I paid 21, 000 as a booking amount in balaji honda cars, vellore tamil nadu. Since they did not provided the vehicle in the defined time. We cancelled the booking. Since then i am asking them for the refund amount. When ever i am calling, reception person will inform that concerned person is out for a meeting or he is busy in something. Its almost a year. Its really a very frustrating moments with the reputed honda showroom. I am just thinking, what will happen if i booked a honda car. Then my life would have a great misery. I did not expect this from the honda showroom. Please take necessary action to avoid the damage of the reputation of the honda name.

    Bought a honda City v on the 28th of Feb 2018 with paying the full amount. They promised they would give add on accessories. Till now after multiple follow ups have not received the same. Its always some excuse for the delay. And not willing to compensate monetary too. ( I do not want the other accessories mentioned). The non availablilty of the accessory was not mentioned at time of purchase.

      They have system in which they just don't bother about the customer needs.
      My car got damage 110 km from nearest dealer and honda dealer refuse on my face to provide spare for my honda city.
      Other hand on complaining on line they agreeded but would not provide invoice in my insurance company name.
      This is setup made by them to flease the customer.
      I would never recommended any to but honda cars

        They are harshly speaking to the customers. Not proper response from manager. They are selling the original products in second hand rate in outside.

        Kindly please check and take an action.

            Dear honda team, i am your honda customer and using honda amaze up21az685.
            I am very sorry to say that from last 10 days we trying ti get the solution of my complaint regarding theft of origional wiper from my car at your honda delear workshop. But nobody is bothered to resolve the issue.
            I got to know about this crime when i ask to replace the rubber of wiper in my last service at you service work shop and your engineer told me that the one wiper of my car is duplicate so we can not replace the rubber becasue of different size of frem
            Now i want to ask to honda that if i get the entire services from your registered workshop from day one than how can it possible that origional part like wiper can replace with local.
            I made this complaint 10 days back but nobody is bothered to investigate that which workshop have done this crime and resolve the issue i feal there is two reason can be possible. One is your workshop have done this crime or when i received my new car from your honda showroom that time honda give me duplicate part in my new car.
            We are migrated customer from maruti to honda becasue of good impression of services. But this is worst time i am facing ignorring behave from your side.
            I hope you understand my pain area and resolve the issue on priority..
            I just want my origional part as shoild be in honda that it.. Kindly resolve my complaint on priority.

            I made complaint on 11 April 2018 at your call center about the change of wiper of my car n also mentioned on your complaint site but even after 15days honda is not concern to give me the solution of my complaint.Is honda is not concern about their customers pain or the company is itself is cheating with the customer. Now it is very regretting me that I went with Honda.

              My name is amruthesh (Mobile no: - [protected]) and purchased honda jaaz 1.5vmt (I dtec) in 2016, vehicle number ka03 my5867.
              Recently i have given my vehicle for general service after 50000km drive and informed “clutch tight issue” to be resolved, after inspection from honda, service executive said clutch plate fault and replaced after my approval. After service and clutch plate replacement when i took my vehicle back i was shocked as the clutch tightness was same. The same was complained to whitefield honda back and took back my vehicle to fix the problem, after 3 hours i had a call from mr. Amit saying service manager and said no fault in clutch. Then i personally visited again back and checked it was in same condition, when complained mr. Magesh –service manager it was once again great shock to me from his answer after test drive he said the clutch has no problem and honda new clutch function hard only and he was not ready to check the difference in new vehicle clutch.
              The second major worst service i faced was at 20000km drive service, i found right front tyre was badly worn out and till then tyre alignment and balancing was done in whitefield honda only, when i was given for inspection the answer was same pathetic as in above clutch issue from mr. Magesh was completely non-sense, after that i have completely replaced all my tyres outside and maintaining outside till date.
              The first major worst service was when i have given for body repair they missed scratch guard and i have stopped asking them after many tries.
              Because of my references my company has bought 2 honda cars in mumbai in 2017 & 2018, 2 cars bought by my friends in bangalore in 2017 & 2018 in whitefield honda
              We have planned honda wrv for my cousin but dropped the plan and purchase renault duster this month and i was planning for new amaze automatic but due to the worst service even i have also dropped the plan and completely denying honda to all my friends and known people.
              The service is very worst from whitefield honda and being service manager mr. Magesh who does not know analyzing faults looks incapable and unfit.

