    The hp printer gt5820 which was purchased in october 2016 is not working since its purchase as the printer head is defective. The printer head has since been changed 4 times but instead of improving the functioning of the printer has not improved. We have taken up the matter with the customer care as well as the service center have not given any support.

      I ordered a battery for my laptop (Hp pavilion 15 e039 tx) on hp online store on 26 july 2017. My battery did not have the alpha numeric part code as shown on the hp website. It only had the hstn number which was not provided on the hp website. So i was not able to ascertain whether it was the right product. As the wattage and technical specifications were matching (6 cell battery) i ordered the battery. The product arrived by blue dart on 27th july 2017. When i tried to place the new battery in my laptop, i found that it was incompatible physically (Shape was not matching). So i called hp consumer care number given on the website who said that they cannot replace the battery as it is against the company policy to replace products that are opened. I request the concerned auhority to look into the issue. And provide justice to me. Either give me a replacement battery that fits the laptop or refund me my money

        This is regarding case id # [protected], i have registered this on 18/7/2017, very next day your engineer came to me and said that problem is in mother board and it will be replaced within next 5-6 days. I called up to customer care 1000 times but they always said that the part has been delievered to the service center. I talked to the engineer (Naveen), he told me that he'll come to fix the part when he'll recieve the part. Nobody is answerable when it will be rectify, i called up on your no on 04/08/2017 but you didnt picked my call, is there anyone who can resolve this? Customer care person are bunch of liers and they cant resolve the issue, each and everytime they said that your part will be reach in service center tomorrow, i am waiting since a long while. Please reply me or call if possible and if you can rectify the issue from your end or i have to go to consumer court for this. Hp is a big name and i can't expect this from a brand.

          I had perchased hp laptop and a wireless mouse.
          I am having issue about hp wireless mouse with touch scroll which is not currently working, since it is in warrenty, i apporached hp service center thane and submmited the mouse for replacement.
          But the service center gave me a button scroll mouse of lower configuration. Iam not willing to accept it and demanded for the original which i buyed but the service center ignored me an they to force me to take the other.

                Two months agao i have purchased a new high end model of hp (Hp pavilion x 360 13- u133tu). After a month i found an issue as "on the righ hand side a space between keyboard and side panel got loose". I logged a complain to hp. Many engineers visited to the sites, they replaced lower silver portion of laptop, motherboard. But still the issue is not resolved. A month is over of logging the complaint but service don't have the solution to this issue. Now i can't hold this issue more now. I need my laptop to be replaced with new laptop. I already frustrated and harassed by you people.

                Resolve this issue asap

                  This laptop model of hp s pathetic in service. I hav bought this laptop 2 years back since then it needed a ram replacemnt then processor replacement and now mother board replacement s required. This laptop hasnt provided even 2 years of problem free service. Harware quality s pathtic as both of its hings hav been mended. This laptop has cost me a fortune
                  And when i m asking hp service center for some replacment adjustment in form of money then they r saying that the laptop s not in working condition so no money can b given
                  Pathetic service by hp
                  I m very disappointed
                  This hp laptop has costed me heavily

                    The chat in whatsapp i am not posting here.
                    When the product was sold i was informed that it is extended warranty and support on site.
                    The os ms office 10 - in built - in spite of several complaints that ms office is not synchronizing i get vague excuses and promises of help which has not come so far.
                    I want this resolved on site as i am 65 years old and am not willing to travel when it is on site as assured.
                    If the issue is not resolved within 24 hours you can be sure i will escalate it - to begin with 'deficiency of service and product. I am an end user and without a laptop i lose my earning capacity.

                      I have purchase printer on 23 july and installed on 27 july. As from the beginning it was defective (Multiple paper pickup) on complaining co. Ask me to bring printer to service center and they will prepare d/o for that but when i went there they refuse to do it by saying that do for 5820 is not possible and my prob. Is still not resolved hence i have only 15 days time to replace it so i want to replace it as soon as possible

                        I lodge a complain on friday 28 july my case id was= [protected] and my service order was = bjzf9478. They gave me a num of service center that was [protected] / [protected]. Then on satrday 29 i got a call from service center that the service person will come on sunday 30 july upto 5pm evening. I waited but no boday came on monday i was busy. So i did not called them. Then on tuesday i gave a call the person on phone on this num [protected] said ya i will send person not even asked me how m i what is my complain num notheing and cut the phone. Then after some time i called again they gave me the num of service man name rajkumar [protected] he said me i will upto afternoom but did not came then at 8 pm i called to ther office they talked to me very badly. 3rd grade service for this service center.

