Am owning honda amaze 2017 previlege edition with registration number py01cq8128. At 23000km i changed break pads due to wear reason but now its only 40000km crossed again break pad gone. Service representative said i have to change it again but its 17000km only crossed. How can i bear this. Is this the brand honda offers such quality products. Never experienced such worst quality. Am owning toyoto etios, ford figo, suzuki dezire, renault lodgy but didnt have this kind of problem in any of them. I just cant accept that i have go change break pads at 17000km interval.

    I am waiting for refund of my booking amount from local honda car dealer saphire honda sales bangalore since january 2018.

    I am not getting any response from the dealer. Even after sending reminder emails to dealer there is no response. I have visited the dealer showroom couple of times and everytime the assure me that refund process will be initiated soon but now it is been 5 months and i am still waiting for refund.

      I have purchased honda amaze car from your authorized dealer in patna (Brij honda). But yet after four months from purchase of car the dealer have not issued my registration certificate. I have paid all the amount as well. The showroom is about to close down. They have provided temporary registration but are not providing original registration certificate beside complaining again and again

        I myself a owner of a honda city 2012 model, regno kl24e212 insured by honda assure (Bajajallaience) met with an accident and i have given my vehicle for the repair and it’s been 2weeks and haven’t even completed the document procedures
        By asking us to get the photos taken at the time of renewal of the policy
        Such a big delay and negligence from your insurance department is irritating. Leaving other insurance agencies and choosing your assurance is just to avoid such negligence
        Please look forward and avoid further complications

          I am owner of honda amaze car vehicle number mh-02-cw-7130. The metal body is rusting from everywhere. Please find attached pictures for your reference. We have been using honda city since last 20 years our cars are registered under my fathers name mr jayesh ajmera for your ref.

          I am very upset with this and expect honda to fix it for me.

          Given my car HR26DA4017 for service as misbehaved and mis guide by service manger and floor manager Deepak Bist.

          Wax polish offer and tape marks was commited at the vehicle submission time and later on service advisor changed their commitment for the same.

            I had given my activa 4g. Mh. O5. Dr. 5082.
            For service because of accident by they do not taking it seriously they only gives part bt not doing good work.. As they change new part all they r vibrating continue while on road.. So i can't drive it properly... Bcz of vibration of new part.. I went for that issue they did not clear it. And said me to do service so that issue wl clear... If i should do service then what they had done in last 15 days. Only taking money n not doing good work... I need my active in good condition n properly.. So plz take action on it.

              I do not know what is the policy of the people, because i know that the accidents of my car were not opened, the airbags were not open. You have the same stubbornness of people that the impact was low but the impact was low but i know that how fast the impact was, the car has become completely damaged and you are getting late from the people due to the total loss, because the day of your crown honda agency is in delaying everything work. Now i have only one option left to go to kanjumar court. Because i have been suffering from the last 5 months only i know what is happening with an accidental person.

                I have gone for 2 nd paid servicing at panvel navi mumbai service centre (Hallmark honda). I droped my car and asked them to deliver at registered address. Person attending asked for pick up drop charges. Also i asked them to drop me at nearest public transport place through my own vehical but they refused claiming driver is not available. Service centre should atleast give free pickup and drop.

                  I had gone for my first paid service of honda jazz car at ring road honda showroom, peeragadhi, new delhi.
                  There was a petrol theft from my car... And they demanded money for same to continue servicing. My car had petrol worth rs. 800 before i entered the service centre.
                  Plzz adress this serious issue.. I am never going to this service centre in future

                    This is to bring to your notice that we have purchased a new honda amaze on 25th of april, wednesday from lally motors patiala. But after only 4 days of purchase, car engine stopped suddenly on highway at midnight. When we called honda service head mr harpreet regarding this, he said may be fuel is adulterated without conducting any physical check up. After that he agreed to arrange for towing van and asked us to bear the charges for that which we denied as the car is under warranty and has run only 142 kms. More than an hour had been passed when one of your mechanic came and inspected the vehicle. At first he was unable to find the fault and then he called for scanner. After one and a half hour mr vijay came with the scanner which detected fault in frp sensor. But he was not sure about that too and said to confirm it next morning. Next morning, our car was towed to service centre and again after waiting for the whole day mr vijay called us in the evening and told us that it will take one more day to diagnose the fault as some engineer from the company has been called. After, bearing all this we went to dealership in the evening and asked for pdi certificate from mr. Harpreet singh but he denied saying that they cannot provide us the certificate. We were not expecting this kind of service from your company. Your company made a good experience changed to a worst nightmare especially the service team. We came across all this in the very beginning of our relationship with your company, so we didn't want to carry it further. We want a refund for the amount being paid to you for the car as we don't want it back.

                      Dear sir,
                      I have bought a new car handa jazz, in feb 2016. Since feb16, rats have damaged wiring of engine two three times. It is very surprising to see that rats are entering in car engine. It's very bad design. This is a design defect. Why company didn't provided steel wire mesh below car engine to stop entry of rats.
                      It is dangerous. It means snake may also enter in car engine.
                      I have asked to service center to provide wire mesh to stop entry but they are not doing it. Please advise service centre to help me. If company is unable to resolve this sily issue i would not advise anyone to buy honda car. Hopes company will understand my problem n give me solution.

