Approached ring road honda city service centre for my second service under warranty. The executive insisted me to get some coating done on my car otherwise it will result in severe damage. I requested not in this time as frankly i was not interested in spending. I simpliciter asked if its so important why this not amongst the standard supply while selling the car.
However on denial he felt so bad that as earlier promised bluntly denied me in dropping to my home which is hardly 2 kms away and directed me to some other lady who again in a very rude manner denied. I never knew to get my car coated at the price is a precondition for getting the car serviced in a proper manner.

    I m sandip kenjale from satara. My car no mh-11 cg. 4215. Recently purchased 19. Oct honda city v. Cvt.
    Mager detect problem in car. Front head light upper light focus very low distance cover. Head light not proper working. Near crystal honda service center complet register. He asks me all honda city models same light problem. This answer not satisfied... Warranty raning my car plz chek my car 10. Km. Test drive night mode and solve my problem. As possible replace my head light.

      GPS chip in my car (Honda City VMT - Facelift) found missing after getting it serviced. (Balaji Honda - Vellore)

      Now they ( Balaji Honda) say they can't do anything about it.

      I have proof(photocopy) for the GPS chip being in the slot when giving it for service. I can provide those copies if needed.

      I have no intention taking this to next level. I expect this to be resolved as soon as possible and provide with the GPS chip.

          25 nov, 2017 still facing issue

          Mail come from flying career point because i am apply quikr jobs.

          1.in mail given contact number then i call to urvashi (Hr) and inquiry about job and she take all my documents for job and i was mailed all required documents for job via mail to urvashi. [protected]@gmail.com.

          2. After sending documents taken my telephonic interview by ravi roy (Interviewer department) and then i am selected as say by urvashi (Hr) then she tell me about some security deposit for making id card, offer letter & other charge. Security deposit 1460/- pay by account number given from urvashi (Hr) then she say wait for verification department calls you for document verification.

          3. I am waiting so long then mail come from verification department for training letter and after i getting training letter then call from vishakha purohit (Verification department) & she say about security deposit for training because in training period laptop & accessories given by company.
          I am telling to vishakha when i am pay security deposit then no one say about this deposit then she say this money is refundable after your training completion. Security deposit 5700/- pay by account number given from vishakha purohit & she say about open bank account from roshan agarwal as a trainer. I pay deposit amount then provide me one code for training & code share with roshan agarwal (Trainer) for training purpose. H75264

          4. I am talk with roshan agarwal & he say for account open need 500/- rs for 200*2 affidavit charge 100 file charge i say ok for payment now all payment done after roshan agarwal say 10000 more for account open & some charges for bank like rtgs & neft. Now i say what the hell bcoz i am already arrange money from friends but i pay bcoz i need to refund my all money after completion of training. Then i am paying all payment through paytm (5000+5000+500/-) & then roshan agarwal say wait for our executive for thumb verification need to be verify bank account.

When i completed all process & paymets then roshan sir say on 26 dec your training as describe in training letter 28 dec, 2017 then i call on 27 dec, 2017 roshan sir say your training schedule is delay because my payment regarding issue then my training reschedule on 4 jan, 2018 then i say my training is reschedule on letter then roshan sir tell me my training letter as it is but your training only on 4 jan, 2018.

          6 now i complete all process and payment but now no one give me a proper reply and no one reply of my call and messages. Sometime receive my call then they say we work on your file etc…

          Now still i am waiting for any reply or mail from company`s person

            I left my car in Hallmark Honda, Nerul on 15/1/2018 for solving problem, but till date they r helpless & they r not agree to solve problem of vehicle, they talk to me that its defect of company to make the car, they cant do anything with me on conversion by phone.
            I give u assure that vehicle that belongs to u r company is defective, pls accept my challenge when u r vehicle is go around 70 to to 80 kmph definatety front tyre is bursting when it goes over small pot holes, if i have confident that accident is definitely happen it happen 4 times with me ... which means Honda Car India Ltd. playing game with Human being who bought the car . if I pay 15.60 Laks to you means at least Safety & vehicle defects must be dissolved by Company. If you dont have any solution & u dont care @ customer to resolve the problem. Hallmark Honda Dealer, Nerul reply me yesterday apparently they r not accepted & they claim on company to make fault of vehicle, they converse to me, i send you their reply as below...i[censored] r not seriously look in this matter, then i m free to take appropriate action against Company for fraud against in consumer court . pls i request you to take appropriate action & give me reply for satisfied solution,

            At the outset we regret the inconvenience caused to you.



