    I am highly unsatisfied with the service as thew number mentioned on the products does not recieve a call and also i am suffering from inability of tyhe cooling fan to 'keep the system cool . ihave the warranty and guaranty of the product as it was purchased in april 2015.

    on 10 January 2015 and now my laptop having some problem regarding cooling fan. It shows message that "the system detected that the cooling fan are not working properly" . and after 15 seconds it shutdowns. So please help me.i am not happy with hp laptop if my problem will not consider by you

            Since this laptop being a high price end laptop in the pavillion series i expected the product to have all the features which are supposed to be there. problem: when i type "netsh wlan show drivers" in the command prompt, it shows hosted network not supported which should be supported according to the product features. I am having windows 10 official installed in my laptop and the wi fi is working properly bt hosted network is not being supported (hosted network is an in-built feature of the product to make any broadband ethernet connction into a hotspot). after communicating with the online support team i get solution in the form of "we dont have sufficient information". the support team even took the laptop into remote assistance and handles themselves but no help was provided. they assured me a call he next day bt unfortunately i didnt receive any call/messege.

              Actually i didint see my operating system in hp support after identification of my product my laptop while purchasing it was the DOS then am installed the windows 10 but due to the technical errors i was changed to the windows 8.1 so after applying for the drivers for my products

                  A complaint for supply defective monitor have been lodged to HP India Limited. Despite that they have not responded us. A black spot was visible on the screen. After sending the photographs of the same there was no response from the HP. Model/ Product No.- E5H82AA
                  The complaint no.- [protected] dated 05/08/2015. After telephonic conversation and mail Hewlett Packard India have not responded to a central Government Office. The monitor should be replaced by the company.

                        Hp claims that this cartridge can be used for printing many pages. But, i have been buying this cartridges 4 to 5 times in the last one year as it finishes after taking printouts of max 20 pages. latest, i brought through online hp store and took photocopy of 18 pages only, and the black ink is empty. who will pay 500 rupees for 20 pages???This has caused both mental stress and economical hassle to me.

                                  I purchased a genuine print cartridge product number CH563ZZ #XCF Black cartridge 802, with the original packing and having the original 3D hologram. The printer gives an error saying that there is a problem with the cartridge and does not recognize it. I have paid INR 1212.00 for this cartridge and would like a replacement cartridge to be provided to me immediately. I have retained the original packing of the product and the product itself.                                     Hp done fraud. Hp provide 1year accidental damage protection along with the warranty for 1 year. I was registered for it and my laptop was meant to be repaired for free under adp in case of any accident. On 29th oct 2015 i accidentally broke its screen and it was to be repaired for free . First they made m e wait for nearly a month and then suddenly rejected my repair request.

                                      I had really terrible experience with HP Deskjet 3545 printer the most worst thing was that I raised over 4 ticket and had 3 engineer visit but no proper solution at all. In HP Redemption cell under an offer HP Back to college offer, i payed offer price of Rs 1499 online and my redemption code is 90055285. According to this offer company provide 1. Additional 2 years onsite warranty 2. 1 year Burlary & theft insurance from Reliance general insurance 3. 1 year McAfee internet security worth Rs 1399 4. Utility software worth Rs 4500 5. Book my show 12 movie ticket worth maximum Rs 3000 6. airtel 3G/4G dongle worth max Rs 1500 7. X3000 Wireless mouse + H2800Orange Headset worth Rs 2788. I have not got item number 2 (1 year Burlary & theft insurance from Reliance general insurance) and item no. 7 ( X3000 wireless mouse + H2800 orange headset) till date. Notebook part/model no: HP Pavilion Notebook 15-ab032TX. Notebook serial no: 5CD5205WDB Purchase date : 23 August 2015

                                        I have received X3000 wireless mouse + H2800 orange headset. However, 1 year Burlary & theft insurance from Reliance General Insurance is still awaited. Details as indicated in above message have been forwarded to hpsupport.[protected]@hp.com already.
