It is in warranty so I want it to be replaced or repaired as soon as possible and if it may not be possible by you then please tell me how should I get it be.

    Dear sir,
    I have purchased hp 7voice tab serial number cnu50291vw from your dealer m / s unicorn, 256, bapuji nagar, bhubaneswar - 09 on 05 / 06 / 2015.
    On 13 / 07 / 2015, it stopped working as no charging is happening.
    I have contacted hp service centre in bhubaneswar, ensure support services (India)ltd, they kept for almost 12days and on 25 / 07 / 2015 they have replaced it with another set.
    Again on 26 / 08 / 2015 the same problem arised, tis time they kept for almost 10days and on 9th sep they repaired and given to me.
    Again, on 29th sep it is not working with the same issue of not getting started despite of charging for morethan 2hrs.
    It seems tht the model itself is having a software problem which the hp people are not accepting it.
    I request you to kindly return my money or exchange with a better model.

      Fake promises were made at the time of sale. internal speakers got crashed while watching a movie in just 2 days of purchase. Contacted CC and have been committed a call back with in 12 hours which never happened. Then on Monday have got the commitment of a call back with in 4 hours which again not went through. Then on Tuesday call back was promised before 2 PM which again failed to fulfill. Then on Tuesday at 4.00 PM contacted the customer care support and have been promised a call back before 6 PM. Again the same thing repeated. No call. One of the Senior customer support executive committed to refund the amount and have promised a call back from customer relationship team, by 6 PM in the evening.

        Bought a laptop 4 months ago, conned by Reliance that it was the fastest and best HP laptop I could ever buy. Being a trainer running a training firm it was an imp investment. Ever since it has been going back and forth for a blank screen to the service center. 100 people call with contradictory updates and reply only when there is a strong email about taking action. Though I have invested 45K I am begging, borrowing (only stealing left) and using others' laptops for my sessions. It is affecting my work and creating a lot of stress when I have to travel. Absolute apathy. First time they returned it saying we have formatted everything and it was just recovery settings. I had to install everything again. Then I see the same blank screen and take it back. After weeks of no response and when I complain and want to take action, someone who has no clue what is happening brings me a standby laptop and asks me if it has warranty!!! No sign of my laptop except contradictory phone calls after I keep sending follow up emails. One person calls and says will test the motherboard and deliver it at your doorstep. An hour later another person calls and says motherboard was DOA so we will update you. When I give a piece of my mind and don't pick the third call, they send emails saying they were trying to contact me from morning and I was not reachable, that after speaking to 2 of their contradicting execs. Despite requests that I not be called if there is no update about the laptop, several calls were repeatedly made and I could not prepare for my training session. They claim to be doing me a favor because I have a standby with me. I cannot keep installing and uninstalling permanently needed software to a temp laptop for my trainings. The quality of my trainings is suffering with suffering laptops. The laptop itself was sold faulty. i need a replacement and compensation for all the inconvenience to my training programs. Pleaseeeee help

          I purchased lap top from FlipKart that lap top is not good only my money waste from starting time screen inside white type light is coming .             In Warranty Period after My complain no. [protected] at HP Customer Support Center on dt.03/09/2015 for repairing of my PC Model No. 110-216ix (HP110 Desktop) HP Engineer was came to my shop on dt.15/09/2015 with the wrong product and further order the correct product on that day. but after that I do not get any support or any information regarding this from HP. Also I have contact with customer support by Toll free no. and they told that Bhubaneswar HP Center will contact you. But, till now no call or no information I have get.

              I purchased a new Hp notebook on 19/08/2015 which turned out to be defective with screen issues.. Hp service centre and cust service has been poorly handling this concern and replaced with another but same issue persists. Its been over a month nw waiting for approvals just to change to another model with no proactive help and nobody is bothered about resolution till date.

                    The HP laptop which was purchase by me had issue of restarting since day one. I've called engineers several times also the laptop was submitted to service center still the issue is not resolved. Engineers are just calling me this time for complaint till date I've received 3 calls on 3 different days but none of the engineer has visited my place. I'm fed up with the faulty laptop

                          I am getting gas cylinder from Raj gas Agency cuddalore Tamil nadu from 29/05/2015 after transfered from Nagercoil tamil nadu . However on booking gas on 29/05/2015 I got two cylinder from the agency but no subsidy credited to my bank account . However i am getting subsidy credited to my bank account for the subsequent cylinder . please credit the left out amount to account soon

                            Hi I have purchased a HP 15-af024AU APU Quad Core A8 - (4 GB DDR3/1 TB HDD/Windows 8.1) Notebook (15.59 inch, Turbo SIlver Color With Diamond & Cross Brush Pattern) form Flipkart on August 2nd 2015 vide Order IDOD[protected] . I have paid the complete amount through online. The HP offered Airtel 4g dongle and other articles for payment of additional Rs.1999/- (actually in Flipkart they shown Rs. 1499/- only). Eventhough, I paid Rs. 1999/- along with required documents pertains to Laptop. About 10 days back I received Email from HP redemption authorities about Airtel dongle with a condition of purchase of postpaid connection greater than Rs. 450/-. When I approached Airtel dealer in Nalgonda, they informed that to claim my offer I have to purchase post paid connection greater than Rs. 450/- for 6 months duration. Imagine... what is this offer. This is really a kind of deceiving the customers and I want justice and need...

