Bought a new hp notebook on 25th nov 2015. issues kept on arising, now even support and customer care is not helping. list of issue- 1. Bluetooth - no file transfer possible 2. mobile - does not read any phone only let them charge 3. usb- copy paste with the rate of bytes max 4 mb, even in usb 3.0 4. slow connection- Wi-Fi gives a speed of 2 mbps on my handset but 18kb/s on customer care has asked me to re install windows twice that too done . no profit, what to do next not satisfied, may move to consumer court. hope u will assist me shortly amar kumar [protected]

    I have purchased new HP Pavilion laptop on 15th of this month and after using of two days it was not booting up. As discussed with HP technician, he found issue with the motherboard.I have requested to replace the laptop asap because it was totally new. i am waiting from last 9-10 days but still there are no updates on this. I request you to intervene into this issue and push to get resolve quickly. Also the response from HP support staff is highly annoying.No clear deadlines. Please look into the issue.

      Department of Post, West Bengal circle placed one purchase order through DGS&D for supply of 5 Desktop computers, with preloaded OS, Intel i3, OS-MS Window 8, chipset Q8, @ Rs.40, 704.3/-, to be supplied at Port Blair HO. Our order number: MLSMNOPPORTBLAIR201516 dtd.06/10/2015 in this connection we forwarded email to dgsnd.[protected]@hp.com from wb.circle on 11/12/2015, for which we have not received any reply at all. More over in your customer care number we called up several times. We may refer the attendant name also. there were Shipi, Sonia..etc. they said they are forwarding our call to right person. But after waiting a long time in every call we had to disappoint, there was no body to receive the call to deliver the Supply Status.

        Sir/Mam, Please cope with my long email because I have also coped with the bad service of HP for last 18 days and this would take hardly 5 min. On 1st Dec My Laptop Fan started making noise. The whole laptop started vibrating that could annoy anyone. On 5th Dec I used “Chat Online with HP” service (ID: [protected]) and explained my problem to a lady attendant. She told that she have registered complain regarding this fan issue on an “URGENT” basis and a site engineer will come to my place. I waited for 4 days, no one came. On 9th Dec, I went to local authorised HP service centre because no any site engineer visited to my place for first four days. There was a crack near the HDMI port in my laptop too, so I thought why not get it corrected too along with fan, as my laptop is in ADP. I was told that it would take 10 days. Token number:91215004 Finally the site engineer called on 5th day and I explained him that I have given my laptop in their office. On 18th Dec, I went to the service centre to get back my laptop. But was startled to know that no any progress had been made. They were waiting for ADP approval from HP. They told me to come after a week. Seriously?? HP delays approval for this long??Shame!! I should have listened to my friend and should have bought a Dell laptop. I regret it now. On 23rd Dec, I went to service centre again. They told that they have got the fan, but when they are trying to fit it, there is chance of damaging the outer case. So, they were waiting for ADP approval still. Then I took back my laptop and told that when you get both things come to my place and collect the laptop. I don’t know whether they were telling truth or not, but I can see very clearly that my case is being delayed for absurd reasons. If ADP approval from HP is the real reason then why HP is delaying it?? My laptop is in ADP, then just approve the request. I still don’t know for what good reason they kept my laptop for 14 days?? My fan is still making noise as if ready to burst! Is this your style of handling “URGENT” cases? I will be out of the city for 5 days. So I have given my laptop to my friend. If you get all the necessary things then send your engineer to my friend’s place and collect my laptop. My friends’ name and address: Manish Kumar Dept.             We have received 6 HP PCs from Registrar General of India through M/S Softlabs Solutions, 139, G.Floor, Mohammad Pur, Near Bhikaji Cama Palace, New Delhi 110066 on 06.02.2013. At present Two PCs with model number i7 and serial numbers INA250sw43 and INA250SW6V are not working. We already informed this matter through HP toll free number. But no action has taken sofar. Serial No. is :- INA351PWBW Product No. :- H6M00AA#ACJ Model No.:- 110-016in after registration the complaint HP sent a Engineer from local hp partner services Meera Computers Solapur for further assistance. There engineer came and Solve the issue of Mother Board but still my PC is not working then there engineer said we order the cd of your computers built id for recover of hard disk. on 22nd dec 2015 i call Meera Computer for inquiry then they said hp yet not send the required CD of My product. sir its embarrassing that from last 15 days or so i am not use of my computer and i have lots of official files on this PC.                 When I found out that my laptop was not working I checked HP site for solutions, then I found out about my screen being dead due to LCD damage. All I can remember is closing the laptop after a normal use and there is no question about mishandling by some other people at home as I live alone.
                I called up Hp customer care support and they registered my case no [protected] on 9th November 2015.It was supposed to be an onsite warranty.
                But to my surprise no one from HP service centre turned up at my house or called me and after 5 or 6 days of waiting I had to take the laptop to them.
                They looked at the screen and told me the LCD is cracked and HP doesn’t cover it under warranty and when I inquired about the accidental damage protection they said that it will take some time for ADP process. Then I learnt that my product which is 4 months old is not covered under ADP as the hp dealer from whom I bought the laptop failed to inform me or the packaging that the laptop came with didn’t carry the information that for ADP the customer needs to register at a separate site and not the regular HP site where you register your product. All this took more than 20 days and finally a new case no [protected] was registered for paid repairs and I was supposed to receive a quotation from HP. My experience has really been awful with HP customer service as each time I had to press for response from their end. To make the matter worse on repeatedly reminding them for days they finally mailed me a shocking Quotation of Rs 11144.38/-
                I feel cheated in the first place that I was not informed about the ADP criteria and lacked proper information on how the damage occurred as my laptop still stands without a scratch. Lastly, I feel being extorted by HP for their services as it’s clear that the other warranties if the case may arise that they so provide will be void if I replace the LCD from other places than their service centre.

