety flaw.

              It is shocking that in india, a company like honda too can get away with such murder. Am sure many accidents in older models have been caused by the above and honda india has done nothing to recitfy the same.

              In singapore or usa, without much doubt, you as honda would have been sued over a million times by now.

              Kindly look into this matter and give me a permanent solution.

              101% visibility is top priority for safety!

                I under signed purchased honda car wr-v from subh honda bilaspur, chhattisgarh on dated 30.01.2018. I had given the amount for registration on the same date. Now till date i hadn`t received my rto of my car.
                For this i contacted to all responsible person of this dealer including gm, manager, etc.
                No one giving me the correct information regarding the subject, even not giving me the reason for late.
                I did blunder to purchase honda car from bilaspur.
                I am giving this information to your good offices hoping to resolve the above said problem. Waiting for your reply soon.
                If not i may enforced to take legal help.

                  महानुभाव, 25 जून 2018 को सिटी हौंडा गाड़ी में 91वर्ष की ह्रदय रोग से पीड़ित वृद्ध माँ को अस्पताल ले जा रहा था। उसी दौरान स्ट्रीइंग का लॉक लग गया । इस दौरान 2 छोटी बच्ची भी कार में थे, कैथल (हरियाणा) स्थित आपके सिटी हौंडा कर्टसी हौंडा शोरूम में वहाँ के जी. एम को फोन किया करीब 3 घंटे बाद वे आए कार ले गए । लॉक बदलने के करीब 11400 रुपये लिए लॉक मैन्युफैक्चरिंग फाल्ट के कारण था । मै कंपनी की लापरवाही के कारण अपनी बीमार माँ को समय पर अस्पताल नहीं ले जा पाया । मेरे से लिए पैसा वापिस हो, दोषीओ के विरूद्ध कार्यवाही हो, शिकायत नं 1- [protected] यह एक प्रकार से क्रिमिनल मिसक है कि चलती गाड़ी का सट्रीइंग लॉक हो जाना रजिस्टर्ड मोबाईल no [protected]

                  27 व 28 जून 2018 तक के समय अंतराल में मेरी शिकायत बाद भी कोई कारवाही नहीं हुई, मेरी 91 वर्षीय माँ की हालत सिटी हौंडा कर्टसी कैथल(हरियाणा) के GM श्री तनेजा व मालिक की गफलत के कारण गंभीर बनी है, मैन्युफैक्चरिंग खामी लॉक कारक है, वहीँ बकौल आपके कैथल के सिटी हौंडा डीलर के GM व मालिक का कहना है कि हमारी टाटा कार की एजेंसी हिसार( हरियाणा) में है, अपनी इस सिटी हौंडा गाड़ी को बेच कर टाटा की कार लो, इसकी ड्यूरेबिलिटी है, सिटी हौंडा 3-4 साल बाद उपभोगता को अक्सर दिक़त देती है यदि मेरे से लिए गए सट्रीइंग लॉक के 11400 रुपये वापिस नहीं किये जाते और कथित आरोपी GM श्री तनेजा व डीलर संजीव गुप्ता के विरुद्ध कंपनी संज्ञान नहीं तो मैं अदालत में वाद डालने पर विवश हूँगा

                    I already submitted a complaint yesterday for no mud guards in my honda brio car which i think is a part of basic accessories when you give steering controls and airbags in the same model. I got a call from mr. Nishit yesterday but when i told him about the problem he told me give a call back within 30 minutes but there is no response. Even he doesnot pickup my call since i am trying. Give me a specific responsible person who can handle customers appropriately.

                      *details of the honda jazz purchased by kb systems pvt. Ltd. (In
                      Charge of mrs. Kavita bhatt) on the ninth day of april, 2018 by karan
                      Ashok auto pvt. Ltd. Are attached below.

                      Immediately after purchasing honda jazz it has been noticed that car
                      Is defective. The defects are mentioned below:

                      1. A-very-low-pickup
                      2. Gear issue (Specially first gear is always showing intermittent behaviour)
                      3. Air-conditioning functional issue
                      4. Irritating sound from rear-right-side wheel
                      5. Most dangerous problem is slipping of car in inclined plane which
                      Can only be controlled by applying hand-break

                      Inspite of complaining many times at the honda showroom/ authorised
                      Service centre (Details attached below) and visiting the honda
                      Showroom/authorised service centre 3-4 times since we bought the
                      Vehicle, we face the same problems.

                      An investment of inr 800, 000 is hitherto made by kb systems pvt. Ltd.
                      Which is almost useless. Details of the investment on this car are
                      Mentioned as follows:
                      1. Value of car (As on ninth day of april, 2018) inr 6, 92, 512
                      2. An insurance of inr 26, 175 on the vehicle
                      3. An investment of inr 81, 300 on car registration (Various other
                      Activities involved)

                      Such a mediocre performance was not expected from honda motors. You
                      Are advised to refund the sum of inr 800, 000 until the second day of
                      July, 2018 otherwise i will launch a complaint in indian consumer
                      Forum (https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/). i will be forced to publish
                      A review on social media (Facebook, whattsapp, et cetera), global
                      Forums and/or print media (The largest print media and press in the
                      World is indian media).

                        I have paid for RSA (Roadside assistance) package when I purchase my vehicle(TS07EG7457) from hitch city Hyderabad branch and on 19th May 18 night at 9.30 PM my vehicle got suddenly stopped and couldn’t start at Ongole and spoke to Asutosh (1st complaint[protected] from RSA customer care executive for assistance, but he couldn't arrange the service. This was my first call for RSA from last 3 years and for the first time itself I got the worst experience which never expected. I searched 2 hours for local technician but I couldn’t found. Finally I took rental car and paid two thousand rupees to drop me at my home (Tangutur) and next day morning I got the technician and paid 1000 rupees to get repair and start my vehicle.

