This is to share my frustration and irritation from the day i bought the car from your authorised dealer solitaire honda - andheri west.

I previously too owned a honda car.

There were few issues with the car which got resolved through your service centre. But my major reason for frustration is the accessories provided to me, particularly the music system provided to me... Some brand motevo. Which seems to be honda approved

I have already complained by coming personally to the showroom multiple times and every time i was given the assurance that it will be upgraded, and something or the other.
Unfortunately, i am still using that box which does not do anything... Except give me a view while reversing

I was not interested in buying this music system and i was miss sold by your accessories in charge that this is and honda approved system and also if i buy it from outside my warranty will go void... Which later i found out to be a complete lie.

Now i am very clear that i do not want this brand motevo.. If in case you cannot change this system, i request you to put back my original system and take this piece and keep it with you.. Even if you do not want to refund me... I will live with that it was my mistake that i came to solitaire or honda and trusted you.

If you can provide me with a better solution... I will be grateful.

Sir, i have prrchased honda jazz car last in march 2018. And it is only 9600 km running till now.but it has abnormak sound in all wndows.it can not be happen in honda car .

    I have purchased new WRV in Octomber since then i am unable to open the Dicky of the car given repeated complaints to the show room at the time of service its been 3 services done still the complaint is not resolved is this the quality of honda cars recently i have shifted from maruti barnd to honda i am very unhappy with the quality of Honda Cars and its service

      I had purchased Honda City V model on 17012019 from Sunshine honda Sikar.At purchase time I was assured of exchange bonus of Rs 20000/- for which I had evidences but due to some unavoidable circumstance RC transfer in new owner name done after 45 days as person father expired and he could not submit relevant papers Now dealer is not making the payments as RC submission time is lapsed.I am deprived of my money on technical ground which I was not told earlier.Please look at to matter and take necessary action to make the payments

My Car using in pune city only katraj To pune corporation building to wanawari to swarget to katraj. When I give it for serviceing to Deccan Honda showroom this time my car's tyre was changed. This is not my tyre 100% right. Please take action for this replacement of my tyer.

          R/ Sir, Madam.
          I am the owner of Honda Amez since 6 months . My vehical met with an.accident on dated 6/3/2019 and i handed over my car to Aryodaya Honda in Nagpur city.They comiited me to get delivery of vehical with regular servicing and accidental repairs upto 5.30 pm on 30/3/2019 . Sothat i visit to workshop to get the delivery of my vehical yesterday evening. After get test ride it was notice that reverse sensor was not functioning as well as stains of rubbing remains as it is, and improper cleaning inside . After noticing same service adviser and accidental shop advisor, They behaving like an ordinary road site mechanic and not fullfill my quarries.and denied to deliver of vehical to me. From first service i complaints regarding a vibrational noise from dash board but upto 4 rth service they could not solve the issue. It is always notice negaligance about service side and nobody there to respond my complaints. Its huge impact on your renowned brand of Honda Motors. I am looking forward to here from you to look into the matter siriousaly and to get rid of Such type of painfull maintal harasment from your appointed deler like Aryodaya Honda. Also want suggest get one more service workplace in huge populated Nagpur city to vanish monopolly of such type Honda dealer.

            Hi,

            I have purchased a honda brv on 24th march 2018 from m/s palace honda, kayamkulam, and i have requested the show room to get me a navigator on extra cost and they have fixed a sony infotainment system by replacing the existing music system.

            However, i never ever been able to use the navigation system as it is faulty from the beginning and i have reported the matter to the show room and they have made few attempts on the system and declared it as faulty. They are waiting for a replacement of the item, unfortunately after an year still i am waiting for the replacement. Could you please look into this matter, and arrange to deliver the replacement system as soon as possible.

              I had been chased by service team of classic honda faridabad to get service done

              When i asked them, to pick up the vehicle

              They inform they will offer 50% rebate on paid service charges & do allingment free
              I informed them that i also have coupons which will otherwise expire and you use internal cleaning coupon
              And res tdistroy
              & to my utter surprise 1 they were rude 2. They refuse to entertain coupons issued by them saying they will redeem them & use next time
              When i insisted they say same thing every time they refused to service my car as per above
              This is being un professional and uncalled for someone who has been having honda city for over 12 years and always serviced at honda service point, classic honda on the basis of which they gave coupons as i have been getting my both cars serviced thru them as preferred customer the coupons are extended.

              Is this the way to treat a honda loyal customer by u r frenchise

                I have given my car to your samara honda delhi for service. The agency has. Stolen my navigation chip card during service. It has acknowledged it and in return it has given a simple chip card. Fraudster activity. My car no is hp36c 9500. I have whatsapp chat too as a record. They are neither picking up the call nor they are responding at what's app. The contact person is mandeep kaur. Escalating the complaint is last resort to me now.

                  I have honda city car and regularly servicing at authorised honda centre at surendranagar. My engine no. N15a11119191 and chasis no. Makgm85bden003392. We are doing all service at emerald cars pvt ltd. I had changed under engine cover and paid rs.5100/- for the same through invoice no sr[protected]. But in 10000 km it got broken. So please replace it as in market we can change it for 2000/- only. We had talked with emerald service person but they refuse to do so.

                  Please try to change it. We are regular customer of honda and having 3 cars.

                    Mere paas honda amage smt deisel hai, mene meri gaadi 12-3-19 ko vivaan honda ajmer par thik hone ko di, but aaj 29-3-19 tak bhi thik nahi hui, jab bhi phone karo ye kaha jata hai ki part ka order de diya hai, aane me delay ho raha hai aate hi thik kar denge. Aaj bhi mene phone kiya tab bhi nahi doharaya gaya, mene kaha aap final bataiye ki aap kab tak denge to mujhe bola ki me 10 minute me phone karke bata hu, but 2 ghante baad bhi koi reply nahi aaya. So please help me..

