We booked a car Honda amaze under the name of M/s Venus buildtech India pvt ltd from M/s Kothari autolinks (Honda dealership in Pune) and mr Rahul of M/s Kothari autolinks was looking after our booking. We paid full amount in advance and we were asked to wait for few days due to the waiting period but when the waiting period was over he said your booking has been cancelled due to some lame excuses. Is ita joke? No prior information no calls no messages and after waiting for a month you are cancelling our booking. These kind of services were not expected from such a renowned company like Honda. Even after a lot of arguments he(Mr.Rahul) was not ready to help us. Honda should look up how it’s dealers are dealing with the customers and what are they doing in real. This is not at all acceptable. All the formalities were done and complete amount was paid in advance and we waited for a period we were asked to wait. What else do you need from your customer to give them the delivery on time? This is just ruining the image of Honda and now we have asked for complete refund so that we can go for other alternatives other then Honda. M/s Honda cats India ltd kindly look into this very seriously as these dealers have made a regular practice to create trouble for people for no reason.

    Respected sir,
    I am a Honda customer. I am from Trichy.. I have Honda amaze car and gave for service for changing the door beading in the capital Honda showroom, Trichy. But even after 10days they haven't changed it. After 10days we took back our car without changing it.and we didn't use it for one month. We bought this Honda car because of good service. But this kind of service made us to suffer a lot. I request you to look this matter and hereafter provide us a prompt service.

      I am sorry to inform you that capital honda chennai took my car bearing registration number tn 01ah5558 for service on saturday ie.23rd june2018.

      The service technician meddled with the ignition key locking system and claimed that the car is out of action because of the wear & tear of the key locking system and to be replaced with new locks cost rs.12, 000/. It is a shock for me and my car has done 54k kilometre only and how come the locking system got damaged. I asked to return the car with running condition for that the service technician claiming that it is not possible without breaking the locking bolt the car cannot be returned.
      I request you resolve this issue smoothly and return my car. I am a honda customer for a longtime and i am thinking buying a new honda city shortly.

      The above incident put be in an embarrassing situation. I don't want to go to

      The legal route to solve this problem. Please revert me back.

      not ready to admit the mistake of meddling the locking system and to try to push me to the corner and holding

      the vehicle.I gave the car for service to their technician with working condition and they wrongly handled

      the ignition key system.

      I request you to strongly interfere and resolve the matter amicably. Already without vehicle I have been put

      into difficulties in commuting my official work.

      Please attend urgently today and solve the matter.

        I have booked a honda amaze emt petrol from courtesy honda, okhla on 8th june, 2018. It was told that car will be delivered within 2 months and i booked the car the same day with rs 21000/- but yesterday i got a msg that car isnt going to be delivered in 3-4 months now and you can cancel it or move to upper version. What is this? Is it a cheap marketing strategy to book the car with false information? I respect the official waiting period given by the company but where it is, nobody is giving any prompt reply. I want the official booking letter of my car incuding the booking number the booking date and the official waiting period asap.

          Another bad experience with splendid honda, jabalpur

          I would like to bring in your notice again that on[protected] i dropped my car for servicing at splendid honda jabalpur, m. P. And again i mentioned the same issue (Some noise comes from dashboard, for which they drove my car for 16 km last time but the issue didn’t get resolved).

          They drove my car for 55km to rectify the same issue. So i was shocked because the test drive of 55km is too much so i thought of discussing this with the service head.
          So mr. Nishant das (Sevice head, splendid honda jabalpur) said he drove only 24km for resolving the issue and 6 km i (Highly unsatisfied customer) drove with him. It becomes 30km (24+6) altogether. But i want to ask who has driven my car for the remaining 25 km? But they have no explanations who drove this much and why??

          Strange is that they are not even maintaining any records like who is taking the car out and what is the km count and when the car comes back to service station how much did they drive?

          On my request mr. Nishant called up the gatekeeper and asked his to share the record of my vehicle. He clearly said they do not manage such records. "no records found."

          Can you please help me in getting this issue resolved.

          Why there is kind of mismanagement in splendid honda. This is the 5th time i’m raising concerns for different issues.

          How come honda makes such blunder in providing the services?

          Regarding cleaning issue:

          1. This time again when i was dropping my car for servicing i have requested you to make sure that my car should be properly cleaned. So the attendant (Mr. Jharia), mentioned on the job note/work-note that "washing & cleaning needs to be taken care specially". Still when i saw my car i showed them you the special quality of washing & cleaning then i called up mr. Nishant and showed him the drops stains and mud stain on bonnet, roof and gate respectively. So they ask their cleaner staff to clean the car in front of me.

          My concern is: why you were waiting for me to tell you the faults/flaws in the service? Why don't you take care of such things before handing over the car?
          Is it my duty to check the car and clean it properly?

