i call him of complain no. of hp they are waiting always after a long time connecting take information about problem without solve the problem they disconnect the call. there service is very poor also.
they are told contact me after that but they are not do this

      I have ordered a laptop., model no ay503tx on 19th of june. I made my payment through credit card. Bt even after a long wait i havenot received my order. I called many times on customer care no regarding status of my order bt they couldn't give me satisfactory reply for delay.. On 15th of july they again dispatched my order through fedex courier bt when i track my courier id it was shown tht order cant be delivered on given address. Finally on 18th of july i cancelled my order. They again commit me to refund my money within 72 working hours. Bt it is 31st of july and still i havenot received my money bak.in between this i called 3 to 4 times for my refund status bt they didnt give me any info about my refund and said they hav registered my complaint. It is a case if high irresponsibility and look like they dont want to give my refund.. Really is hp so irresponsible towards thier customer?? They theft money from us??

          Touchpad button is not working and costomer care is saying that something has bend inside.
          Same part has been replaced earlier and it was not proper from that time..
          I have also told service engg. As well as customer support regarding this but no action taken.
          But customer has nothing to do with this.
          Part has been replaced before but it was damaged from that time..
          I made multiple calls and emails but nothing has cleared yet..
          Now i will go to consumer forum.

            This is utsav agrawal from bangalore.
            I got the hp envy 15 ae008tx
            S/n cnd5253wh2.
            I am an architecture student currently pursuing my studies and i need my laptop on a daily basis.

            There is a problem with my hinge and the screen as well that started 9 months before and i talked to the service centre and they sent a guy to check it which
            I registered on 11 nov 2016 regarding the issue case id - [protected] which they closed without resolving.
            Next
            Again i registered the complaint on 23 december 2016 case number - [protected] where the support guy came checked and he advised me to go to the service centre where i went and they wanted my laptop for 25 days to repair. Which is not possible as i needed it everyday for my academic purpose.
            Again they sent one guy and he clicked pictures and i sent not sure what date it was and it never got resolved.
            Finally i used the laptop for another 4-5 months with a broken hinge.

            On 15th march i posted a mail regarding the issue which never got replied to.

            Recently on 15th of july 2017 i again lodged the complain regarding the same case id - [protected] in which the guy came on 17th of july clicked pictures and he informed me that he will replace and repair the laptop in 3-4 days as he has already ordered the spare parts.

            Where i tried calling him which he didn't respond.

            Again i called the hp support on 27th july where they gave me head service co-ordinator's number where he was on a personal holiday.

            And they gave me service centre numbers as well which was also unreachable so i am not sure what to do.

            So, i am going to file a case against hp on consumer forum as well as take this issue to wherever i can because i really don't think hp is interested in resolving any issues.

            Please look into this matter or this is the only way for me to get some justice with what is going on.

              Recently order hp monitor for your website at that time i was told that i will get my product in 2 days time and when i ask about my order status they told me our sales person is arranging the product and it will take 5-6 days i done my payments and i get this answer this is very unprofessional of hp store online if they didnt have that product than why they kept in their site. Also whenever i called in their helpline no [protected] they kept me waited for 40 min this so unprofessional i request to take action again hp online store india so that they dont cheat other costumer like me.

                Hello, i am abhishek kumar joya from jaipur, rajasthan.
                Day before yesterday, i purchased a laptop and a printer from hp world shop no c7, jayanti mkt, mi road, jaipur-302001 and i got the printer delivery yesterday night. I told them to show me a good printer as i don't know much about printers. They showed me the laserjet pro m1136 mfp and told that it is a very nice printer. They didn't tell me that it is a black and white printer. For my study purpose, i wanted a color printer but now this printer has no use for me. I didn't used that printer at my home, because i got it on yesterday and i had not the blank papers with me. I told them my problem with this printer, but they refused me to exchange the printer with the color printer. This is totally the fault of company and that shopkeeper and i am facing the ridiculous result as this printer is not my requirement. They cheated me and sold me this black and white printer.
                It have not even completed 24 hours of printer delivery.
                I want it to be replaced very soon.
                I am hoping a positive reply very soon.

