Viva honda dealer santacruz west mumbai cheats customers by taking car booking taking deposit making delivery committment and faulting.. We made booking for honda amaze automatic in 1st week dec in carnelian red and second choice steel grey for delivery on our anniversary on 5th jan 2018.. While other dealers had informed us only white color was available viva honda assured we would get our desired color and delivery certainly on our date.. Basis this understanding we booked the car with viva honda santacruz and have advance.. Which cheque was immediately deposited by viva.. Thereafter from sales person to manager to superior sales head mufid chetan and aarti all took us for a ride and above our calls on delivery date.. After chasing for almost 2 weeks we were that first white color is available and later that no car is available.. Are much persuasion and threat to sue we got immediate refund... Our experience and trauma with viva honda was horrible..in all this mess we had lost out on the dec special discount and additional discount.. Today we still wish to book a honda amaze automatic but as the is no special offers we are at loss.. All for no fault of ours and only due to fault of viva honda.. The same thing has happened to our friends and we realize viva honda dealer is habitually cheating customers.. By profession i am advocate and thus could get our refund but other customers would have to run pilar to post.. My question is simple of car was not available or dealer was not sure who take my booking and why deposit my cheque.. I request honda india to look into this complaint and take serious action against honda viva santacruz mumbai

      I am have been cheated on the service and complaints shared with the dealer named - ring road honda peeragarhi new delhi.
      On repeatedly complaining to the dealer there is no response.
      This is the poor service from honda and me being the first time user of honda cars very bad experience to share.

        Dear concerned,

        This mail is to seek your support and intervention in providing the insurance company (Liberty videocon) with the ‘technical report’ of my car bearing chassis no - makgm85bden03330. Regd no. Cho1ax-0575, which caught fire on 7th jan 2018 and was badly damaged, from your dealership ms harmony honda – chandigarh.

        The background and details of the case are as below

        I would like to bring to your kind notice that i purchased a honda idtech in march’ 2014 from lally motors - in chandigarh.

        My car met with an accident on 22nd of december 2017. It was given to one of your authorised dealers/service centres, m/s harmony honda, phase1, industrial area, chandigarh for necessary repairs.

        Front bumper, front fog lights, front skirting as well as the back side skirting was found to be damaged and needed repairs.

        The car kept on lying with of m/s harmony honda, chandigarh, till 7th of january and was handed over to me ‘duly repaired’ on 7th of january at around 1 p. M.

        However the very next day, i, e. On 8th of january, at around 8.30 pm. The car’s engine caught fire and it engulfed the front portion of the car within a couple of seconds.

        I, along with my mother and sister were in the car at that time. This incident happened in sector 17, chandigarh, on the main road. We had a providential escape. My presence of mind saved the life of my sister who was sitting in on the passenger seat as i had to literally pull her out, just before a couple of seconds, the whole front portion caught fire!

        Police as well fire brigade were promptly called and the onlookers too were of a great help.

        The video clip provided to us by one of the onlookers clearly shows that how lucky we were that day.in a matter of a few seconds, a major tragedy could have occurred!

        We called up mr. Gurnam singh (Advisor, honda harmony, chandigarh) from that spot itself.

        To our shock, he denied any help whatsoever and told us to make arrangements on our own to tow the vehicle to the garage. Feeling utterly helpless, we escalated it to the g. M, mr jaswinder singh, who responded to our helplessness and turned up along with mr. Tara singh, body shop manager on the spot.

        The vehicle was then towed away and a honda amaze was immediately offered to us as a temporary replacement.

        It was also promised that the vehicle given as replacement will remain with us till the damaged car is repaired.

        However, much to our shock, the car given as replacement was taken away by harmony honda officials from my residence, the very next day, (I. E 9th of jan) without giving me any reason or explanation!!

        On complaining, they gave me yet another ‘replacement’ vehicle on 10th of january.

        This car happened to be an old, shabby car with defective indicators, faulty accelerator, and faulty side windows’ auto mechanism!!! (Pics provided to mr. Tara singh, body shop manager, harmony honda, chandigarh). The car had such defects that anyone could have met with yet another accident!!

        I was forced to borrow someone else’s’ car.

        On 15th of january, even that car was taken back.

        Since the day of the car catching fire i. E 8th of january 2018 till date, i have been constantly following up with the officials of m/s harmony honda, chandigarh, for the submission of ‘technical report’, which is supposed to be handed over to the insurance company for the settlement of the claims.

        However, the gm as well as other officials are giving one excuse or another, using rude language, threating as well as giving misleading and contradictory statements whenever i go to pursue them for providing the ‘technical report’ to the insurer.

