I have taken honda assurance insurance in my honda car and honda claims that it is assuring hassel free claims all india which is not true. I have paid appx rs 7000 extra to cover all the risks with belief that being honda assuring ill get better services but now during the claim is proved that you can buy insurance from outside companies who has tie ups with honda workshops as similar treatment is received. Why spend more in the name of honda where if you raise complaint in honda helpline they are least bothered.

    I have purchased new honda jazz cvt (Petrol) car on 29.11.2017 from your dealer deccan honda, pune. I have left my car for first servicing on 15.12.2017 with their driver at 11.30 am. At the time of delivery of my car at 8.30 pm, i found that the rear bumper have scratch & total colour of vehicle was removed at that location. Today i visited to service station regarding this issue & i demanded for the replacement of the part damaged by service station in their work shop. But the service adviser present is refused to replace & told me that he can repair the same at his cost as this is reparable item. But my consent is that why should i accept repairs of my new car purchased only 15 days before. And the most shameful thing is that service manager told me that he can't accept anything and you can do whatever you want.

      Hello sir,

      I have purchased my honda jazz car in 2016 through motor loan with lot of happiness but after passing 22000km the vehicle clutch plates were burnt while travelling from hyderabad to visakhapatnam. And i was asked to replace the clutch plates mentioning that it was my driving problem. Somehow i had to compromise and bought the new ones.
      After passing another 2000 km the clutch plates again got burnt. I am shocked to this and complained to the sundaram honda secunderabad branch but they have still argued that it is my driving problem and asked me to again replace with new ones. I had to purchase again but one of the head promised me that he will get the amount refunded. Not sure if that happens or not but to my surprise and once again with big shock within 2 days again i am observing burning smell similar to earlier that means looks like again the clutch plates gone.
      Not sure what to do. I approached the honda service center team. They said that they will check but i am not trusting them.
      Someone please help me on this.

        Hi,

        I'm jagat ahlawat today i went to one of your honda service center (Ring road honda, gurugram) because i want to remove some cello tape stain from my new car which i brought recently (Dl3ccn1407 ch no makgm651kh4303197) they said the stains will go away by washing and it'll take 1:30 to 2:00 hour so i handover the car for washing. There were no response even after 3 hour there no one available at the reception i set there for 30 min then call at there local costumer care ([protected]) then they sent the service manager at 4 o'clock and he also started making fool of me because they have mentioned 4:30 time on my job card without asking me because the washing time was told by one guy and job card was created by another person assigning someone else.!! I had no clue.

        So when i asked the service manager where is my car he made some calls did nothing and showed me the job card that the time mentioned on job card is 4:30 and he said that his employee also told me that washing will took 4 hours "which a lie" and said that i'm lying his worker are senior and they are god they can't lie. Indirectly he made me a lair.

        Anyway i let it go but when i got my car there were no changes tape stain were there as they were before and they put scratches on the car hud when i asked what is this then service manger said sir tape stain will go by rubbing!! Then why did they sent my only 2 week old car for washing!!! I asked same to the mangers he didn't give me any answers and i asked what about the scratches then he called the guy who washed my car he said i asked them to remove tape stain so he put scratches on my car to remove normal cello tape marks!!! (Bhang pee rakhi thi kya in logo ne!)

        It was 5 o'clock it's been almost 5 hours i was there waiting like a fool for a car wash while they were punting scratches on the hud and they ask me to pay for it 500 +. And did nothing for the cello tape stain and put some more scratches on the top on it. I have the pictures.

        Then i again called the local customer care to have word with the senior manager because the service manger was very helpless we was not talking at all i was not even arguing i was just asking to solve the problem but he was running away and incapable of helping me out. After that local customer executive said the senior manger is not available.

        I left my car at the service station i said i'll come tomorrow and have a word with senior manager then they said that senior manager will not available for next 2 weeks you can leave your car we have huge parking lot!!

        I have another car so i left my at the station. This is the most pathetic service i've ever seen. This is how honda treat his costumers?

        Now i'm feeling sorry that i brought car from honda. I'm not a complain kinda person but your service made right this mail.

        Please help me out.

            2 months back i had sent my car for service and running repair (Speedometer to be changed under warranty), service was done but speedometer was not changed and as per the advisor problem did not occur while road test, service advisor had asked me for vedio or photograph as evidence of problem so i called the advisor to do road test in front of me and while road test the problem re-occured and clicked the pictures and made vedio of the speedometer.
            Same was then raised by service advisor to the warranty team and same was approved. The part was not available with the company so i took the delivery of the car under same condition.

            Today when i had given my car for replacement of speedometer, after taking out time from my bz schedule. The service advisor just called me and informed me that the same was not replaced as problem did not occur while road test.

