Dear sir,

I brought seat covers and mats from your service center and i requested for invoice copies from your accessories person repeatedly for week
I informed the same to inspection person when i given service fro the car they charged me 9500 and i didn't revived the invoicewhich has costed me 9500 rupees from my pockets i was suppose to submit the invoice fro the claim but no one from you end responded correctly. Which coated me 9500. I request you to give solution and seat cover strichings are coming off one door mat not sticking properlyi request you to bare my losses which caused by you management

    My car no. Is dl10ch 0216 which i sent for service on sec 18 gurgoan (Ring road honda). When i recieved my car in the evening my car key was broken. On my complaint to the service centre guy (Mr. Amrit pal) he told me to put some tape on the key and he will assure to recrify my problm.

    Then the next day my car was again picked up with the half broken key (Taped), assuring me that they key will be seen and problm will be rectified. The same day i recieved my car back with the key glued up with the fevi quick.

    This is so disappointing and such a negligence and irresponsible behavour of the service guys.

    I have only one remote key and that will not long last more than a month.

    After many follow ups and raising the issue also, sec 18 honda has done nothing in this regard.

    Honda is a brand and such careless / negelence was never expected. The key is not a small cost item that can be ignored... This service has paid me hard.

    Utter negligence by ring road honda gurgoan sec18. Deeply disappointed.

      We have purchased honda city car on 03/03/2018 from green honda, nagole, hyderabad. When we approached for registration of the car, the rta authorities object the chassis number of the car, which is riveted with a plat rather than embossed to the body. Due to which our can could not be registered as objected by the rta authorities. We expressed our difficulty to the dealer. But they are not in a position to co-ordinate in resolving the issue. We are deep state of confusion, what action to be taken at this stage being an esteemed customer of honda.

        I want to bring to your notice that i had kept my honda brio card for service in landmark honda, ahmedabad and the service manager was mr. Gopalbhai.

        I have been using honda cars for over 20 years and this has been the worst experience till now and i want to bring to your notice that because of dealers like honda and their employees like mr. Gopalbhai, i might not be buying any honda car again.

        The problems which i faced were follows:

        1) the car which i kept for service at that time was used by my mom and had run only 2800kms. So, we preferred not to change the oil as normally the oil is to be changed after 10000kms. The person who called to ask for this talked very badly and forced and extorted us to change the oil saying that we will void your warranty if you do not change the oil. Thus, we were forced to change the oil. The bigger issue here is not that he took money out o[censored]s and forcibly changed the oil but the way he talked with us regarding this.

        2) we had applied films on the windows and all the glasses of our car. They returned the car with damaged film on the back glass. Instead of taking the responsibility, they said that it was already damaged when he picked up the car but actually, it was perfectly fine before.
        Again the tone of the voice of the service manager while talking about this issue was very rough and he told that he cannot provide any resolution for the same.

          Sir, i had a booking of honda wrv vxmt petrol red on 23/03/2018. Booking amount was 20000 paid in cheque and i recieved a bill receipt in which vxmt model was written. But after 1week on 29/3/2018 when i went to showroom of highway honda bhubaneswar they were giving me wrv edge edition which i never talked about. They were forcing me to take the car as they had registered the car on my name. The registration was also made before i passed the bank loan. I already paid 507187 by cheque including booking amount. Please look after the matter urgently and take necessary action.

            Dear sir

            Our car honda city number pb10en1885 we sent to the service center in ludhiana at lally motors for ac repair.
            They told us total expense for repair will be 21000 and we agree to pay it.
            They told me guarantee is for 10000 km or 6 months whichever is earlier and kept the car for 10 days for ac repair.

            But car ac did not work 1 hour after we take it from agency.
            Again we send the car for the check next day and they keep it for 5-6 days and send us and again ac did not work for 1 hour.

            20 days i go by ola to my office with 800/day makes it 16000, so total ac repair which has not been repaired ever cost me 37000 and lot of harassment.
            Please tell me the solution, we buy a car and send to the agency for such treatment.

