Delayed my car by a week, didnt even tell me that my car will be late. Promised to deliver on 15th june but delivery on 22nd.

Disappointed by the service staff, the kind of response.

Mr. yogesh service manager didnt even accept his mistake and blamed it on my mother ( saying me that my mother said To deliver the car next day) for he couldn't deliver my car because there was no driver at the company.

He could have said sorry for the availability for driver instead of blaming it on me. And also could intimate me about the late delivery.

Sorry for the customer care and the car service center.

And I got one more letter for training sector but the prblm they are mentioned one trainer and his number switched off before 1weeks back evn I use to the mail to him but Dnt hve any response .

    Greetings from indian army where i serve at bubaneshwar. I purchased new car honda amaze jh01 bu 5366 from gujarat on 30/9/2015. I came on leave to bangalore, where my car is parked at my residence (Single user), found side door damaged, reported at saphire honda, kabedushanhalli, bangalore on 14 jun 18, claim filed for repair, amount rs 23000/-but rejected. Reasons not justified&flimsy. Since i have seen the damage after i have come to my residence where car is parked, how could i have reported earlier? I will never buy a honda as i feel cheated since paid for what they called 'bumper to bumper'insurance&now fooling an army officer by rejecting my claim for damage which i saw now on physical arrival&they say'you are late mister. Request send me your email, so i send copy of my complaint filed on email today. If you cant solve my problem&adress the issues which arise out of exigencies of military service, then why sell your cars to us? You can deny saying we cant honour the military people. Either help or
    Please take this car also away. I will never buy a honda.

      I got honda wrv (D) vxmt 2018, makgl 2746j4026530 delivered to me on 14-6-18 (Invoice no mtoc n 15a[protected] from peninsular honda mangalore, karnataka. There was some lag while starting the engine which i thought was the usual thing in the keyless entry cars. But the time lag went on getting progressively longer despite holding the key remote very close to the start-stop button.in about 3 days the problem grew big enough in that the car was reluctant to start even when holding the remote very close to the start-stop button. The keyless access system indicator stayed constant throughout the journey, no beep when the keyless remote was taken outside the car away even when the engine was still on. I had to wait in anxiety for 2 minutes again it started after pushing the start button. This became an unpredictable thing that at times it would start and at times wouldn't, it really became a nuisance. The honda service staff told me there is something wrong in the electronic system and they had to order afresh for either the start button or the remote key.
      Now my concern is why a new product from honda should have problems troubling customers like this on day 1 itself, became really bothering too much within a few days of delivery. Isn't there a system where this could have been sensed and rectified earlier before delivering the car? Has it not been fully tested for these defects before dispatching from kochin office? And from the showroom of the delivery site? It’s a very disappointing and frustrating experience for the customer from day 1 onwards.
      My sincere request is that you take the car back and refund the money to me. The replies from your end that it can be repaired etc won't convince me because the same electronic component related issues linked to current one may start coming up over and over again in course of time even after the warranty period in this defunct product to spoil my peace of mind till the lifetime of this vehicle forcing me to visit service center every now and then.
      Hoping to hear for a prompt reply and constructive response from your end.
      I have no intention of hurting the feelings of anyone.

        I gave my car for service at whitefield honda service center on 11th june 2018.

        Its 20th june today and they still are unable to return my car.

        Issues:


        When i went in for service, i had told them that my car vibrates a lot and also the pickup in first gear is not as it was earlier. They said they will look into it and let me know what is wrong with the car.

        The next two days, i got an estimate for 1.6lakhs with a list of parts to be replaced.

        I requested them to not do anything to the car and return it to me in the condition i gave it to them on 11th june 2018.

        Now they're telling me that the car is not starting. I have been there on 3 days waiting from morning to about 4pm and this is after them calling us there.

        Each of these 3 visits, i was told the car is still not starting. And they're now telling me that they have to replace the distributor and only then my car will be back to working condition.

        When i told them that when i gave it to them for service, there was no starting problem whatsoever. To which they agree, but they are now raising their hands when it comes to fixing it.

        If they've goofed up something while having the car in their service station, why am i being held liable for the parts which they've damaged?

        I have phone call recordings of my conversations with them and also have the job sheet created by the service advisor when i left the car for service. And it has been clearly mentioned about what i described earlier that there is vibration and a pickup problem in first gear. They have written this after duly verifying the car at the time of taking it for service.

