Its look like HSBC debit charges on various pretext to customer's account.. on assumption that most will not notice.. if a few customer call and complain.. first try to justify & then pass on time testing the patience of customer & make them give up.. for more persistent customer reversing the entry.. & repeating the same story again in next cycle / quarter or year as it may be

      I have made the payment of credit card no.[protected] on 13.1.2014 at 12.28 pm through hsbc bill desk. the amount has been debited to my savings account for Rs.22, 949/- with Info.BIL.[protected]. Till 18.1.2014, the credit card account has been updated. When I pay idea mobile bill through idea bill desk. the same has been credited to the account within 1 minute. why hsbc bill desk takes 3 working days to credit to the account. the idea bill desk send the acknowledgement in the email given at the time of payment. Here in HSBC credit card bill desk has not sent any email from the last 3 years from which i am using this credit card. This is very poor service on the part of hsbc and bill desk they are using. Kindly resolve my issue at the earliest.

        I was holding a card which was closed by someone from customer care of HSBC. I raised complaint that I did not made request to close that. HSBC people investigated and offer me new card and told to me that I will get all the benefit and cash back on new card. They are agreed that by mistake they closed my card. On my new card cash back is not reflecting. I raised another complaint on 17 Dec 2014. Still date no solution from you. I had 4 calls with them but still no solution.           Hi All, It’s regarding my last CC statement, where HSBC has charged incorrect amount, I called thrice to customer support team & they said it will be adjusted from account in next month (September) statement, however it’s not. Why there are additional charges are coming in my monthly statement? As I am having only COI running for 5220.90(4th of 6th Installments) for September month & I paid the same. And for following month October 29th I’ll paying only (5220.90+1485) & total should reach to 6705.90 & I’ll be paying only this amount. Kindly adjust the extra amount in coming month’s statement. It’s happening from last 2 months and I have to call every time to CC & ask them for adjustment. And I make sure this time after completing all 6 EMI, sure I'll stop using the card. Please not I do not have any issue for paying the correct amount. This time I do not want to have this extra amount in my October statement if it happens I’ll be forced to stop the service and will file a complaint to consumer court.             I am using Hsbc for 3 year. And Hsbc introduced more secure chip based card. For security reasons Hsbc disabled my old card. And someone from Chicago hacked my debit card and did transactions using my disabled debit card (ie the old insecure old card). Swiped for 37k in different transactions. This is the time when RBI gave an notice for bank to take liability for more than 10k. Our Hsbc support accepts all fact and require 60 working days to resolve the issue. I waited for 60 days and still the issue persists. And now the Hsbc asks for 9 more days. Hsbc is the worst private sector bank in India and most insecure. Hope you guys don't suffer my faith. Please let me know what can be done to make sure the insecure bank is penalized properly.

              HSBC Credit card Bill coming for the card which was not received Sep 2009. I was holding the HSBC credit card in the year 2009 in Ahmadabad. I had purchased/shopping for some rupees of rupees but never paid penalty or interest. I was very sincere and regular in payments. In 2009 i received the bill for Rs.4445.73/- for unknown purchase. I raised the issue and bank asked me to write one representation and i did the same thing. I asked for the waiver but bank said it will waive after two months but they did nothing and ultimately i received another statement including interest charges. I raised my point many times with the bank authority but they didn't respond and stop the statement. HSBC bank taken over by JM Financial. JM Financial also did not send any statement but recently i received call from JM Financial asking for the remaining amount which is 33000 INR. Recently I applied for my CIBIL report by paying 450/-. In CIBIL one HSBC card showing outstanding of Rs.33000/- and surprised to see that in just five years they increase money from 4445.73 to 33, 000 INR. This is not my fault and i have to suffer for that which was not done by me. Please do needful for me

                I closed the credit card NO:4384xxxxxxxx1609 in the year 2009 as SETTLED for HSBC. My CIBIL track record is showing as SETTLED. I want to remove the SETTLED status from my CIBIL track record. The amount waived off by HSBC is around 90, 000 INR in 2009. The bank official asked me pay around 150, 000 INR now to remove the SETTLED status in the CIBIL report which is not acceptable. Please solve the problem....

                    I got a credit card of HSBC who assured me benefits and was not clear about their offers. I got a card as they said that I will be getting base fare waiver on two flights in a year of which I received none of it. even after making calls thrice it was said to me that they will call me back and the issue will be resolved soon. After waiting for a month they still are making me awaiting for the vouchers. Then also they were not clear about the information they have shared, none of them mentioned that I can claim for the free waiver only before 21 days of booking which was not communicated to me that time. I have been belied by them a multiple times still they are not ashamed of it. I have wasted so much resources just to contact them and have incurred losses because of their false claims. I need to cancel this card and want a strict action against HSBC at earliest.