                        I have also called 2nd time assistance[protected] again they failed to arrange RSA.

                        Now the point is, I don't have trust with Honda RSA service, for this no service I have paid 4500 rs for RSA, I need my money back (both RSA and service which I have spent) as they have not done any service to me. Please help me on this issue.

                          I bought a honda brio a month back from emarald honda ahmedabad. They have not given me mud guard behnd the tyres and say which is part of my accessories. This is a very basic thing. I am already an owner of 3 other cars 2 of them being of honda but this has never happened to me. It's embarassing for me to file a complaint for such a shameful act. Please revert to me. This being a problem to be solved immediately.

                            ​pls note my ​honda city - pb 27 a-0066 had encounter ac problem - compressor coil. Car was taken to below adress, on[protected]. On investigation they said coil is burned and need to be ordered and will take some time.

                            I deposited rs-3000 as advance to order the part.

                            I did not get a single call from them. Rather i used to ask each time the status of the part. On 08th jun car was taken to above workshop again to fix the part, which they said part has been received after i called, they did not bother to inform that part has come (See their courtesy or responsibility)

                            After 3 hrs they said part which they received was wrong and has to be addressed to concerned department and accordingly will be informed

                            I kept on waiting but no positive reply from their side. I have made several calls but did not got positive reply.

                            On 23 th jun complaint registered at[protected]
                            . But nothing moved. I did not got any complaint number in spite of giving my email.

                            25 jun again called and i got reply that part will come by 27 jun 2018

                            On 27 jun again when called i get reply say part will come on 12 july. Called mr. Punnet sethi, said i am not aware will call you back. But no reply.

                            Again called[protected] and notified, he said let me check. And i am still waiting reply...

                            I hope someone will take action. I am not able to use car since[protected].

                                I have renewed my insurance with Perfect Honda Trivandrum show room. The policy is on behalf of my father Mr.S.Sivasankara Pillai, in the policy letter it is mentioned as Mr.Sivasankaran Pillai. I spoke this to Mr Nisanth(insurance cordinator perfect Honda show room Trivandrum) that i had VERBALY informed him about this. For this he sarcastically pounced on me saying That he is having audio recordings of my conversation with him. (I was taken aback as I did not have any early experience on collecting such evidences !!)IS THIS THE WAY YOUR EXECUTIVES OPERATE, Mr. Nisanth continued with his ARROGANCE.. and i had to tell him that I am not interested to talk to him.
                                I have got excellent service from your other executives right from buying my City a year back, until a few days back during the 20000 kms service was done.
                                I DON'T THINK I AM AT HIS DOOR STEP BEGGING FOR RENEWAL. I CONTACTED PERFECT HONDA SHOW ROOM ONLY B'CZ OF THE OTHER EXECUTIVES SERVICES GIVEN TO ME.

                                  We bought the car honda amaze on 28th june, 2017, from sunshine honda, jaipur. It is a petrol model, amaze 1.2 s mt (I-vtec), rj 14 wc 9956, chassis no. Makdf153bhn215991 and engine no. L12b35129495, which costed us around 6, 85, 000. It's been hardly one year since the purchase and the mileage has dropped to a mere 9km/litre. It has always been between 9 and 10 kms/litre, which is far lower than the claimed mileage of around 14 kms/litre in city. It has become a matter of great concern for us now as the product is proving to be really expensive. It seems that the car has some manufacturing defect. I even notified about the same to the company during customer feedback after purchase but to no avail. I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible or else this would, for us, lead to a great disbelief in the services of honda and we would be bound to lodge a complaint in the competent court of law.

                                    My Honda city zx 2017 model is 3 months old and I’m already facing major DigiPad issues. On connecting to phone the DigiPad stops responding and it doesn’t recognize the device most other times. It doesn’t respond back until the engine is turned off and turned on back again. The concerned service team wasn’t able to help it.
                                    The service team tried a hard reset, yet the issue continued. It is becoming impossible to use navigation and I need to stop the car and then turn off and turn on engine to make it normal. And also the system is very slow in response and this is the least I expected from Honda city.

                                      I am Laxmi Narayan Saini from lucknow.I have gave my honda amaze (reg no-UP-32 FS-25841) for claim in Honda agency lucknow ON 18/05/2018.When i had gone to receive the car, i have paid all charges which was 3500 rs and received the receipt for this payment, after that when i looked the car then stepny was exchanged from 11MRF new car stepny to old good year stepny.when i cmplaint for this then returned my original stepny.I have paid all charges which apply by HONDA AGENCY, but when i told for gate pass then he refused to giving the car and told me reason that i had not received the payment of claim of dated 09/12/2016 from national insurance company, so you will pay this amount(5693) then HONDA AGENCY will release the car.I had taken policy ZERO DEP HONDA ASURE from national insurance company.HONDA AGENCY had not claim for this payment from national insurance but HONDA AGENCY is claiming me for this payment.why i will pay this amount when i was assured with zero dep insurance.Honda agency's manage and employee misbehaved with me. i have complaint many times in customer care but i have not receive any clarification.
                                      Please give me my car as soon as possible and clear this matter, otherwise i will do judicial proceeding against honda agency.

                                        I am sorry to inform you that my amaze 1.2s mt (I-vtec) car registration no - hr51bp8816 picked for regular service today from my residence to delight honda - faridabad service station by their driver only.
                                        Later informed me your car got accident & now their response is very poor & concerned driver also run away with their staff support.
                                        Kindly support as they are not supporting and recruit untrained staff on contracual basis & damaging name of honda car as i purchase only honda car because of their quality & support.
                                        My request to you kindly support to get my car as good as new only.
