Good morning,
I bought a new honda city car (1.5 vmt) from palace honda pvt ltd ; kayamkulam; kerala, on dec -2017 and as per company profile car should be serviced after month. But till now there is no follow up from the showroom service department. Since 13 yrs i am using car and i never ever experienced such type of service from any showroom. My car documents which are given bellow.

    My city car currently with your authorised dealer samara auto ltd naraina new delhi. The car was brought in the workshop with roadside assistance, excellent service. On arrival at workshop the inspection reveals that car was overheated and reason was given that it happened because all wiring connecting to central processing unit was eaten apparently by mouse??
    This never happened for last 9 years and i am shocked that even the car from honda is also not secured against this type of mis_happening though i have never heard about this before. Sorry to say but loosing the faith on honda assurance that too with negative behaviour from servicing dealer. How can you as a leader in vehicle safety standard accept that it can happen with anybody, we should work on preventive strategy rather than corrective maintenance. I have requested your dealer to ensure all missing or eaten wiring is replaced with the original type however i did not get assurance that it will not happen again. Missing something from great honda assurance department and unfortunatly loosing customer satisfaction from your dealer and you as a responsible organisation who unable to provide the roadmap/guidelines to your workforce on the requisite continuous safety improvement instead of just culture!

      I received car after service. I had no complaints but was advised to give for service as routine last week - mar

      After service i noticed wobbling and steering vibration. I suspected that the wheel balancing/alignment is not done correct.

      When i complaint the next day, i was advised to give for service again and promised correction. I clearly cautioned the service engineer about the impact and he said he has checked all.

      But to my surprise the drive to a near by temple was horrible and very risky. I had gone with family and the wobbling was even worse. It started to wobble at 70 kmph speed and later it got worse that even at very slow speed the wobbling was very high.

      I had to cancel my trip mid way and return. It was horrifying as i was worried about the safety of my family.

      I have still not lost confidence on the honda service and i believe still that honda means quality.

      So request to solve this problem at the earliest as i have plans for this weekend.

        This is regards to my vehicle service dated[protected].
        I had arranged for the pickup and delivery of my vehicle service at capital honda meenambakkam.

        While driver took the vehicle the vehicle does not have any fault in he front glass and bumper. Whereas now i could see the scratch in the bumper and the front glass has dent in top corner near driver seat.

        Kindly address this issue asap as i have planned for trio this weekend.

        I have went to Olympia honda two months before for Front glass wiper issue. The warranty manager misbehaved with me using abusing language.
        I have give a compliant through phone to customer care but no response.
        I have paid and changed the wiper, vehicle has been purchased 6 months before only. Worst behavior of srinivasan.

          I am having huge problem in settling claim of my car which is hr24u0200 policy no. Itc/82269298 and claim. No. Is 1-gx5b01r i have insurance with iffco tokio general insurance through honda assure i met with accident on 5august 2017 and the claim was intimated in 10 august 2017 my car was undergone in total loss claim as they have said i would get my payment in 90 working days but still it's mid of march 2018 i haven't received my payment i'm not getting any response from iffco tokio side i am totally harash with the service i am facing i request you to resolve my problem in the mean time else i would have to go on legal way.

              My car honda city bearing registration number : tn 13 6268,
              Engine number : n15a11116520, chassis no.: makgm85aden004060, has formed rusting and color pill up from the 1st year itself, same has been reported to honda service centre every time, but no action yet taken on, every time they say some excuses. This time also my car is lying with your service centre for last 10 days from 25th feb'18 onwards. When i asked for the warranty claim for the above mentioned issue / fault, first they said it will be done in 10 days and now it is told that this is not the mechanical fault, it can not be covered under extended warranty, vehicle has run more than 80k kms etc. Whereas i have been complaining on this from 1st year onwards to their crm. But i feel we are being cheated with low quality standard products and money being colletted in the name of warranty and extended warranty etc, but no value service provided to customers like us. Kindly support me to resolve the issue.

                As per the industry norms we do reimburse all the payments made by you on our behalf against submission of valid documentary evidence. Accordingly we have made the entire reimbursement and intimated your representatives to deliver the corresponding tax token and smart card but no action has yet been taken till 28/02/2018.

                Please note that we have bought two cars (Delivered the cars on 20/09/17) and the entire payment made by you on our behalf towards cost of accessories, registration, insurance, etc. Have already been reimbursed by us on 20/10/2017 for ₹ 74, 955/- & ₹ 70, 041/- through neft alongwith ₹ 11, 981/- through cheque dated 28/11/2017 against car nos. Wb-02al-8471 and wb-02al-8473 respectively.

