Dear honda
I bought honda wrv in dec 2017 with lot of hope from your brand, from vaishali honda, patna.
After a small accident, to change my bumper gave it to vaishali service centre on 18th may 2018, friday.
They told me to give it in next 4 days, my office approached the national insurance company and everything was passed in a day, then they said it will take a single day and will deliver my car on 23rd may.
We followed the service centre on friday and they said they can give the car as its not ready then, we called customer care and he gave me this communication id number 1-[protected] and said he will call in an hour, when we didn't get any call in an hour we called again on cc number. He said we will get a call in 24hrs. Till now, there is no call from cc or service centre.
We have bought honda after changing from maruti as we believed it would be good in after sale services. But the experience has been so bad even at the customer care that is [protected].
The general manager took the car in 1st call but never respsonded to any calls for last 10 days. What should we do to this after sale service now and the huge work loss that i and my office have made due to my car blockage at the honda service centre?
On 30th of may vashali honda gave me car,
But there are lot of deficiency in service, without any information, my tyre has been changed and replaced by old puncher tyre.
Other bumper has been not changed, if changed ther painting is very bad, there are lot of scratch on bumper. Its look like old one.
When i ask with the gm avinash, vaishali honda, he told me sorry sir will change this tyre on 10th may we dont have new tyre.
I want compensation for harassment and also reply bumper and tyre with new one.
My time is very precious thats why i bought honda car, but after facing that kind of service, my self never recommend any one to buy at least in patna.
