It is so simple, we took our printer to this particular shop yesterday with a small repair. Without even touching the printer or trying to understand the problem, your staff said it would take rs. 850 to touch the printer and if any part is damaged, the rate would be extra.
My father had an issue with him and he came out. What makes your service worst is that - we got our problem solved at a cost less than rs. 100 in a local shop....