                                My Redemption Code is 90021485, As informed by HP, Airtel 3G/4G Dongle worth max Rs 1500 against the Airtel 16 digit code is RHW3IM6LQ53A0PB9, was sent at [protected]@yahoo.com on 21/07/2015 .I was advised to visit to the nearest Airtel store along with my papers for availing of this benefit. However the Airtel Office situated in Vasco-da-Gama, Goa refused to handover the dongle stating that since the 3G service is not available in Goa, they are not in a position to give me a dongle.Please advise what I should do to resolve this.I badly need a dongle.Urgent reply pl.

                                  I recently bought a laptop from hpshopping.in, an hp p206tx, Order Number 621916, The laptop was bought on ordered on 18th Aug, Invoiced by the site on 22nd Aug and delivered by the 25th Aug, 2015. The day the laptop was received, i noticed a damage to the screen, the display had been cracked, i got in touch with the concerned team and they assured me they would help. I asked for a replacement since the laptop was broken. Complaint no. [protected]. After repeated calls they sent their engineer who told me that this laptop replacement would take about 2 months but instead they would get it repaired. I said ok to that. They took some shots of the screen and sent it to their concerned authority reassuring me that the part would be replaced in a week, they stall till 2 weeks till they tel me that this would not be covered under warranty and i would have to pay for repairs. This is when i contacted the customer care again and they told me that they would be replacing this laptop and made me talk to the vendor (Savex Technologies Noida) who had sold the laptop. They kept assuring me that the laptop would be replaced. A reverse pickup would be arranged in a day and the laptop would be replaced as soon as the reverse pickup is done. It has been a week and there has been no reverse pickup. I keep calling them but they just keep on saying that it will be done by the next day. I request you to look into this matter and request for a replacement.

                                    Registered a complaint [protected] with HP India on 18-Se-2015. Was told estimate would be sent in 24 hours, more likely 2 to 3 as it was a just HDD replacement. Nothing came. Checked 24 hrs (19-Sep) later, was told issue had been escalated to Bangalore in-charge, & he would respond in 2 hrs. Nothing happened. Called him - he knew nothing about the complaint, that he had not checked his mail. Have no idea when estimate would be mailed for me to approve for the work to be done. Net result - have been isolated. In all likelihood nothing will be done till next week.

                                      Dear Sir, I bought HP Laptop Model No.- R-119TU, Sr. No.- CND5045JSR on 04.04.2015 from HP Dealer- Digilife, Narain Complex, Rohtak- 124001 (Haryana). The time I bought this machine I requested the vendor to make partition of the main disc. The technical person/ owner of the showroom denied to make it sad I can directly store the data in main C Drive as It was required by me to transfer my existing laptop data to some other device. I did the same and now when I start using the machine the system has become very slow to operate and it not connecting with internet and something. Today on 18/09/2015 I visited the vendor to complaint about this issue and he denied to support me and start misbehaving unnecessarily. Also he quoted that this model has become obsolete long back and service is almost impossible. My question is that if it was and obsolete model why he sell it to me and not informed about the fact I bought this machine. I shared that problem faced might be I have stored huge data in C main drive as per your recommendation. They start making fun of my knowledge and abused me saying "we have not opened any training center here". My main objective is that whose responsibility is to give this basic support at the time of machine purchase and how he deny to support and misbehave even if the machine is under warranty and become malfunction because of their poor technical support. I am going to complain in the consumer court for not supporting and mental harassment I have faced because of faulty machine and mental embarrassment I faced because of this misbehave today. I lodged complaint on HP helpline also vide ref. no.- I urge HP as an company as well to take strict action against him for this kind of attitude and level of support that is spoiling there reputation in the market and degrading company image.                                         Dear sir I write regarding my complain no - [protected] Subject ---- Feed back regarding joint venture of HP & Microsoft I Purchased this laptop on 12.10.2015 ( serial no cnd43943t5 ) I didn’t have any problem with the product quality and its performance till I didn’t upgraded it to window 10. I upgraded it because of continuous promotional activity by HP and assurance by HP for all kind of support. But once I upgraded my operating system problem started to arise one by one, The problem was hardware as well as software both. Initially I could not understand that the problem was because o[censored]p gradation. Even your call centre people didn’t have any information regarding up gradation and its consequences. 1/ During my problems I had interactions many times with different customer care executives -- in general I can say that your female executives are not having any proper approach, they simply wanted to end up the discussion anyhow. Certainly male executives are considerate and trying to sort out the problem. 2/ Windiw 10 is still in infant stage with lot of problems – I couldn’t get even a single person who is not having problem with up gradation. Moreover big organization have already asked their employee to not up grade their system. 3/ But individual customers are being persuaded by HP / Microsoft for up gradation. Also HP is assuring all kind of support – but this is totally a futile support. Even the HP people are not knowing the problems - so how they can find the solution ? 4/ It simply seems that Microsoft has hired HP like organization to do research regarding their new product (window 10) & get the feedback of their newly free launched product (window10). Their aim is to make their product problem free and sell it at very high cost. 5/ I want to know what method of research system HP / Microsoft is adopting ? 6/ How they can use the common user for their research purpose ? 7/ Why not HP / Microsoft is hiring a paid group for this kind of research ? 8/ Who authorized them to randomly select the persons for their research without their consent ? 9/ Who has authorized them to make us guinea pig so they can earn millions and millions of dollars?
