Hi this is kishore (+[protected] mail id ([protected]@gmail.com) i’m submitting this on behalf of my father. We are owning honda brv car in which we have changed breakpad at 45000kms after changing the tyre omittes very black coloured powder for which i have contacted showroom and they said it will be like this. The parts are owned by honda and we are changing that as hopefully because of the brand name it costs about 4500 rs and its not as much it worth. I have attached the photo kindly look at this. They are carelessly saying it will be like this only. And the beeding in the window borders have been plugged on our firsts service and when we asked for that their irresponsible answer is it does not cover under warranty you need to pay for it. Then what’s the use of getting the car for 15lacks.

I have taken honda city vmt from peninsular honda dealership at kochi on nov 3rd 2017. From the sales side itself i have got a bad experience during the time between booking and delivery. After that the sales consultant said sorry and i closed that complaint. But now i am facing another problem with the service. I am living at mavelikara and i am driving around 250 kms to and fro and bringing the vehicle for service. For the first service they told no much service just washing the car only. When i came to take the car they have just made a body wash only. At that time i made a complain to the service that atleast the service means they have to wash underbody also. They dont agree and they told next service they will rectify my issues. On feb 15th i gave for second service. The same issue has faced this time also. For just washing the body i can do it by myself at home itself, i dont want to drive this long distance and spend[protected] rs petrol and bring here. So i request u that i need a clear review of your service. One of my friend take from the alapuzha showroom and he is getting proper service and wash.

      I purchased a honda city car from pinnacle honda kolkata on 17th oct 2017. As per rto policy of west bengal state, the customer should get the r c book and the smart card within 90 days thru the distributor. Its almost 120 days now and i am following almost every day but there is no response from pinnacle honda concerned persons. I followed with employee like dinesh, pawan, pooja and elina

        I would like to bring into your notice that i applied for name change in insurance as i had purchased a used vehicle bearing registration no. Ch 01 bl 3056. After i received rc of the vehicle i applied for the endorsement of insurance. Vehicle inspection was duly done which is attached herewith. Now when i contacted lally honda for some minor repairs i was shocked to hear that my insurance has not been transferred in the name of current owner. I met sandeep singh of lally honda, and his attitude was very unprofessional and rude. Being a loyal customer of honda that was least expected. Also when i contacted mr. Piyush of iffco tokio general insurance, he informed us that all things have been processed at his end. And when he received mail regarding inspection report completed in the mail “cc” lally honda people were also sent the same mail. So it is highly impossible that lally motors has not received mail. This is the classic case of customee being punished for companys fault. My vehicle is lying at lally motors, patiala. And am not gonna take my vehicle back until the issue is solved. I will be constrained to take help from the various social media platforms and also to take legal action against lally motors, honda india pvt ltd. And iffco tokio general insurance..

          Dear madam / sir,

          I am constrained to write before you about my bitter experience while taking a honda brio 1.2 smt car from libra honda showroom, situated at govindpur, dhanbad, jharkhand.

          I had purchased the aforesaid car on 30/03/2017 from the above said honda dealer, and my car registration no. Is jh 10 be 1520.

          Initially i had given a cheque for car booking purpose of amount of rs. 11, 000=00 on dated 04/03/2017 to a sales person of libra honda, govindpur branch, whose name is mr. Ramandeep singh.

          The said salesman had given me the proforma invoice of my above said honda brio car, in which the car on-road price was shown as rs.5, 84, 813=00, and the total price was bifurcated as such: (1) ex-showroom price of my car was rs.5, 39, 919=00, (2) honda assure - rs.19, 996=00, (3) miscellaneous expence-rs.24, 898=00, (4) extended warranty-rs.5, 784=00, (5) rsa 4 years-rs.4, 711=00, (6) zero dep. Insurance policy difference-rs.3834=00, and finally (7) net total price-rs.5, 99, 142=00.

          On the car delivery date, i. E., on 30/03/2017, i had given the rest of the payment, as was asked to me to do so, by mr. Ramandeep, and i had given him two cheques and an amount in cash, which i primarily insisted him to take through cheque, but he simply denied and told me that complications & delay in the delivery of the said car may take place.

          In the presence of mr. Ishu (Another sales person of libra honda), my brother mr. Partha sinha, and my driver, it was been told to me by mr. Ramandeep singh that an amount of rs.29, 000=00 will be required for the car registration (Included some extra expenses for the registration purpose) and without this the car cannot be delivered to me on that day (I. E., on 30/3/17).

