        I have purchased 2 nos cartridge from Prompt Stationers, Janakpuri on 3rd Oct 2015. But it was not working then I have called him (Prompt) & tell him all the issues. They told me to submit the cartridge to HP service centre at Jabil, Rajori Garden. Then I have submitted the cartridge at Jabil Service centre on 3rd Oct 2015. They gave me receipt & told me that they will replace my cartridge within 3-4 days. Now I am trying to call them so many times but they are not responding ([protected]; [protected]; [protected]). Please solve this issue & replace & return our cartridge. Invoice & Service call report has been attached for your reference.

          ON January 2014 I had buyed this Laptop and from that time my WIFI and Bluetooth is not working although Modem is also not working properly.I am in a WIFI campus but I am not able to use it. 1.In this Time Frame of 18 Months I dont know how many times I had visited Service Centre. 2.Full recovery of my System was already done but the same issue arrised after 7 days In recovery my 2 days was wasted and my IMPORTANT DATA was lost. 3.Two times my all the Applications was lost in RESET as recommended by the Engineer yet I am facing problem in getting the application and I had Again downloaded by using my Data charges. 4.Three Times ENGINEER visited my home and tried each and every aspect but he was not able to solve it Each of your Engineer had wasted my 3-4 Office Hours . 5.Three times my WIFI card was changed but yet the problem is not solved. 6.From 18 Months I am in a Mental pressure because of that Laptop.

            I have ordered a laptop against their quotation dated 4th sept.2015 with 3year warranty and full payment was made on 4th sept. Order nos. Are 628552 & 628553. Several time i have contacted through phone ([protected], [protected] -mr.Shaban siddiqui) and ([protected] - mr.Sumit) every day and every time they answering that with 10 minutes they will call and sort out the problem. On 8th oct. I request the refund of my money with interest. But till this time nothig happened.

            This mail is in regard to the problems i faced in dealing with your company and your staff.I had placed an order for Hp Pro book 440 G2 Notebook PC (L9S58PA) against your quotation dated 3rd September 2015. As per the terms and conditions of your quotation, I made full payment through net banking to your account no which was mentioned in your mail, on the 4th of September 2015 and it was clearly stated in the quotation that the delivery period is within two weeks. After making the payment I received an order No (628552) for Notebook PC and another no(628553) for extended warranty period respectively. Right after that i received communication from your end through mail stating that you have changed your delivery time from two weeks to a month. I made a call on 14th of September 2015 to Mr.Shaban Siddiquie (Tel.No.01246512730), reminding him about the delivery. He promised me that it would be dispatched within three to four days. There was no communication from his end past the mentioned time period;So I made a call on 23rd of September 2015 (10:20Am) to Mr Shaban again and he promised that my order would be dispatched within the next four days .On the 28th of September 2015 (11:44Am) I tried talking to Mr Shaban but he didn't reciprocate well and said that he will get back to me within ten minutes ;but there was no communication from his end as he promised. I tried contacting him through phone and mail but all that he did was to make up excuses(1st October 2015(10:50Am, 13:38Pm), 7th October 2015 (12:46Pm, 12:56Pm, 15:20Pm) 8th October 2015(09:52Am)-Details of Telephonic Communication); (For further reference you can check the mails sent from my end dated 30th September 2015 and 4th October 2015) .From 8th October 2015 onwards Mr.Shaban has not answered any of my calls. The next person that i contacted was Mr Sumit (Tel.No-01246610476) . He told me that he will he make necessary arrangements to send an upgraded version Notebook with in two days from Hp Bangalore Office and assured me that I will not have to run behind this anymore.He also claimed that the Telephone No mentioned above is his personal no an that I can contact him anytime in case of any grievances. I was relieved to get this assurance from him. I didn't receive any communication until 12th October 2015 and so I tried to contact Mr.Sumit again, he told me that he will check and get back to me . Due to no response from his end I tried calling him, he didn't answer the call but when i tried calling him from another number he picked and the same drama continued. Finally I contacted your toll free No.1800-180-1810 and the agent over there told me that a call back would be arranged within four hours, but I never received a call to this day. Whenever my call gets connected, the call centre agents either disconnects the call or else makes up some lame excuses .During my last conversation with your agent he absolutely refused to transfer the call to higher authority nor did he give me any solution to my problem. This behaviour from your end is absolutely unethical.I have no words to describe the agony i went through during this process. This is not the kind of behavior expected from the employees of a MNC like yours.Till this incident I was really happy with the service that i used to receive from your end, But now I am extremely disappointed and feel cheated as your customer. I am not interested in availing any of your products anymore and I want to cancel the current order that I placed.I want the entire amount to be refunded with 18% interest from the time i made the payment; for the time that I have wasted in you with immediate effect.I hope there will be a response for at least this mail .If there isn't I think you have left me with no other option other than to approach the consumer court and highlight this through social media.                 As per quotation dated 4th Sept. 2015 I have ordered a Laptop with 3year onsite warranty against order no.628552 & 628553. Full Payment of Rs.49, 262.00 was paid on the same day itself. Item not delivered till this time. On 14th Sept. on wards Several time I have contacted them through phone. Every time they tells silly excuses. On 8th Oct. they tell another model can send immediately. Till this time nothing happened.