          2. On 2nd june, when i checked my car found that they made the front arm rest of my car dirty. I can see black stains on it.
          To be very honest, when i handed over my car to them the arm rest was cleaner and in a better condition. So the result is when i hand over my car to them it’s ok in condition but when i get my car back you make it dirtier.
          • is this a sign of good quality service?
          • this is how are you making your customer satisfied?

            I have purchased honda city in the year 2015 from bharuch, gujarat (Gj16bg9221). I was fully satisfied with the services provided by gopinathji honda, bharuch. Recently i have been transferred from bharuch to lucknow. I had got my car serviced two month back from araceli honda, kanpur road lucknow. Today i. E 24th june 2018, my car stop functioning around 1.00pm during my journey, i was just 4 km away from araceli honda, kanpur road, lucknow, immediately i called the araceli honda service centre lucknow for road side asistance, but sorry to say even after trying so many times they did not receive my call. Than i call araceli honda, hazratganj, lucknow and from there i got 2 mobile numbers of araceli honda, kanpur road, lucknow. Even after communication with them at 1.17pm we are waiting for assistance at 2.45 pm. It is very painful to me to write this type of communication for service of honda service centre as i had got the best experiences in gujarat. Please initiate immediate corrective steps and take appropriate action against erring staf[censored]nder advise to me. (I don’t want to quote the name of the staff of araceli honda)

              I purchased amaze vx mt on 21st of june. Did complete payment in advance on 19th june 2018.
              I was given the commitment that i will get all the accessories fitted in my car on 20th of june and i was asked to visit showroom for the same. I went there but the concerned person said they dont have accessories available. And he said my car will be ready with all the accessories before delivery tomorrow i. E. 21st june. I trusted his words and came back.
              Next day, on the date of delivery, i got no accessories as the accessories person said that he had fitted the accessories in some other car which was on priority.. After asking to your customer relations person, he said the parts aren't available, without even checking the stock once.
              The problem is: i have to leave home and go back to bangalore for job on sunday night, i have clearly told the same thing to mr. Prem, sales executive about this concern. And my car is currently useless as it doesn't have seat covers to sit.
              I want to know, when the accessories were not availabile, why did they commit me?
              Even till yesterday they were lying to me that give us an hour, we will get it done.
              General manager started blaming me that i could have rescheduled the delivery date.
              What is this?
              If i had any idea about your fake commitments, i would have never even bought it from you guys.
              There are other dealers as well. Why do you think just about selling cars not about maintaining ur promises.?
              Now i really think i could have gone for tristar honda or sunshine honda.
              Such torturing moments for a honda loyal customer.
              On a very serious note, i will never ever suggest anyone to buy honda or honda from pink city honda. This is a genuine promise from my side.
              Just because of you guys and your fake promises to sell a car, i will have to extend my leaves from office, loose my salary and regret during these moments that i trusted the words of fake people at pink city honda.
              Hope honda listens to my voice and strictly instruct pinkcity honda to deal fairly with customers specially loyal customers.
              P. S. I ignored small thing while purchasing car like delay, more kms reading i. E. 45 kms but they kept on faking me.

              Well, dear vivek chauhan ji, its just not about your sales numbers, its also about the problems which customers like me face when you guys make fake promises to meet your goals.
              I could have not complained this much if i had enough time to get such things done but situation forced me to do this.

              This is all i wanted to say. Accessories i can get anywhere but you lost your words. Hope you pay attention to this and solve my problem otherwise i have bought the car, now this is my responsibility and anyhow i have to manage because you guys were there till you got the deal and final amount.

                I purchased the honda city facelift a year ago (1st june, 2017). The buggy digipad is irritating me since i started using it. When i play youtube videos on it and seek it forward the digipad hangs and i have to turn on the ignition of car again. And whenever i connect iphone to it via bluetooth it does not respond quickly. Something it is so irritating that i want to throw it out of the car. Kindly, check into this serious problem.

                  I have purchased honda brio 3 weeks ago. The car wires are being chewed by mice twice. This can cause massive danger as it can led to spark.
                  I am not satisfied with the wire quality and material. There are other cars also in parking but the damage is caused to this car.

                      As a customer the recent purchase car is a total nightmare. My father brought a honda city car in the month of february 2018 from sunshine honda jaipur, ever since we have brought and used the car, it’s full of malfunctions such as -

                      1. Bluetooth connectivity with the phone to play music isn’t working properly. The music playing on the phone and music on the car system has a 10sec gap.
                      2. Besides having the option and facility to use phone on go via bluetooth, we aren’t able to use that function properly. As directed by the car dealer, one has to shut down the ac vent to use that facility, which is sheer stupidity and non sense.
                      3. Rear view parking cam is not at all clear, the visibility of the camera in the screen is blurred.
                      4. Company fitted sit covers are shabby and is loose from varies points, as promised and agreed by the dealer initially, cover along with door mat are not at all upto honda standards and seems very cheap.