          I then paid mr. Ramandeep singh, an amount of rs. 29, 000=00 in cash, as was persisted to me, and the rest of the amount in two cheques. One of the two cheques was issued in favour of libra honda by lic of india of amount of rs. 5, 39, 919=00 (As car ex-showroom price), and the other cheque by me of amount of rs.15, 389=00.

          Therefore, the total amount that i have given to libra honda through mr. Ramandeep singh is rs.5, 95, 308=00 [11, 000 (Cheque by me) + 29, 000 (Cash) + 5, 39, 919 (Cheque by lic) + 15, 389 (Cheque by me)].in gist, i had paid rs.5, 66, 308=00 by cheques and rs.29, 000=00 through cash from the total amount of rs.5, 95, 308=00

          Shockingly, when i complained about the matter to their delhi customer care no., the dhanbad dealership had sent me mail, in which, i discovered that the ledger account bill that was sent to me for the first time by libra auto sales (P) ltd., govindpur on 06/02/2018 via email, is showing a debit & credit amount of only rs.5, 66, 595=00. Also, a huge difference of amount in car sales (@ 14.5%) amount, which is rs.5, 10, 919=00, but in the copy of the deliver note, provided to me earlier, the car price amount is showing as rs.5, 39, 919=00. This is exactly an amount of rs.29, 000=00 that has been taken excess from me.

          Further, what is more surprising, in the offer sheet (Sent me via mail on 6/2/18 by libra honda, govindpur), in which my signature is reflecting, for which i would like to say that my signature has been deliberately taken along with some other signing documents with some wrong intentions and without my proper concerned about it.

          I actually have no idea when with a hidden objective they took my signature on that offer sheet page which i overlooked.in addition, neither the sales team of honda nor mr. Ramandeep had informed me about the offers on that period, like free insurance (Rs.16, 000=00).

          Whatever papers i had signed on that very moment, was completely on good faith, and i never imagined about the trick played on me by the concerned person.

          The said salesman mr. Ramandeep singh told me that he will manage on personal basis to provide me with some accessories like seat cover, body cover, perfume, mat, flap, steering cover, and from the total price of rs.5, 99, 142=00 (As per the proforma invoice) of my said car, he will help me to get a corporate discount of rs.4, 000=00, and the net total amount of the car would stand around rs.5, 95, 142=00.

          In my calculation, i have paid an excess amount of rs.28, 713=00 in the total payment (I. E., 5, 95, 308 – 5, 66, 595), in addition with rs.16, 000 (Free insurance) and rs.4, 000 (Corporate discount), as per the offer sheet they sent yesterday via email. Hence, the net refund amount to me will be rs.48, 713=00.

          Furthermore, i would like to inform you about another most vital concerning issue, i. E., about my certificate of registration, where due the spelling mistake in my first name (Written as tritha instead of tirtha) and in a place in address part (Written as nayapura instead of nayapara) for which i had returned the original copy of my registration card to mr. Ramandeep singh soon after i received the same.

          I had returned the card to him on your libra honda govindpur showroom premises for the necessary corrections in it. This fellow ramandeep had said to me that he had handed over my r/c to some mr. Naresh jee in dhanbad rto office, who is the concerned person for the necessary corrections in my registration card.

          Please note: i would like to draw your attention to the scan copy of my registration card that they mailed to me yesterday, where they had forged my signature as receiving. The receiving signature on the copy of my r/c is not my original sign. It is totally a forged signature.

          I never denied that i haven’t received the original r/c copy, but as soon as i received the same, i returned the same to your libra honda govindpur branch office to mr. Ramandeep singh for its necessary corrections.

          More than 10 months had passed, and with repeated reminders and request from my end, i had asked them to clear my payment bills and to handover my corrected original r/c copy for which i have to faced many harassment & penalties from the traffic administration while crossing the jharkhand – bengal border, but all in vain, and till date i haven’t received the corrected r/c copy from their end, which they are denying the stated facts.

          With grave concern, today i uncovered the truth, when they emailed me the ledger account bill & offer sheet, that i had paid an excess amount of rs.48, 713=00 to libra honda govindpur, and the concerned sales person ramandeep has managed to cheat me by doing so.

          I look forward for your proper judgement and necessary proceeding in this matter, so that the excess amount paid by me of rs.48, 713=00 to libra honda govindpur, could be reverted to me at an early date and also kindly take the appropriate action for getting my corrected original r/c copy from their end.

          Please treat this matter on priority basis and i request your kind self to help me in this regard.

