I was trying to do a transaction on a site which didn't go through after after hour i got 10 messages with transaction of 50 each being deducted. I placed a complaint on the same day they asked me to wait for a week and also check wtiith the retailer if they have got the transaction. I got a written confirmation from the retailer that it was not received by them. After 2 weeks also they are not ready to reverse the transaction and after repeatedly calling the call center they gove varied reply. Today after more than 15 days when i called the call center told he does not when it will reverse and when i asked to speak to his supervisor. His supervisor (mr suman gupta ) refused to speak stating that I will need to raise a dispute without telling how and where and he has nothing to say. I am very disturbed by the way they handle the complaints this is a serious concern.

      Dear sir/madam,
      I the mr.Shushil.R.Naik, laxman c patil and shashikant v dongre had open and saving account from last six month and after that we had gone continous to bank regarding our account but no reply, one n half month we again update our kyc and signed and submitted to fort branch hsbc bank but as of know no reply, we are very frustrated about this bank services and i had already complain to hsbc grivences but no reply.

        this person shantha kumar was working at AT&S eCAD technologies pvt ltd, no. 208 & 209 ...2nd floor, opp.Sterling Apartment. 100 ft Ring road Banashankeri Blore 560085 phone. no[protected] & 30417431 and he has given them my address, i do not know who this fellow he has used my address for how many credit cards companies i do not, my advise to all credit card issuing people not issue credits cards to all these without clearly verifying their address, this one of the many people are given credits cards, my warning next time anyone applies, check who, where, whom they issue, this shantha kumar is cheating many cards, recovery people come to my place and ask where this person, please lodge a police complaint against him, or he will take credits and runway without a trace...contact my name is krisna...[protected]

One of your employee came to my office and collected all the documents. but till now there is not corrospandance from either your side or by the said employee.             Dear Sir, I wish to bring into notice of TOP MANAGEMENT of HSBC that I am in dialog with HSBC for a home loan since August, 2014. On 22nd Sep, 2014 the Loan application was received by Mr.Nitin Tripathi-Relationship Manager-Mortgages- Mobile no-[protected] and Staff ID-213344. Also I had issued a cheque of Rs.2809 vide cheque no 906991 (PNB) along with the required set of documents which he had asked for. Later I had received from him Pre Approval Letter Dt.13th Oct, 2014 which was handed to me on 12th Dec, 2014. But sorry to state that till today besides regular follow-up the loan is not disbursed and Mr.Ankit-VP and Boss of Mr.Nitin Tripathi seldom takes my call and whenever I am able to connect to him assures me of some more time for disbursal. I have exhausted my patience now and want my loan to be disbursed immediately.               Hi, My Name is Amit Kumar S/o Sh. Vijay Pal Singh. Date of Birth 12/071974. I had taken a Personal Loan in the Year 2005 and I had moved out of Delhi on account of personal reasons. I had handed over the responsibility of Repaying the Loan EMIs to one of my relatives. He stopped paying EMIs in between and I was not aware of the same. Recently it came to my notice that the loan is showing written off in CIBIL under my Name. I visited the Noida branch and they were not able to pull any details for me.                     Dear sir/madam, i am Lalit Kumar, recently i have purchased cibil report, in cibil report showing due to hsbc / jm financial credit card ( as per cibil records [protected]) outstanding amount (around rs.86606/-) showing in cibil, i shocked how hsbc credit dept do that. .i was not user the any credit card of hsbc bank/ jm financial as well as not purchased any item through this hsbc credit card. in-fact i didn't receive any credit card statement/ reminder mail of this hsbc credit card for that days. suddenly i got only two calls from hsbc credit card dept., · 1st call in fy2010-11, for credit card payment worth of 60000 inr. i explained that i havent reciecved any Credit card they told me that the same is delivered at my residence address which was empty plot in 2007-08 then he told me i used the card in gaziabad electronic shop i never used/purchased hsbc credit card in Gaziabad Electronic Shop, but he was not in listening mood and used the abuse language. i told so many times, that i stay in gurgaon and i havent done any purchase in electronic shop in Gaziabad and i ask also that guys, without my signature how to rise bill electronic shop man, if you have scan soft copy, then send me on my email id, but till no one send me the any scan copy. that period i called seven times to the hsbc customer care, they are not provided me request number/complaint number, just they told me i’ll pay credit card payment, and they are forcing me to pay without any proof. but i’m not purchase anything, then why should i pay unnecessary amount to hsbc/jm finance credit card dept. wrongly updated in cibil report. 2nd call i think in fy11-12, same story above the 1st point, for credit card payment worth of 86, 000 inr. i told give me the all hsbc credit card statement but he was forcing me only pay the hsbc amount, i asked also send me the soft copy(scan copy-electronic shop bill) and statement, but he sent me only amount, not any details. i called that persons, but they are not supporting to provide the correct information as well as not giving any response. i was really in very trouble. for jm finance they are not supported/listing me for hsbc credit card payment was fraud bill and also they are not provided me scan copy for bill with my signature. please give me the solution. or where i complaint it against hsbc/jm finance. because i was not purchase anything then why should i pay unnecessary amount. cibil just update/listening only bank not consumer. i complaint in cibil but till not they respond me. now every bank they not giving me any loan because of hsbc/jm finance showing payment due in cibil report. i was not purchase anything then why should i pay unnecessary amount. but no one listening. please hsbc credit card/j.m. finance help me sort out this matter. thanks, Lalit Kumar