                          My case is in the service centre since 2nd june and its 28 july it is still in progress and they make the problem verst.
                          No one in the crm team of hp india are respond to me for my laptop and no one are provide me the solution for my issue and the customer relation team is very bad behaviour and the are not in the favour of customers they are just tell lies to customers and also the increase my laptop problems in the service centre.
                          Now the told me that you do whatever you want to do we but our team only proceed in the problem its about 2 months but my problem not being solved and the donot understand my problem.

                            I purchased hp wallet worth rs. 3000 on june 17th and i was supposed to receive the same by july 17th. I mailed them and they asked me to wait for another 10 days and i waited. Still didnot receive the gift. Product serial number is cnd6469rpd. I am flying to the usa this weekend and i am not in possession of this and i lost 1998 inr because of the company's fault. Even after contacting them many times there is no positive response from their side

                                  Sir,

                                  I would like to submit a final complaint in writing before i proceed to possible legal action. This complaint concerns the laptop i bought from your company on feb 6, 2017. I purchased the laptop 250 g5, and my invoice number is 1089, serial number is cnd6311v0z and product id is y0t74pa.
                                  The computer was purchased new and factory sealed. I have included a receipt listing the features and protection guaranteed by your company. Among them is a warranty on the all the parts and labor. Another is 24/7 customer service for any issues that arise.

                                  Since my second month o[censored]sing this laptop, the keyboard has repeatedly crashed. And in the same month itself the speaker of this laptop is not working properly & damaged, even i had not used it for more than 5-6 times. Once the service center had replace the parts of speaker but after that also i’m getting the problem in this laptop’s speaker. Battery is also drained very fast.

                                  Now, after that i got another issue with this laptop of power off, not showing display properly getting unnecessary lines between actual display and display. And hence getting more problem of os also. I have downloaded no additional software nor adapted the os in any way. I have also noticed that the fan runs constantly because the laptop is consistently creating a lot of heat-to the point that it does not function, or else functions very slowly.
                                  I have called your customer service line half a dozen times in the last few weeks and they have been aggressively unhelpful. As they had not able to change the parts within a time frame of services. They told that parts are not dispatched from warehouse yet, as it was delayed by 3 times in between the july 17, 2017 to july 27, 2017.
                                  My last complain registered with your company on july 17, 2017 for the issue of power off, the case id is [protected] (Registered with the name akshay godha).

                                  As getting all this issues in every month after purchasing the product, so therefore i want to replace this laptop immediately with the new laptop or refund the whole amount.

                                  I am also prepared to write a negative review and post it to every computer forum and website i can find. I just want a laptop that functions as advertised.

                                    This is to bring to your notice that out of warranty the service charges for onsite or offsite is very high which a middle class or a student thinks twice off and can't afford.

                                    I (Sharul agarwal a student who own a hp laptop model no. 15-d103tx) had called the customer care for getting information about kanpur service centre and they gave me mr. Ranjeesh's mob no. [protected] and when i contacted him he asked about the warranty and as my laptop is out of warranty he told me that onsite service charge is rs 1680 and offsite rs 380. And i just had to get the screw fixed of my laptop as i had lost most of them just 3 are there. It is because when i got the base plate replaced the person who came did not fixed it well the last time.

                                    According to me this is not applicable.
                                    I would be grateful if would look over the issue and resolve it.

                                      non delivery in time assured

                                      This is to advise you that delivery of the product was attempted by you on 25th july 2017 only – 8 days after placing an order that was confirmed for same day delivery that is : 18th july 2017

                                      Phone calls from both hp and savex were subsequently received by me on 20th july 2017 assuring delivery on 22nd july 2017 and also that i would be compensated for the delay. None of this materialized

                                      I had no choice...

                                      I gave my laptop to get repaired at econnect solutions pvt. Ltd., udaipur. The people there used some temporary adhesive to fix my laptop. Then again to fix the hinges they changed the front panel, which got open after a few days. I got a crack and many scratches on my laptop's body during the time my laptop was at the service centre. I contacted the hp customer service people and they also asked me to visit the service centre for help. Kindly look into the matter as the people at the service centre are rude and arrogant. Kindly help!
