I would like to make complaint about m/s. Olimipya honda, my honda car was met with an accident during the month of may 2018, and i have sent the vehicle to the above service centre for servicing of my car no. Tn05bb2872, they took one month for the above mentioned job, and delivered the vehicle with lot of complaints and without attending the repairs,

Kindly look into the maters and do the needful

Dear honda team,

Really shame on honda motors co ltd india,
I am a key customer of honda motors japan since 2007 i am using honda cars, i have used honda civic 2007 to 2010 then 2010 to 2014 honda accord then till as of today i am using honda civic. Still i don't have any issues with performance

Recently i bought one honda jazz 2018 in india i never expect from honda such kind of poor performance from honda motors, even in carrying people less than seating capacity especially at 20 degree slop. This makes me very disappointed performs in purchasing a brand like honda
As a result of this it made bad impression towards honda motor i had race the complaint for performance issue to dealer but i am not satisfied with dealer feedback, then i had race the issue the to [protected]@hondacarindia.com but still the same,
I have seen many complains
Kindly check with you rnd what you can do on this and sort out immediately otherwise i have no other option to escalate this to manufacturer honda motors japan.

    हमने आप के डीलर m/s p l cars pvt. Ltd., jaipur से उनके बिल नम्बर 273 dt: 01/03/2016 से एक कार hoda city 1.5 vx cvt (I-vtec) tw ख़रीदी थी। इस कार की ड्राइविंग सीट का लेदर शुरू से ही थोड़ा ख़राब था जिसे कम्पनी में बताने पर हमेशा टालते रहते थे कि इससे कोई फ़र्क़ नहीं पड़ता है पर अब तो हद ही हो गयी सीट की कंडिशन बहुत ख़राब हो चुकी है जो कि होंडा जैसी कम्पनी के लिये ठीक नहीं है साथ ही एक ग्राहक के साथ धोखा है।
    अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि अपने ग्राहक को जल्दी ही संतुष्ट करने का कष्ट करें।

      On dated[protected], i was going to dalhousie. On the way near pathankot, my car a. C. Suddenly stopped working. I reached your company agency named shagun automobiles pvt. Ptd. (Parkash honda, pathankot) for repair of non working a. C. At near about 1 p. M. Preliminary the service manager checked and told that ac gas pressure is low. He said that problem will be solved within 15 minutes after lunch break. After lunch mechanic of agency tried to solve problem for approx. 4 hours and ultimately created invoice of rs. 5023/- having invoice number sr[protected] dated[protected] at 5.21 pm for replacement of coil set, gas charges etc. I paid the same. After 10 minutes ac stopped working again with the same problem and i informed the service manager.
      On dated[protected], during return from dalhousie i visited the parkash honda, pathankot for the same problem at about 9.30 am. At 1 pm, service manager told that ac compressor is defective. I argue him, if the compressor is defective, then why you replaced the coil set (As coil set is a part of ac compressor and compressor is not available without coil set). His reply is not satisfactory. The bill claimed of rs. 5023/- on dated[protected] is totally useless. I never thought that honda company engineer is so much negligent or lack of knowledge.
      I travelled with my family for near about 150km without ac, which is too much difficult during the temperature of approx 44 c. You can imagine how much the journey is panic for us due to the negligence of company and ultimately i hired ac taxi during my 5 day tour and invest rs. 6500/-.
      Keeping in view, my panic situation, mental harassment, please refund as below:
      1. Bill paid on[protected] of rs. 5023/-
      2. Bill paid to taxi of rs. 6500/-
      So i request you to pay rs. 11523/- as early as possible in the account details as below:

        My car honda amaze od02p7434 submitting for accident repairing at hans honda, varanasi. Thay had charging rs 30417/- from me but service is too low quality. When i receiving my car and went to home at that time 2nd 4th and beck gear is not working, i think it will be ok after two km running but i am wrong. I return to hans honda service engineer told me gear box is out of order. I shocked... After too checking one denting painting iron rod is is there. While painter working time mistake and left this iron rod. How irresponsible service engineer and unskilled worker are working. This showroom is only taking money but not giving good service.
        Please take necessary action against this showroom and reply me for re-service of my vehicle in proper way. Myi pay money is totally waste.

          I purchased new brio (Mh-20 ey 1122) from deccan honda, adalat road aurangabad (M. S.) on 8th june 2018.

