I am Working with Shrink Packaging System pvt ltd Greater Noida as a Design Engineer, we buy four Desktop and 2 Laptops having very good configuration as per your supplier, i7, 16GB RAM, 1TB Hard Disk, 2 GB Graphic Card, but still we are not able to work properly, System become hang again and again, even when we open a normal excel file, then we call to HP support and launched our Complaints to them my case number is [protected], your HP guy came here two times and i do not know what he did here, neither he told the problem nor he discuss any solution, we already changed window also, we are totally waste our time. This problem is from day first when we buy these system. our Company expanding Business and we are going to buy around 10 to 15 more systems, when we asked your support person we need technical discussion regarding this still we did not have any information from HP side.
So it is my request, please take it serious, we already waste a lot of valuable time, and take a necessary action as soon as possible.
Today on 21/12/2015, HP support guy came here and checked the system with increasing the RAM by 8GB, then also there was no improvement in the performance of the system, so it is my request to you please provide your senior technical team so that our work can start properly.

    I purchase new laptop on 30 Nov. 2015, after that i''m using laptop but getting error like 'Blue Screen' than i'm visit Laptop store again and again but not resolved. Thay told me contact HP Customer Care...than i visit 2-3 times also call on customer care and online chat but not perfect response...3 - HP enginner check out my laptop again and again but not success and thay are scratches on my laptop and told me if you can visit our services than scratches is possible. on this time my issue is not resolved.             My complaint No. [protected] for hard disk crash pending for than a week. Work has been partly done and abandoned by them. Hard disk has been replaced but system has not been restored since saturday leaving the unfortunate customer to chase their third party service technicians phone numbers.

                I have purchased this laptop on 19-oct-2015 and it is not working well from the very first day problems are as follows 1. It hangs all the time 2. Very very slow processing 3. Take too much time in shuting down and re starting 4. 100% power usage of disc, memory and cpu is Showed while there is no application running (shown by task manager ) 5.                   On 16 Sep 2014, i brought brand new HP 15-r014tx Notebook PC @ 45, 000 Rs. Suddenly on 20 Nov 2015, while opening i found its left hand sided display back cover gave a noise. while inspecting i found small crack in that cover, immediately i rush to HP indranagar service center (Jabil), Bangalore for repairing. There customer care executive told me that its left hand sided Display back cover screw mount is damage. When i asked him how its happened as i am staying alone plus using laptop once in a week and there is no physical damage in it then he replied that this is mounted in plastic body and its happened sometime automatically also. While inspecting he disassembled the display panel while reassembling that small crack become bigger as the material become loose. He raised my complain ([protected]-471) and give me a quotation of Rs 8, 880 on 08 Dec 2015. when i asked him why he charged so high for a plastic and screw mounting, he replied me that the whole display back cover panal is going to change as this individual parts is not available alone. On 11 Dec 2015, i got a call from customer care and they told me to come to service center alone with laptop as demanded spare is now available with them. Around 5 pm, i handed over my laptop to customer care executive, after 10 min he called and told me that hinge is also damaged along with Display back cover screw mount. So hinge is also required to change. when i asked him why they don't project this issue earlier then he told me that this is a fresh damaged. when i asked him about it quotation then he told me its around 8000 Rs. which is really shocking for me as instead of spending 17, 000 Rs on repairing, its better to buy a new laptop.' there are few question of mine to HP: (1) Once a screw mount is damage then Why your engineer told me to change the whole body. Why don't you change those parts independently. (2) Why you hire such type of engineer who don't able to recognize overall damage at one time. (3) HP Demands me 17000 Rs for repairing 2 parts only, i don't understand why HP spare parts are so costly... And I'm facing problem in connecting WIFI, and also the SPEAKERS are not working properly. And some software like X-CTU are not working in my laptop.                           Dear Support Team, I bought a laptop in diwali season and i got this offer, i registered my on given portal online and got confirmation too. After some days i got my Redemption code as well but in redemption claim is written that your Mobikwik ewallet top-up voucher redemption code has emailed you but i did not get any mail. i wrote many times to ''[protected]@redemptionsupport.com'' but reply not received till today. It shows that customers complaints are not important for this company Request you to please call me on [protected] or mail me on [protected]@gmail.com for further communications.

                            Hello!i My brother had bought a new laptop for me from a showroom in Hyderabad and the product is associated with his account so i am unable to find my product key for Microsoft office activation as it came pre- installed in my PC so once he activated that with his account and a free trial of WPS Office 10 personal edition is opening but it is again asking me the product key or an Microsoft account associated with my product.I tried all possible ways but i am unable to find my product key.                               Since this laptop being a high price end laptop in the pavillion series i expected the product to have all the features which are supposed to be there. problem: when i type "netsh wlan show drivers" in the command prompt, it shows hosted network not supported which should be supported according to the product features. I am having windows 10 official installed in my laptop and the wi fi is working properly bt hosted network is not being supported (hosted network is an in-built feature of the product to make any broadband ethernet connction into a hotspot). after communicating with the online support team i get solution in the form of "we dont have sufficient information". the support team even took the laptop into remote assistance and handles themselves but no help was provided. they assured me a call he next day bt unfortunately i didnt receive any call/messege.

                                Actually i didint see my operating system in hp support after identification of my product my laptop while purchasing it was the DOS then am installed the windows 10 but due to the technical errors i was changed to the windows 8.1 so after applying for the drivers for my products

                                    A complaint for supply defective monitor have been lodged to HP India Limited. Despite that they have not responded us. A black spot was visible on the screen. After sending the photographs of the same there was no response from the HP. Model/ Product No.- E5H82AA
                                    The complaint no.- [protected] dated 05/08/2015. After telephonic conversation and mail Hewlett Packard India have not responded to a central Government Office. The monitor should be replaced by the company.