                      I booked amaze car in feb from11000 cash but my loan are not approved. So i am cancel this order but my amount is not refunded to till. When i tall to administration of prasant honda muzaffarpur (Bihar) like gm mr. Vishwash arnav jee and mr. Gaurav jee they didn't pickup my call if by chance they pick call they do not talk to properly. They are misbehaving with us. I already complained on honda 121 but there are no response to till. Now i am going to tweet on honda page from my company page.

                        I had sent my car for service on 27/03/19 to prestige honda lally motors ludhiana as i was facing a few noise issues from the driver side of the car. The service advisor informed me on the phone that i need to change front shockers along with rear wheel bearings and i few related items. The estimate given to me was around rs 35000/-. Shocked to hear this, i went to check the details myself at the workshop and found that most of the items were being suggested wrongly and were in good condition. I cancelled the service and got the car back.

                          Hello sir,
                          I am having many complaint regarding to service provided by DREAM HONDA, NAVSARI.

                          I am having honda amaze mt top model of 2018 make.i am filing compaint about service center, Navsari(Dream honda).

                          1. I am having many noise inside my car's cabin so consulted honda service center, NAVSARI.I am agree that they provided me service but everytime after few days again noise starts but this time they are saying that my car was opened outside with roadside mechanic but it was not opened anywhere and even why should i open it from outside because i am gaving top model it is already fully loaded so no need to add any Gadget and even if i am having companies warranty then why should i pay outside.They just covering there failure with this nothing else.

                          2. When i talked about that with there manager his reply was totally worst.i never expected such reply from that level person, He told me that i am using my cars music system at higher volume and because of that vibration your cabins nut bolt getting loose everytime.

                          3. I had faced some rusting at my cars front seats joints for the same i talked with Honda service center on that they replyed me that I replaced seat cover with offmarket seat covers because of that my cars warranty is void.And on rusting he told me that because of not having cloth cover which was provided by company your joint exposed in atmosphere and rusting came also they are guving me stupid example that we are wearing cloths which do not allow moisture to enter inside.i was surprised with his new discovery that cloths protects entering moisture.

                          4. Also i had made complaint with glove box noise on that after trying to fix that at last they failed to fix it and told me that they forwarded my complaint to honda's R&D department and till that they fixed that glove box with Cellotape and when i told them that show me my complaint mail which they are forwarding to honda's R&D team denied. It was already near to 4 5 month till this insident but still did not got any solution. Now i am having dought that they did not forwarded any complaint regarding my glovebox problem and if Honda, s R&D team about that and still failed to solve it then please honda change your poor R&D team which is not able to solve a simple problem even after 4 to 5 month..

                          5. Even i had noise problem with doors while playing music which was solved now but at that time also the reply by them was poor they told me that honda's company fitted speakers are poor in quality and are not able to play even at half volume(20) and because of that this noise is coming from door. Please Honda inform that ideats that if speakers and of low quality that speakers sounds poor not cars door.

                          Even i noticed that whenever they fails to solve problem inside car they just throwing there failer on customers.

                          I am having lots such experience with Dream honda, Navsari.
                          I just request honda that Recruit skilled labours which can give quality service because no one is free to visit service center every time for same problem.

                          After all this experience i promise you that i will never buy any honda car in future and not suggest anyone to buy honda car..

                            Sir, im a Honda city owner no od 34 5989. Always made service at highway honda bbsr.
                            They called for service after reached 1st i always got last service. Asking about this they tlod me they booked 1st before u. When i asked for my sl no of booking they denied to told. This time they give me no 5 but then called me and denied ur booking has no sl no after reached u wil give sl noi reaced at 9.30 but still got last service. Really disappointed. I have a mahindra car also but really always got nice service.

They have did my interview through telephonic interweave and they sent me offer letter and training adress and said that i have to pay first 1880 (For uniform) then 6200 (For laptop). And training adress hay have given me that pratibha mishra. Omr, ground floor, bearing number: f1 & f2,, old mahabalipuram rd, perungudi,
                              Chennai, tamil nadu 600096 can u please confirm that this is fraud or genuine one.

                                I have got my car serviced at Chandivali Viva Honda, the service adviser Mr Suresh had suggested what all needs to be done including battery change and offered buy back of Rs 800, when i got my bill noticed that the bill says Battery without buy back in the description and as committed the discount was not passed on later got a call asking feedback after narrating all the problem there was no response, then i got a message asking for the feedback again i complaint on the number provided and then the complaint was registered with ref 1-[protected] on 12th March after which the adviser called and denied about the offer however committed a call back but no response later i again called back twice but till date there is no response.
                                This kind of behaviour and pathetic response is not acceptable to any consumer. I am still waiting for my refund and explanation about the invoice.

                                But we get spair wheel size is small 14".
                                My all wheel size is 15" . So I am not satisfied with your service.
                                And why spair wheel size is different?

                                  Honda amaze gj-01-ry - 7055. Cluch is very hard from the day i purchased car. During service they always try to convince you that it's ok and start promoting 3m products. Complaint registered at customer care also. I am giving my car for service to emerald honda. During current service they demanded rs 14000 for cluch replacement. Problem persist from day 1. Why should i pay.

                                        We purchased car on 14 feb 2019, from the first day there was a pickup issues, the car is unable to move forward at gradient roads on 1 gear also, we thought it will get rectified after first service, at the time of periodic service we told the pickup issue to the service advisor they told me that there is no issue with the pickup, but still after service i m facing the same issue of pickup, kindly resolve my issue regarding the above mentioned matter.
