Sir, i have purchased honda w r v from pushp honda, kanpur on 4th may 2018. Lateron on 10th may i have seen a ad of company that they are offering 12000 discount, special discount to professional and scratch coupan in purchase of may. I have asked the dealer they informed that dealer end discount has been given so company offer can not be given. I had telephonic conversation on 121 in this regard but to no response till yet. Please solve the matter immediately otherwise i have no option but to go consumer court.

    I handed over my car to vaishali honda, patna, bihar for services and denting painting work on 13.05.2018. It was committed that my car will be handed over to me after 7 days. It is very surprising to inform you that my car has not been attended yet. Also, there is no any service manager available there to lodge a complaint. I also tried to call various times to service centre but they did not pick up the phone.
    My driver is sitting idle since 15 days. I use ola taxi for daily use.
    I requested various times to honda and also personally visited there but no one is there to listen my problem.
    Biggest surprise is service manager is on long leave and no any in charge is there whom to lodge a complaint.
    Despite of all above vaishali honda still not committing the date of delivery of my car.
    I request a world renouned brand hona to take strong action against poor serive of vaishali honda, patna.

      We booked jazz on 25 may 2018 at the time of enquiry and booking your employee didnt told us about the garenteed gift offered by honda but after 2 days we get to know about offers in newspaper. Then after i contact with employees from rushabh honda but he denied about such offer its your duty as big brand that you dont have to distroy your customers trust on such brand its really shamefull m thinking now

        I had given my honda jazz car at service station of crystal honda (Pune) on 25th may 2018 for the complaint of my front head light was not working. I was driving my car on 23rd night and all of sudden the front light was not glowing it was miserable to drive in night without head light.
        The adviser mr. Amol first said that the cable and connectors are damaged and they would be done in extended warranty this statement was on 25th may 2018 and now today he is saying that i have talk with my higher authority and this damage is not covered.
        And i am being denied of taking benefit of extended warranty, saying that this work is not covered under extended warranty and asking me to pay rs.24, 000/- for this.

        This is a loot of the customer

        I think that the company should replace this part free of cost as it not my fault at all.

          As i was working in aan honda rajkot i have been cheated by this company. After giving one month prior notice of resignation they refuse to give my salary+leave allowance +2 month dealer incentive. Which is more than 40000. As if company is not capable enough then better to close showroom. If not getting my money company should close the showroom... Because this shows honda image, and dealership capabilites.

            I had given my honda city 2017 ver car for claim work as it had met with an accident @ vision motors pvt. Ltd., kakkanad, on 15.07.2018. The s. A had ensured me that all works concerning my vehicle would be completed within 1 week, but i'm yet to get a response from their behalf. When i enquired about the delay they said that it will take more time as there are many vehicles pending which 8s not my concern. If it takes this long to complete a small job, then i'm concerned with how long it will take to complete a serious damage. I'm thoroughly disappointed with the delay and would like to ensure proper and prompt work from their behalf in the future.

              Dear honda team,

              It is been more then 2 years but no change in delight honda attitude level of bad service.

              1. When i purchase the car since then till today i am being cheated all the time. They teach there sales agents to earn extra money for quick delivery and other reasons indirect bribe. No action taken.

              2. From the first service till date i am raising issues but every time they ask for one more change and your team also not acted as on date. They have offered few coupons of discount and wash, but till date they never accept that. Service adviser decided my car require dry clean or not, even i shared the coupon and just avoid providing service they have return the coupon. I doubt my car is getting proper service. I need recording while my car get serviced. Because they have no answer for anything and things i raised are remain same.
              I think they just wash and send back my car and charge 7-8 k. Further i called them so many times but no action.

              3. My crm changed – nobody informed to me. My road side expired – nobody informed. My insurance – they were unable to renew.

              They are useless.

              I ask for meeting with their md mr. Girish, but they are not ready with that also. Please arrange a con-call.

              Delight honda is doing fraud with customers and honda is not taking any action. Are you also involve with delight and that’s why not taking any action.

              The kind of mantel torture i am facing is high time now. Further due to this two times my bp went high and this cause trouble to my health. This is due to honda. I am looking for appropriate action on delight. Also please suggest and introduce me a new service centre for further service.