        Now they're telling me to bear the charges for the parts which they have damaged when the car was in their service station. The distributor they're referring to costs 25k plus taxes plus labor charges. Why should i pay for something that is not my mistake?

          Dear Honda Team,

          I purchased a Honda 150 unicorn on 21st November, 2017 from Celebrate Honda, New Delhi. As part of the protocol I submitted photocopies like aadhar, etc. As usual I get calls for bike servicing reminders after that.

          ISSUE:
          The photocopy of my details which I submitted is used for selling a car to someone (possibly didn't have valid his/her residence proof). I started getting calls/messages every month from Delight Honda, New Delhi with car servicing reminders!!!

          THIS MISUSE OF SOMEONE ELSE's DOCUMENTS FOR MAKING SALES IS ILLEGAL and DANGEROUS.

          Kindly take proper action.

            Dear madam/sir,

            I was in touch with samara honda lajpat nagar delhi with ms ayat who guaranteed me delivery of diesel top end autoatic new amaze in white color. I sent my driver within 30 minitutes and she said that the car is going to take a month to be delivered.
            I had put sale of my old car on hold but because she told me it will be goven next week i went ahead and accepted the deal given to me by cars 24. Now im stuck as my car is sold to car 24 and i have no car to drive all because of ayat and entire team there who gave me wrong information.

            I need your help in this matter and help inproviding car immidiately to me

              I hv booked one honda amaze in courtesy honda & givin booking amt.21000/- through cheque in the name of lally automobiles pvt. Ltd on dt.14/05/2018 unfortunately we are cancelled our booking due to some reason but till date we have not received our money back. We already submit all original booking documents in courtesy honda with our cancel cheque but they totally harassed us and they don't want to return money.

              I need my money back from these cheater guy's.

                I purchased honda city 1.5 vcvt (I-vtech) from patei cars private ltd, cochin in kerala on 19.05.18. But it is regretted to say that even though 25 days have been gone, no communications regarding assured gift received from anybody. I therefore request that necessary steps may be taken to provide assured gift as promised at the earliest.

                  I have a honda amaze, i purchased a coupon book of honda for free washing and discounts on labor of approx rs 1000. I went to the vaishali honda service center at industrial area patna today for a car wash but there i did not get any response from the service staff. After an hour telling them 4 to 5 times they send someone to take the inventory of the car but instead of taking the inventory of the car he starts telling me to move the car here and there. All in all i did not find them talking to me in good manner, it was like they were ignoring me just because i have a free coupon. If there is no value for the coupon the company should not be selling them.

                  Then i complaint the service manager avinash kumar about the misbehaviour by the service advisor, but instead he also started to talk with me in attitude.

                  Then the service manager avinash kumar called the police to threaten me and to push me away from service center, but as there was no such big issue the police did nothing, police also told the manager to do the car wash but avinash kumar still in his attitude did not told his staff to do the car wash. He also said do what ever you want to do i won't be permitting your work. Talking is aggression, calling the police for nothing, is this the correct way to deal with the customer??

                  In the end i have to return home with my unwashed car. I seriously feel that this is the worst case scenario in which the situation could be handled.

                  I had a honda city then i switched to honda amaze but it looks like that i wont be buying a honda car again.

                    I have made booking of hyundai verna from royal hyundai, gwalior (M. P.) on 30/05/2018. After the booking i tried to contact the salespersons there for queries but to my dismay i found their behaviour inappropriate and ignorant. So i finally decided to cancel the booking but instead of assisting me in the cancellation process they intimidated me purportedly by saying that they will cost me my full booking amount of inr 20, 000 if i withdraw from purchasing the car. Earlier at the time of booking they had told me that only inr 3, 000 will be deducted from the booking amount as booking cancellation charges and rest inr 17, 000 will be refunded if the booking is cancelled and it is also mentioned in the policies on the receipt and the customer docket they provided. They are not even providing me the cancellation forms. Please help me in getting my booking cancelled and the respective amount of rerfund to be paid at the earliest.

                      I purchased honda jazz car in nov 17 and after 2 months car is making noise n dashboard automatically dismantel. I hope it will be resolved in first three service. But service provider cartrec honda unable to resolve the problem. I am totally unsatisfied with the service and the manufacturing quality of honda. Peoples were believe on the brand name of honda and such a poor quality will damage the brand name of company

                        I have visited your prime honda vaishali for the clutch overhaul of my vehicle honda city zx vtec plus dl-7c-f-5306, they told me that to replace master & slave cylinder, clutch & pressure plate, clutch bearing.