              What action has been taken on my following complaint, may kindly apprise

              VICTIM OF CHEATING, FORGERY AND FRAUDULENT PRACTICES BY SAMARA HONDA, MAYAPURI, NEW DELHI
              I live in Greater Noida but preferred to take my Honda City car DL9CU 3782 for service and repairs of AC system all the way to SAMARA Honda West, Mayapuri, New Delhi, located at approx. 45-50 km away. Because I had purchased this car from their show room, I trusted the agency. But, It was a “Stab at the Back” kind of experience. I am extremely disturbed by the unethical and fraudulent actions by Samara Honda in the instant case. Following is the narration of my story.
              After fixing an appointment, I took my Honda City car, model 2012 to Samara Honda, Mayapuri for its servicing on 21 Oct 17 at at about 12:30 am. After handing over my car and initial inspection by one Sikh gentleman, Mr Sahil attended me. While handing over my car, I informed them that the AC of the car was not giving cool air and therefore, in addition to routine service, the AC system needs to be checked and fixed. I was assured that my car shall be delivered at about 5:30 pm same day after needful repairs and service. I was given an estimate of Rs 12500 for the service charges; and regarding AC system repairs/service I shall be intimated later after through checkup. At around 3:30 pm, I was informed by Mr Sahil that they have dismantled the AC system and found that the Cooling Coil had leakage and therefore same needed to be replaced with a new one. This shall incur additional cost of about 16000/- As I believed the advice and needed the AC problem be fixed, I gave my nod for this additional expenditure. A little later, I was informed that the item Cooling Coil was not readily available in the workshop, I would have to leave my car in the workshop for 4-5 days. I asked him to see if this part was available in some other Honda workshop, I was not provide any input about it. I, then told him I could not wait for so long without my car and therefore, I shall get the AC Cooling Coil replaced later and requested to handover my car after doing routine service only. I was told that as they had dismantled the AC system, the assembly shall take time, therefore, I could get my car only on 22.10.17 at about 12AM.
              I reached the workshop at about 3:30 pm on 22.10.17 to pick up my car. Mr Sahil again explained to me that the Cooling Coil has a leakage. He showed me his Computer Screen and indicated his remark/advice “Cooling Coil needs replacement, but customer declined” However, this statement of “decline” on the part of me, the customer was absolutely false because as fete accompli I had to get my car due to the fact that the Samra workshop failed to provide me the replacement of Cooling Coil. Mr Sahil suggested me if I take the Warranty of one year (costing about Rs 10000/-), he would delete this remark and then after one month the Cooling Coil shall be replaced without any additional cost. He also tried to scare me that some other major costly part may also need replacement, then this Warranty shall be useful. He tried to lure me with these offers but I found this highly unethical and flatly refused to oblige and insisted handing over my car. I got my car with “service”, however, one umbrella lying inside the car was found missing. A huge amount of Rs 18113 were billed for the service, which I had to pay and paid.
              So far, as I believed the advice of Samara Honda regarding leakage in the Cooling Coil of my car’s AC system, on 23.10.17 I took my car to ACE Honda Service Centre, Sector 11, Noida at about 9;30 am for replacement of Cooling Coil. Mr Nirmal Jit Singh attended me to whom I explained car’s AC problem and asked him to replace Cooling Coil with a new one. He also referred the online report of Samara Honda in his computer screen. He gave an estimate of Rs 15000/- for replacement of new Cooling Coil, filling of gas and labor charges, which I agreed. However, I was called up by Mr Nirmal Jit Singh at about 3 pm same day that there was no leakage found in the Cooling Coil, only gas needed to be filled up. I gave my nod for refilling and I got my car from the Ace Honda at about 5pm and AC was working perfectly. I was charged Rs 2697 for this work. The AC system of my car is functioning well since the refilling of gas.
              On 25.10.17, I got a feedback phone call from Samara Honda and I narrated above incidents. A little while later, same day one Mr Singh claiming to be the senior of Mr Sahil also called up and very unprofessionally tried to impress me that there was actual leakage in the Cooling Coil and the refill done by Ace Honda may soon be leaked out. He also told that Mr Sahil purportedly had shown me the video of my car’s Cooling Coil, which is absolutely false as no such video graphic proof was ever shown to me.
              From above, following is concluded by me:-
              (a) An attempt was made by Samara Honda to cheat me by falsely advising me that the car’s Cooling Coil was leaking.
              (b) An attempt was made to indulge me in to a forgery by luring me in to the trap to buy “Warranty” by spending about Rs 10000/- and then claiming replacement of Cooling Coil after one month free of cost. It casts serious doubt on the integrity of the man/men involved
              (c) I now doubt/suspect if they have carried out genuine service or handed over the car after cosmetic washing/cleaning only. Thus, I must have been levied Inflated charges of routine service costing me Rs 18113, which is a huge amount.
              (d) Holding my car for 2 days, causing me great inconvenience.
              (e) An umbrella kept in my car was found stolen.
              (f) I and my family were confronted with very dirty entry to the workshop, as the approach from main road to the workshop is littered with garbage.
              When I look back at above narration, I realize that there was an attempt of CHEATING and FRAUDULENT practices adopted on the part of Samara Honda, Mayapuri, New Delhi. This has caused grievous injury on the trust that I reposed in the agency in particular and the Honda Cars in general.
              I, therefore demand an explanation from Samara Honda and Honda Cars as why they indulged in such spurious and unethical practices causing grave loss of trust and money of a customer like me. I shall take next course of actions on receipt of your reply please.