                  I bought this laptop around 11 months back but I have been getting a lot of problems running it. Firstly my laptop Hangs a lot, everything slows down and then I have to wait until it closes all tabs(even the Task Manager does not work). Secondly while surfing the net I often face problems regarding typing, the keyboards stops working all of a sudden. Finally the Battery drains so fast that I have to keep it connected to the charger. I would like to know the reason behind these problems and get them right.

                    I m bearing problem of system hang when i start giving comand of printer in any way of method wether ms word, adope reader, any software system is hang device & printer is not open i suffering from this problem since from 19/09/2015 date of purchase is 18/09/2015

                    i ma totally fed up since in the period of 20 day my problem is not resolved i request many time to hp assistance please do needful either change my laptop or do something to solve the issue

                    issue is not resolved in 20 dates you can observe the problem which not troubleshoot in 20 days is big issue so i request to the hp centre to give me new laptop because

                    i have recover two time window, drivers they have waste my 30 hrs in the 20 days that reasons i bear opportunity cost. i am totally fed up now that issue is very big for me i am not fool that i pay 40000 and take headache i think

                    hp cannot do nothing beside waste my time and interpret my work

                    so if my problem is not resolved on Tuesday i will go to consumer court for my right to change my laptop or back my money also pay my opportunity cost for facing problem

                      I bought a HP laptop of serial number: 5CD447D3QK, Product number :K8U16PA#ACJ on 04/04/2015 from a local HP laptop shop, named as CYBER SPACE, I.T Solution Providers situated at S-16, Hawa Sadak, Opp. Chambal Power House, Civil Lines, Jaipur, Rajasthan - 302019. Shop Keeper said to me, warranty of laptop is of 1 year and this one year warranty is officially given by HP. But when I checked it's warranty on HP's official website by submitting data about my laptop (product number etc.), I saw its warranty is started from date[protected] and will ended on[protected].but I bought the laptop on[protected], so it's warranty should be till[protected].And HP has mentioned on its official site that warranty will be started from purchase date of laptop.
                      Please help i[censored] can.

                            I registered a case of display on 20th of august. The case ID was [protected]. The repairman who visited at first ordered for a display back cover and the hing and on 20 th of sept. ie after 1 month the technician came and replaced those. But during that time of replacement the technician damaged my WIFI antina chord. The technician without even waiting for an hour to see if my laptop is working fine or not closed my case, though i informed him that some time for 15-20 min my laptop work fine. The problem again returned just after 30 min of service. i Called up HP and they told my warranty is over, but when I told them that it was my previous problem was not solved and how come you cloe the case without informing me, then they talked with supervisor and told me that my case was freshly reopened. When the new technician visited me he told that the previous technician wrongly fixed my display back cover and in this process my WIFI antina and video chord is dammaged. But Hp is telling that they will not replace. I want to ask you why ? Why will I not get replacement? It was your fault, faultof your technician and i will be punished for that! Isn’t it strange. I again called up HP care, they told me to mail Mrs Arunima Ghosh, but that also didn’t work. When I am calling HP they are telling me you will get it but they are informing service enter that i cannot get it. Today Service centre gave me an ultimatum, that if they do not get anything by tomorrow they will close the case.
                            My current case is : [protected].
                            The company is telling me that my part will be replaced but informing the service centre that the replacement cannot be given because my product is out of warranty and to close my case. But my question is firstly damage was done by HP and secondly it was done when product was under warranty. Is this justice????????

                              Sir today we had a problem with our e-printer for which we made a call at hp toll free no. First we had a talk with mr. Depanjan and were told to keep the phone on hold and then call was disconnected and then we had a talk with ankita then the same problem was held after that we had a talk with mr. Bishwajit but our complain was not rectified plus we also got one of our printer rectified which is also not working

                                I went to petrol pump if h.p at wakad near jagtap dairy in pune. The petrol pump is not followibg any basic infrastructure reqts like sign boards on pump and put in petrol in my diesel i20 car. I drove it for 30 kms befire it stopped on road after 5 days . Had to call on site hyundai assistance and paid out 5500 for getting clean up engine at hyundai service station.

                                  I bought the Color Printer HP2520 CN549211NX on[protected] But unfortunate This one is not working Properly. When we take the Printout, Black Ink is Being rubbed automaticaly. Please take the action as we are facing this Problem from last 1 Month. earlier, I had send a mail Regarding this to Company & also registered a complaint on phone but Still there is no Response from there side.