                  Namaste Neelam ji I am sorry to address this to you and I am sure as India head you will be ashamed to read that you are head of a company which has no customer care, sells substandard product, cheats customer no professional ethics, details given below. I must say that your CS head is of no good except his e mail given on Web and he does not even respond and has no concerns. Your rest of the officers are highly unprofessional, unethical and with no knowledge. Senior opins that HDD is not working because of virus when there is no data. I don't know what the basis of their appointment in HP. Your customer care division is ZERO. IN SHORT YOU ARE SELLING SUBSTANDARD PRODUCTS AND NEED TO BE REPRIMINDED IN COURT OF LAW AND MEDIA as well to Dell, Lenovo, Acer Please find the details - 1 I purchased LT modal HP pavilion 15 -P210tx on Date.27/04/2015 2 LT was taking too much time in booting so called customer care on 28/10/2015, who said they will come after 4 days (Prakash - [protected]), since they could not resolve the issue, However the LT was working at the slowest possible speed 3 Matter escalated plus shouted on HP so engineer came on 28/10/2015, 4 He could not diagnose even after putting windows 10 and revert to windows 8.1 finally he opened the system and damaged the H/D while opening on 28/10/2015 and I lost all may data. He did not had sense to request me to take back up. he left after taking the damaged H/D 5 For 5 days HP had no clue what to do and finally they blamed me that I damaged HDD 6 They demanded Hard Disk replacement cost rs.10840.00 and when I escalated to CSS Service head since LT was under warranty / guarantee and their engineer damaged it. They realised their mistake and gave a free replacement with lot of customary apologies 7 Engineer came on with HDD on 06/11/2015 and changed HDD but left without completing work and making LT ready since there was some issue which he did not disclose and was completely lost even after making calls to some one 8 HP keep quiet for 3 days 9 Again complained on 09/11/2015 that issue is yet not resolved. 10 Then we were back to mails complaints coordinated with them till 26/11/2015, By then almost a month has passed 11 Engineer came on 27/11/2015 and opined that issue is still existed with HDD and this could be that replacement was done with possibly damaged or refurbished and ordered another HDD. (Mr. Joginder Singh – [protected]) 12 Engineer came on 28/11/2015 replaced HDD and reinstalled OS but did not activate window and went back. (Engineer Mr. Joginder - [protected]) 13 Now another some senior engineer walks in and did not disclosed his name came on 01/12/2015, spent some time and gone, kept LT on testing, could not find out what is wrong with LT so issue not sorted. We raised an issue with HP as they were compromising our security by sending people who did not have credentials 14 Again Engineer Joginder came on 01/12/2015, troubleshoot system and run away without any service call report, he was lost as could not find out the reason why it is not working, so he went back 15 Now HP suggested that they will send someone daily from 9/12/15 so that he can check LT whole day and try to boot and check but did not clarify if we have to pay his salary. They also said that LT can't be used till they find flaw and rectify. 16 Got fed up and purchased Dell and this LT is lying for your R & D. Now we refused to entertain your engineer since we don't working space for him and he disturb our office staffs since most of the time he is talking on phone. we need to be paid for using our facility 17 Your office refused to change the Lap top or give refund the money 18 Your office has also failed to ward compensation to me 19 Your office has refused to share postal address of your office for court summons 20 Needless to say that I will give my comments on HP on social sites and media as HP sells substandard products and have inefficient and uneducated engineer to rectify PLEASE treat this a legal notice on you and compensation of Lakhs will be filed in court of law With regards Rajeev [protected]

                        My laptop screen was broken by me accidentally and there is a liquid splash on the screen and my laptop is coveed under accidental warranty cover still my claim was rejected stating stupid reasons by the service centre which I didn't knew at the time of sales and now they r just giving excuses my laptop is covered under 1 year accidental warranty and 2 years extended warranty it's HP ENVY 112TX

                          Select Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings and click Next.
                          Select Use an existing port.
                          Click Windows Update and wait for the update process to complete.
                          Click HP from the Manufacturer list and find your printer.
                          NOTE: The printer drivers might not be listed in alpha or numerical order. Be sure to carefully scroll through the list to find the correct printer model.
                          Select the printer driver and then click Next.
                          Select Replace the current driver.
                          Print a test page.