              Dear sir/ma'am
              I currently hold honda assure (National insurance) policy number[protected] valid upto 09 april 2018 for my honda city ch 04 h 7498.
              The above policy was obtained from platinum honda meerut.
              I recently approached platinum honda, meerut for renewal of the said policy.in response, to my utter dismay & shock, platinum honda stated that the policy was not eligible for 'no claim bonus'.
              In the above context i wish to bring to your notice that i had approached samara honda, mayapuri, delhi on 26 jun 2017 for a repair job. However, i felt that the estimate quoted by their workshop/surveyor was unjustifiably excessive & had therefore withdrawn my car from there without any work. I subsequently got the said repair done under my own arrangement on cash payment.
              I find it extremely distressing to note that i seem to have been penalized for acting in a conscientious manner in not letting honda & the insurance company concerned suffer undue loss on account of what i felt was an unjustifiably high estimate.
              May i therefore request you to please intervene & restore the 'no claim bonus' immediately as i have not availed any insurance paid job/repair during the currency of the said policy. Please remember that customers are sold honda assure insurance on the promise of hassle free experience. Alas, mine seems to have turned into anything but that.

If i want to pay amount through credit card, i need to pay 2% extra amount which they won't show in bill but they will swipe extra 2% from credit card. There is no use of #ing go digital concept. Please don't # common people like this...

                  I had purchased honda city v variant august 24th 2017' with in one week unfortunately front goodyear tyre air leaked... Several times... Because this is small problem... So... I solved this problem. But... Recently... I am going 30 km speed in my house surrounding... An other front tyre burst. I had given complaint to premium honda kurnool... They are immediately responded and information passed to goodyear tyre company area inspector. But he (Area inspector or manager) has rejected my tyre warranty... And irresponsible... Behaviour his name raju... Present.. My reading 12500km... Plse immediate action to concern... Dept...

                    I bought an honda city 2014 edition 3.5 years ago from Olympia Honda, ambattur inds. Estate, chennai.

                    My honda city is now facing a push button start failure and when i took my car to honda service centre the service person and manager of olympia honda are stating that i need to change the whole push button start electronic module, the reason to change the module is because of excessive use of push button, which set me back with damn high 30000 rupees.

                    According to Honda service person i should not use my car as per my wish cause if i use like that i will use the button start again and again for many time, which will fail. If i change the push button start to a new one and use as per my wish any how the push button will again fail in a couple of year after replacement in the same way as the factory one failed. If we cant use our car as per our wish then why the crap should we buy them.

                    I need a trust worthy product from honda which doesnt fail every 3 years.

                      I purchased a new city honda / 1.5 v cvt, and year of manufacture was 2017
                      Engine number is l15zi5322437
                      Chassis number is makgm662hh4301982, on date 7/9/2017 from sunshine honda, jaipur
                      Now just yesterday we are having sound issue from ac, i when we showed it to sales here in paras honda in jodhpur, they informed us that the compressor of ac is to replaced
                      Our car is under guarntee and fully insured, pls let us know how to proceed
                      Why such a reputed companies car ac is in fault when the car has run only about 4000 kms

                        Our sincere advise not to take AMC from Arya Honda - Bhandup. They will just not give you or your car any importance. Your car will deteriorate and they will just not care to resolve complaints in your car. My colleague also shared her bad experience with Arya Honda - Bhandup after taking AMC from them.

                        We had been referred to Arya Honda - Bhandup through a friend and the 1st service was good.

                        When we sent our car for 2nd time for service to them they sold their AMC, promising to give good service throughout the year and get huge benefits in terms of discount on parts and no regular service charges for 2 years, means a total of 4 service including the current service at the cost of paying them immediately Rs.28999/-.

                        However when we sent the car to them on 26th Sept 2017 for the 2nd AMC service we were not happy since our complaints with the car was not attended to. There was a rattling sound in the car which could be heard from the left side of the dash board. To check the noise they tapped on our 9 inch touch screen music system (which costed us Rs.55, 000/- in 2014) and cracked the panel. The fitment of this system was done in Linkway Honda - Chandivali before they delivered the new car to us.

                        On 27th Sept 2017 morning we conveyed to the same to Ashish Chavan from Arya Honda who agreed to their mistake but said they cannot resolve the rattling sound since the music system in our car doesn't belong to Honda and the sound is due to the music system. We had also requested them to fix front sides bumper protectors and even that work was not done.