          While taking the delivery, my new vehicle was very dirty and was not clean from inside and outside. There were scratches on the bonet. Showroom people has not explained the functions of the vehicle and nobody attended us properly. While leaving from the showroom it has been told to us that approx. 8 ltrs petrol was in the vehicle but as soon as we came out of showroom, within half km. Petrol was finished and car stoped in between the road. We called office and waited on the road for half an hour but nobody turned up. Then we came to home by auto rikshaw. After complaining to office, sales person came after 3 hrs and delivered the car at home. No technical information was given by sales person. Also they have not given the free accessories such as 2 remote keys but 1 remote and 1 manual key was given. Also seat covers, matting and pillow was not given which they committed while booking.

          This was worst experience in my life.

            Respected sir of the the most prestigious lovable company,
            We bought a Honda brio car registration number. Tn 12 x8922 at Olympia Honda ambattur on19.4.2018 .we met 4 times complaint in the locking system with in two month.The service centre are not repairing and at the same not responding properly.This the worst experience I had so for.I think that either they are having inexperienced technician or they may want spoil your image in the car market.why I am telling this whenever I register complain the person who receiving my complain asking me to deal hardly with customer care person then only they will respond and this attitude will thrown out your fabulous image from the most selling market like sothern part of india.Hence i request to kinly instruct your service centre to attend and respond customer complaint in right time in right way in order to maintain your meritorious and prestigious image in the mind of every customer .so I request you to kindly solve my complaint or change my car with new one because the car is very well with in the warranty period.Hello respected sir I want to tell one more thing that this the first time I am camplaing in my life.

              I purchased Honda's WR-V on 31/12/2017 in the name of Suparia Jewellers from Heritage Honda Mathura.

              I went to Lucknow from Mathura via expressway on 4/6/18.
              After about 3-4 hours of arriving Lucknow, driver side tyre was completely flat, while there was no puncture in the tyre.
              Same thing happened to pessanger side tyre after coming back to Mathura and there was no puncture in the tyre again.

              Kindly look into the matter seriously cause this could be very dangerous for our life.

              And also arrange a visit with an experienced engineer so that I can explain the matter deeply.

              Also initiate the required replacement of the parts involved as my vehicle is still under warranty.

                This is in reference to my car i. E honda city diesel 2014 model, which has started giving me a major problems since last two days i. E from 4th june, 12 pm onwards, so the problem is that my car steering automatically got locked as it normally does but it gets releases when you enter your car keys, but this time it did not happened in the same way as when i entered my car keys to start it, first of all the key did not enter properly and when i tried to rotate it to start the engine, it did not get rotated to the ignition point and when i tried to inquire and complaint in the honda dealership, they told me that part has to be changed and it would be charged as your car is out of warranty, when i asked them that why did this problem occur so then the dealership representatives are giving me such a stupid reason that you did not use the other duplicate key you kept on using your same key since approx 4 years thats why the ignition lock got damaged & now they are charging me 13000 for the part that has to be changed which is company's fault according to me .
                I need this problem to be solved as soon as possible. Thankyou

                  I booked a honda and. V. Cvt with manchester honda (Carnelian red pearl color) showroom, pilamedu, coimbatore by paying an advance of rs. 2 lakhs. After 10 days now the showroom is expressing that the company has stopped production of that coiored car in jazz models, asking me to chose a dif. Color. I am m not willing. They should not have signed an order without asertaining the availability. Their inability to supply a vehicle as per my choice amounts to violation of the contract. There is a clause of rs.3000 deduction for cancellation. If i cancel the order i should be settled the full amount. I bring the unethical practice of your dealer to your notice. Imtervene and be fair.

                    I am complaining about untimely opening of the boot of my honda city automatic reg no kl 27f 4440. I have been suffering from this problem for about a year. Twice the problem was brought to the notice of vision honda kottyam. Though they have tried something, the problem remains since the yesterday vehicle is in the work shop of vision honda kottyam. They report no progress.
                    The boot opens sometimes while starting the car or while running. Recently the problem has agreviated.
                    This is my second honda city car&i love honda
                    Please do something to help me tide this problem

                      But no favourable response has been recieved from honda. My car is under damage. Front bumper, one head light and crack in windshield has been observed. But insurance company is not giving the claim of windshield in unjustified manner.
                      My vehicle is insured under honda assure.
                      Therefore it is company's responsibility to resolve the matter

                        I had bought a honda unicorn bike on 15 the february 2017, i changed speed meetor cable three times between the three free service, and the clutch disc damaged when the second service finished, the am honda showroom angadippuram, contacted, they said the clutch cable went wrong and change it, but the actual problem is clutch disc, so i contacted again to the am honda showroom, but they said they can't afford the responsibility to change it, you should pay for its cost, the bike is very noisy when i trying to increase acceleration and not moving comfort and comparing to the real action. The am honda authorities said the costomer should carry the cost of defective parts for the warrantied engine parts, how it is possible, they should bring the cost to change it, the company guaranteed for the engine parts for two years of costless warranty... I want to change my bikes clutch disc with free of cost from am honda angadippuram, or from any nearest showrooms... This is my complaint,...