                      In short the system provided in the car and all other items such as seat covers and door mat are completely useless.
                      I and my father on several occasions have personally approached and requested the sunshine honda owner mr shubham mittal to look into my problems and resolve the issues, but no one seems bothered enough to look and help post the payment and delivery of the car is made. We have in fact send our car to dealer’s service centre but nothing, the car come as it was without any work.

                      As a customer, spending our hard earned money on the car is worthless, we feel cheated and is deeply disappointed on the type of service and treatment we are getting. We have to keep our car mostly in the garage. It’s really heart breaking to see the whole situation. I really don’t know whether writing a mail will really help my purpose, but the brand image and presence honda has all over the globe i really see a hope.

                      Kindly help us reach to concern person and resolve the problem at the earliest. Really looking forward for a quick and positive response.

                        Sir,
                        My name is dilip tolani and i have recently purchased a brand new honda amaze from paras honda jodhpur in the name of my firm ram cloth centre. I am experiencing many major issues with my car such as my car is vibrating heavily while reversing and car is not going into reverse on a steep slope. I immediately informed my dealer and they got the car checked from different peronnel and they all agreed to the fact that yes the car is vibrating alot when reversing. Dealership promised me that they will communicate my problem with honda let me know the solution they"ll provide. Meanwhile i myself also communicated with honda through mail and toll free no. For days i did not receive any answer from both and finally when i visited my branch they told me that the problem that you are facing is in all the cars and that there is no abnormality in your car. When asked upon how the company has come to this conclusion without even checking my car themselves, the dealership"s answer was on the basis of video of my car that they sent to the company. I asked them to provide the video and service personnel feedback which they refused to provide me saying the video got deleted. I asked honda personel to provide me the video and technical report on the basis of which they are saying that the car has no issues. I have called them and asked for the same couple of times but still they havn"t answered my call regarding this. They promised me a call from senior technical personnel but i havn"t received any call from them.
                        Finally i am filing a complaint here also hoping you would listen and have no other option but to file a case in consumer court.

                          I booked the car on 30. May. 2018. With solitaire honda -rajendra nagar, borivali east. Booking was done on the basis of that car is available. I made the payment as under
                          1) exchange car vaue rs, 1, 80, 000/- car delivered on 31. May. 2018.
                          2) booking amount paid rs. 21, 000/- on 30.May.2018.
                          3) rtgs payment of rs, 3, 00, 000/- on 15. June. 2018.
                          4) bank payment (loan)rs. 5, 65, 000/- on 19.June.2018.

                          Till today that is on 22.June.2018. Solitaire honda has not send the paper for registration. Why dealer can not prepair insurance policy and other papers on time, now manger infrom me that tax will be paid on 25.June. It is after the six days of the making full payments why so much time is taken by the dealer. We have the experiance purchase of ford endeavour. They have not taken so much time after full payment.

                            2. I won usa tour for two person.
                            3. The tour is to be organised by travel partner of hcil.
                            4. The tour partner is having interest of his business profit maximization,
                            Instead customer interest and care.
                            5. Travel partner hurried up and misbehaved while processing the visa and
                            Tour planning. 6. I complained to customer care of hcil.
                            6. There is no proper response of customer care and it seems that the
                            Customer care is favouring travel partner.
                            7. The email presentation continued since march 2018 till this date. But no
                            Concrete solution has come.
                            8. I am interested for usa tour for two person just like other persons who
                            Have completed tour.
                            There is neither proper response from customer care nor from travel partner.

                              Delayed my car by a week, didnt even tell me that my car will be late. Promised to deliver on 15th june but delivery on 22nd.

                              Disappointed by the service staff, the kind of response.

                              Mr. yogesh service manager didnt even accept his mistake and blamed it on my mother ( saying me that my mother said To deliver the car next day) for he couldn't deliver my car because there was no driver at the company.

                              He could have said sorry for the availability for driver instead of blaming it on me. And also could intimate me about the late delivery.

                                Greetings from indian army where i serve at bubaneshwar. I purchased new car honda amaze jh01 bu 5366 from gujarat on 30/9/2015. I came on leave to bangalore, where my car is parked at my residence (Single user), found side door damaged, reported at saphire honda, kabedushanhalli, bangalore on 14 jun 18, claim filed for repair, amount rs 23000/-but rejected. Reasons not justified&flimsy. Since i have seen the damage after i have come to my residence where car is parked, how could i have reported earlier? I will never buy a honda as i feel cheated since paid for what they called 'bumper to bumper'insurance&now fooling an army officer by rejecting my claim for damage which i saw now on physical arrival&they say'you are late mister. Request send me your email, so i send copy of my complaint filed on email today. If you cant solve my problem&adress the issues which arise out of exigencies of military service, then why sell your cars to us? You can deny saying we cant honour the military people. Either help or
                                Please take this car also away. I will never buy a honda.