            What the # is it, i had given my car just for this issue and issue still remains un-resolved. The same is not acceptable by honda atleast.

            Very very pathetic expierence not not at all acceptable from company like honda.

            Very poor service standard.

            Ring road honda is returning back my car 2nd time without resolving the concern

              In last service of my car dated oct. 12th in courtesy honda panipat, the adviser called me up and told me that rear left shocker is not working and when i told him to replace it, he has told me that he will order the same as it is not available in stock.

              I have been chasing since then but didn't get any reply. I have called them few times and came to know that staff has been changed and they will get back to me and never got a call back. Today, i called their service manager and he has told me part is still not ordered and he is checking with other service center if that can be arranged.

              It is been 2 months now and my car is running with damaged shocker which is further damaging the tyre and other rear shocker. Please advise how will my problem get resolved and who is bear the expense of my second shocker as it looks like doing a problem.

              There are so many changes in courtesy honda panipat center that each time i need to speak to a new person.

              Services of courtesy honda panipat are getting poor each time i visit them. They even ask to me fill the feedback form after service before i check myself. I get annoyed with myself and keep asking "why i have bought honda car". I had the perception that honda car is giving best services which is totally wrong.

                Dear service team,
                I had purchased jazz in jan2016 & since starting i m facing issues & lodge this to center many times but no use:
                * centre lock & loatch at driver seat gets jammed (3 times in 1st year)
                * 2 days back, mrf tyre used in car got swollon in centre & then it get totally damaged
                * ac not effective
                * unusual sounds in car etc..

                As shown in video, the center lock & latch gets jammed which is very big safety issue. For this i had filed the complaint many times to service center but they said that we can't do anything & honda is unable to do anything because the actual problem does not arise at the time of inspection.
                But i have proof as video as attached with this.

                My point is, isn't this a big safety point & is it really necessary to see the problem to convinced or if customer complained then it does not matter anything?
                What i[censored]nfortunately i met with accident & then this don't work? It will be risk to my life

                    I purchased honda jazz car in feb 2017
                    Mh14 ga 1517, from deccan honda. Since then it is giving me problems. First issue was with engine, some part was replaced, second issue car starting issue. I called road side assistance and they said some terminal issue related to battery. Car just could not be started. What if travel with my family and get these issues.
                    Is this the car honda gives to customer. With all issues. I need car replaced and not the parts. While coming from high way car was getting stopped, it was very dangerous.

                      I am waiting honda br-v car accessories since 21 days. I got delivery with commitment that its deliver within a week which are commitment accessories.
                      Since a week i am calling but did not proper answer.

                      Just i got one simple answer that dealer will call you!.

                      You are running a big dealer point and you have not relevant stock accessories. Its very shame full and ridiculous.

                      It is not matter of just accessories. It is related to commitment.

                      I got delivery from tectone motors, vadodara.
                      I am also working with corporate sector but this type of situation would me never in front o[censored]s.

Up78dh 5657 purchased dt.[protected] with a extended warranty, from smart cars kanpur there is complaint of broken seat frame, since the car has not met any accident since purchase, there is complaint of broken seat frame which is quiet surprising, on contacting the work shop they refused to replacing the frame, without cost, kindly let me know the reason for refusal as the car is under extended warranty and the nature of complaint is manufacturing defect. I do not expect such unethical business practice from honda cars, kindly look into the matter and arrange to replace the same without cost

                          I have a very bad experience with ring road honda, gurgaon. Sales person mr. Nitin give me the false information that the color which i selected is available and once i swap my credit card within two minutes he said sorry the color you want is not available now. After that i request him to cancel my transaction but he said it cannot be possible and for refund you should be follow the procedure and wait for two weeks. Could you please someone explain is it my fault or i did cancel booking so i need to follow the procedure, they should have to curtsy to return my amount immediately. I have lots of trust on honda about the quality and commitment but now i don’t have the words to say. Previously i bought hundyai santro and gm optra but first time have this bad experience.

                            I have purchased honda city vx cvt on 4thdec2017.
                            I have observed few problems in my car that are:

                            1. While applying sudden breaks or applying break in traffic, i get a crackling sound. I asked about this to the honda dealer from where i purchased it, he told me that it is because of abs but i am not satisfied with this response as i do not believe that abs can cause sound.

                            2. None of the youtube videos are playing even when the hand breaks are on.

                            3. The pick up is not smooth, it is hard and acceleration is also not smooth in my car.

                            Please provide the solution for these issues.