                        They have not changed the gear oil (Please refer bill copy they have charged for the brake oil, there is nothing with the gear oil change) when the cylinders were changed they have to change the gear oil which they didnt, due to which after sometime i started feeling the same problem again, when i visited the workshop they started agruing with me some sardarji jagjit singh or i dnt knw the exact name, instead of accepting their fault they were arguing.

                        I was attended by mr jagjit singh (Sardar ji) but when they have given the gate pass, it was showing mr jitendra shukla attended me. For more confirmation check your cctv footage.

                        I dont have patience now, i'm already very much frustrated from your staff, i'm going to viral all this incident on social media with the bill copy & voice recording, i will give you the link very soon.

                        How fraud prime honda is?

                          I am planning to buy new wrv but when i test drive it was fine but when i examine infotainment system i found some major issues
                          Bluetooth lag major problem and also connectivity issue in brand new wrv

                          No android auto and also apple car play
                          I complained to the showroom manager also but no action taken

                            Dear honda cars india,

                            It is indeed a great pleasure & prestige owing a honda car, i have purchased honda wr-v from one of your dealer "whitefield honda"on april-27-2018. At the time of delivery the dealer had committed they will be giving us the gold coin from honda india. For that we had made the payment & collected the vehicle, the executives - mr. Shashi & mr. Suman raj had committed me that they will be giving this to me within 1 month. They were in touch with me for 15days & was saying that will be getting it by may last or june 1st week. Now when i inquired in showroom they said both have left the job & showroom guys have said they are unaware of this. How can an executive can promise something to customer without information?

                            I need solution for this. Its like we had waited for such a long time for nothing. Is this kind of training are guys you're giving to your dealers? Never expected such cheap move from a reputed company like honda

                              Electrical controll module (Ecm) symbol come 1500 km running car. And not short out fault from agency lunapani himanchal pardesh distt. Mandi.
                              Now ecm indicator remove from permanent internalally and car off condition not show this icon and car not running in eco mode then car not give proper average. I go service center for this fault since 1yrear. Plz kindly give me proper advise. Then you tell me what can i do this problem. Job card mention date car is in under observation till date.

                                I had purchased honda city vmt model in dec 2014 from ring road honda
                                Sector 9 dealership. It was one of the premium segment aspirational
                                Car for a service class person. The drive quality and comfort of
                                Driving honda city is unmatched and people own has positive words
                                About the machinery. The disappointment starts post purchase because
                                The service offered is poor quality at a premium price. I would
                                Confidently say that a road side garage would perform a much better
                                Service compared to the service offered by dealership service center.

                                I have been getting my car serviced with ring road honda, motinagar
                                Since i bought the car. However, every service is a disappointment and
                                Along with that an after service promise to solve the issue. The
                                Service center does a ridiculous job of cleaning the car which is the
                                Only thing which they should be focusing upon because i will not get
                                In to the oil sump to check if the oil promised is changed and
                                Measuring the oil level with the scale.

                                I assume that at honda - sugoi motors are fully focused on
                                Manufacturing the car and designing and planning what should be the
                                Next marketing strategy to increase the sale. However, the point which
                                Can drive the sales is completely out of the companies focus / mind.
                                Yesterday i. E. 8th june 2018 i sent my car for service when the car
                                Was returned in the evening it was delivered so dirty watermarks all
                                Over the body. My daily morning washer does a much better job than
                                Your fully equipped service centers. One of the marketing usp is piano
                                Finished dashboard which has all polish stains / watermarks on it. The
                                Customer gets the job to clean the car once it is back from service
                                Center but honda will charge you premium service charges for the
                                Servicing of the car.

                                We have been trusting the dealer service over every one else and have
                                Suffered monetary loses.
                                1. My bumper corners were missing. I raised it with the dealer. The
                                Reply was the bumper was replaced and they forgot to fit it back and
                                Now you are reminding us late. Therefore, we cannot check now. Is it
                                My mistake that you did not fit the accessories back. I reminded late
                                Faced the penalty to bear the loss. What about the person who did not
                                Fit it back. Is there any penalty for him.
                                2. My car met with an accident and the front bumper was replaced. I
                                Told the service supervisor to get it fixed. When i inspected learnt
                                That it is not done properly. When i raise this issue the response
                                Was it cannot made better then what it is now. It was a new bumper.
                                From this answer what should i conclude the bumper was not new. I
                                Don't know what the under cover things because i was not sitting next
                                To the car while it was getting fixed.

