Hello,
I bought activa 3g in last year from rushabh honda nashik.
I am facing serious problem with this vehicle, this vehicle's ignition switch off automatically while driving on road, last month i was driving on highway and this bluddy activa stops suddenly and it was stopped in the middle of highway i somehow servived metting with an accident.

From that day i have faced this problem 5 times and i thought servicing will help me but again the same problem repeated. (Rushabh honda guys are not doing servicing properly.)

I don't know why honda produced such # vehicle and why i am suffering due to honda's mistake.

Look after this issue, and change this vehicle asap.

    Honda amaze-diesel - hr 51 av-8400-model-4/2013

    I had sent my car for the paid servicing on[protected]Yesterday) upon repeated call from classic honda-sterling automobiles pvt. Ltd customer service and assurance on 50% discount on labour charge.

    To my surprise, i received a bill of rs. 22010/- wherein the material cost is approximately rs. 11000/- and labour charge is approximately rs.11000/-. This is absolutely cheating and i want to raise this dispute for early resolution. If i don't get justice/compensation, i shall knock the statutory authority.

      We have purchased a WRV - VX, diesel from M/s Libra Honda, Govindpur, Dhanbad, Jharkhand.
      Car was booked and billed in December'17 as informed by the dealer.
      Car has been financed by Bank of India, Chirkunda.
      We had handed over our Swift Desire in exchange and sale letter was signed . The old car was financed by SBI, Chirkunda. As the official concerned at SBI was on live and will be joining after 9th Feb'2018 we could not hand over the NOC from bank and assured the dealer to hand over the same as soon as we receive. We requested to please give all papers and application filed with DTO for registration so that we can use the car as our banker had already transferred the money and we have paid the balance by check.
      To our utter surprise dealer on 7.02.18 told us that they will not apply for registration till they receive the NOC from bank. Just to keep you updated we shall like to mention that the bank dues were squared up in presence of the Sales Manager Sri Amit Kumar, who had accompanied us to bank .
      They at least called us to their show room, which is 30 kms. from our place at least 4/5 times to hand over papers and accessories as they had not supplied original seat covers etc with car. But have not handed over the papers.
      There was an insurance issue regarding coverage of engine protection which they had promised, that too is still pending.
      As we customers don't know the dealer but the brand they are dealing with, we feel such attitude of dealers has an impact on the brand. Kindly look in to the matter and get it resolved.
      This is not an issue with us only it is a general complain with this dealer.

      Quick remedy will be highly solicited.

          My got my car ka05 mq0739 serviced on 19-jan-2018 through dakshin honda, hosur road. The car was duely picked up from my residence (Opted for pickup and drop service) & serviced but upon return rear view mirror as well as company showroom fitted rear view camera mirror broken. They fitted rear view mirror upon my request having verified that damage had been on their part but asked me to pay for it as well. Service advisor mr. Umesh has been telling me for last 20 days that he is talking to his manager but without any action.

          No repalcement of rear view camera mirror yet.

            I have car no. Mh 40 ac 9758 which is admitted to rushabh honda showroom wadi nagpur on dated 02.01.2018 for claim under 0% depth insurance. However my vehicle was only partly repaired in state of replacement of damaged part as per mentioned in policy. My car lower arm was bended in accident which was repaired & alignment was done, however it was not properly done. Vehicle back wheels are till bend not aligned. Also car was delivered by showroom on dated 01.02.2018 i. E. After 29 days.
            Hence it is kindly requested to please look in this matter & please re repaired my vehicle properly.