                      sir I have taken personal of Rs.5 Lakh loan form the HSBC Bank, Kolkata. The same was setteled letter dated 29/02/2008 No.DAL/PLB/COLL/MN on 29/02/2008 in total Rs. 1, 50, 000/- in five instalment and all paid in time.. I also received a notice from Lok Adalat, Alipor for apearing before them and appear on 11/12/2010 and cxplained all the facts and present all the satteled papers before the Hnobel Judge, after the examine the papers The Honbel Judge passed an order " the case is dosposed off" and also order to issue a NOC by the bank . till date i have not received any order of noc. But my name is still with cibil information bureau . pl remove my name from cibil urgenly since no dues is pending with your bank and oblige.

                        Its look like HSBC debit charges on various pretext to customer's account.. on assumption that most will not notice.. if a few customer call and complain.. first try to justify & then pass on time testing the patience of customer & make them give up.. for more persistent customer reversing the entry.. & repeating the same story again in next cycle / quarter or year as it may be

                            Long & multiple tales of interaction with HSBC 1. No responses to SME banking customers requests including assistance in making payments for statutory taxes to government of India 2. No action on SME business banking account closure request 3. Charges debited after more than 6 months ... and without intimation 4. Multiple excuses for non action on requests 5. On threatening them with legal action, they simply close the bank account stating "AS REQUESTED BY YOU" TRULY, HSBC is meant only for financial frauds and not for normal business people.
                            HSBC means Highest standards of baseless complications

                            You just can't deal with them in simple ways. They are so professional that they don't know what they are doing

                            A Baniya is better than this bank

                              I have made the payment of credit card no.[protected] on 13.1.2014 at 12.28 pm through hsbc bill desk. the amount has been debited to my savings account for Rs.22, 949/- with Info.BIL.[protected]. Till 18.1.2014, the credit card account has been updated. When I pay idea mobile bill through idea bill desk. the same has been credited to the account within 1 minute. why hsbc bill desk takes 3 working days to credit to the account. the idea bill desk send the acknowledgement in the email given at the time of payment. Here in HSBC credit card bill desk has not sent any email from the last 3 years from which i am using this credit card. This is very poor service on the part of hsbc and bill desk they are using. Kindly resolve my issue at the earliest.

                                    I was holding a card which was closed by someone from customer care of HSBC. I raised complaint that I did not made request to close that. HSBC people investigated and offer me new card and told to me that I will get all the benefit and cash back on new card. They are agreed that by mistake they closed my card. On my new card cash back is not reflecting. I raised another complaint on 17 Dec 2014. Still date no solution from you. I had 4 calls with them but still no solution.                                       Hi All, It’s regarding my last CC statement, where HSBC has charged incorrect amount, I called thrice to customer support team & they said it will be adjusted from account in next month (September) statement, however it’s not. Why there are additional charges are coming in my monthly statement? As I am having only COI running for 5220.90(4th of 6th Installments) for September month & I paid the same. And for following month October 29th I’ll paying only (5220.90+1485) & total should reach to 6705.90 & I’ll be paying only this amount. Kindly adjust the extra amount in coming month’s statement. It’s happening from last 2 months and I have to call every time to CC & ask them for adjustment. And I make sure this time after completing all 6 EMI, sure I'll stop using the card. Please not I do not have any issue for paying the correct amount. This time I do not want to have this extra amount in my October statement if it happens I’ll be forced to stop the service and will file a complaint to consumer court.                                         I am using Hsbc for 3 year. And Hsbc introduced more secure chip based card. For security reasons Hsbc disabled my old card. And someone from Chicago hacked my debit card and did transactions using my disabled debit card (ie the old insecure old card). Swiped for 37k in different transactions. This is the time when RBI gave an notice for bank to take liability for more than 10k. Our Hsbc support accepts all fact and require 60 working days to resolve the issue. I waited for 60 days and still the issue persists. And now the Hsbc asks for 9 more days. Hsbc is the worst private sector bank in India and most insecure. Hope you guys don't suffer my faith. Please let me know what can be done to make sure the insecure bank is penalized properly.
