I am Krishna Kumar.I have bought an hp laptop two months ago form Comptree, near oberon mall, edappally, ernakulam, kerala.I had registered for "back to college offer" offered by hp.I have received all the offered items except an hp mouse and an hp headphone.Firstly, I got a mail on 22nd august in which it was mentioned I will get my offer items after 3-4 weeks due to stock issues.Then, again I got a mail on 28 September in which it was told that I will get my offered items after 3-4 weeks from 28 September 2015 due to stock issue.Again, I got a mail on 4th October and this time it was told that I will get my offer items after 3-4 weeks from 4th October.And still now, I haven't received my offer.