        I have informed ‘121’ honda customer care on the day of the accident about the same and am following up daily from them about the same (You can check the records of 121 for the same). The responses from 121 are also varying from time to time saying ‘number not contactable’. The tat of 24 hour so far has stretched to a week. Ms kusum is my relationship manager.

        I, through this detailed complaint, demand an immediate follow-up and remedial action from your end to be provided with technical report on an urgent basis.

          All about personal of my area also like to bring a dream car of Honda, but they many stopped being unability of Honda workshop in my area,
          Here is about 250 car of Honda, but all are missing unability of Honda workshop.

          It was too humilating experience at yug honda pune, i booked activa 4g but had to cancel it due to the harrasement i felt at the showroom, sales person and the manager were so unfriendly, not ready to listen anything being such a big brand in India honda will allow such dealers to continue such behaviour with there customers

            We have asked to come at honda service centre which is about 15 km from our residence at 9:30. But the meeting of service mechanics continued up to 10:45.
            Moreover they didn't allow us to interact us with the service mechanics and forced us to sit in the customer lounge. Me and my wife bith have just come ourself early in the morning to ensure a good servicing of our car else we could have choosed the pick and drop facility of honda. What is the point of going to the servicing centre when you are not even allowed to interact with the service mechanics. Tgey just forced us to sit in the lounge area but didn't even bother to ask us for general tea or water. Very very poor experience of honda servixe centre at kuawanwala dehradun.

              I have seen online job adv.Ms.Vani from Delhi p.[protected] tells to provide job in Honda motors to applicant and ask to pay amount of 1800/- as security deposit after telephonic interview with Ashok Shinde (mitlesh) p.[protected]. Ashok Shinde tells to applicant he will got selected and has to go with training period and contact Ms.Vani for further process.
              Here Vani ask applicant to deposit amount of 1800/- in account no.

This is nothing but fishing, if in a month they get atleast 50 applicant then 50x1800/- = 90000/-. Isn't it simply tricking with jobless people and cheating them. I kindly request CYBER CRIME POLICE and other authority to look into this seriously. Jobless are already miserable and this people are cheating them, in the name of job.

                I gave registration amount for honda amaze on 11 dec 2017 to rring road honda, janpath, rajiv chowk, delhi. During the of registration i was assured that the vehicle i'll get will have registration date for the year 2018. Under these assurances, i took the car on 21 dec 2018. On 18 jan 2018 i got the rc via post and i realised that i've been befooled by the sales executive of ring road honda. Now i don't know what to do, i request you to please help me.

                I was thinking of buying Honda Car after thankfully I didn't . After reading this comment I will never buy a car from Ring Road Honda at least. We are sick and tired of sales team of dealers giving false promises at the time of booking and later backing on. Honda should ensure that the malpractices and false commitments shouldn't be given to public to avoid bad name to the company
                Shame on a big brand like Honda ... for cheating their customers like this ..

                  My car's registration no. Is pb 10 fx 5478. This is a honda city car and purchased from m/s lally motors ltd., ludhiana. On 17 oct., 2017 i got the service of this car at m/s lally motors ltd., ludhiana. On that day my car ran around 16500 km. The dealer interchanged front and rear tyres as per there routine. Wheel balancing and wheel allignment was also done. As i drive the car in city where the speed is not much therefore i did not come to know that car is going towards left. However in january this year when i visited delhi, i come to know this defect. There was a problem of wheel allignment after rotation of tyres. This problem was not there before service. It seems that at the time of rotation of tyres this problem arises and the dealer didnot remove this effect during the service.

                      I have been suffering with new honda city car i bought in march 2017. I observed that there is a noise from from windows even though they are closed completely. This sound can be observed at speeds between 80-100. This noise feels like we hear when the glass window is not closed completely. I reported this issue to honda service and they said they will write to honda and i have been waiting for resolution. But i never got any resolution. What i am hearing is there is no solution to this which is clear irresponsibile answer from honda service.

                      I need resolution for this problem. Need help from concerned authorities.

                        Hello,
                        I am from delhi i gave my car on service (3 free service). They did not do any thing. They just coat some shiner on dash board and tyers. Not even washing they have done. I complaint to that guy about the car he said sorry and send a man for drycleaning. But i never asked for that. I want washing of my car. I ask that man to go back. On the next day manager call and said he will send a other guy for rubbing and buffing of the car but no one came.

