Dear sir I write regarding my complain no - [protected] Subject ---- Feed back regarding joint venture of HP & Microsoft I Purchased this laptop on 12.10.2015 ( serial no cnd43943t5 ) I didn’t have any problem with the product quality and its performance till I didn’t upgraded it to window 10. I upgraded it because of continuous promotional activity by HP and assurance by HP for all kind of support. But once I upgraded my operating system problem started to arise one by one, The problem was hardware as well as software both. Initially I could not understand that the problem was because o[censored]p gradation. Even your call centre people didn’t have any information regarding up gradation and its consequences. 1/ During my problems I had interactions many times with different customer care executives -- in general I can say that your female executives are not having any proper approach, they simply wanted to end up the discussion anyhow. Certainly male executives are considerate and trying to sort out the problem. 2/ Windiw 10 is still in infant stage with lot of problems – I couldn’t get even a single person who is not having problem with up gradation. Moreover big organization have already asked their employee to not up grade their system. 3/ But individual customers are being persuaded by HP / Microsoft for up gradation. Also HP is assuring all kind of support – but this is totally a futile support. Even the HP people are not knowing the problems - so how they can find the solution ? 4/ It simply seems that Microsoft has hired HP like organization to do research regarding their new product (window 10) & get the feedback of their newly free launched product (window10). Their aim is to make their product problem free and sell it at very high cost. 5/ I want to know what method of research system HP / Microsoft is adopting ? 6/ How they can use the common user for their research purpose ? 7/ Why not HP / Microsoft is hiring a paid group for this kind of research ? 8/ Who authorized them to randomly select the persons for their research without their consent ? 9/ Who has authorized them to make us guinea pig so they can earn millions and millions of dollars?     The cartridge in the printer had already been exhausted. It is sure that a used cartridge, which was at the fag end of its utility, has been supplied with the printer . It is a deliberate attempt to cheat, as the printer with its so called new cartridge could hardly print 20-30 pages.In case a fresh cartridge is not supplied to me, i intent to proceed against all the parties involved in the supply of such cartridge in a competent court of law . I can tolerate everything but a deliberate attempt to cheat.I will wait for the response from the supplier as well as Amazon for a period of two days only and in case the remedial measures are not taken, i will proceed with the proposed actions.

      Dear sir
      I purchased a HP laptop on 12.2.14 from Croma, N delhi - 110075.
      After upgrading to window 10 ( as recommended by HP) i started to face multiple issue for which I made a complain to HP customer care numbers with complain ID Nos - [protected], [protected], [protected],
      First complain made on 1.9.15.
      Call centres are giving only assurance and smartly taking / killing time by saying that - Problem will be resolved within 24 hours, but even after 16 days I am facing the problems. In the mean time i contacted many times on customer care numbers & got all the time different and misguiding reply or suggestion.
      At this point I would like to mention - all your lady executives are either trying to ignore or intending to give some wrong information.
      At this particular time I would like to know -
      1/ How long HP is taking to sort out a problem ?
      2/ If window 10 is not compatible with the HP laptop - why it is being imposed / enforced on we Indians ?
      3/ Is HP is thinking that we Indians are guinea pig ? (That do experiment on Indians and give its benefit to Americans & Europeans.)

      This mail may be used as a legal proof.

          My redemption code: 90005573.i had bought an hp notebook: HP 15-r204TX Notebook PC with serial number-CND507169T and had applied for hp back to college offer on 24th june 2015...i had been told that i would receive my products by 26th july...but i have still not received one of the product namely-headset and wireless mouse.its been over 3 months. i am frustrated of writing you emails but i dont receive any reply. please refund the amount if you cant provide the product to my address.

            As informed by HP Engineer, the subject Printer Scanner to be replaced. Case attended on 5th Aug'15. Till date the problem is not rectified. It is almost one and half Months completed.