            I purchased Honda city last year and since then i am not at all satisfied with its performance its tyres are not at all durable when it get into small dig or uneven road it burst and to such extent that there is no option other than replacing it with new one... Till now 4 to 5 times we have changed the tyres... Really frustrated and unhappy 😠😠😡😡😡

              Hello,

              Booked honda jazz on dec 2017. On the delivery day come to know that color is not available and asked me to change the color. While taking delivery i find out navigation system and magic seat is not there. But they promised me that within 3-4 working days they will give the navigation system. Now they are not receiving my calls. Tried to contact the sales manager kavan but now he is refusing to fulfill his promise because i filed complain in honda. They are asking me to sign some paper that i am not having any issue with dakshin honda. I contacted the branch manager also but no use. Yesterday they send me the details of sonic navigation system saying that this is the maximum they can do. I have all the call records in which they are repeatedly saying that they will give me the navigation system as per commitment. Please help me in this regard. This guy kavan is the person who introduced me to the hdfc person for loan. Now i am running behind that agent because no emi is getting deducted from my account. I am expecting that honda will help me in this regard else i am not having any other option then going to the consumer court.

                I submitted a claim for Front and Rear Door Scratch on 23th November 2017 at Landmark Service Station, University Road,

                Surat Gujarat.

                My Claim Details - MOT[protected] ICICI Lombard

                I got my car back on 2nd or 3rd of december. Which is a long time frame to approve and resolve any claim. At the time of

                delivery - on the same front and back door which i claimed for had dent. (remember on both door).

                I called service manager Nilesh Bhai and showed him the condition of my vehicle. He told me that might be by one of there

                mechanics while taking out your vehicle or parking the vehicle. They were nice at the time because fault was from there

                side. Kaushal who handled my claim representative of honda for the claim process told me to repaint both doors next time of

                service.

                On date 1st of Feb 2018, My car was due for service, So I went to service center and submitted my service due and

                resolution of that Dent caused by there mechanic. Due date to submit completed vehicle was 2nd of Feb, As per Kaushal they

                need 1 day to complete this job.

                I went to service center on Saturday after calling to service center and they told me my vehicle is ready for delivery but

                it was not ready. They have just done Lapi - Astar (as per service center guy) and not painted yet. I really wanted my car

                back on saturday to attend out city marriage of my cousin. Mr Nilesh - Service Manager "I cannot do anything if your

                vehicle is not ready, I am sorry for your inconvenience. I will make sure to deliver your vehicle on Monday 5th of Feb 2018

                for sure. And I will take action against Kaushal who told you that your vehicle is ready but still not"

                On 6th of Feb, Still my vehicle is not ready and when I called service center guy, He is telling me that paint job is not

                so neat, And I cannot submit you vehicle yet. The person who painted vehicle has not done his job correctly.

                Now I am asking what the hell is happening with my vehicle. Are you not going to give my car back?
                Who is the guy doing paint job on my vehicle, Is he not mature enough how to paint job a car?
                Most important question who made dent on my vehicle at the time of first claim?
                What is the Job of Honda Service Manage. To say Sorry and not have to look into the issue?
                Points - Dent on my first Claim, Deadline Missed 3 times in a row for the same work, Paint Job is not done correctly,

                Service manage - Stupid Sorry which he didn't mean it.

                My Humble request is to any authority who looks into this issue is please give me my car back with no dents on it and

                professional paint job. I promise Honda that I will never give back my car to you for immature peace of work.

                I currently have message of my claim passed first time and another snap of service job card created 06/02/2018

                  I bought honda active 125 on 31 dec 2017. Sales person advice me to collect vehicle permanent number within 20 days but i was not happened till now 05-feb-2018. I chase them thrice after 20 jan 2018 in gap 5 days period and every time they mention you get vehicle number in next couple of days.

                  This is serious concern because of most of people are facing same issue.

                  Service Center refuse to provide service same day and the service manager says that he had more that 90 scooty for service than we demand that either you have stop to sale Activa at Jaipur if you are unable provide services .

