Dear sir
I purchased a HP laptop on 12.2.14 from Croma, N delhi - 110075.
After upgrading to window 10 ( as recommended by HP) i started to face multiple issue for which I made a complain to HP customer care numbers with complain ID Nos - [protected], [protected], [protected],
First complain made on 1.9.15.
Call centres are giving only assurance and smartly taking / killing time by saying that - Problem will be resolved within 24 hours, but even after 16 days I am facing the problems. In the mean time i contacted many times on customer care numbers & got all the time different and misguiding reply or suggestion.
At this point I would like to mention - all your lady executives are either trying to ignore or intending to give some wrong information.
At this particular time I would like to know -
1/ How long HP is taking to sort out a problem ?
2/ If window 10 is not compatible with the HP laptop - why it is being imposed / enforced on we Indians ?
3/ Is HP is thinking that we Indians are guinea pig ? (That do experiment on Indians and give its benefit to Americans & Europeans.)