                      Hi i have honda jazz vx 2015 model its a touch screen music system
                      There is a problem in Bluetooth connectivity i cannot forward or backward automaticallly disconnecting, need to restart my car to connect . I have also did factory restart then also it is having problem .
                      Respected sir' I brought a SP shine from Banik Motors, at Badamtala Palta, on 12/01/2018. But yet not get Number & service book too.I call them several time but they are not interested to solve the problem. Please look after the matter.

                          Dear team i bought honda brv from metro honda - hyderabad two months back and i was told about fast tag. While travelling to nizamabad have asked the toll gate guy to scan, post that it was shown as blacklisted, why such misleading information/behaviour immediately i called sales person he was telling about some go surprise to see such negligence. Why the concern team or showroom not giving proper information to sales force
                          If you guys while selling the car you mention on fast tag while coming reality every mounts are un plugged
                          I need a detail clarity on this.

                            I have a honda amaze 2013 model purchased from your pride honda showroom hyderabad. At the time f purchase we were told to attach reverse mirror at an extra xatcat the showroom itself as reverse horn is not provided for. Next year itself the mirror has become loose and is hanging. At every service since then we have been asking for it to be fixed. It is still not done saying that it cannot be fixed. It was fitted in the showroom when purchased now why can't it be done. Please explain your appalling service replies

                            Very worst sales peoples, Technically their are not strong telling always lie and cheating don’t buy car from this dealer TVS SUNDARAM HONDA, COIMBATORE.in my car has dot marks on paint it’s not solved yet still problem there. They are not responding properly...

                              I have already complained to you with regard to the harassment by pinnacle honda service center at em bypass, kolkata. As per your mail the complaint id is[protected]
                              It was mentioned to me thru your mail that honde service center will call me within 7 days but unfortunately nothing has happened. Please let me know per return whether you are capable of handling the situation or i only wait and wait as per the whims and fancies of honda service center or as a last resort take help from judiciary? Request - please don't take another 7 days time to respond.

                                I purchased a honda city from nath motors around 26 sept 2017. At that time, they collected rs. 11, 595/- on account of tax collected at source (Tcs). However, till date the tcs certificate has not been issued to me. Several follow-ups have been made since beginning 2018 and every time the answer is "it will be taken care of next month". When i asked for the reason for this delay, they said it was an administrative glitch at their end. I fail to understand how lightly and negligently this situation is handled.

                                As per income tax act,
                                Payment of tcs u/s 206 c (3) is within 7 days from last day of the month in which tax deducted.
                                Return filing u/s 206 c (3) is within 15 days time after the end of each quarter.
                                Issue of certificate no. 27d u/s 206 c (5) is within 30 days time after each quarter end​

                                ​i am not sure whether they have actually deposited the tcs amount with the government and / or continue to remain in violation / default. Worst part is they have not even bothered to reach out to inform me nor are they able to give a proper explanation. This is a very disappointing experience and am not at happy with nath motors administration — sorry to say, its very poor & unprofessional.

                                ​i sincerely request you to kindly look into this matter and assist me in getting the tcs certificate at the earliest.

                                      Had sent my honda jazz for a normal paid servicing to eastern honda, kolkata where they found a glitch in the auto transmission gear, which was under warranty and for which the service centre had asked some time. I agreed to as i understand there is process for the part to change under warranty. I totally appreciate as they informed me about the problem which i never knew, and that it would be changed without any charges as it was under honda warranty.
                                      They asked for a timeline which i agreed and after the timeline reached, the service centre people started giving various reasons and started to delay the delivery. Firstly the said the team from the ho is coming for inspection for which they asked a week. Later after a week when i followed up, they said they have got the approval without the team's inspection. Later they said it will another 4-5 days for the part to come. Then after 4-5 days again when i followed up they said the part which was sent by honda is defective. So again they asked for 3 days. Now again after 3 days when the replacement came and when they were suppose to deliver the car, they said honda hasnt sent the transmission oil. Well i dont understand how honda & eastern honda be so casual about their work and approach. It's a known fact that oil needs to refiled once gear box is changed. But i really dont understand how come the gm, service advisor of eastern honda be so casual.
                                      They have failed their commitment thrice and till date, they have not delivered the car. Its been almost 21 days and they are still not sure when the part would come.
                                      This is pure unprofessional & casual attitude of eastern honda team.
                                      The level of service provided is totally unexpected. Honda please see to it that your dealer stands up to the standard in providing the service.

                                        I have repeatedly complained about break noise for more than 2 years now. 2 years back i had raised a complaint here. I highlight the same every time i give it for service too. They just grease and give probably and the same noise recurs after 1-2 weeks of service. I am now fed up and if not resolved now, plan to escalate it further.

                                        All historical records in your systems will show that this is a more than 2 yr old issue and till date is not resolved. Sad state of affairs of honda service.

                                        Not sure if they are trying to avoid the same being covered under warranty. Pls look into the same and hoping for a resolution this time.

                                        A/c issue is also not resolved completely yet. They have changed the pollen filter twice now. Sometimes it cools very fast and sometimes does not cool at all. Repetitive complaint about the same also has been in vain.