                          I’m holding a hona brio car no up 16 aj 1752, unfortunately during heavy rain/flood in mumbai, thane region on 29.08.17 my car affected by flood and merged in between level of carpet and seat. So all portions upto below seat level was wet and mud. But due to safety issue and keep the engine safe, i didn’t switch on the ignition & simply towed the car and delivered it to regent honda thane (Just 1.5 km away from my residence) for the service/repair work on 02.09.17.
                          After few days of submission i got a call from regent honda kalyan (Min 14-16 km from my residence), that my car is with them for the job, although regent thane didn’t even took my consent before shifting the car from one location to other.
                          I still thought it may be due to expedite the work and didn’t argued on that during that time. But since after that every week i chased them and few cases they called me and briefed that my car repair work is pending just because insurance company (Bharti axa) has not gave go ahead on their estimate.
                          But when the same issue continued, i felt something wrong, as same date i submitted my other car hyundai verna that also merged during same flood and water was upto gloove box level and that repaired and finally delivered to me in well condition last week.
                          So i complained to bharti axa about the delay in claim processing and same time called my insurance adviser who was in charge for my brio car. I completely shocked to know it was something else not the delay from insurance company, regent honda had sent them an estimate of rs 200000 for my car which only had water level upto carpet. Since my car idv is 2, 52000 they thought for total loss of my car and requested the service dealer to resend the estimate (As per bharti first estimate was not clear and readable after print too) and honda guideline about the recent flood affected car to verify the cost. But regent honda kalyan didn’t neither reverted to them inspite of repeated call/ request from bharti not did any preventive work on my car like engine oil flushing/cleaning and left my car idol till 05.10.17. So i complained immediately to honda care 121 on 05.10.17, ref no 1-[protected] about all incident.
                          After my complaint i immediately got a call from their manager mr. Guru and assured me to complete the work soon. Next day i spoke to service engineer and insurance adviser to complete work process at earliest. Now the same regent honda sent an estimate of rs 16571 for my same car which earlier they sent 2 lacs and even asked/tried to convince me to give approval so that they can complete the work and deliver it to me but at my own cost (Since that time bharti axa was not ready to give approval on 2 lacs). So it is clear case of mischief from service centre, purposeful delay in repair work and sent bharti axa highly inflated estimate of rs 2 lacs., which they finally re-estimated to only rs 16571. How come it is expected from a brand like honda and what about our trust on those authorized service centers?
                          Now after all this they sent the car on saturday (07.10.17) from regent honda kalyan and requested me to collect the car from regent honda thane with a bill payment of rs 3920 after deducting rs 12651 paid by bharti. But i was even more surprised when i went to receive my car, i saw they didn't even clean my car interior & those are full of mud. Car boot space is full of mud, fungus and both the head lamps are filled with water vapour. So in other wards they have not done any labor work apart from part repair.
                          So i refused to accept the car until those issues are resolved. I also request bharti axa not to release their payment till car is delivered at good condition.
                          I again complained to honda care on 07.10.17 but really disappointed to see the level of callousness, irresponsible and unprofessional job work. I’m worried about my car and specially about both the head lamps. Mr guru told since the car was lying outside so long at their service centre water vapour generated and advising me to run the car and water will go away automatically. But my question, when i gave my car no water vapour was there & head lamps ware clear and it happened due their mishandling, now why i should take its responsibility or bear the cost? And why they don’t remove / clear water which happened because of their miss handling?
                          Pl find attached images (Pages 1 to 5) of my car that they tried to deliver on 07.10.17 after doing service work…definitely honda will shock to see the level of work regent honda has done.
                          After my initial complaint service centre did the internal cleaning and delivered me the car after few days (On 28.10.17) and committed me if there any other issue arises after running they will take care of it. Since i can't judge visually about the quality of mechanical repair they done, i clearly mention in against my feedback, "after running some km i will provide my actual feedback". Unfortunately after running about 150-180 km car stated giving a noise while operating clutch and i reported the same. But now the service station is denying to do the repair and diverting the issue to insuarance company and asking me to reopen the claim, which is not possible from there end. Insuarance company didn't tell them not to repair my car properly neither they refused to provide any claim at the beginning but after refusal of their first inflated estimate (Rs 2.20lacs), service station just mention to insurance company there is no such work is required in my car and they sent another estimate of only rs 12500, which insurance company immediately approved, but they can't judge what is actually required for my car. How come a estimate of 2.20lacs all of a sudden become rs 12500 after putting offcial complaint at honda? On what basis they judged my car at the beginning? Now service station is mentioning, they did the repair work what actually approved by insuarance team, but surprisingly there was not a single item mentioned in their second estimate that was rejected. So what service station asked they got, so they must have overlooked the actual problem and just did regular service work and delivered me the car as it there was almost 40 days delay & i registered complaint rather going for thorough check and detail work. Now even after my repeated email & complaint at honda, no one even taken the responsibility and come forward to address the issue. If it goes like this, i have to approach consumer court for all such wrongdoings against honda cars and the authorized service centre.