            With respect to your concern the tyres has been inspected by Bridgestone service engineer. As discussed the claim is not approved as the spare tyre has external damage on alloy wheel as well as side wall. As informed your claim on one tyre replaced locally by you can’t be entertained. The damaged on tyre and alloy wheel can be claimed under insurance.



            As an alternate option we will extend 10% discount on purchase of new tyre.

              I booked honda brio car at deccan honda, aurangabad, maharashtra.
              Initial down payment was made and icici cleared loan amount also on 4.1.18.
              Today, 9th january, no word about delivery.
              Unfortunate part is the concerned sales person doesn't answer the call 📞!
              Having paid the entire amount, there is no clarity about the delivery.
              Sad part and no response!!!
              Completely in dark!

                  I owe a honda city 2013 model car nd it has a problem of gear tight and i hav already complained in customer care and there was a sudden action by honda bt we have taken the car again to the vision honda services in nattakom, kottayam and there behaviour towards us was disgusting bcz they are telling there is no complaint, we can't do anything, u go to any other service or u complaint to honda... Then we taken car to premier honda kottayam and there the technician was telling there is a gear tight.

                  Actually we love honda bt the behavior of such fool guys in the service centre is making us to think of other branded companys. We hav already booked a new car in same honda bt we are just cancelling. Also i need a sudden action regarding ma complaint and i want to make it clear in the same service center or otherwise i will go to consumer forum and give those videos.

                    Kindly refer my previous complaint. Manager of the dealer show room first promised then backed out of his promises. His statement to replace the prematurely failed parts free of cost is in recorded voice.

                    I find this opportunity to lodge a serious complaint about premature failure of socker of my honda brio car which i purchased through csd on 30/07/2015.

                    The registration number of the car is pb 11, bu 1853 which is generally serviced at prestige honda patiala (Lally moters).

                    When i reached at the above said show room for routine and paid servicing of my said car, i was informed by the mechanic of the above said show room that the socker of the car has leaked and that it needs replacement.

                    It was a shocking information for me and quite disheartening that a car from the premium car making company (Honda) has come out with so much early and premature failure and malfunctioning in its vital parts that can not be expected, imagined and accepted too.

                    My above said vehicle is running in extended warranty period and the cost of the same have been already paid by me in advance on 30/07/15.

                    So much early and premature failure of the vital parts of the car which belongs to a premium car manufacturing company has not only put me in harassment and financial trouble but also it has shattered my faith and belief in the company which was top high in my mind.

                    In view of above, i request your good office to kindly accept and allow my complaint in the said matter of premature failure of the vital parts (Socket) against my car and kindly replace the same with new one without any further cost and trouble to me.

                    I have served the nation with dignity, honesty and integrity by being a soldier in air force. Therefore i draw your kind attention to my above stated request at the earliest please.

                      My car honda jazz mh02ek6282 purchased on 16feb 2017 is serviced by linkway honda mumbai. My first service was done on 28/03/2016 at 361 kms and second service on 02/08/2017 at 2064 kms. Only two services were done and no third service was done. I was out of india from sept to dec 2017. I was shocked to receive a call from the linkway honda that my next 'paid' service was due as my car was serviced three times. On inspection of my book i found that during the second service they tore off the third service page, without rendering the second service. This amounts to cheating and fraud. Besides this i had several other issues with them which remained unresolved till dates follows: 1. During first service my gps chip went missing and despite my complaint they did nothing.2. There was metallic noise on left side under dash board which has not been corrected.3. While putting seat cover they concealed the rear seat belts making it life hazard. After three complaints they corrected this.

                        I have purchased a honda wrv from magnum motors, indira nagar, bangalore. Subsequent to that a feed back call has come to grade the experience. I was assured a free gift worth of rs. 4500/- during my first service. When i went for free service, the service centre said they had not got any instruction and my show room said that honda will directly contact me. If the scheme of free gift is discontinued please inform me. If yes, kindly instruct the show room to do the needful.

During second free service i complaint that driver seat is not coming forward to my dealer dream honda, surat, gujarat on 19/12/2017. But there is no reponse regarding my complaint. It seems honda is interested in selling there cars only and least bothered about costumer satisfaction. It is very disgusting about honda attitude. If my complaint is not attended earliest, then i will go to cosumer-forum.

