I had bought this laptop 5 months back. From[protected] onwards I started experiencing this problem. The screen scrolls downwards abnormally. Maybe the keyboard is jammed.     I have bought hp pavillion laptop ( serial no.5cd5254csv) on 17th august. In this laptop i faced the display issue. I complained to hp technical support team. After lot of harassment and repeated visit of technician for 1month. Hp issued me doa on 19th sept. In the mean time after the 1st visit of your engineer, he totally broke my laptop physically and the laptop is also not in working condition. Anyway i got the replacement on 30th october. But the replaced laptop(serial no. 5cd5254d47) has same problem and now mr. Rupam halder the case manager again started harassing me. I have another laptop(serail no. 5cd5215905) of exactly same problem, which is also not solved by hp. Since 3 months hp is harassing me economically, mentally. And physically.

          Unbelievable behaviour... Worst company

          Can you imagine i am requesting for windows recovery CD for 1 year ...but hp (hewlett-packard) is helping me...

          i have HP( Hewlett-Packard) laptop windows 7 HOME BASIC ...
          ...its windows is not working properly and i complained to hp customer care in December 2014 ...my case id is [protected]...and they said that they will send windows recovery CD for home basic windows...but it's been a year but they have not sent...

          I buyed laptop on 31 oct 2015 and Laptop volume is very low use in any media player, I am using 8 gb ram but laptop hanging very much, and netsetter and pendrive and another usb did not connecting to laptop in any usb socket u have to help me about solve this problems

                I request you to send me a dupllicate CD for my Printer HP M 1136 MULTI FUNCTION PRINTER delivered to me on[protected], PRICE Rs. 10200/-
                The CD i have received in the package is in a broken condition as it was not packed properly.

                It was not in the CD Container—it was just kept in a paper packet which naturally got broken in transit.

                The wrong package of CD in a paper cover has broken it in transit. I feel Amarva Retail-who has supplied this printer with broken CD is TOTALLY NEGLIGENT IN THIS MATTER.

                It was not packed in a CD CONTAINER WHICH IS A ROUTINE PRACTICE WHILE SENDING THE CD WHICH WAS NOT FOLLOWED BY THE AmarvaRetail, Mumbai who packed it. This shows gross NEGILIGENCE ON THE PART OF “AMARVA - RETAIL“ MUMBAI. Because of this I am UNABLE to use my Printer.

                KINDLY SEND ME A DUPICATE CD FOR THE PRINTER & OBLIGE.

                I downloaded installation pack from HP Site but i am unable to install the printer & hence request for NEW CD

                NONRECEIPT OF THIS CD IN REASONABLE TIME WOULD COMPELL ME TO APPROACH CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL FORUM.

                Please look into the matter & do the needful at the earliest

                    Sir, i have purchased hp laptop in 2012 from hp dealer but sir this fan disturbed in 2015 july and i got attached new fan and this gurantee 3 month but sir after 3 month this laptop again and again shutdown when i do work in this laptop and paas much heats through fan.                       I had purchased a brand new printer HP Officejet x576dw on 19th Oct 2015 and when it was installed it was not working so the very next day i had logged complaint i.e on 20th oct 2015. Since then there is no communication and i am not able to my office job as printer is faulty. Today is 6th nov 2015 almost 17 days had passed and i am now stuck up with this faulty printer.

                      When i spoke to hp they said that they will help me and provide solution but, till date after continous reminders and email etc, no one has contacted us now they have even bothered to mail me back on solution.

                      Service center says our higher team is looking after the case and we cannot do anything.

                      After sending a huge sum of 60000, i am left with this faulty printer. I cannot do anything and there is a loss in my business as we are consultants and printing and scanning is very important to us . Please advise them to give new printer or refund the money also i need to be compensated for this loss in business.