                                I will help you define the meaning of "perfect service" in the world
                                Of honda - customer has to compromise.

                                The customer prefer honda over other in the same segment is because of
                                The machinery and not post sale service experience which is extremely
                                Poor.

                                  I have purchased a honda amaze-v cvt-petrol variant from maansarovar honda, a outlet located at porur, chennai. The car bearing chassis no. Makdf565dj4000008. I should have been ecstatic on that day. But, however, the real situation was a disappointment to me for the following reasons.

                                  2. It is a surprise to note that in few areas the painting was not properly done. Please refer to the attachments. It is the primary obligation or responsibility of any company or service provider or its qc to ensure that product is in tact and in order at the time of delivery. I really do not know who is responsible for this error, either honda or m/s maansarovar, porur. Kindly let me know.

                                  3. I conveyed this issue with senior sales consultant (I was having only his coordinates at that time) at 10:15 am on 10.06.2018 on notice of such issue through whatsapp and through a telecon. The same was reminded with him on 11.06.2018 at 10 am and he assured for earliest redressal. But no steps were taken till 12.00 noon. After my constant phone calls with him, i have received few calls from few executives of the company and they assured the rectification of such defect.

                                  4. During my first level of communication with these executives, i was told that this blunder had happened, as the in charge was on leave (I. E) 09th june. The car was taken by the company for rectification only after 30 hours. I have been told that such delay was due to the non-availability of drivers at that time. This purely shows that executives are totally irresponsible and so unpretentious in handling customer complaints.

                                  5. As it is painting related issues, you or me may take it in a lighter way. Let me assume and ask a question to you, if in charge for checking the brake system was not available on that day, will the company deliver the car without having a final check at the break system? Does this make any sense? Anyone if a right and sound mind would ponder about these issues. You can say it is a height of imagination i am absolutely vexed by this sort of behavior from a car company, especially honda, which has a good reputation and having a brand image.in such situation, the life of myself and my family, who traveled with me on that day would be at greater risk. Why should i put the lives of my family and mine on the line just because i made a purchase from the company.

                                  6. I am not a expert to ensure that all other basic parts are in order in my car. But i am having a doubt that whether the appropriate measures has been taken by the company at the time of delivery. I won't be able to have a peaceful drive in the coming days with this doubt my mind. It is primary responsibly of your company to take measures to clear my doubt. Accordingly, i requested m/s honda you to have a check up of my vehicle (By engaging a engineer or any other person in an equivalent from honda) and give me confirmation that things are in place and the product is in order.

                                  Honda city car inbuilt stereo not working, his touch is not working, screen also scratched, My car no is HR 26 DD 5169. i complaint same issue to last service provider but they have not entertained the same.
                                  Courtesy Honda, okhla has not provided me my justified full and final settlement uptill now inspite of repeated requests to everyone. Earlier it was nice experience but now this association with them has turned soar.

                                    I, kapil (Gj-31 h-0467) would like to bring to your notice the problems faced due to your service team.

                                    As per the service team, car updation require for ac filter as well as chemical coating is mandatory for all which have purchase new honda car.
                                    If ac filter and coating is not pre-installed or gone faulty then dealer or salesman have to tell us the time of purchasing.

                                    And they also weren’t shows me the service costing bill, after all fitting and coating done they told we have installed ac filter as well rodent chemical coating and you must pay for this.
                                    Cost for the ac filter : rs. 780 /-
                                    Chemical coating : rs. 948 /-

                                        I purchased honda amaze petrol in august 2017, i follow all service on time first service in 30 days, 2nd in 3 months and 3rd in 6 month. I observed a noise in vehicle 3 weeks ago. Honda service adviser told me ac compressor is faulty, he called me after 4 days again saying we receive warranty compressor but on the same day he said compressor valve, cooling coil even whole ac set is faulty. Now 3rd time in 3 week i am here at service centre and these people are saying that sorry we receive wrong part and you have to wait again for a week. Very pathetic quality and service. I regret for my decision to purchase honda.