                Despite all efforts to comply with all actions from our end, regret to inform your inability to act for the satisfaction of your customer.

                The above email had been sent to the agency on 10/01/2018. On 28/02/18 we had to pay rs 3646/- for some unknown & unauthentic reason to get back those documents.

                Now our submission is to take remedial actions against the agency so that no such event shall not happen again with any of the prospective buyers. Moreover need proper documents in support of payment of rs 3, 646/- for our record.

                    My above car was serviced by RING ROAD HONDA GURGAON HARYANA on 25 Feb 2018, while servicing they scratched & defaced badly one of my alloy wheels. I pointed out but he refused to acknowledge. later I informed their Customer care, he offered me get it painted. which I feel wont do good such deep scratches.

                    its really painful to get your vehicle defaced or damaged during servicing. So far my car was scratch less
                    Earlier they damaged bumper of my Honda City also.

                    Spoke to Mr Prabhat also but of no avail, offered only lip service and says these things happen when they handle the volume of 180 cars /day.

                    Want to know if its acceptable practice of Honda to damage your car while servicing and then offer repair, can repair restore the originality/

                    My aim to bring this to your notice is to look in to the matter to fix the rot creeping in to this dealership, either they are not equipped to handle the volume of cars per day they service or they lack skills & tools.

                    Their are many other shortcuts and malpractices being followed like charging for items which they never carryout such as wheel balancing and alignment to quote few

                    I want no compensation or repair of my car from this dealership but wish you to take exemplary punishment action so they start worrying for safety of cars they service in future.

                    If I don't find an action worthy of Honda Motors with in 15 days, I fear you to be loosing many loyal customers like me.

                      Bought honda activa 4g yesterday from bedi honda near royal king place, hoshiarpur-tanda road, khadiala sania bullowal distt hoshiarpur i bought 62500 on road and hoshiarpur city agency price is 7 thousand cheaper than bedi honda it’s a 7000 difference both agencies in same district. I think bedi honda guys are cheating people. Its without any accessories. I bought this on instalment i did 20, 000 down payment and these guys did finance on 18%. Its too much i bought this scooter for my grandma i am living overseas i came here for some days i don’t know how everything is work here. We trust them and bought a scooter from there after i checked from hoshiarpur city i realise those guys fraud people and charging more money. Please help me with this complaint

                        Hi,

                        I own a honda amaze diesel smt that i bought in november 2017.
                        The top speed that honda commit for amaze diesel is 165-175 kms.
                        But it has been observed that my car get stuck on 145 km/hr speed. Even though there is more to accelerate, it does not go above 145km / hr.
                        It seems to be kind of a speed limiter due to which i am not able to drive it above 145.

                        I sent my car to service centres, they did their checks and scanning from their end and nothing was wrong according to them.
                        They denied to take a road test due to safety issues and that is fine to me, i understand.

                        But this is very dissappointing for me that if honda is commiting a top speed of 165 km/hr, then their might be an issue with my car due to which i am not able to drive.

                        Either commit a top speed of 145 km/hr or give me a reason please as what is the issue with my car and fix it.

                        Service centres are not able to help me anymore with this.

                        I want a solution for this asap or i have to question the commitment of honda.

                          I had sent my HONDA AMAZE Car (HR 51 AV- 8400-Diesel) on[protected] for paid service to M/s Classic Honda upon repeated follow up from their Customer Care cell and assurance of good service with 50% discount on labour charges(earlier service approximately a year back was useless and none of the comp-lain they attended rather suggested me to change the part like A/C motor, Wiring Harness, Clutch etc with a estimate of Rs.85000/- which I had not accepted). The service request attached.
                          To my surprise, I received a bill of Rs. 22010/- wherein the labour charges are a Rs. 11300/- and Material charges are Rs. 10700/- appx. They have included lot of other labour charges which I had not requested like AC Cleaning & disinfectant, Break disc skimming, silencer coating etc. and also never discussed with me (please refer the service request slip). You may also track all call detail.
                          This is absolutely cheating and they have snatched Rs. 10000/-appx from me. Request your intervention and provide justice. Regards. Dr. P. K. Dash-[protected]
                          Remark: The Service slip name is Abhishek Khosla who was the earlier owner (hand corrected to my name), however they have changed it in their system and create bill on my name as I have bought this car during March-2017.(please don't get confused).