                        Thereafter we kept chasing Ashish Chavan to refund our one year AMC since we are extremely dissatisfied with their reasoning and pathetic service. We have a queue of WhatsApp messages sent to Ashish Chavan from Arya Honda and recently wrote twice to their CRM but still even after more than 6 months they failed to resolve our issue. Every time we called Ashish Chavan from Arya Honda, he had a reason saying he was not in office, his Mom is hospitalised, he is driving so can't talk, wouldn't pick-up calls, not call back on missed calls, tomorrow is Holi weekend so am going out of city, met with an accident etc & etc.

                        First time after we purchase our car we have missed our service date and we keep telling them about our concern for our service date nearing and then passed away but they are ignorant and have not received any concern for them till date.

                        We are shockingly surprised by the behavior of Arya Honda towards their customers.

                          I bought Honda WRV in Month Nov 2017, then I Noticed and found that there are tear Tyre side wall in front right side and this is no damage, As My RIMS have no mark of any damage and my car run has only 2800 Kms till. Again immediately inform Honda Dealer Avantika Motors Ujjain MP for the Replacement under Warranty they forwarded the Tire picture to Bridgestone Dealer and their reply was rejected and the reason wrote was “Sidewall cut penetration due to hit form external sharp objects. Their feedback was totally unacceptable to me.
                          While within a few hours of mail did reply Again I Talked about Bridgestone Company customer care related to They asked to Mail I had just mailed 17.03.2018 but no any one responded yet this shows their bridgestone company end fault.
                          So again That’s why I am doing this mail Honda company again to you, then I will complaint to Consumer Forum againt tyre issue.

                          I special request from HONDA COMPANY please change the tyre company because Honda Customer is not getting Good Service. I believe in Honda’s not your Vender company I have teken such a Expensive Car but Services not good and your Customer is not being trusted and not reply to my mail your tyre manufactured company
                          So I hope from your side now that you will resolve my issue Positively

                            Sub : malfunctioning / non functioning of ac unit in my brand new honda br-v 1.5 v cvt (I-vtec) urban titanium (2sj). - chassis no. Makdg183gg4000873 / engine no. L15z13103423.-

                            I had purchased one honda br-v 1.5 v cvt (I-vtec), from your dealer m/s. Olympia honda, chennai, vide their sales invoice no. Vsp11600879 dated 29/08/2016 for an aggregate amount of rs. 1480365/=. The delivery of this vehicle was taken on 5th september 2016 (Hardly 1 year and 6 months). The invoice price includes the cost of vehicle, vat, registration charges, insurance charges, extended warranty, road safety assistance charges, bumper to bumper insurance. A scanned copy of the aforesaid invoice is attached for your reference.

                            It is quite unfortunate that by the time the aforesaid vehicle had hardly completed 3 free services, the ac started malfunctioning and it does not give any cool air, as of now. My vehicle had hardly completed around 13000 kms.

                            I was surprised to see that after paying a whopping price for this car the ac (Factory fitted and installed) is not functioning. I could not believe that honda could sell such inferior or substandard products to its customers, who generally believes that all honda products confirm to superior standards in all respects. I had also purchased the honda car, on the firm belief that their cars are superior in all respects and there is value for money. Prior to purchasing honda car, i had been using cars from maruti suzuki and hyundai, but those vehicles never had any problems with the ac, that too within a short period of time.

                            I had gone for honda product, on a firm belief that their products would under all circumstances, confirm to world class standards, but unfortunately that did not happen and i am very disappointed as to why i have gone for this vehicle from honda, in this highly competitive market, where plenty of superior cars were available probably at a more competitive and cheaper price. My view of honda cars has totally changed with this experience and in all probability if someone asks me my experience about honda cars, it would in all probability be a negative feedback.

                            I now request you to kindly advice all concerned to look into this and have my car ac rectified free of cost or replaced, in case it could not be repaired. I am writing this letter to you, with a firm belief that there will be a positive reply from your side, addressing my concern fully.

                              I have honda city car, at the time of service i have been asked by pearl honda sec 52 gurgaon that my brake pads are damaged. But they do have any spare part with them. I have followed up for 3-4 months but it’s not available. Finally got it changed from sec 37 gurgaon service station but still it’s defective despite couple of follow up visits. Very dissatisfied with non avabiloof spare parts and poor quality of service.