                    Dear madam/sir
                    Recently i have purchased a honda jazz car from vision honda, palarivattam, kochi. I am satisfied with all its performances except the ac. It doesn't get enough cooling while it is on sun. Usually all other cars get enough cooling if the engine has run for 10 minutes idling. If the car is laid in sun in the afternoon hours, especially between 11 a. M to 1 p. M, in spite of idling the engine for 15 to 20 minutes on, keeping ac in auto temperature at its low level, the temperature does not come down to an adequate level. So difficult to remain in car and travel in that temperature. I got it checked a couple of times with dealer workshop and they reported nothing wrong with it. Therefore, i understand that the honda jazz cars are not fitted with adequate powerful ac. Could you clarify my doubt whether this complaint is only with my car or is it the same with all honda jazz cars. If it is only with my car, could you get it corrected at the dealer workshop. I have used honda city several models in the past and never i felt such an apprehension. I wish i will never be deceived by honda company. So please respond to my complaint.

                      On 26th oct 2017, i went for my first service. My vehicle no. Is od15j2617. I submitted my car to central honda, service centre of honda located in sambalpur. On that visit my wife and daughter was along with me. After washing of my car, i found my car was scratched on side door. When i talked with the service manager, service manager told me that it happened outside the service centre. I told them cctv has been installed in this service center. Kindly make arrangement of checking cctv footage. He refused to do this. Then manager told me that on servicing paper we have mentioned. I checked the paper on that paper they have drawn a drawing. On that drawing they gave some spot marks. That spot marks meant for scratches. Then i complained customer care about this matter on dated 26.10.17 around 1.15 pm. My complaint no. Was 1-[protected]. My wife and me had seen this. Several calls have been made to honda customer care. They were only saying that response will be reverted back very soon. But till date i didn't get a revert back call from honda side. On dated 03.02.18, i personally visited honda service centre. I asked about my scratches. But they are saying that rs 8000.00 is required for this scratches. Judgement : how can hand over our vehicle to honda service centre
                      2.in wrv honda navigation chip had been installed. I loaded songs in navigation chip. So the chip was corrupt. They have not given information that "don't load anything in the navigation chip". After asking this their response is that all this is written over the service book. If everything is written over book, then what need of training.. Then we have discussion on 26th oct. 2017 that i will pay for the navigation chip. They made some discount. From 4 months i waited for the navigation chip. On 3rd feb 2018, i visited to the service centre, they were saying that deposit an advance amount of rs. 2000.00 on our bank account. Then we will order for navigation chip. I told them please bring the navigation chip, i will give money for this. After providing money i will take navigation chip.

                        Dear sir,
                        I am a honda city owner, no mp 04, ch 4745.

                        Got my car serviced at smart city honda bhopal. I am not at all satisfied with the way they do service of the car. They are only interested in working for your car if you follow what ever they suggest as replacement of parts and unnecessary work and labour. If you denay for the suggested work by them then they are least concerned about providing services. Today i am here from morning and it is 4.30 pm now... My vehicle is not delivered till now. Please find attached the image of job card. The physical service was completed at 1.00 pm after that just for wash and vacume cleaning i am still waiting.
                        The problem is they are concerned if and only if the bill amount is higher if you refuse for unnecessary work which they have specified then they are least bothered about your vehicle. They were checking rear bearings and suggested replacement of break shoes... Which i accepted too
                        I purchased the vehicle in 2011 and the vehicle is an excellent vehicle no complains to honda but getting a service done is always a horrible experience. First they chase you for getting the service done and once you get it done then they chase you for rating their service not less than 9 or 10.
                        Request you to kindly look in to it because honda as brand is excellent but getting a service done is a big headache. We are left on the mercy of the service provider.

                          Respected sir/madam, recently i had bought honda wr-v, which coated me around 12lakh rupees.. I am very much satisfied with the vehicle performance but the only drawback is with floor mat. Floor mat that is provided is curly mat which creates dust inside the vehicle. Cleaning these kind of mat is difficult. So please make sure that we get vinyl mat as fast as possible.

                            I an neetu gautam taken honda jazz in june 2016, at the time they given me some offers, but till date they have not given any thing.
                            They asked me to collect one service voucher of rs 2999 after 30 days of vehicle delivery, but not get any thing. Also given very poor services all the time. Taken seat cover but it is also very poor quality, even floor matting is very very burst condition.