                            This is reference with the third free service provided to my car br01 cz 8897 by one of your dealer from varanasi "hans honda". I wish to inform you that the quality of service they are providing is very miserable. It's only affecting your brand name. My name is sunny bhushan. I purchased a honda city sv mt petrol model in february 2017. Today on 24.02.2018, i visited hans honda for my third free service. I reached the service centre on time that is 10.25 am. No one came to me to know what actually i want despite i was in the car for atleast 10 mins. Than i moved up to the help desk where i mate with mr. Satish (Don't remember) who has generated service slip for the car. It was 10.40 am when mr. Satish asked me to wait till 2 pm or latest by 2.30 pm for the delivery. I was sitting up to 2.30 enjoying movie in my phone. It was 2.30 pm when i tried to check the status of my car i left shocked when i came to know that it was not even gone under wash. I gone to the manager and he replied me in such a casual manner.. Sir ho jayega. It was 4.15 when he finalized my car.

                            This was the hole story where i waited for my car service for at least 5.30hrs.in between i was called by the mechanic for srew replacement charge where he has charged me rs 700 for 7 screw. I don't know why he has charged rs 700 for 7 screw.
                            I was wondering that my car has gone for water treatment and a boy was inside for cleaning dashboard.. Not only this.. Vacuum cleaning was done after wash and that too it was done when i asked them to do, otherwise it was left aside. How unprofessional it was?
                            Now my car has gone under teflon treatment where a unprofessional boy was doing the job. I requested him to apply the cream properly but he wasn't bothered of it and he completed coating within 5 mins. No scratches has been removed even after my repeated request. I went to the manager too and i complained about the same. He came to the boy and instructed the boy to do properly and gone. But he was least bother about his instructions.
                            Any how the process came to end where my bill has to be generated. My total bill was rs 4100. It was another shock for me. When i checked online on honda website for cost of 3rd free service it was rs 1619. I shown this to the manager and requested to cut overall bill amount and than he curtailed the bill amount to rs 2888. I was charged approx rs 1200 extra without any extra service though the manager has told me that he has done some laptop based test of the car and some valve was cleaned for that it was charged extra amount. The question is whether i requested to perform this test? Wether he has taken my consent to do any extra chargeable services? It was truly unprofessional. This was the second bad experience given by hans honda.in my 2nd service i too had complained about their service.in city like varanasi persons don't know what to do in this case and that is what a leverage is their for them to treat the customers in any manner. I was not alone, there were 5 to 6 people who left the service station in red face.

                            I am writing this much long letter to you because i am very much annoyed of the quality of service provided by hans honda.

                            I hope you will take necessary step to check this practice or else i will complain to honda international headquarter and consumer forum too.

                              Hi i have buy city zx model in oct 2017 ace honda up 16 bq 3182. First time in dec my car went into small hole from right side both front and back tyre got burst. I bought both new tyre and thought may be my mistake and now second time today again front left side tyre burst only at a nominal speed of 60 km.

                              Really there is some issue in tyre quality, honda city should come up with solution for this, really too much to buy new tyre

                              This happened to my car when the front tyre got flattened suddenly and was nearly hit by a Truck from behind on NH. At service centre it was found the tyre was torn. No warranty, no replacement though tyre has been driven only 4266 KMs. Everyone is just washing off hands- Bridgestone says not responsible, Honda says BOP- No one wants to gauge the risk on the life of passengers by using poor quality tyres. May I request Honda Car company to be attentive to woes of its customers and take correct action at once. All concerned have been informed awaiting comments and replies.
                              Honda though is renowned manufacturer and quality conscious but to save a few bucks they are compromising with lives of the passengers and their customer.
                              If they do not investigate the matter then we must take it up and ensure that they do not use poor quality tires/any other part on their premium product.

                                At the first use of your insurance which you insisted, we took because you said
                                "bumper to bumper hassle free insurance"
                                Unfortunately at the instance of our first claim your insurance person refused to cover all the damage and your service centre proved to be non cooperative and useless.

                                Please ensure that we don't have to be subjected to irrelevant and insidious communitation.

                                  Subject - my vehicle got poor service from crystal honda, wagholi, pune
                                  Dear sir,
                                  We are sorry to inform you that me undersigned mr. Vishal gupta having honda brio 4wheeler vehicle with registration no-mh-12, hv-3475. I would like to give the entire case details.
                                  Main problem as of now is - my vehicle not getting switch on due to its engine block as per advisor.
                                  The reason behind engine block is - engine got heated and due to heat the gasket of water and oil got melt and water got mixed with oil (As per advisor), the engine got heated due to non available of coolant. (There is no lickage in coolant thank)

                                  Our point is that when we have given our vehicle for serving on dec 2017, why not it has been checked properly that time only weather the coolant is there or not.