                        I had bought a Honda unicorn bike on 15 the February 2017, I changed speed meetor cable three times between the three free service, and the clutch disc damaged when the second service finished, the AM Honda showroom Angadippuram, contacted, they said the clutch cable went wrong and change it, but the actual problem is clutch disc, so I contacted again to the AM Honda showroom, but they said they can't afford the responsibility to change it, you should pay for its cost, the bike is very noisy when I trying to increase acceleration and not moving comfort and comparing to the real action.The AM honda authorities said the costomer should carry the cost of defective parts for the warrantied engine parts, how it is possible, they should bring the cost to change it, the company guaranteed for the engine parts for two years of costless warranty...I want to change my bikes clutch disc with free of cost from AM Honda Angadippuram, or from any nearest showrooms... this is my complaint, ...

                        I purchesed a Honda jazz car from sugoi motors peera garhi new delhi on 30 jun 2017. They have not returned the pre GST MONEY to me till today. I visited minimum 10 times to them. I am planning to move to consumer court within a week time.

                          There was a car axident i faced near dhenkanal, odisha.. Then i call to honda center for take my car and for repair purpose. Then they come and take my car.. I ask them whts the approximate price i hv to give for repair, they said me its less than 92, 000. Bt they 1st delay my work 3 month and after 3 month from central honda side there was a call for me and they inform me that ur car is ready now and total price is 265000 (Approximate).. When i questiond him they gv me different different reson... And they stole my petrol from my car, because of that i face problem in middle of the road from 600 meter from the show room.. And there are so many problems still i faced from my car, like ac problem, door broblem, milage problem etc etc etc etc..

                          This is not gd behaviouor from honda side for a customer, we all r ur loyal customer. Make a sollution for about this. And take a valuable step..

They have assured me that they will give vehicle within 15 days n i have contacted them several times. They didn't respond me n show their worst behaviour. This is not the first time they are doing like this is universal behaviour of honda people. Whether you buy two wheeler or four wheeler

                              I am maj (Dr) saurabh sanyal booked a brv 1.5 vxmt at pinacle honda, kolkata through csd depot, kolkata. After getting e - mail confirmation regarding availability of model, colour and delivery within 15 days from the dealer i payed the entire amount to csd and rest amount to the dealer. But now i am told that my choice colour is not ready and no assurance regarding exact duration of waiting is communicated to me. I am really surprised and disappointed with the attitude. Please address to my problem as soon as possible.

                                  Dear sir, i was purchased honda wr-v from una himachal pradesh authorised dealer maxim honda on 05th oct 2017 & i was paid tax rs.10000/ at the time of billing but still tax amt was not updated in my 26as form i was contacted with gm also with sales manager amit but still my problem not resolved & they were not responding me & not picked my phone kindly resolved my problem otherwise i will go to consumer court

                                    I have a honda brio car and has given it for service in may 2018 and i asked then to replace the winshield wipers and they have replaced it with damaged ones so when i used the wiper my mirror got scratch and when i called them and complained regarding this they were very polite and they send a technician to replace the wiper and after replacing the wiper the manager called and and when i asked them about the damage for the glass he started talking rudley with me he said what is the proof now we have relaced the wipers

                                      On 29th april 17 i purchased vehicle from your dealer ring road honda, peeragarhi, new delhi honda city model 1.5 v cvt with registration no dl 10cj 0273. Unfortunately the vehicle has not been satisfactory as the mileage is too low.

                                      The mileage problem i had been highlighted from day one but i was told by your dealer workshop manager that once the engine oil gets changed after 10k kms the mileage will automatically improves but after that also there is no improvement in mileage. Total mileage covered is 20k + kms and average mileage coming is 8-9 kms/ lt what meter shows. After no of test drives done by your dealer there is no improvement in mileage.