                                  I got honda wrv (D) vxmt 2018, makgl 2746j4026530 delivered to me on 14-6-18 (Invoice no mtoc n 15a[protected] from peninsular honda mangalore, karnataka. There was some lag while starting the engine which i thought was the usual thing in the keyless entry cars. But the time lag went on getting progressively longer despite holding the key remote very close to the start-stop button.in about 3 days the problem grew big enough in that the car was reluctant to start even when holding the remote very close to the start-stop button. The keyless access system indicator stayed constant throughout the journey, no beep when the keyless remote was taken outside the car away even when the engine was still on. I had to wait in anxiety for 2 minutes again it started after pushing the start button. This became an unpredictable thing that at times it would start and at times wouldn't, it really became a nuisance. The honda service staff told me there is something wrong in the electronic system and they had to order afresh for either the start button or the remote key.
                                  Now my concern is why a new product from honda should have problems troubling customers like this on day 1 itself, became really bothering too much within a few days of delivery. Isn't there a system where this could have been sensed and rectified earlier before delivering the car? Has it not been fully tested for these defects before dispatching from kochin office? And from the showroom of the delivery site? It’s a very disappointing and frustrating experience for the customer from day 1 onwards.
                                  My sincere request is that you take the car back and refund the money to me. The replies from your end that it can be repaired etc won't convince me because the same electronic component related issues linked to current one may start coming up over and over again in course of time even after the warranty period in this defunct product to spoil my peace of mind till the lifetime of this vehicle forcing me to visit service center every now and then.
                                  Hoping to hear for a prompt reply and constructive response from your end.
                                  I have no intention of hurting the feelings of anyone.

                                    I gave my car for service at whitefield honda service center on 11th june 2018.

                                    Its 20th june today and they still are unable to return my car.

                                    Issues:


                                    When i went in for service, i had told them that my car vibrates a lot and also the pickup in first gear is not as it was earlier. They said they will look into it and let me know what is wrong with the car.

                                    The next two days, i got an estimate for 1.6lakhs with a list of parts to be replaced.

                                    I requested them to not do anything to the car and return it to me in the condition i gave it to them on 11th june 2018.

                                    Now they're telling me that the car is not starting. I have been there on 3 days waiting from morning to about 4pm and this is after them calling us there.

                                    Each of these 3 visits, i was told the car is still not starting. And they're now telling me that they have to replace the distributor and only then my car will be back to working condition.

                                    When i told them that when i gave it to them for service, there was no starting problem whatsoever. To which they agree, but they are now raising their hands when it comes to fixing it.

                                    If they've goofed up something while having the car in their service station, why am i being held liable for the parts which they've damaged?

                                    I have phone call recordings of my conversations with them and also have the job sheet created by the service advisor when i left the car for service. And it has been clearly mentioned about what i described earlier that there is vibration and a pickup problem in first gear. They have written this after duly verifying the car at the time of taking it for service.

                                    Now they're telling me to bear the charges for the parts which they have damaged when the car was in their service station. The distributor they're referring to costs 25k plus taxes plus labor charges. Why should i pay for something that is not my mistake?

                                      Dear Honda Team,

                                      I purchased a Honda 150 unicorn on 21st November, 2017 from Celebrate Honda, New Delhi. As part of the protocol I submitted photocopies like aadhar, etc. As usual I get calls for bike servicing reminders after that.

                                      ISSUE:
                                      The photocopy of my details which I submitted is used for selling a car to someone (possibly didn't have valid his/her residence proof). I started getting calls/messages every month from Delight Honda, New Delhi with car servicing reminders!!!

                                      THIS MISUSE OF SOMEONE ELSE's DOCUMENTS FOR MAKING SALES IS ILLEGAL and DANGEROUS.

                                      Kindly take proper action.

                                        Dear madam/sir,

                                        I was in touch with samara honda lajpat nagar delhi with ms ayat who guaranteed me delivery of diesel top end autoatic new amaze in white color. I sent my driver within 30 minitutes and she said that the car is going to take a month to be delivered.
                                        I had put sale of my old car on hold but because she told me it will be goven next week i went ahead and accepted the deal given to me by cars 24. Now im stuck as my car is sold to car 24 and i have no car to drive all because of ayat and entire team there who gave me wrong information.

                                        I need your help in this matter and help inproviding car immidiately to me