                1. I purchased honda city 1.5 vat, chasis no makgm266acn300156 engine no l15a73200655 on 27 feb 13.
                2. Though i purchased honda city car on 27 feb13, but as my car usage is less, total kilometer run till mid nov 17 was 14535 km. But to my surprise the car started wobbling. After checking at the honda service station, tristar honda, jaipur, we came to know that the top layer of the goodyear tyre provided with the car gave way. I showed the tyre to goodyear dealer and goodyear engineer. He agreed that it is a manufacturing defect and as the guarantee on goodyear tyre is for 5 years, he will replace it free of cost, as the car was purchased in feb 2013 and should be under guarantee. But on checking the year of manufacturing of the tyre, to our surprise, we came to know that honda motors had fitted two years old tyres i. E. Tyres manufactured in 2011 in car purchased in 2013.
                3. Now as the year of manufacture of the tyre is 2011 (Fitted in the car purchased in 2013), goodyear engineer refused to exchange it free of cost as it is out of guarantee now. (Photos of the tyre is attached.)
                4. I had to replace all the 5 tyres at the cost of rs 4300/- each, totaling rs 21500/- as with out which my car would have been non functional.
                5. I approached honda cars ([protected]@hondacarindia.com), on 16 nov 17 and continuously followed it up with them. They are not agreeing to their fault of fitting two years old tyres in new car, resulting in loss of rs 21500/- and asking me to bear this cost, which has resulted due to their malpractice by fitting twoy years old tyre, in my new car
                6. Appeal. Honda motors should be asked to pay me cost of 5 tyres rs 21500/-, and rs 10000/- toward mental agony and harassment.

                    My service was booked as under on 18th april :- dear harveer kaur, car reg no - rj19ch0097 on behalf of paras honda - jodhpur we'd like to welcome you and look forward to a long lasting relationship.

                    Firstly, they have charged me huge unnecessary amounts under different heads as against claimed by company at the time of sale.

                    Secondly, there was no proper response and on calling all the service representatives gave a laid back response and were not at all apologetic about the delay which they said that delivery would be given on 23rd april and nothing can be done about that.

                    Thirdly, the entire process lacked any information as there were no telephonic calls for delay on one hand. On the other hand on calling by customer till the gm level all employees were casual about delay and said that vehicle will be given on 23rd monday which is not our fault and no efforts were shown to expedite the process.

                    In any case the car could not have been with held for 6 long days as surveyor appointment for insurance takes 1 day, 1 day for body work and third day vehicle should have been given after service.

                    As promptness and punctuality is the key to every service/business but laid back attitude was something which was 'ok' with all employees. They did not give satisfactory explanation on one hand and when the customer complained, they all shouted at customer instead of satisfying for delay.

                    May god soon get me another service center in jodhpur or change the entire service staff of paras honda so that customers are respected for their complaints and politely satisfied by expediting delayed works.

                    Please take necessary action against untrained staff and paras honda jodhpur for harassment and delay.

                      Hi team,

                      I been following up with excel honda for more than approx. 15 days. Their poor quality of honda bike because of i am purchase the new activa 125cc day one i am facing problem head light wiser noise issue but i am report the vehicle in excel honda karampura new delhi complaint issue related but service station thought (Rebar ka item hai chalet chalet thik ho jayeg) but still waiting for same complaint is till now. Evident from the video recording and their service station has already accepted in the service station.

                      This is not the first time any customer has reported that the quality of work done by excel honda is of low quality.

                      Kindly interview and help in getting the issue resolved and then legal action.

                        I had purchased the above car and to my utmost surprise i found the gear lever of the car is very stiff. I had lodged the complaint with pinnacle honda during the first service but they have informed me that all honda wr-v cars have stiff gear. I am not satisfied with the car and request honda to look into the matter.