                                    Dear sir/madam,
                                    I am writing this letter with utter disappointment due to worst disrespectful experience faced from the honda service centre towards me and some of my friends.
                                    I reside in wandoor, a town in malappuram dist of kerala (Pin: 679328), i am a doctor by profession. We have only one honda dealer in our entire district which is one of the largest dist in kerala, ie apco honda, malappuram. After purchasing my honda city (Model : city 1.5 vxcvt (I-vtec) vehicle in 26 th october 2016, i didn’t get proper vehicle operative information’s from the dealer even though they carry a delivery note paper. So the very next day of purchase, my car’s battery drained out as i was not aware that the automatic vehicle gear shift should be in “parking mode” when halting the vehicle. As soon as i called the apco malappuram and informed them, they responded by saying we need rs.500/- to come and see the vehicle apart from the service charge. This all happened in the very next day of purchase and because of their staff mistake of not providing adequate information’s while delivering the vehicles.
                                    On the third free service (19/7/2017), the apco, malappuram delivered vehicle without cleaning the boot area. When i spoke to them on this, their response was “ can you bring the vehicle again, we will clean the boot space”. I have to travel nearly 50kms from my home town to apco, malappuram. Is this is the way they treat customers? I gave 3 out of 10 for their poor service.

                                    On my last paid service (20k kms) in jan 10, service person named mr. Sreejith initially told me that the break pad has to do slimming (My complaint was sound coming while applying brake) while i was on my way to banglore. I showed the dekshin honda, bangalore (Mr. Praveen) and they did under the instruction of apco, malappuram. After the work while returning to kerala, i felt some vibrations while applying break and showed in apco. Then the same person (Mr. Sreejith) and service in charge mr. Abhijith told me to change the break pad and disc. We had a very bad talk because the work is kept on changing and i have to pay extra money for this.
                                    And after finishing the vehicle, they kept the vehicle for 3 days by not delivering saying that payment has to be made (Mr. Abhijith). Then i reminded them i opted for pick and drop and i will pay once the vehicle drop by acpco’s driver. Finally they did and i thought of writing at that time itself.
                                    Yesterday (20/2/2018), when my vehicle met an accident by hitting a vehicle on the back bumper area, i immediately called the apco, malappuram and once again they responded very badly. I called the vision honda, calicut, and mr. Praveen, came for the rescue.
                                    I am writing to you that, myself and many of my friends had very bad experiences from apco, malappuram which is the sole dealer in malappuram and their monopoly force us to find other dealers for our needs. After giving 3 out of 10 mark for their poor work, i haven’t received any updates from honda group. There are almost 50-100 honda vehicles in our area and most of them not complaining just because of the time they have to go behind this. Now all o[censored]s has to depend calicut which is nearly 75km away from our town.
                                    I urge the authorities to take strong action on this by considering my letter with utmost priority and if possible we expect an alternative second dealership in malappuram for honda cars to stop the apco monopoly.

                                      Delivered for accidental repairs

                                      Would like to bring your serious attention to this issue.

                                      - i’ve delivered my car for smaller accidental repairs on rear left side on february 3rd 2018 to ring road honda, new rohtak road, peeragarhi
                                      - all paperwork was duly completed on the spot and its insured from honda assured (Icici lombard)
                                      - car was surveyed by insurance surveyor and okayed for repairs on feb 5th 2018.
                                      - i’m continuously following up and talking to advisor pawan[protected] and on pretext of something or the other extended dates are given. As of today he’s telling me to take car on feb 25th.

                                      I’m completely frustrated now as i just have one car and i’m spending almost rs.1, 000/- daily to commute office. I’m not getting any satisfactory support and see if you can get any resolution for this problem.

                                      This kind of accidental repairs should not take more than a week’s time and your dealer has so far taking almost a month (And not clear yet). I’m highly dissatisfied, annoyed now.
                                      Will reach to honda japan for complaints after this.

                                        I had given my car for service to classic honda, faridabad, haryana 121001.
                                        And during the cleaning they applied some wrong polish or cleaning object which ruined the main gloss panel.

                                        Also the colour of the steering is fadded.

                                        The back door glass are stuck and they say it will stay like that only as the motor is fine.

                                        The service advisor is mr. Ompal, who is not even listening to the problem and only going on with his defence as to how nothing is in his hand.

                                        Even the manager of services has not contacted me till now. I have many honda cars and this kind of attitude is not expected from such companies.

                                        I have petrol cvt honda city purchased on 26.12.2017. Today when i try to start it, it was not responding. i want to know the possible reason of her starting. yesterday i stop it properly.