                I had booked honda amaze 2018 at courtesy honda okhla new delhi .sale person vandna is the girl who attended me. Now issue is that she is forcing me to take a loan and insurance from honda but bcoz of higher price and higher rate of intrest i already got my insurance and taken a laon from somewhere else. As i told her that i already took a loan n financed my car now she talked rudely n said that you have take an extended warranty from honda thats compulsory otherwise we cant deliver you a car. Now i want to know from you taht honda is there for selling there car or selling insurance and for financing. I had toyota car also toyota is very supportive and humble for their costumer. Honda is a reputed brand too but I didn’t expected this type of behaviour from honda staff. Now you are requested to take some action or else i have to cancel my booking

                    I am the owner of wr-v petrol top variant purchased from Moradabad, UP(244001)
                    I am facing problems related with music system, air conditioning and average of car that are not resolved after complaning various times at service centre.
                    Also the service centre do not provide good service at all and on complaining the staff gets rude.
                    Being a honda customer, this behaviour towards the customers is not good.
                    Also they do not car on time stated by them and keep us waiting for hours.
                    Very dissatisfied with the Honda service and wr-v car.

                      Sir, i purchased new honda jazz petrol car last month from lally motors sangrur punjab. The behaviour after sale service of the staff is excellent. I haven't got mud flaps on all tyres, though company has placed order for the same i do wonder why this necessary is not provided with original purchase. Kindly provide the same to dealer at the earliest & oblige. Otherwise i m highly satisfied with the product as well as servicing dealer.

                        I purchased a honda car (Brv - diesel) on april 4th from a dealer in tirunelveli, tamilnadu. Dealer name is southern honda.

                        The car was purchased on the assurance of free insurance to me but the dealer made mistake in the policy and they are very reluctant to hand over the policy now after several follow ups.

                        Today is 22nd of may and it is almost 48 days over and no proper reply from the dealer. They made the mistake in policy and not able to solve customer issues then and there.

                        I am totally upset on the issue and kindly take necessary action to get the insurance policy immediately.

                          Respected sir,
                          With due respect i own honda city hp 81 6000 for which i got a service done at prakah honda pathankot. The bill raised was around 4100 out of which the service charges were 2100 more than 50 percent of the bill
                          1) i got changed only engine oil and filter for this so much charges
                          2) when told this to prakash honda they showed me the service schudle saying this is from honda and u r charged for 40000 km service
                          3) they charged me for 40000 km being a major service when my car has only done 35000 km (Can also be read in the bill attached) and it was supposed to be free of chagre as per ur schudle chart. Sir why this fraud
                          4) called honda 121 3 times i have all recordings requested politely for a call back from a honda authority person bit no reply.

                          Sir all this is not expected from ur company side. Have i done a mistake by buying ur car?
                          And in a competitive world where other xompanies are claming of low cost service u r mot only charging high but also harrasing.

                            This is regarding your worst service.

                            Honda service (Staff) mr. Karthik was handling my car. 2 weeks back i had given my car insurance claim and got approved and service done.

                            No 1
                            Then mr. Karthik told me that there are some scratches on my rear right bumper.
                            I told him i don't remember there was anything, he said he will send picture. I saw that and told him that there was no such scratches when i gave the car. He said there is. I agreed and told him to go ahead and paint it.
                            After receiving the car 2 days later. I saw my car and the picture he send dint match. Because my car has reverse sensor. And the picture he sent dint have sensor. He sent some other car picture.
                            I have photo copy he sent me.

                            No.2
                            He was supposed to deliver my car on 17th he said driver not available so will service your car here itself and deliver it 18th at 11am.
                            Mr. Senthil was dealing regarding service.
                            Then he said at 2pm. Then at 4.30pm. Then at 5.30pm he calls me and he says i will send your car now. I said i'm out send tomorrow morning at 10.30 am.
                            Next day i got my car at 12 noon.
                            This is non sense.
                            And on top of this i'm not happy with the work done. Dust all over insid the car.
                            I have photo copy of that.

                            No proper communication.
                            No time management.
                            No clarity
                            No explanation of bill.
                            Very poor. I dint expect honda service people would be like this.

                            I spoke to mr. Karthik regarding this he dint respond back to me.
                            Then i spoke to my department head mr. Vasudevan. I explained regarding this and he also dint respond back to me.

                            I want an answer and i'm not going to leave it just like that.
                            I will take it forward and go further.

                            Kindly get back asap.