                            I have a HP laptop 630 windows 7 home basic...it's not working properly...i complained to hp customer care on december 2014...my case id is [protected]...they said that they will send the windows recovery CD...then they sent the link for standard windows..i asked them to send the link for home basic windows as my laptop has home basic windows...then they sent the link for ultimate, and then pro windows but not home basic windows...i asked them several times for home basic windows but they didn't send the link for home basic windows...when i requested them again for home basic windows, they said that it is not available and go to the vijay sales ( i bought laptop from vijay sales dealer in delhi ) to get the windows CD ...now 1 year has passed and i still have not got the windows recovery CD...now my question is that how could they offer me some other windows and how could they told me to go to vijay sales ( the dealer ) to get the windows CD...i bought HP laptop because of HP company not because of the dealer...so it is their responsibility not of the dealer...what is the fault of customers if windows is not available or if Microsoft has stopped its support ?????? we have paid for the product, so it is our right to get our problem solved..

                            Hi Hhina:
                            Thank you for choosing HP product.
                            If your notebook came with Windows 7 and you can read the 25 character product key you can download plain Windows 7 ISO files to burn to DVD's for the version of windows (Pro, Home) that came installed on your PC, and that is listed on the Microsoft COA sticker on the bottom of your notebook.

                            You must also select the language of the installation that came with your PC or the product key won't work.

                            Burn the ISO using the Burn ISO option on your DVD burning program and burn at the slowest possible speed your program will allow.

                            Use the 25 character product key on the bottom of the notebook to activate the installation.

                            Then go to the HP 630 support and driver page to install the drivers you need.

                            you know what, now i should buy a new laptop of another company instead of wasting my time with you people...
                            your company only knows how to get money from customers but when it comes to solving our problems, you just don't respond...

                              I have not received the following till now although i was promised delivery of the items long back.

                              HP Wireless Mouse Model X3000 + HP Orange Headset Model H2800

                              It has been more than 2 months and it is HIGHLY SHAMEFUL and REGRETFUL at your end that you have failed to keep your promises and made such false promises.

                              I need the compensation for the delay and urgent delivery of these items.

                                Fraud fake bill and overcharges by HP service centre personnel

                                Sir/Madam, I had submitted my HP deskjet 2515 in HP service centre in Shimla near hotel Himland 0n 21/09/2015 due to paper jam issue and ink cartridge failure issue they told me diagnosis charges of 500 rupees and service charges of 850 rupees. I deposited my printer in their service centre. When i collected my printer on 23/09/2015 they told me that your printer has not issue just change the cartridge but during payment they charged 950...

                                  Hi, We purchased this computer on 13th Aug 2015 (still in warranty), Since my office has a recent setup we just started using this computer. I am really disappointed with this machine Product HP 20 All in one Pc, Serial number: 3CR5040PF1, Product no: K5N45AA#ACJ, Model no: 20-2312in. It does not work online at all. I have spent 3 hours over phone talking to the technician. Even after that one of the them came over to check the computer left with no results. Most disappointing fact was that the customer service is zero and pathetic. The agent was Anuj Garg who i last spoke to with ref no: [protected]. He says the computer works fine and there is internet issue. Where i have different devices using the same internet which works fine with great speed. When offline it works ok however whats the use of the computer which does not work with basic websites like Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn & Gmail. So the company provides 2GB Ram in the config. However it should at least support the basic online options. I was told that this is internet issue and get it checked by my internet provider & get your Ram upgraded. People are not dumb to not understand that its the ram with less capacity which does not allow the computer to function online. When asked the agent connect me to the concern person who can take decision about the same cause i left the option that if we could exchange this and get a new one and also pay extra to what is needed.He did not allow me to speak further and said that we are closing the case by mentioning the above. How ridiculous is that? Need a urgent solution to it.

                                    Very poor service

                                    It's been a week since i posted my complaint on consumer complaints regarding hp laptop but they have not done anything till now... Hp customer care service didn't even bother to call me... My case id is [protected]... Very disappointed....