                              I have ordered a laptop., model no ay503tx on 19th of june. I made my payment through credit card. Bt even after a long wait i havenot received my order. I called many times on customer care no regarding status of my order bt they couldn't give me satisfactory reply for delay.. On 15th of july they again dispatched my order through fedex courier bt when i track my courier id it was shown tht order cant be delivered on given address. Finally on 18th of july i cancelled my order. They again commit me to refund my money within 72 working hours. Bt it is 31st of july and still i havenot received my money bak.in between this i called 3 to 4 times for my refund status bt they didnt give me any info about my refund and said they hav registered my complaint. It is a case if high irresponsibility and look like they dont want to give my refund.. Really is hp so irresponsible towards thier customer?? They theft money from us??

                                  Touchpad button is not working and costomer care is saying that something has bend inside.
                                  Same part has been replaced earlier and it was not proper from that time..
                                  I have also told service engg. As well as customer support regarding this but no action taken.
                                  But customer has nothing to do with this.
                                  Part has been replaced before but it was damaged from that time..
                                  I made multiple calls and emails but nothing has cleared yet..
                                  Now i will go to consumer forum.

                                    This is utsav agrawal from bangalore.
                                    I got the hp envy 15 ae008tx
                                    S/n cnd5253wh2.
                                    I am an architecture student currently pursuing my studies and i need my laptop on a daily basis.

                                    There is a problem with my hinge and the screen as well that started 9 months before and i talked to the service centre and they sent a guy to check it which
                                    I registered on 11 nov 2016 regarding the issue case id - [protected] which they closed without resolving.
                                    Next
                                    Again i registered the complaint on 23 december 2016 case number - [protected] where the support guy came checked and he advised me to go to the service centre where i went and they wanted my laptop for 25 days to repair. Which is not possible as i needed it everyday for my academic purpose.
                                    Again they sent one guy and he clicked pictures and i sent not sure what date it was and it never got resolved.
                                    Finally i used the laptop for another 4-5 months with a broken hinge.

                                    On 15th march i posted a mail regarding the issue which never got replied to.

                                    Recently on 15th of july 2017 i again lodged the complain regarding the same case id - [protected] in which the guy came on 17th of july clicked pictures and he informed me that he will replace and repair the laptop in 3-4 days as he has already ordered the spare parts.

                                    Where i tried calling him which he didn't respond.

                                    Again i called the hp support on 27th july where they gave me head service co-ordinator's number where he was on a personal holiday.

                                    And they gave me service centre numbers as well which was also unreachable so i am not sure what to do.

                                    So, i am going to file a case against hp on consumer forum as well as take this issue to wherever i can because i really don't think hp is interested in resolving any issues.

                                    Please look into this matter or this is the only way for me to get some justice with what is going on.

                                      Recently order hp monitor for your website at that time i was told that i will get my product in 2 days time and when i ask about my order status they told me our sales person is arranging the product and it will take 5-6 days i done my payments and i get this answer this is very unprofessional of hp store online if they didnt have that product than why they kept in their site. Also whenever i called in their helpline no [protected] they kept me waited for 40 min this so unprofessional i request to take action again hp online store india so that they dont cheat other costumer like me.

                                        Hello, i am abhishek kumar joya from jaipur, rajasthan.
                                        Day before yesterday, i purchased a laptop and a printer from hp world shop no c7, jayanti mkt, mi road, jaipur-302001 and i got the printer delivery yesterday night. I told them to show me a good printer as i don't know much about printers. They showed me the laserjet pro m1136 mfp and told that it is a very nice printer. They didn't tell me that it is a black and white printer. For my study purpose, i wanted a color printer but now this printer has no use for me. I didn't used that printer at my home, because i got it on yesterday and i had not the blank papers with me. I told them my problem with this printer, but they refused me to exchange the printer with the color printer. This is totally the fault of company and that shopkeeper and i am facing the ridiculous result as this printer is not my requirement. They cheated me and sold me this black and white printer.
                                        It have not even completed 24 hours of printer delivery.
                                        I want it to be replaced very soon.
                                        I am hoping a positive reply very soon.