                              While at the time of servicing from starting i am facing problem of suspension. But till date the problem has not been solve by giving answers that we will clear it next servicing. Now they have inform that the same suspension part is not cover under the standard warranty scheme although the standard warranty is applicable till oct 2018 so we request you to please take immediate action and solve the above problem as earliest.

                              While at the time of servicing from starting I am facing problem of suspension. But till date the problem has not been solve by giving answers that we will clear it next servicing. Now they have inform that the same suspension part is not cover under the standard warranty scheme although the standard warranty is applicable till oct 2018 So we request you to please take immediate action and solve the above problem as earliest.

                                It has been one year purchased honda city.

                                From very first service i am facing an issue with clutch as it has vibrating effect while operating. I have atleast gone 8 times to serveice station but no solution was out. The last time i wen in the month of april-18 last week and they opened the assy and found some friction marks so they clicked photos and sent honda company where they reverted that it has partial burning marks and to be changedone with customer approval. The vehicle is now 15000 km driven and when i started facing the issue it was something near 6000km. So now tell me should not i use clutch and if it's worn out due to any rare issue why is the customer should suffer it must be replaced under warranty... This is not my first vehicle.
                                Being a reputed brand like honda you must replace this part with no cost from customer to help him... Honda brand name can be spoiled because of this. I had many vehicles in dubai also but never faced like this issue... I'm also facing an issue with left side dash board rattling noise which is not yet solved... Pl. Help me out or else it'd going to be bad reputation of honda towards customers

                                  I purchased honda city from your crystal honda showroom, pune on april 28-2016. Just completed two years.

                                  Last week, the car suddenly stopped on the road. I had to tow it to service center. They took 3 days to identify the issue. The root cause identified was the main relay was not functioning so current was not passing to next level. The relay was replaced, they checked the different aspects and returned the car. Now again after one week, car is not starting and showing battery sign now. When i checked with the mechanic who worked on car earlier, he confirmed that battery status was checked and it was ok.

                                  Now my questions are:
                                  1. For a company and brand like honda, it is really an unreliable service or product for a running car getting halted on road due to relay failure. Secondly your service took 3 days to fix this issue. What is the reliability of your parts? Luckily i have taken insurance for 5 years. But such failures shakes my confidence on honda as brand.

                                  2. When all other components were verified how come within one week, car does not start with weak battery? What kind of inspection is done by your servicing team?

                                  I own maruti car as well. It will complete 15 years now and i never had such issues of car getting stuck on middle of road and their team not able to fix the issue.

                                  Can your team look into this issue and provide an explanation and assurance that such things wont happen in future? Now i am afraid to take my car out for long drives across cities. You never know where it will stuck and what kind of assistance honda will provide me.

                                    My Honda Wrv is just 5 months old. I’ve finished two car service and both the times I had given a complain for the digipad. But there is no difference. Problem not solved. My DIGIPAD hangs a lot. Sometimes the Bluetooth is connected and I get a call and the music is also playing. Both together and then it hangs. It’s is slow and unresponsive. I need an replacement. Your problem of DIGIPAD is so annoying that it spoils the mood to buy a Honda car again or suggest even. Replacement replacement replacement.

                                      I saw an ad on 11-may-2018, reg a scheme for selling jazz, wrv and city till 31-may-2018. I took a test drive and cnfrmd buying jazz smt red color. All dealers in gzd and noida assured me getting the chosen car. I filled in form, felt disapntd when they declined my request for red car. I asked for white, they declined. I came to know they dont hv any car. My question, if they dont hv cars y did they release an ad.

I have run my car only 11841 km, as per the request of ring road honda service centre gurgaon, ihave send my car for servicing on dated 13.05.2018, after servicing i got my car and going back to my house, next day when i drive my car found some abnormal noise from stearing and it getting jam.
                                        Then i have made a complaint to service station, they send a mechanic mr amzad, he adwised not to run the car, we will send other mechanic for this problem, he took my car to service centre.
                                        Message recieved from service centre that your car is o k. Than i remind him about the past mechanics voice. Than they check it and told us that your car stearing column got worn out and expances is aprox rs 40000/-
                                        How is it possible while it is single hand drive car and kilometer cover only 11841, and all the services done as per the request of ring road honda.
                                        So pl look in to the matter, it is manufacturing defect only other wise thre is no chances of worn out of stearing column.

                                        Do the needful.