                                My self is mr. Mohammed bilaluddin from karimnagar district, telengana state
                                I purchased a new honda brv car i-dtec in the month of august bearing registration number ts02ew2526 kilometers runned only 6000
                                And within a span of 2two and half month one of my left back tyre of car got cut. I was on the way from my home at karimnagar telengana state
                                On the way my tyre got cut in between way. I reached my office safely and after some time complete air from tyre of my car got exhausted. I complaint to green honda authorized kapil motors dealer to contact "michelin tyre company" after i complaint to honda dealer i did'nt got response till 1 month
                                After i got frustrated on staff he given reply after 1 month that michelin company engineer is not coming to inspect the tyre so we are dealying
                                So, still i didn't got the response from your dealers
                                Hence, i requested to honda family please find out my solution till no response from your team

                                  Hi,

                                  This is in regard of the the car i have purchased from your side.
                                  I have purchased a car from crown honda sector-63, noida.
                                  My car hit by a truck from right side from the back. I took my car to the service station from where i purchased they have made my car to get delivered. I was very happy. Once i went there to take my car i got to know that my driving licence have went to the government for the approval. I even do not have any issues with that. I think it will take one or two days. I was quite ok with that. Because i have been using honda car and this is my second honda car so trust of honda was there in my mind.

                                  But after few days i called honda and want to know the status it was pending. I asked how many days it will take. They told me insurance company told me that i am unable to say may it take 2 days or 2 months or 6 months. Now this line made me restless i was thinking about my decision and honda aassurence.
                                  I am know feeling like a victim why honda has sold me this policy this is because i trust them.
                                  If i need the car i have to pay from my pocket and once the things get verified i will get the money. It will take any time. Is this the way to treat and give mental peace to the customer.
                                  I really regret on my decision now. What if i dont have money then my car will be parked on the service station only. Till the time my driving licence is not get approved by the government. I make sure that my dl is genuine if they don't get my dl verified i will pay from my pocket.

                                  Hope some one from honda might know the pain of mine.

                                    Myself is mr. Ashish verma. I had purchased a new honda city i dtec bearing registration no ch01bn — 6028 in month of sept 2017 from m/s harmony honda chandigarh. And within a span of 2two and half month one of my left back tyre of car got cut. I was on the way from my home at chandigarh sector 37 c to mohali phase 11.
                                    On the way my tyre got cut in between way and didn’t burst. I reached my office safely and after some time complete air from tyre of my car got exhausted. I got that tyre replaced by my stepney one and taken the defective tyre to agency from where goodyear representative mr. Om prakash had checked the tyre and rejected it’s warranty.

                                    I am very surprised to see that within a warranty period of my car, dealership had straightly thwarted the responsibility on good year person’s for replacement of same. My card had totally run is approx 3800 km
                                    And in such a short span my tyre got damaged.

                                    Nowhere is harmony honda stands beside for this loss. I am travelling without stepney tyre because of it. I myself is following up with goodyear officials and because of my efforts they are ready to pay 65 % of the cost of new tyre.

                                    My question is to you that so what is the use of warranty for the honda when you are not ready to give any warranty support. No one is taking responsibility from your side.

                                    Person get the car purchased at high class by spending large amount and found that within a month itself card tyre got cracked even on plain terrain in chandigarh where roads are very smooth. If this is a condition then what will be the condition of tyres i[censored]sed in hilly terrain??

                                    This is being a very disappointed experience first time.

                                    So it’s my request to you to please consider my above facts and rest of the concession 35 % to be borne by harmony honda.

                                      I sent my car for ac service to harmony honda mohali, and when i got back car i noticed that there was some paint coming out of my dashboard. On looking at it carefully, i realized that some re-touching has been done near ac vents. There were scratches at that area. Moreover these was a dent near touch screen of infotainment system into which black paste was fill to fool me. On approaching dealer, they simply denied that they have not done anything and is not at all cooperating. I have also logged a complaint in honda against them, but their process is really slow.                                       It's a 3rd day and I didn't get any response from Honda. At calling they said that we have uploaded ticket status that "dealer has not done any damage"
                                      Dealer is already fooled me by re-touching damages while delivering. Why would dealer be agree on it's own mistake. If dealer is not agreeing that's why I logged complaint with Honda.

                                        Last month just 15 days back i got my car back from araceli honda, lucknow after getting repaired due to a accident from front. My vehicle is honda amaze up32gh9748. There was a orange color light blinking in meter after that but due to time problems i was not able to take the vehicle to araceli honda, lucknow again.

                                        Today i went to crown honda, noida for getting the service done. I told them the same problem to get resolved but the manager over there misbehaved with me.

                                        Advisor told me to go to local workshop or back to araceli honda and get the problem resolved over there

                                        Let me know if anyone can help me regarding this.
                                        It's very embarrassing to know that a very renowned company manager is advising to go to local workshop and misbehaving with customers.