                              Disappointed 😔

                                This complaint is against ace honda at sector 1 noida
                                The car was sent twice for repair and both the tomes it took much larger time than promised.
                                Even when we spoke at higher levels (Gm levels) it was not resolved
                                When the car was given for servicing in sep 2017, the concerned case worker also spoke very rudely and gave a damn to a repeated request of servicing it in the promised time.
                                After the car came back from service in oct 2017 we observed, that the car was wobbling when we applied brakes at speed higher than 80 and we informed the customer care anout the same
                                It was decided that when the car will go for servicing the next tome, it will be looked into.
                                The car had to be sent for repair in march 2018, it was specifically mentioned to look into the matter of wobbling of the car. The car was in your service centre for almost 2 weeks but the complaint was not attended to.
                                During march 2018 service we were informed that the tyres need to be replaced and the condition of the tyres was very poor while it has just been driven locally for just 25000 km
                                When we enquired more we were informed that when the car was returned in oct 2027 after servicing the mechanic has mentioned anout the condition of the tyre and that time the car was just run 21000km
                                We fear that our tyres have been replaced by much dilipitated tyres intentinally for the following reasons.
                                1 normally the condition of ghe tyre is informed when brought for servicing and mot when it is returned after servicing
                                2 the tyre condition at 21000 km cannot be such that it needs to be replaced as there is no long distance drives
                                3 we complained of the case worker to his seniors
                                Inspite of repeated requests mo body is bothered to look into it

                                  Sub:- i received defective honda amaze

                                  I bought a new amaze petrol on date 22/01/18 from emerald honda, ambawadi branch, ahmedabad. From the 1st week i face problem in stearing mounting control and in only one month and after run only 300km suddenly air condition of car stop working. I contac service center for this problem. After checking they tell me that there is "short-circuit" in coolent so we have to change some parts for that. I agreed with them and they change my parts in compney warranty. But again after 4 days ac reduce cooling speed. It takes around 25-30 min and 20-25km to start normal cooling. Again i complain in emerald honda they pick up my car again and refill thi gas in compression and they assured me that now your car is 100% ready and there is no fault in car but again after 2 days i face same problem with air cooling system. Again i call in service station for problems firts they are saying its not fault they also take test drive but still refuse to accept fault but after so much request they agreed to pick up car for service. Yesterday when i talk to employee mr. Sanjay they tell me that when you get car there is manufacturing defects in compressor and we changed it. But in second time there is leakage in comparison so i correct it. But sir / medam kindly tell me i pay huge amount for defective car??

                                  Also your employes behavior are weried and egoistic. They manipulating me from 2 months. And also drew me in wrong direction by telling mith arguments.

                                  Overall its fault of quality department noida, quality assurance department emerald honda and some other departments and persones who may concern. They didn't check complete car before delivery that's why i m facing this big problem in just 2 months.

                                  And after only 700km there is unbalance or unalignmet problem my car drew left side. I also complained about it but still i am facing same problem.

                                  Sir/mam i am middle class person for me car is bigger things. I take huge amount of loan and i invested everything which i have in this car. But still honda delivered me defective car!!! I feel mentally depress and cheated. So, i only want "replacement of my car with new car". I hope honda will definitely give justice to their customers. And strict action against the responsible person.

But 25 day before my car is demage and iam regullar call of your authorised delear tristar honda work shop for repair my car but not response me proper and he say that you are repair your car is another delarship so please suggest that a good authorised workshop in jaipur near ajmer road bhankrota jaipur than iam repair my car and use regullar

                                      Hi,

                                      I have given my car for servicing where i kept inr 4000 rupees in one of my seat pocket for emergency. I for got to remove that while giving the car for servicing.

                                      One of the guy working as a mechanic has taken that amount while cleaning the car. Why i doubted on him is he asked me, i will clean all the mats and covers by taking some additional amount from me and he did.

                                      When i called him directly about the money being stolen, he agreed and not giving the money.

                                        The rear suspension is extremely hard. The person sitting in the passenger seat can feel each and every bump and pit from the road. It feels like you are sitting in a cheap rickshaw. I had mentioned this multiple times to my regular honda service center but they offered no solution. My mother suffered severe back pain due to this problem and had to be operated for her back pain.
                                        Please help.