                          Car no wb 06d 2622. (Honda city) car met with an accident where the rear portion was severely damaged. Car was given to pinnacle honda for repair. I am narrating below my horrifying experience:
                          The job card was prepared on 09.03.2018 and survey done on 13.03.2018. An exhorbitantly high estimate was given initially rs 3.60 l and later rs 3.40l. I was given to understand by mr. Santanu that insurance company has approved a compensation of rs 2.05, right or wrong no idea. Then i got a mail from them i should bear a cost of rs 1.20 l (On record) and verbally they asked me to pay at least rs 0.50l or else they cannot start the repair work. I paid 0.50l on 31.03. I met mr. Santanu who assured the spares will reach them by 02.04 and by another 10 days the car will be ready. To my surprise i came to know from mr. Mainuddin on 12.04 that spares were not available and will come on 14.04. He said spares have come but not sure when car can be delivered. He only told me mr. Santanu is in leave. Under this circumstances it is difficult for me to trust honda anymore with such inefficient managers who are not even trustworthy. Can you help?

                            Gave my car in standard honda service center lucknow. There were some minor works and insurance claim was there in car. I gave car on[protected] and they called me over telephone on[protected] that insurance claim haa been approved and within a day or two car will be ready. When i called them on 15 they rold me it will take more time and were talking very unprofessionaly as if iam asking for their personal informations. I asked them to please be quick as iam not resident of lucknow and i will have to take leave from office for taking cars delivery but ir was like they were saying its not their concern. Iam facing lot of problems as i have to travel a lot on bike.

                                I had given my car for changing clutch plate to your local dealer in haridwar (Divine Honda ) .they had change it, But when the car was ready then I felt gears are not worked well spicily 2nd and 3rd then again I brought this to their notice on same time but as per them clutch plate not fixed well and hold my car for one more week with given excuse that new clutch plates not available in stock and after one week as per them new plate changed but the same problem not solved and again they reset the plates and take three more days and after that gear problem minimized and told to me it will set after running and delivered to me, but I felt some holding during gear changing but that was negligible but over the time I was facing pickup problem and now car's clutch plate again goes down with in a year it's happened, (Replacing Date between 2nd June to 22nd June 2017 ) I feel this problem occurred due to wrong placement of plates or may be nonstandard plate used. Now Dealer not giving satisfactory solution as usual. So please look into the matter and help to replace the standard plates.

                                  I had given my car for repairing ignition lock. They had repaired it. But after the car was delivered to me, i felt some vibration on the right side of my car. I brought this to their notice. They had called me and checked it. They told it's from suspension fault and not because of their handling. I completely deny this as i felt there was no vibration issue before the car was given for service.

                                    We are a corporate customer of your company. Recently in oct 2017, we have bought a fleet of 9 no. S honda amaze cars for airport service in pune.
                                    We are very disappointed to state that the mileage claimed by the dealer was above 22 kmpl but unfortunately we have landed into a trouble as the mileage we are achieving is 12-13.5 kmpl which is the worst.
                                    We are very upset in opting for honda cars inspite we had an option of maruti swift dzire, the mileage of which is exclusively good. We already own a big fleet of maruti swift dzire and we are very happy with it.
                                    We request you to get it rectified on the airport location itself as the vehicles are associated with the very sensitive airport services. Or else we would never be able to opt for honda brand.

                                      I'd brought my car from vision honda mekkadamb (Muvattupuzha). My car is honda city zx (Diesel). Few weeks back, i'd an accident with my car, and the same day i'd given my car for claiming insurance and repair process.

                                      They said they'll start repair, once they'd approved insurance activities. I actually have bumper to bumper honda insurance, so i thought things would happen faster, and today i called showroom and they really disappointed me. I can't drive bikes/scooter and the only means of travel for me was my honda city, and in fact i really need the car as soon as possible. I was behind this for a week now, yet they haven't approved my honda insurance or started the repair process.

                                      The company is off course good for what they are provide, but in real life, services you offer and honda insured policies suck. It actually is waste of time. I need the car either to be repaired faster or in return you'll have to serve me better. Costly insurance, no matter how much they cost, it is so lagging.