                I purchased a new honda jazz on 31/12/2017 from joy honda. Chassis no. Makgk77bhh4108077
                A representative of joy honda, hisar, haryana pick my car for 1st service on 13/02/18 to workshop.
                After service a representative of dealership come to deliver the car to my office but when i check then found that vehicle was accidental from left side and there are some screeches on right as well as back side on car.
                I told it to the person who took back the vehicle but he force me to take the delivery of vehicle and write the complaint on a paper.
                I made a phone call to service manager but he told me that “please take the delivery and we will repair your car on next service”.
                I also found that there are some chemical spots on near the front glass and dust in side the windows.
                I never expect this type of service from a brand like honda, please look into.

                the issue is still not resolved.
                I got a irritating response from dealership as they blame on me for that and said that legally they are not responsible for that matter.
                I have gone to Agarwal Honda Motors, Address: Dibai, Bulandshahr, NH-93, Railway Road, Dibai, Dibai, Uttar Pradesh 202393
                They have charged me Unnecessary extra money for servicing my honda Activa 4G first service. Their way of talking to customer is also very rude.
                Please take a strict action against for this dealer.

                      With a very happy feeling on 9th 2016 may i have taken delivery of city from your goregaon west showroom.that was the last happy feeling i have felt from honda about their service after that please read the following point to see how much you satisfy your customer post sales.
                      1:- 3 free service in a span of 6 month.what is the logic because in first six mnth people dnt drive much n if they do then they take care of car too much .so point less to give3 fre service in a span of 6 mnth it has to be minimum 1 year like other company give.also a company like HONDA doesnt need 3 service in 6 mnth cz their product are good.
                      2:- on very 1st or 2nd service i ask advisor to replace a part in the car( lower arm right side of the car below driving seat).i ask the quotation advisor told me 3000 for part and 1000 for labour so total comes to 4000.when i check the bill i got the bill amt rs 4000 but the part cost was 2000 and labour cost 2000.so tell if part cost has reduced den bill shud reduce to 3000 but no you ppl have increase labour so that the amount quoted remain same 4000.
                      3:- after some period the work shop shifted far from my residence.buying honda car's one of the reason was nearby wrkshop so that i can personally visit the wrkshop n explain the advisor wat i feel abt the car n the problem.
                      4:- as work shop shifted you people have given facility of free pick up and drop .but petrol expense kept on customer.
                      5:- the person who comes to pick the car is just a driver he dnt have any knowledge regarding car so how i can explain what is the issue in car.
                      6:- at every service some or the other things remain incomplete and when i enquire abt same you people very easily say sir pls send your car again we will fix the issue.that too the petrol cost is on customer.at one servicing you people have charged me 500 rs for petrol.that is disgusting.

                      Top of that i am recommending my friend to buy honda city and he bought on my words.his name is mukesh thakkar and his registration number is mh03 bh 6484.you can verify it.

                      So now you tell me how to deal with you people tell me how you will satisfy your customer .

                        Hi this Kavithalayan P I bought Honda Jazz (car no TN 23 CZ 9553) in my father's name P Pulithevan in the year 2016 july from the day onwards reverse gear is not working properly I have informed many times to the service persons while doing my free service but they used to told its a new car so that the problem in future after few thousand kms the problem will not be their but almost 19000 kms done still problem not resolved. Now december 2017 I given my car for 20000 kms serivce they charged around 5-6k at that time also I had informed about the issue but it still continues I suffered a lot in traffic.while the car crosses 80kmph it creates some annoying sound I have also informed about that problems but not attend properly for all the issues they telling unnecessary things. This things happen in Balaji honda Vellore (Perumugai) I suffered a lot because this issues since I am going to get married in this month Feb 26 2018 I need to go to many places but I cant drive freely because this issues kindly rectify my cars issues.