                            Purchased honda connect device with no 1486d0384 which was having annual subscription for honda city which met with an accident in apr 2017 and then later it was declared as total loss. After that in dec 2017 i purchased new honda city. However subscription was terminated during this time. When asked magnum honda kanakapura road sales focal first he indicated that this device is not transferable to other honda cars. Later second time when asked looks like its transferable which i saw in internet, he said, yes its feasible but i need to
                            Contact honda customer care. Contacted honda customer care over phone, they asked me again contact the honda dealer! This clearly shows there is no clarity on process to be followed or how to use it among themselves. When i visited the magnum honda again, i was told to give a cheque for rs 289 and then it needs to be sent to minda gurgaon for sim change! I dont understand why such lack of clarity and ridiculous process to be followed? Is it user friendly? Is it really worth in this digital world? I am not convinced that a honda customer need to buy this also..! The kind of lack of awareness seems to be never ending or sales team just want to sell more products to make money!

                                I recommend not to bye honda hornet 160r service bad product bad

                                Respected sir/madam,
                                I am writing this mail to inform you that i bought a honda hornet 160r bike on 27th june 2017 from leaders honda showroom near south city mall but on september month only the speed meter glass broke automatically. The showroom did not provide me any replacement of speed meter glass and instead i had to purchase same for rs. 600/-. Now it happened so that again the speed meter glass broke automatically from the same position this month only. I have again visited mentioned showroom for replacement but received no positive assurance from there. Now if the entire meter gets effected and damaged since the glass is broken now, then it will cost me around rs. 7000/- to change the entire meter which is not at all accepted since mine is a new bike and if the glass gets broken frequently, then how many times shall i have to replace it? I think this might be a manufacturing defect or bad quality of products supplied by company & the showroom. Already talk to your honda service center for help but they are not helped me. I am waiting for last mention maximum days.

                                  My car Honda brio damage 21.12.2017 was delivered to Landmark Honda, Dewas Naka Indore for claim. that time he was telling me to your car is ready to within 10 days will deliver your car. but last time 31.12.2017 i am calling to that department his telling to your vehicle will deliver but today i again call to that department person his telling your car not repair your car deliver after 10-15 days. this car's parts are not available. so i am not deliver your car on time. i am very harash & mentally upset this silly promises. So please my car repair fastly/ 2-3 days i have need to my car very urgent.

                                    I own honda city d-tech and had given it for scheduled service 15 days back, i had specifically memtioned a problem of shaking of car while braking. To which the service centre said they’ve dealt with it. Inpisite of sending the car back due unsatisfactory work. The result is same. I had gone on a long trip of 1000 kms. By risking my life believing in assurance given by honda executive. The problem is so worse now! That i had to report it here.

                                      I am owning a honda city car no. Up -16 - ay -0347, i have sent my car for servicing & body shop to ace honda noida in june, 2017 where they have entered wrong kilometer reading 514474 (Something) instead of 51474.

                                      Now on 29th decmber, 2017, again i have sent my car to ace honda noida for regular servicing but due to that wrong kilometer reading after 5 days neither i got my car back nor getting positive response from ace honda, noida. While they have assured me to resolve the issue within two days.

                                      I am very puzzled and needed my car back asap, please help and get rid of such attitude and disgusting car dealer.

                                      Shall i go to consumer forum or you will help me...!!!
                                      Honda Cars India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I would like to know minimum time duration to complete mechanical work and car cleaning work, seperately, upon providing a vehicle for periodic service.

                                        I am a owner of honda amaze car of
                                        July 2015 from hillview honda sidhra jammu. I handover the vehicle jk08e4002 to the said showroom on 21.10.2017. I was told that vehicle will be ready within 10 days by mr. Rishab. After repeated phone calls they give one and another false excuses and thereafter they stop responding the phone. I got delivery of the vehicle after complaining to gm. On 09.12.2017 i was shocked while taking delivery that one spare tyre was missing, break oil lid was missing, one wheel cover was changed with old one, wheel mudguard was missing and many more. When i ask mr. Deep he was awnserless. With the intervention of mr. Amarjeet agm sales i got my vehicle ready. I got harrassed with such a bad experience with