                          No one from Honda even spoken to me and their customer service team sends different different e-mails with new stories every day. They trying to safeguard the dealer and cooking new stories to hide their loops. Even what the dealer has replied does not matches what the CC is writing.Now the insurance company also highlighted their mistake and clearly mention it was a case of violation of standard process both from their internal work process and claim process with Insurance company. But unfortunately Honda is sitting and the CC is trying to bluff a customer and suppress the actual issue. They don't have any justification to the initial estimate of Rs 2.34 lacs which suddenly reduced to Rs 16571 after putting a complaint. If it goes like this I have to approach consumer court and put a hefty claim on HONDA and its dealer for such wrongdoing.

                                  I booked your car brv on 26/12/17 and paid the full amount of Rs1201000 on 28/12/17 and promised delivery on 14/01/18 but now your dealer STALLION HONDA GOMTI NAGAR, LUCKNOW says that they are unable to give the car because there are no cars available of the model that I have booked and they are asking Rs60000 more for giving me the new car but I am not relenting and asking for the car .They are also trying to silence me by making calls by big shots I hope you will look in the matter at the earliest my contact number is [protected] Ankur Jain

                                    I have given my honda jazz car registration no or 02bf 7799 at your high way honda service center bhubaneswar since dated 07/09/17. Your job card receipt no is11435. After three days i faced a seviour road accident and admit hospital three and half months. I informed your service center by telephone that i can not go to take my car for this reason. After discharge from hospital i meet service center manager mr nihar pattnaik and he said to your service manager mr kirtan sahoo to give the estimate of that car. But mr sahoo give me the date day after day three times yet my car estimate is not prepair so kindly solve my prblm.

                                      1) i parked my car over night out side my quarter located in agricultural college (V) aswaraopet, district khammam, telengana on 13/01/18.in the morning i pour some water to clean the vehicle. After sometime i observed some crack over the wind screen in forming a horizontal "?" in single line started left side end of wind screen. I purely suspect a) it is sign of poor quality of the glass b) partial break of glass during assembling c) improper fitment of glass during assembling. D) strength of the wind screen not enough to with stand the strains that exposed to. I request a detailed study over the issue.2) the chome handle of rear door come out of its mounting during opening of the rear door. It looks it so improper.3) when vehicle run during emergency or overtake of other vehicle, it speeds certain time, thereafter engine rpm rise simply without pulling the vehicle. It is reported in my second servicing but unable to rectify it. I think engine governing programmer is improper my vehicle reg no ts11ek962 body no makgl274fh4004314, engine :no.15a15006002

                                        I purchased a honda city car petrol version from the noida dealer of honda - ace honda on 01st feb-2017.

                                        Product issue - since very first day there were some alignment issue in car (Seems not the wheel alignment issue) as it was pulling towards right side, problem was there in gear shifting and strange noise. Which i complained and informed the sales person immediately after i took the delivery. Sent information mails as well (Chain mails attached)... They called me with product, i went there but they told that there is no issue, then i showed this car to actual honda city car owners in my society and all of those 4 members found the same issue, i sent again mail to ace honda but shockingly there was no response as if ace honda guys are sitting there just to sell the product and make the incentives... Anyways that same story continued for almost 6 months, i visited almost 7 to 8 times for this issue and also informed them about this in all the three services also which they did in past 6 months. But still same problem is there in product in fact visited them again in month of november and service guy name mr. Manish told that he will call me to bring the car in free time so that he can dedicatedly check the car but that also was just a bluff as no call in past two months almost….. Anyways finally i gave up with this product and planning to sell as well and even for that also i visited to ace honda and met mr vikas who deals in second sale i guess and he quoted the value by which i am making almost more than inr 2 lac loss. (Have all the records of complains after buying this waste product.)

                                        Dealership issue - very unprofessional attitude of service guys. And seems in ace honda, they only and only believe in selling the product without bothering any single problem which customer faces after purchase. Just escalate the problem one guy to another…. During this journey met many service persons in ace honda from works manager to line mechanic. Even one time mechanic shouted that they do not have time for detailed test drive……… (My money is wasted so i have to listen even to that kind of guy also, because wanted my product to get resolved….)……. Yes, in one point they are really good which is convincing the customer to give the good rating when customer gets call for the feedback.

                                        Remarks and suggestion: i am not sure that this is standard problem in honda but i guess it is not, as honda cannot make such bad product because of such an ethical company. I worked with honda, and know that honda quality standards were very high but not able to understand that why those has been deviated now... Very painful to say but i really feel enjoy driving my 6 to7 years old verna... Anyways all i can say to honda that please try to make the product which value for money and also please make some policy for customer satisfaction through dealers as well. Really the ace honda kind of dealerships will bring down the dream of honda to become a major shareholder of indian car segment.