                          Those people who will invest their money into a car.. They need all facilities & utilities... Already they will invest above 10 lakhs... They need all facilities... 4 wheels are alloys & stephny will be rim... What is the use that... Company will cheating their own customers...we hope u will consider this issue very serious & resolved as soon as possible...

                            I am getting only mileage of 52 km/ litre and i want to return it back to the honda. Honda people are not rsponding. I am not satisfied by these bike and i have made a big mistake by purchasing these bike. I had purchased the bike from honda showroom gandhinagar and earlier also they responded me but still i am not satisfied by gap issue and latest nowis the mileage issue which is getting less day by day.

                              I recently serviced my car in capital honda, meenambakkam branch. Every time i give for the service, i use to request the service manager to check the stepney tyre conditions (Air level, probability for flat tyre condition etc,.). But they did not even open/seen the conditions nearly past 3 years. Last week when i was driving out, i got a flat tyre and trying to use my stepney. I was shocked that my stepney was full of dust with no air in the tyre. Similarly, one time when they were trying to rectify the door noise (B-pilar), they removed my seat belt and did not tight the screw. I accidently saw that fault.
                              Is this the kind of service honda can provide?. I am afraid of my safety which is not taken care well by honda. How do i trust when they claim that they have done general service, if they are not able to give importance to the safety masseurs (Even after i remind them to do certain checks).

                                Hello,
                                I bought activa 3g in last year from rushabh honda nashik.
                                I am facing serious problem with this vehicle, this vehicle's ignition switch off automatically while driving on road, last month i was driving on highway and this bluddy activa stops suddenly and it was stopped in the middle of highway i somehow servived metting with an accident.

                                From that day i have faced this problem 5 times and i thought servicing will help me but again the same problem repeated. (Rushabh honda guys are not doing servicing properly.)

                                I don't know why honda produced such # vehicle and why i am suffering due to honda's mistake.

                                Look after this issue, and change this vehicle asap.

                                  I had sent my car for the paid servicing on[protected]Yesterday) upon repeated call from classic honda-sterling automobiles pvt. Ltd customer service and assurance on 50% discount on labour charge.

                                  To my surprise, i received a bill of rs. 22010/- wherein the material cost is approximately rs. 11000/- and labour charge is approximately rs.11000/-. This is absolutely cheating and i want to raise this dispute for early resolution. If i don't get justice/compensation, i shall knock the statutory authority.

                                    We have purchased a WRV - VX, diesel from M/s Libra Honda, Govindpur, Dhanbad, Jharkhand.
                                    Car was booked and billed in December'17 as informed by the dealer.
                                    Car has been financed by Bank of India, Chirkunda.
                                    We had handed over our Swift Desire in exchange and sale letter was signed . The old car was financed by SBI, Chirkunda. As the official concerned at SBI was on live and will be joining after 9th Feb'2018 we could not hand over the NOC from bank and assured the dealer to hand over the same as soon as we receive. We requested to please give all papers and application filed with DTO for registration so that we can use the car as our banker had already transferred the money and we have paid the balance by check.
                                    To our utter surprise dealer on 7.02.18 told us that they will not apply for registration till they receive the NOC from bank. Just to keep you updated we shall like to mention that the bank dues were squared up in presence of the Sales Manager Sri Amit Kumar, who had accompanied us to bank .
                                    They at least called us to their show room, which is 30 kms. from our place at least 4/5 times to hand over papers and accessories as they had not supplied original seat covers etc with car. But have not handed over the papers.
                                    There was an insurance issue regarding coverage of engine protection which they had promised, that too is still pending.
                                    As we customers don't know the dealer but the brand they are dealing with, we feel such attitude of dealers has an impact on the brand. Kindly look in to the matter and get it resolved.
                                    This is not an issue with us only it is a general complain with this dealer.

                                    Quick remedy will be highly solicited.

                                        My got my car ka05 mq0739 serviced on 19-jan-2018 through dakshin honda, hosur road. The car was duely picked up from my residence (Opted for pickup and drop service) & serviced but upon return rear view mirror as well as company showroom fitted rear view camera mirror broken. They fitted rear view mirror upon my request having verified that damage had been on their part but asked me to pay for it as well. Service advisor mr. Umesh has been telling me for last 20 days that he is talking to his manager but without any action.

                                        No repalcement of rear view camera mirror yet.