                              I had been servicing my car in honda show room in hyderabad dealer his name and style is m/s. Greenhonda at hyderabad.

                              But its not good when replace of clutch plate, break paddle and wipers not working in proper manner. As i thought there is no qualified mechanic in work shop. Not been put fixed in proper places it has give sounds.

                              Gere box not proper working, break paddle making noises and wipers in not good. All those show prof of their work.

                              I can challenge my last clutch plates were served 90, 000 km the new one will not survive atleast 25, 000/km
                              I lost the hope on honda car services in hyderabad

                                I have honda amaze car in bundi rajasthan. I have a small claim of replacement of front glass and side gate. It has been a month long but there is no response and even no work start on it yet. Last year i have maruti swift car, there is never more than a week to settle claim or product service in this company. Why should any buy a honda car if this kind of response given by company. This unsatisfied response and irresponsibility act done by company service staff not bearable. I will take it forward to concern department and if i need, i have to fur judicial complaint for consumer rights.

                                  I have given my honda city car for painting at deccan honda pimpri service center.
                                  The service representative - arfat sheikh handled my case.
                                  I received my car with painting done but one of the rear window packing found missing. I informed arfat and he said that it might have miss placed and dont have that part. So he needs order.
                                  Since then i have not received any update regarding that. I tried to reach him over phone, but he is not receiving my calls.
                                  Its now more than a week since i have raised the complaint. But still not update.
                                  Could you please look in this asap.

                                    Hi team,

                                    My name is naveen. We purchased new brv on 20th october 2017. My concern to write this mail is about very bad millage that i am getting from my new brv. Upon testing tank to tank the mileage on high ways is about 8 km/liter.

                                    I purchased this vehicle considering the 1.5 li honda petrol engine, which would at least be about 12km on high ways. I'm really upset about the mileage. I'm already done with the 1st service. When i had complained about this to service center guys, they said everything is alright. Sometime the mileage is so bad that i feel if the fuel line is discontinued or something. Is there a way where i can get this tested..? I'm really unhappy about this.

                                      I purchased a wrv from eastern honda in december in the name of shree vishnu sarees p ltd and the invoice was raised on 5 1 2018 with invoice numberbd/vsh/17-18/219. Which was delivered on 15 1 2018.
                                      Aleven after 2 weeks i m not in possession of original invoice/smart card/insurance copy/num//tax token /number plate. Even the insurance receipt does not mention the gst number of my company which i have requested for to be done several times. The manager mr bitan also does not respond neither the endorsement on the insurance policy done even after several times confirmation given by mr bitan. If any traffic case arises who would be responsible. And i think i have made a mistake dealing with honda cars dealer. I had given my old car in exchange but still i have not received any moner receipt mentioning the details of the deal amount which i need to show in my books of account.
                                      Kindly solve the problem immediately.

                                        The services provided by perfect honda is not satisfactory. As the vehicle had an minor accident and we delivered the car on 26/12/2017 at 9:30am. After one month they returned the car but still the complaints are not rectified. The painting done is full of dust and utmost we have noticed the parts (Dash board upper compound : no 61100tg2k00zz) which was not replaced or repaired has been entered in the bill which has to be claimed and additionally when car was delivered to the service centre there was no damage at right fender, but the incident happened is they bented the right fender and replaced and we have got bill dated 30/12/2017 and the car was delivered to us on 23/01/2018. There was no damage for speedometre cluster, but after they returned the car we have noticed damages. By brand name and the features of car we are satisfied and we already have two honda cities. But by service parts the dealership provided a worst impression. Again the problem faced regarding our honda city, as car was delivered for insurance claim, dikky and bumper was claimed for painting, but due to the painting perfection the paints has spread all-over the park light and tail lamp and painting is full dust. So what we have to do regarding the pethetic situation. So if the malpractices and imperfection continues from the dealer, how we can use honda brand?
