I purchased honda city from your crystal honda showroom, pune on april 28-2016. Just completed two years.
Last week, the car suddenly stopped on the road. I had to tow it to service center. They took 3 days to identify the issue. The root cause identified was the main relay was not functioning so current was not passing to next level. The relay was replaced, they checked the different aspects and returned the car. Now again after one week, car is not starting and showing battery sign now. When i checked with the mechanic who worked on car earlier, he confirmed that battery status was checked and it was ok.
Now my questions are:
1. For a company and brand like honda, it is really an unreliable service or product for a running car getting halted on road due to relay failure. Secondly your service took 3 days to fix this issue. What is the reliability of your parts? Luckily i have taken insurance for 5 years. But such failures shakes my confidence on honda as brand.
2. When all other components were verified how come within one week, car does not start with weak battery? What kind of inspection is done by your servicing team?
I own maruti car as well. It will complete 15 years now and i never had such issues of car getting stuck on middle of road and their team not able to fix the issue.
Can your team look into this issue and provide an explanation and assurance that such things wont happen in future? Now i am afraid to take my car out for long drives across cities. You never know where it will stuck and what kind of assistance honda will provide me.

One month is not over after serving this problem are coming