              Hello sir, I ordered hp compaq notebook 15- s-104tx online(amazon)on 23rd aug 15 and got received it on 27th aug 15.to avail 1 year ADP warranty i have registered my product for ADP on 7th sep 15 but i have not received any confirmation email or sms stating that my product has been registered for ADP.After completing the form i only received a redemption reference code.I have filled the form correctly and uploaded an invoice of my purchased product too.kindly look into the matter. product model:K8T88PA product name:compaq notebook-15-s104tx

                    I bought a HP Deskjet 3510 series (all-in-one printer) more than a year back. I would have taken less than 50 prints but the cartridge was near to 75% completed. Bad part is that it stopped giving proper prints after that. After going through HP support, it was suggested to buy a new cartridge. I bought a new one and taken around 10 prints. Now after few days of not using even this cartridge stopped giving proper prints even though it has around 75% ink remaining in it. If this is the condition then there is no point in buying cartridges every time and HP doesn't provide proper support. It is being outsourced and the people coming here would charge me more than a new cartridge just to tell that problem is again with the cartridge. I am writing all these so that you can take a judgmental call before buying any HP Printer for your house/organization.

                      Purchased a laptop - NB PC Pavilion - HP in September 2014. The laptop is not working . Lodged complaint thru email. HP replied that the complaint needs to be lodged thru telephone on contact on[protected]. Despite trying several times, this no.gets disconnected without any representative coming on the line. Unable to comprehend that HP has such a poor service support. Terribly unhappy with the entire episode. The laptop is not even a year old and the response from HP is miserable.

                        Dear Sir, I had registered a complaint when my printer (HP LaserJet 1020) stopped working all of a sudden I called on the toll-free no. and talked to Mr.Saurabh he tried to fix the problem on the phone it self but was unsuccessful in doing so. He took my address and said that a technician would be send to my home for repairing the device and gave me a case ID which was 5431550 but ever since nobody has turned up and its been almost over 20 days I had called again to check the complaint status and when I gave them the case id on being asked they said that no such ID exist. Is there any solution to this problem? Kindly look into the matter.

                                The display of my HP 7 voice tab (Serial Number: CNU444BP19) purchased on[protected] is not working. The service center tech rep at Jabil Center, Sagar tech plaza, Saki Naka told me that the display is not covered under warranty even if it is a manufacturing error. I called up the customer call centre and they told me that the display is under warranty. They gave me contact number of the head of the service center (Bhanu Iyer) but he is not picking up my phone. The service center guys are charging me INR 3225 for the repair, I do not find this acceptable as I had purchased this phone only 5 months back and it is showing problems.

                                    I had purchased HP Pavilion Notebook 15ab027TX dated 13th July 2015 from Vijay Sales Ahmedabad. Same time we registered the product on HP website with Serial No : 5CD52209KB. That time HP was Campaigning about BACK TO COLLEGE OFFER. So we registered for this scheme online and paid the amount .

                                    We got the letter from HP REDEMPTION about approval and speicfy that, all that free gift will deliver very soon. But after two months we didnt get complete gift from HP.

                                    a) 2 Years Extended Warranty - Yet Pending from HP SIde
                                    b) Cordless Mouse and Headphone - Not received
                                    c) Book My Show 5 Digit Code is invalid - Message from BOOK MY SHOW
                                    d) Invalid Ley of Mcafee Antivirus.

                                    As very big brand in Computer, and the way they are cheating with customers.Its ridiculous. We want all free gifts and warranty as per the scheme otherwise we will move further against the company

                                      I purchased a HP 7 voice tab in Oct 2014. In Aug 2015 the display was partially blank with whilte lines (worked only for 10 months) I visited HP customer care center and they said that the display deosnt come under warranty. The HP service center are asking Rs. 2870/- for repairing. I explained to the service centre concerned person hat it is manufacturing defect, he gave me the contact No. of another person tried calling many times but no response. The tab is still under warranty and I'm fedup with the worst and pathetic service by HP. The screen Display has gone partially black & white, clearly shows that it is manufacturing defect. and HP service centre are denying for the replacement. and charging me Rs 2870/- for the repair.

                                        I am very much dissapointed for the delay in gifts in hp's back to collage offer where i was supposed to receive my wireless mouse and headphone as soon as possible after the successful approval and validation of the claim which was done on 18/08/2015 by hp redemption cell but the gifts are yet to come