                            I purchased a new laptop from HP world, T.Nagar. Chennai and as promoted I opted for HP Festival Offer 2015 by paying Rs.2, 999. Redemption code: 90061216, notebook part/model no: HP Notebook 15-ac035TX, notebook serial no: CND52496V5 As part of redemption scheme I got 25 digit McAfee antivirus activation code69VXJ-LXY5R-EV4N4-NN7ZX-APJ2F. When I tried to use the activation code I got a message saying that it is already redeemed by another HP user. So I contacted McAfee toll free no:[protected] and they said the code provided by HP redemption is wrong and asked me to contact HP again for the new 25 digit code.                             Please put some sensible persons at "first level of customer care" in redemption. It got resolved after almost two months just because the redemption customer care could not understand the issue properly.

                              I Purchased an HP laptop in July 2015. (HP 15-r042tx Notebook PC, Product number: K2P15PA, Serial number: CND4330GVF) Within a week, the screen turned blank. I took it back to the seller. They replaced the laptop quoting display issues. Within one month, the screen turned blank again. Again I took it to the seller. They returned it after a week stating that a cable was loose and got it fixed at HP service. But again the screen showed problems. The right hand corner of the laptop went blank. Again, the seller got it serviced at HP. After about 3 months, a brown diffused patch developed on the screen. When I took it to the seller to get it serviced, they told that warranty had expired as per HP records and asked me to take it up directly with HP. I contacted HP, gave all the purchase details and got the warranty issues fixed. Then, I took up this issue with the patch and the service centre has denied service stating that it is a "Customer Induced Damage(CID)" (case:[protected], [protected]). (The fact that I had to follow up with remainder mails, telephone etc several times to know the status of my complaint remains) They shared the HP support site details where the CID were mentioned. I went through the HP support site but could not find a resemblance to any case mentioned in that with my case. I asked the service engineer who visited the site about the probable reasons for the fault. He didn't know, but HP states that the service engineer reported "CID". ie, after purchasing the laptop, I was forced to run from pillar to post to get it working in a space of 4 months. HP had added insult to injury stating that it is a "CID". The top cover of the display is made up of cheap plastic. A slight touch with the finger on the cover creates ripples on the screen. And HP claims it is a "CID". Isn't the laptop meant to be used ? I dont even carry around the laptop. When I took the case at higher levels of HP service, I got a call offering me a 20% discount on the display or extention of warranty by 3 months. I felt this as cheap tactics and the service person told he would call the next day and finalise. There was no follow up and after 3 days, I got a mail from HP stating that "Your case is closed". I went through the warranty document shared by HP (http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c[protected]. In this, regarding CID, it is stated that "Occasionally there are exceptions. Therefore, you may wish to contact a service agent for additional information. Also, for customers who receive their unit from service with damage, the repair will be set up as an exception". HP has violated even this clause. I feel chetaed by HP. First of all, they have sold a faulty product. Second, the quality of build is very bad. Third, they have put all the blame on the customer. I humbly request you to look into the matter.

                                Dear HP, I gave my laptop at HP service center in kota with some problems, they returned it back with some more problems. My problem was hinges had broken and a black spot is observed at display screen. When I received it back, service center people has made a scratch near my mouse pad and my window stopped working. On continuous follow up with HP, I didn't get any valid response from HP. I kept it shut down and keep complaining to HP (via complaint numbers [protected], [protected], [protected]), but didn't get any response from HP yet. I lodged my first complaint on 30th Jul'15 and then on 03rd Aug'15. At present, my laptop is not working and HP has fully disappointed me by not listening my complaints. I need a well response from HP or not having response this time will lead me to lodge my complaint to consumer forum. Thanks & regards Mayank Jain

                                        I am Working with Shrink Packaging System pvt ltd Greater Noida as a Design Engineer, we buy four Desktop and 2 Laptops having very good configuration as per your supplier, i7, 16GB RAM, 1TB Hard Disk, 2 GB Graphic Card, but still we are not able to work properly, System become hang again and again, even when we open a normal excel file, then we call to HP support and launched our Complaints to them my case number is [protected], your HP guy came here two times and i do not know what he did here, neither he told the problem nor he discuss any solution, we already changed window also, we are totally waste our time. This problem is from day first when we buy these system. our Company expanding Business and we are going to buy around 10 to 15 more systems, when we asked your support person we need technical discussion regarding this still we did not have any information from HP side.
                                        So it is my request, please take it serious, we already waste a lot of valuable time, and take a necessary action as soon as possible.
                                        Today on 21/12/2015, HP support guy came here and checked the system with increasing the RAM by 8GB, then also there was no improvement in the performance of the system, so it is my request to you please provide your senior technical team so that our work can start properly.
